As Aeron looked into his eyes and acted as though she would kiss him, his heart rate did in fact accelerate, and as she nuzzled his neck playfully, he nuzzled her right back, his heart rate keeping a moderately high pace at the moment before slowing down again. He didn't try and kiss her; he wanted her to take action now. He just nuzzled her with his cheek, his head, almost every part of his body above his neck.

He loved the feeling of her body against his, of her skin against his; he couldn't get enough of it. He nuzzled into her neck now, scooting himself down, and while he did, he masked a large inhale from his nose; getting used to her scent so he'd be able to track her if need be. He sensed something was still wrong with her personal life, and he wanted to make sure he could be there for her in the future if she needed help.

Anthony's phone buzzed in his pocket, and he took it out, glancing at it. "Get your ass home. -Jack it read. He growled again and turned off his phone, putting it back in his pocket. Aeron was infinitely more important to him right now, and he proved it by nuzzling her again, resting his forehead on hers, trying to connect their thoughts without the help of Aeron's powers in a cute way. He leaned in just a tad, and their noses touched as well, but he didn't kiss her. It was his turn to tease her, and he did it as if he were a cat playing with its food; giving her the notion that the kiss, representing freedom, was so close, yet also so far away.

"I could stay out here with you forever, and just look at these stars, and at you." he whispered to her softly, not moving from his position, his lips less than half an inch from hers, yet it was that half inch that would make it unbearable. He wanted to see Aeron try for a kiss, not just give her one.

Meredith spent a moment looking at the pictures behind the leather sofa, seeing Jaime with Sean and Delphos in the picture went a long way to explaining why they were so close. Especially since they had clearly lost someone close to them during that time, she felt for them as she knew what loss was like. Even with her powerful healing abilities there had been those brought to her that had been too far gone for even her to heal. Meredith still felt the loss keenly of each one she had failed to heal over the years regardless of how many times she reminded herself that they had been too far gone.

Unbidden a memory of a young woman lying on the floor of her father's church, blood pooling all around her and seeping into the carpet. Her unseeing eyes seemed to stare straight Meredith accusingly and her fifteen year old self huddled in on herself trying to escape that dead stare. Around her, her father continued to preach at how the dead woman had clearly not been worthy of saving and how it had been gods will that she die, and the crowd gathered cheered him on. Growing more passionate with each fervent sentence her father spoke. As the crowd gathered grew louder and louder, all Meredith could see was the blood soaking the carpet. She knew that after church had finished for the day she would be on her hands and knees scrubbing the carpet to try and get rid of the stains.

The woman's voice talking to her pulled her from the unpleasant memory and she dragged her gaze away from the picture, focussing on her voice. She made a conscious effort to regain her composure blinking rapidly to stop the tears from falling, she didn't cry ever and she certainly wasn't going to cry in front of these people. She fought to pull herself together, literally pulling her confident demeanour back around her piece by piece. In a matter of moments other than the shadowed look in her eyes you would not know that she had almost broken down. It occurred to her that Jaime had probably felt her emotions and knew full well that the confident, relaxed posture she portrayed was a lie, but there was nothing she could do about that.

They had not really had much time yet to talk about the bond and what it meant for them, given how they could literally feel each other. Nor had they discussed what it meant for them in the future. Hell they hadn't really done much talking at all and Meredith still had no real idea what Jaime really thought about her. Only time would tell.

"Salt is good for getting rid of bloodstains." Meredith said wryly. "Trust me it works, oh and you can call me Mack. Most people do."

Kat Jones

Kat was deliriously happy as Chris offered to take her to school. He wanted to see her again, even if it wasn't as badly as she wanted to see him it was a start. She smiled really big.

”I for one would be more than happy to have my bondmate take me to school,” She said with what she hoped was a flirtatious smile. ”If you get here about 8:15 tomorrow I shouldn't be late,”

As Chris let her out of the car she turned a deep crimson color. She chose not to tell him that she would probably adore for him to give her a kiss goodnight, since she had never kissed anyone before. Chris was not a bad choice for a first kiss either.

“Oh...I...Uh...” she stammered. “I suppose...er...I mean...I'm not sure what the proper protocol is for this either. I'll see you tomorrow” She smiled ,still blushing like mad.

"I'll try not to bother you if I get lost." Chris said.

”No! You aren't a bother at all, Seriously, call me anytime.” she said a little too firmly.

'way to sound desperate' she mentally chided herself. She waved goodbye to him as she drove off and gave a sigh. She was sad to see him go, but as far as social encounters went, her's was pretty successful. She went upstairs and spent a good portion of her night cleaning her room. Just in case. She showered, and dressed in her pajamas, a pair of cotton shorts and a black tank top. Kat played an hour or two of Mario Kart to calm her nerves and finally drifted off to sleep. Setting two alarms so she wouldn't keep Chris waiting.

She didn't visit her mother that night, she didn't visit anyone, instead she just slept, trying to make the time between now and seeing Chris as short as possible. When her alarm woke her up she jumped out of bed and got dressed. She was debating what to wear, she wanted to look nice since she was seeing Chris, but the whole purple evening gown wasn't really her style.

'Be yourself,' Chris' words reminded her. She grabbed a pair of black skinny jeans and tucked them into her Deadpool custom converse. She pulled on a form fitting tank top and a black and red flannel over shirt, unbuttoned. She took the time to tame her mess of red hair and had it straightened, hanging over one of her shoulders. She even took the time to put on some light eyeliner and mascara. Happy with how she looked she came down the stairs in almost a skip.

“What has you so happy?” her dad asked as she came downstairs.

“We will have to talk soon but I'm on my way to school,” She said grabbing the money he left her on the table for lunch and giving him a kiss on the cheek. She started for the door.

“But where is your car?” He called after her.

“I'll bring it home!” She called back, already out on the porch. She sent Anthony a quick text telling him that they should take some time to catch up when they got the chance and then sat down on the porch swing and waited for Chris.

Aeron couldn't resist with Anthony so close. She pulled down on his neck, causing him to kiss her. Her hands in his hair, enjoying the feeling, allowing it consume her. The flashes came back but Aeron, this time tried to let them pass over her, just wanting to enjoy the feeling of their embrace. When she pulled back she had a big smile on her face. She let out a giggle and looked up at him.

“I guess my plan backfired huh?” She asked with a wink. She sat down on the grass and enjoyed the scenery. With a tired sigh, she flopped back, lying in the grass and stretched. It felt good against her skin, even if it was a bit chilly.

“It's nice out here,” She told him. “I didn't get the time to show you last time. But I have some cool stuff at my tree house. I keep a sleeping bag out there and some food and stuff. Sometimes I spend my free days out there entirely. We could go camping sometime if you want...” She trailed off, the thought of actually sleeping with Anthony close to her brought a bright blush to her cheek. Her phone vibrated. She looked at it, it was her dad calling. She sighed and ignored it. She was not about to let Anthony hear her dad screaming at her.

Anthony smiled and blushed softly at the same time as she pulled him down and kissed him. He wasn't quite used to having the feeling of hands in his hair, but he got used to it quickly, and deepened the kiss a bit before they both pulled back. He noticed the smile on her face, and his face lightened up with its own smile.

As she winked, he winked back at her, laying next to her and putting his arm around her, his shoulder under her head. "I guess it did...." He teased her, kissing her again softy.

He then occupied himself with listening to Aeron's words while looking up at the stars. "Hmm.....if you would take me, I would gladly go camping with you." He said, the thought of getting away from Jack for more than 8 hours per day making him excited. Then the thought of sleeping with Aeron close to him hit, and he was instantly blushing again. In fact, thoughts were racing through his head so much that he didn't even notice Aeron's phone.

With a content sigh, Anthony pulled Aeron's body closer to his so that they couched, and he kissed her cheek, closing his eyes and just snuggling into her. It was so calm out here, and aside from his accelerated heartbeat, he was absolutely relaxed. With his hand around Aeron's shoulders, and his arms being so long, he was able to rest his hand on her upper chest, and therefore feel her heartbeat as well.

He could tell that it was just as if not doubly accelerated than his, and he reveled in the fact that he could do that to such a beautiful girl. But then again, he was a kitten, and girls loved kittens....right? Especially over grown humanoid kittens? He felt he was about to find out with Aeron. In the coming days, or weeks, or even months, she would be able to decide whether or not she loved him, and he would be able to decide if he truly loved her.

He only hoped that the feelings were mutual at the end....

Chris found a little motel about 12 minutes away from Kat's house. Once he checked in, he unpacked his stuff. He figured he'd be staying here for awhile. He guessed he could look for an apartment near by, but he's not quite sure what he's going to do. He hadn't really thought about it too much, he didn't think he'd take a liking to his bondmate quite like he has. Well, regardless, he's here now. And that probably won't change for awhile. Chris took out his phone, and stared at it for a good ten minutes. Kat's words about telling Jack ringing through his ears.

Chris took a deep breath in, and mustered his courage. He dialed Jack's number, and waited for him to pick up. "About time. I was beginning to think you weren't going to call." Jack answered, of course he did. "Yeah, almost didn't. But a friend gave me some good advice." Chris replied as he ran his fingers through his blonde hair, and towards the back of his head. "Really? You listened to someone? Who is this miracle worker? They must be able to walk on water to get through your thick skull!" Jack said with a slight chuckle.

"Yeah, she's something..." "She?" Jack interrupted. "Is somebody making an honest man out of you Christy?" Jack teased. "She's just a friend. That's part of the reason why I'm calling." Chris then began to explain everything about the bonding, and everything that has happened today. He even told him about the Gods. "...You're joking right?.....You're not joking are you?" Jack asked in disbelief. He wasn't quite sure to believe him, but given that his little brother is a walking battery he's a little open minded. "Afraid not." Chris replied.

"So what are you going to do?" Jack asked. "I don't know. I didn't think about it when I came here. But now that I'm here....I don't know...I like Kat. I don't want to leave her. I don't know if it's the bond or what." Chris replied. "I like being around her but..." "But?" "But she's got a good life here. She's got a nice home, and she's genuinely nice. I'd just hurt her. I'm no good for her." Chris sighed. "Is this about her, or is this about Mom and Dad?" Chris tensed up at the mention of his parents. He didn't give a answer, pretty much confirming it.

"I know what it's like. I went through that hell a lot long than you. But what they did to us, don't let it change who you are. If you let them keep you from being happy, then they win in the end." Jack stated. Leave it to Jack to have a lecture up his sleeve. "Just think about it. I'll talk to you later." Jack then hung up the phone. Chris sighed as he pressed end. Chris laid back on the bed, and looked up at the ceiling. He set his phone alarm to go off at 7 o' clock in the morning, and then drifted off to sleep.

Chris' alarm woke him up. He groaned as he turned it off. "You'd have better appreciate this Kitten." He moaned. He quickly took him a light shower, put on some deodorant, and threw a pair of blue jeans, and a red button-down shirt on. He put on his shoes, and he was out the door. He drove over to Kat's house, and was right on time. Chris leaned over to the passenger's door, and opened it. He could see Kat on the porch swing. He waved her over. As he waited, he took out a CD, and put it. The CD started playing a bunch of songs by Nirvana.

Aeron groaned as her phone rang again, her father's number appearing on the screen. She ignored it and allowed it to go to voice mail. It was becoming more and more difficult to enjoy herself. She worried about why her father wanted to get a hold of her. Did he receive his summons for the court case already? It would mean bad trouble for her when he finds out. He was going to be mad at her as it was for going out without telling him, she shuddered to think what was waiting for her at home.

She began to think of what she would like to do right now. In all honesty, the only thing she had that she liked about her life right now was Anthony. She could run away, just take Anthony and move someone else. She sat up looking Anthony in the eyes.

“Hypothetically, if I asked you to run away with me right now would you do it?” Aeron asked. Her tone was serious. She didn't want to go home and face all the dangers there, she wanted to stay with Anthony forever.

Anthony sighed and closed his eyes slowly, wanting to just fall asleep with Aeron in his arms tonight. Suddenly her phone went off again and he sighed, opening his eyes slowly, and tiredly. He glanced at her phone as she let it go to voice male, and before he could talk, she asked him a question in a serious tone while sitting up.

Anthony blinked a few times and turned onto his back, sitting up as well. "Run away?" he thought for a second, but then nodded. "I would but.....what's this all about, anyway?" He asked, his tone just as serious. "Is it the thing you're not telling me about?" he asked calmly. By now Aeron knew that Anthony could read her body language with a passing glance, and knew there couldn't be any more hiding. Not that he knew she wouldn't try.

In fact, Anthony was only letting her hide things from him for one reason: He had only known her for two days. If he had known her longer, he would pressure her about it without mercy until he got the truth out of her. But he would never harm her. He would pressure, then let up for a few seconds, then pressure her again; almost as if interrogating her.

"Aeron, if something is bothering you, I need to know. You can tell me anything, you know that, don't you? And if not me, tell Artemis." he then shook his head. "No, don't tell her....because either way I'm gonna find out, and I'd rather know now while I'm calm then get annoyed because I don't know, and end up exploding when I do find out." He explained to her, putting his hand gently on her shoulder.

"Aeron, please.....tell me."

Kat Jones

Kat almost skipped to Chris' car, feeling pretty, an confident, but mostly just happy to see him. In her hand she held a small paper bag. She climbed into the car and have Chris a happy grin.

“Good morning!” She said happily. “I figured the motel didn't have continental breakfast, so I figured this was the least I could do was make you breakfast.” She handed him the paper bag, it contained a bagel, cream cheese, and a fruit cup. There was a little lightning bolt draw on the side of the bag. She hoped she wasn't coming on 'too nice' she had been told that before. As in “You are just to nice for me Kat” or “It will never work out... you are just too nice,” She heard the CD and gave Chris a quizzical look.

“Nirvana?” She asked questioningly. “I've never been fond of them, I'm not really that into grunge,” She admitted. “But you have to appreciate the classics. He made that genre of music,” She said absently, not really to anyone in particular. She blushed slightly, realizing she was nerding out a bit. She liked the way he looked in red she decided mentally. She realized they kind of matched, and wondered if he would appreciate her awesome shoes.

“Too bad I can't bring you to school with me,” She teased. “I'm sure it would make my day more entertaining.” She was regretting having to go to school, she wished that she could spend more time getting to know Chris, but decided it was probably better if she had something to occupy her time, she didn't come across as clingy.

The drive didn't take too long, she enjoyed listening to music with Chris and being around him. That safe feeling overcame her and she let herself swim in it. As he pulled up she felt her nice feeling fade, the group of people standing in the court yard were a group she knew all too well. She put on a brave face for Chris, she didn't want him to think of her as pathetic or scared.

“Thanks so much for the drive. Seriously,” Kat said running her fingers through her hair. “To risk sounding stupid...Did you maybe want to go grab some lunch after I get out? I'm almost done with all my credits and I only have to go for half the day on Thursday's so I get out at about one.” She asked, heat coming to her cheeks.

“Unless you are busy of course, no pressure.”

She looked at him with sincerity, pain in her grey eyes. She had a smile on her face still, that smile, always there. Never wavering, even when she wished it would.

“I don't like being at home,” She said softly. She had said this before, and knew Anthony knew that there was more going on. “I guess I just wish that you and I could just go away from all the stress that is waiting for me at home. Between sisters who think I am a freak and parents I can't tell about my emancipation, sometimes I just wish I could leave it all behind and start over. For now though, I am just content that I have you.” Her face brightened. She forced a big smiled and pushed him teasingly.

“Plus if I ran away with you my parents would probably just call the cops on you, since I'm still a minor.” She teased. Aeron looked wistfully at the stars.

“It would be great though wouldn't it?” She said dreamily “I can imagine us just running away, we could stay in my tree house for a while. I wouldn't starve because I'm lucky enough to have a hunter with me!” She said cheerily and nuzzled under his chin. Then playfully pushed him back into the grass and pinned him, her pink hair falling around them like a veil. She stared at his eyes for some time before slowly leaning down to kiss him, unable to resist herself this time, hoping her playfulness would distract him. She would tell him eventually, but for now she couldn't afford for anything to happen. She was so close to freedom.

Anthony seemed to flinch from the pain in Aeron's eyes, not looking at her lips; knowing they would lie to him. Without diverting his gaze from her eyes, he decided to comment. "You are very lucky your smile is convincing, my dear Aeron." he said softly.

As she spoke he looked away and sighed, shaking his head as she spoke, sighing. He chuckled as she tried to joke with him, and he let her push him teasingly, and he looked back at her as she continued to speak teasingly, and he nudged her back gently in a playful way as well. As she pushed him back into the ground and nuzzled him under his chin, nuzzling her back. He chuckled and smiled, kissing her back.

Her ploy had worked; he was distracted. He wrapped his arms around her and let her pin him to the ground; not that he couldn't get up if he wanted to. He pulled her body against his own gently with his arms, and kissed her again, wanting the night to continue forever, even though he knew it couldn't. After a few more kisses, he yawned and let her go, wanting to sleep. He looked at his phone, and noticed it was 1:00 AM and he blinked a few times.

"Holy....Um....I need to get you home, look at the time." he said, showing her the time. "I know you don't want to, and I don't want to either, but.....I'm afraid that I'll be accused of kidnapping if I hold you out here any longer." he teased, kissing her lips gently again.

With that he got up, stretched himself out, and opened her side of his car, waiting for her to get in. Once she was in, he walked around, let himself in, and drove off quickly but carefully back to his apartment.

Jack wouldn't be happy....but he didn't care. He cared about Aeron, and that's all that mattered to him.

JAMIE SOUTHSIDE

" Mack...can't say I understand why anyone would give such a pretty girl a guy's nickname but hey whatever floats your boat." Sean replied with a puzzled look on his face. Giving a whistle that cut even above the music that seem omnipresent a barely clothed red head bearing a tray laden with shot glasses appeared shortly. Putting the tray upon the arm rest she looked at the President for any further orders. Getting a dismissal the womam vanished as quickly as she had appeared.

Jamie and Sean both took a glass from the tray, Sean standing as he did so. Clinking their glasses together they both toasted fate.

" To the Lady Luck, may the bitch choke on a cock one of these days."

Swiftly downing the Pyatizvyozdnaya contained within the shot glasses Sean and Jamie smashed them against the floor.

" So she's the one huh Jamie? Always thought you were joking about this whole thing. Guess I'm the one left with egg on their face Brother. " The leader of every Southside Demon bearing the colors asked with an arched eyebrow.

" Yeah guess ya are Brother. But believe me I kinda didn't ever think this day was coming. Kinda like hunting down rag heads in the desert. They're always one step ahead." Jamie replied with a rueful laugh

" War never changes but at least you got one with a fantastic ass. Honestly Delphos you should ask the girl her trick. " The President of the Southside Demons MC added with a wide grin.

" Maybe later my ill equipped lover. Perhaps we should give them some space. I'm sure they have lots to talk about. See ya later Jamie and go easy on her I know how you wear the girls out." Delphos retorted with a mockingly stern posture.

" What do you mean you know...." Sean spoke as he and Delphos left the platform and mingled with the crowd below it. Jamie for his part collapsed on the couch. Maintaining his facade of cocky amusement was difficult as the emotional awareness he had of Meredith made him want to comfort her. Another somewhat unknown urge but this was a day of days after all. Indicting that Meredith was free to take seat as well the Beserker tried to marshal his thoughts together.

" So this bond thing is kicking my ass. I don't know about ya sweet thing but I swear it's like ya talking to me. But only it's inside the ole brain box." Jamie finally said after several likely awkward moments. But awkward or not he wanted to get it off his chest. " And I find myself really liking ya touch. Now don't get me wrong I got nothing against your looks." Here the massive biker indicated Meredith's body.

" But that out there is my life." Jamie waved a hand to encompass the Southside Demons he called family. " And it ain't no place for the faint of heart." A tracing of his facial scars, the reminder that a life totally free came with no safety of any kind beyond cunning, courage, and strength. " I am the chosen of war Meredith. My life won't end peaceful, and I don't have the slightest desire to die an old man in my bed. And I ain't interested in a white picket fence, a respectable office job, or hell even kids at the moment."

Another pause as Jamie watched Sean and several other Southside Demons playing five finger fillet. " That said I can show ya the tallest heights and the best of life. Which is good 'cause...well the bond really. Don't know about you but ignoring ya is about as hard ignoring a good fight. Harder in a way, a fight doesn't have an ass like yours."

Aeron sighed as he told her the time. She wouldn't be able to hang out with Anthony the next day. She was sure she would be grounded after ignoring her phone calls all night. She sat in Anthony's car trying to keep from showing how much she was dreading coming home, but she knew he was right. She couldn't avoid it forever. As they pulled into Anthony's drive way she almost considered asking to stay with him. She didn't normally push her dad like this, she was dreading what was to come. She had only knew him for two days, she couldn't ask to stay there. She was dreading leaving that safe feeling she loved so much.

As she got out of the car she could see Jack peaking out of the curtains. A flare of jealousy flared through her. She walked Anthony to his door and then, within view of Jack, grabbed Anthony by his shirt and pushed him against the wall of the apartment and kissed him hard and passionately. Claiming him as hers for Jack to see. She deepened the kiss, pushing her body against his. It was the most daring thing she had ever done. As she pulled away she got very embarrassed. She leaned in and kissed him a bit more softly.

"Goodnight," She whispered and quickly walked to her own car. As close as she was to getting a good night's rest she got in and blinked the entire car into her own driveway. With a sigh she walked into her house.

Her father was waiting for her when she entered.

"Where the hell have you been?" he snarled at her, his breath reeked.

"I was out with a friend," She answered stonily.

"I called you," He retorted.

"My phone was dead," She lied. She made a direct line for her bedroom, trying to avoid his rage. She was not so fortunate. He grabbed her arm as she passed him.

"I'm not done with you young lady," He said, his grip too tight, already bruising her fragile skin. She glared at him, new found strength finding her. Maybe it was having met Anthony, maybe it was being so close to emancipation. She didn't know.

"I am done with you," She said back with a dead calm to her voice. She ripped her arm free and blinked to her room. She made a mad dash for her door, to lock it. She wasn't fast enough he barged in grabbing her by her hair and throwing her to the ground.

"I've told you that you aren't to do that in this house!" He yelled at her. She never teared up, never faltered. She looked up at him, fire in her eyes. "You're grounded," he snapped slamming her door behind him.

Anthony thought this night would end quietly, but then again, even his hunter instincts couldn't prepare him for what was about to happen to him. As Aeron suddenly grabbed him by his shirt, and pinned him against a wall and kissed him with such passion, his eyes widened and his face went red from embarrassment for a second before his eyes closed and he kissed her back, deepening the kiss even more by pulling her body against his as she pressed hers against his. She pulled away and blushed, and his eyes opened softly, the eyelids low and the eyes barely in view, but glowing brightly with passion suddenly as she then kissed him again, and he yet again kissed her back.

She pulled away again and told him goodnight, to which he replied. "Y-yea...you too, Aeron. Goodnight." with a smile, closing the door behind her. He then turned around, a dreamy look in his eyes as he leaned against the door for a second.

Then Jack walked up, an his eyes turned cold. "What the fuck is wrong with you?" She yelled at him.

"Me? What's wrong with you?! Why don't you understand that I don't like you?! I never have, and I never will! So go and seduce Andrew or some other dumb-ass at the bar again, you insignificant little worm!" He screamed right back at her. That shut her up quicker than a sonic boom, and she stormed out of the house screaming obscenities at him while he let out a deep breath and went to his room, not even bothering to take off his clothes, he kicked off his shoes, closed his door, locked it, turned off the light, and then collapsed onto his bed.

That kiss had taken a lot of energy out of the Mighty Hunter that was Anthony. So had getting man-handled by a beautiful girl that was much shorter than he was. He wasn't used to it, but he figured that if it made Aeron happy he'd put up with it and play along. For now, however, he slept.

Aeron laid in bed for some time before she was able to go to sleep. She felt kind of bad kissing Anthony like that just to prove a point, but she was sure he enjoyed it. And how she had this lovely hand shaped bruise on her arm to hide from her boyfriend. Boyfriend? Was he her boyfriend? They hadn't actually discussed it, but he had just been confessing his love to her hours before. She shot him a text before she went to sleep.

'Sorry about that kiss, I didn't mean to cause a scene. I guess I just got a little jealous when I saw Jack there. Hope you have a goodnight. <3'

She slept restlessly, nightmares waking her ever so often. She finally gave up and decided to stay awake once the sun was starting to rise. She wondered if she would be allowed to go to school. Sometimes when he left visible marks on her, Aeron's father wouldn't let her leave. Her door was locked from the night before so he hadn't bothered her the rest of the night. He was probably still asleep. She left her room as quietly as possible. A note lay on the table.

"Stay home today. You are grounded," It was from her mother. Of course, it was always her mother that covered up for her father. Aeron went back into her room and locked the door behind her. She ran a brush through her hair, and put it up into a pony tail. She pulled a long sleeve shirt on over the tank top she had slept in. She decided to stay in her shorts versus putting on pants or pajama pants. Double checking to make sure the door was locked Aeron took a deep breath and teleported into what she hoped was Anthony's room. Having never been in it before she wasn't sure exactly where she would end up, but she had been close enough that she could get an idea.

When she opened her eyes she was standing by the foot of Anthony's bed, watching him sleep. He was so adorable sleeping, he really was just an overgrown kitten sometimes. She hoped what she was doing wouldn't be considered creepy. With a gentle nudge, she tried to wake him.

Anthony read her text and smiled, replying with a simple "It's fine. Whatever helps Jack get the message that I don't like her is good with me. <3" he then knocked out, his phone on his nightstand. By the time Aeron appeared in his room, he had rolled over onto his back, and was sleeping peacefully, his chest rising and falling the only indication that he was still alive.

When Aeron nudged him, he groaned and turned away from her like a grumpy kitten. Eventually however, after about ten nudges, Anthony opened his eye and turned his head, glancing at Aeron for a second before rolling to the side and grabbing Aeron with his arm around her hips, pulling her into bed with him and putting her under the covers as he then proceeded to cuddle. "Don't you know that cats don't like to be woken up?" He whispered to her, pulling her body close to his, deepening the intimacy of the cuddle.

After about an hour and a half, Anthony opened his eyes again and yawned himself awake, sitting up and kissing Aeron's cheek to wake her up while he sat up now, yawning again. "So, my dear....what brings you to my humble abode?" He asks her, picking some fuzz off of his sheets that had accumulated from the drier when he washed them a couple days ago.

Aeron was a little shocked when she was pulled into bed with Anthony, a deep blush across her cheeks. At least she was wearing pajamas. She snuggled into him, ignoring her rapidly beating heart.

"I guess I should scratch you behind the ears to wake you up next time?" She said playfully, all of the events from the night before already fading from her mind now that she was with him. She didn't try to wake him any more, instead she just lay with him, enjoying the warmth of his bed and dozed off with him. She was woken when he sat up in bed and gave her a kiss on the cheek. She yawned herself, covering her now crimson face with her hands.

"I guess I just couldn't stay away from you..." She teased, her voice muffled by her hands. She made no effort to get up, instead she continue to lay in his bed as they conversed. "I'm grounded," She informed him "So I decided to not be grounded and locked my door and teleported into your room. I'm glad I made it here. It would be bad if I showed up in Jack's room by mistake." She hadn't even brought her phone with her today, she refused to have their day interrupted again. She wondered if he had noticed her shorts and what he would think of her in her PJ's.

Anthony chuckled at her, laying back down after stretching out and kissing her cheek again. He then propped his head up on his arm. "Grounded? For what? Hanging out with me? I guess that makes sense....we were out until past midnight...." He said with a sigh. He then laughed as she joked about showing up in Jack's room. "Yea, you don't wanna be in there. She sleeps naked." he said.

"Which I only know because I was up late one night, getting food, and she strolled out of her room not wearing anything. She didn't even care...but then....she's pretty slutty if you ask me." He shrugged, snuggling against Aeron again, letting her lean on him as he cuddled her from behind. He didn't care what she was wearing; she was under his covers, she was clothed, and so was he, and in terms of decency that's all that mattered to him right now.

He then sighed and pulled her closer to him, spooning with her now. "Well, you're here with me now, so all you need to do is relax, he said, nuzzling her gently, one arm under her neck and his other hand gently on her waist, not really there to hold her there, but there to let her know he was holding her.

Aeron didn't like the idea of Anthony seeing anyone naked, especially Jack. She hadn't even actually spoken to this girl, and yet she somehow despised everything about her. Who went after someone who was with someone else. Well actually, they hadn't made things official or anything, but she felt that Anthony was loyal to her and that was enough for her.

"I guess I'm not the only one who finds you irresistible," She said with a wink. She stretched, rather adorably, her tummy sticking out as her shirt raised with the stretch. A sweet little yawn escaped from her. She was comfortable with him here, and could maybe get good rest if she had him around.

"I didn't sleep hardly at all last night," She admitted. With a sigh she sat up and pulled him to her to kiss him softly. "It's too bad I can't stay with you all the time. I am so much more at home around you. I'm stuck in your room today unless I go home and change," She said. "I can't exactly go out in my pj's." She teased. "But I dont mind. We could just sleep all day for all I care,"

He chuckled at Aeron's continued teasing, and patted her side, patting her tummy as she stretched. "It seems that I'm not the only irresistible one, my dear Aeron." He said, nuzzling her gently. As she sat up and kissed him softly, he smiled and kissed her back, caressing her face in his hand gently.

"I've got no objections to sleeping here with you all day, if that's what you want to do." He winked to her, laying back down on his comfortable bed and yawning, his canines in plain and simple view, closer now to Aeron than she had previously seen them, allowing her to see them perfectly, and even try and touch one if she wanted since Anthony's current yawn was very long; at least five seconds long.

He closed his mouth and his eyes hung half open as he looked up at Aeron, a dreamy look in his eyes and a small, content smile on his face. "But....if you wanna go and get your pj's, then come back, I have no objections either" he teased, winking and sticking his tongue out at her playfully.

He then laid on his back and patted on his chest, wanting Aeron to just cuddle with him all day as they just slept. Aeron would notice that his heartbeat was very slow right now; he wasn't anywhere near being fully awake, and her teasing did little to speed it up or embarrass him at the moment. That wasn't to say her efforts were in vain, they did work, just not very well at the moment. Heck, Aeron could probably make out with Anthony right now and he would just go with it because he's so tired.

"Come on, then....let's catch you up on that sleep you've missed from last night." He whispered softly to her, closing his eyes again, his breathing slow, soft, and steady. His heart loud, proud, and yet slow, and calming in his chest.

Meredith decided she liked Sean and Delphos and thought perhaps that they could become friends, perhaps, after all she didn't know yet what was going on between her and Jaime let alone his friends. She sat down on the sofa beside him, grabbing a drink from the tray, as she did so. She downed the shot allowing its warmth to soothe away the sharp edges of her unpleasant memories and after a few moments they gradually faded leaving her feeling somewhat better. She wasn't a naturally negative person and did not allow things to get her down for long.

She angled her body so that she was facing toward him on the sofa and listened as he told her how he felt about her, about the bond and how he lived his life. As she listened she realised there was a lot more to him than what most people saw, she guessed most simply saw the scars, tattoos and leathers and assumed he was a a bad person. But hearing him talk and feeling him in her head she was beginning to see that underneath he cared and was extremely loyal to those he cared about. She admired those qualities and yet could not deny that hints of his violent nature were also there.
This should have made her run for the hills, he was the chosen of WAR for crying out loud, his life would never be calm and peaceful. He would always be war, Ares would not release him until he died as Apollo would not her. And yet, she didn't want to run.

"Having you in my head is just downright weird and so I know it can't be any easier for you. But whether we want it or not it's always going to be there and if I'm honest, as much as its weird and disturbing its also nice and I'm discovering that I... like you being up here. And it helps that you're... hot." She slowly looked him up and down as she said that.

"But regardless of whether we like it or not it is a tie binding us together and I know that bothers you, shit it bothers me too. I have spent my whole life a prisoner to someone who used me for my power and now that I'm free of that I never want to be caged again. So I am the last person to try and control you, freedom is the most important thing in my life and I'm not about to give up mine or take away yours."

She sighed and rubbed her eyes wishing she knew how to say what she was feeling, she had never been very good at putting her feelings into words.

"I'm willing to spend more time in your world as its who you are and I guess the question is can you compromise and do the same for me? Do you want to spend more time with me or do you want to ignore this? My world is probably the polar opposite to this and there isn't much in it that cares about me but the small part that does is who I am."

She smiled then and did something she had been wanting to do all evening, she reached out and lightly traced the scar on his face with her hand. "I am not fragile Jaime nor am I your typical girl, I don't want the picket fence or the children, I want to live and experience all that I missed in my life." She said softly. "Besides, I am sure Apollo did this because he thought it would be amusing to put the chosen of war and healing together and I want to wipe the damn smirk off his face."

"Uh, thanks." Chris said as he took the breakfast Kat made for him. Although, he did think the lightning bolt on the bag was a bit much, but he's got one tattooed to his arm so who was he to talk. He tossed the breakfast in the back seat for him to eat later. It didn't take to long to drive to the school. Ah high school, Chris was so glad to be out of that hell hole. "Well, here we are I guess." Chris said as he looked over the place.

"Yeah, you wouldn't want me to go to school with you. I spent most of the time in detention. Evidently when you break a food tray in half by smacking it upside the head of a guy who made a comment by my tattoo, and I'm the bad guy." Chris said with a slight chuckle. "Ok, maybe I was a little rash in hindsight. But it felt appropriate at the time."

Chris got out of the car and opened the door for her. "Sounds good, I'll pick up and we'll go out." Chris said with a smile. "So I'll come get you at one." He stated. "Have a good day Kitten."

Kat Jones

“Thanks Chris,” She said with a genuine grin. She waved goodbye as she left his car, and braved the courtyard. As she approached the double doors, she sighed. The group of people were already heading to intercept her.

“Yo Katherine!” One of the boys yelled to her. Kat kept her head down and attempted to get inside before he got to her. She wasn't that lucky and soon the three where upon her. The first was a tall lanky boy with dark hair. His name was Darren. His friend was the leader, another senior boy with a buzz cut, the girl on his arm was his girl friend Cindy. Kat had known her for a long time, and once upon a time they had been friends. She was long and pretty and curvy and had nice straight black hair that hung around her shoulders.

“You ignoring us?” The dark haired boy asked as they got to her. Kat refused to respond and tried to push past them and enter the building. James, the boy with the buzz cut, knocked the book she was holding out of her hands.

“You are so clumsy Kat,” He said as it tumbled to the ground. Without a word Kat leaned down to pick up her book.

“Where is that freaky yellowed eyed kid?” Darren asked. Kat continued to try to walk past them but Darren held out an arm and put it between her and the door, blocking her path.

“Didn't you hear, it looks like Kat has a new boy taking pity on her,” Cindy sneered. “Amy said she saw you with some blonde hunk yesterday. Did your daddy pay him to hang out with you?” She asked with a cruel laugh.

“If you wanted someone to take you for a spin all you had to do is ask little Kitty,” Darren said leaning in low. Kat pushed him away, angry. Daren grabbed the strap of her messenger bag pulling her back.

“Where do you think you are going?” He asked, he was too close to her, making her severely uncomfortable. Kat resisted the urge to fill this bastard so full of nightmares his head would explode, but instead she just slipped out of her backpack and quickly tried to make her way for the door.

Aeron listened to Anthony's heartbeat and slowly drifted off to sleep. She wished every night could be like this, warm and cuddly, in PJ's with the boy she... Aeron had almost thought loved. Maybe it was just because the word sounded right. Aeron wasn't sure. Her live was too chaotic for all of that right now. She couldn't afford to fall in love right in the middle of the biggest decision of her life.

In all actuality Aeron felt bad for dragging Anthony in on all her drama. She had so much going on, but he was so accepting, so understanding. He was too good for her. The thought hurt as she thought, but she knew it to be true. Anthony deserved someone who was just as honest with him as he was with her. Not someone who had to wear long sleeves to cover all of her lies, not someone who was afraid to love him because everyone she had ever cared about had treated her like dirt. He deserved someone who wasn't....broken.

All these thoughts swam around in her consciousness. She considered for a moment getting up and leaving, never bothering him again, but one look at his sleepy, happy face and she immediately felt guilty for thinking it. He said he had loved her. Wouldn't she in turn just be hurting him by walking away?

Aeron felt lost and frustrated all at once, unsure how to feel. But the warm bed finally lulled her into a sense of security and she was soon sleeping on his chest, listening to his heartbeat. She slept that way for several hours, finally at peace.

Man, Anthony had it great right now! He was sleepy, he was in bed, he had a beautiful girl cuddling with him, and she was sleepy! This was the best day ever! He tightened his grip around Aeron's body a little bit and pulled her against him more as they slept. His head leaned to the side, and his chin rested gently on top of Aeron's head, and his arm that held her against him rested on her hip at the moment, before he fully relaxed, and it dropped to her lower back.

Hours later.........

Anthony woke up to find Aeron in the same position they'd both fallen asleep in, and decided to just lay there and hope that either Aeron wakes up, or he falls back to sleep. He could hear movement outside in the apartment, and could only assume that it was Jack pacing back and forth waiting for him to come out or debating on weather or not she should try to pick his lock and break into his room.

He then smirked as the footsteps went away and Anthony snuggled Aeron again, kissing her forehead before turning on his side to face her and pull her against him to cuddle. He let his eyes hang half-open for a little while, slowly drifting down as sleep started to return to him. "So....beautiful..." He muttered softly to Aeron before sleep took him again.
