Description
Name: Kyle Jance
Age: 21
Gender: M
Appearence: Kyle likes to keep up appearances whenever he goes out into public as himself(as opposed to The_Game). As one of the developers' son, he feels that it's only right to dress for the part. As such, we'll rarely be without his black slacks and white button-up shirt, and will, on most occasions, wear a black suit jacket over it, though he likes to have the white shirt open, slightly, and will only wear a tie on special occasions. His hair is medium-length, jet black, and always slicked back. He likes to keep his facial hair down to a stubble, as well, which contrasts well with his fair skin tone. He wears rounded eyeglasses which frame his vibrant emerald eyes.
When he appears in public as The_Game or The_System, Kyle will wear a long-sleeved leather jacket that zips up all the way to his neck, though he keeps it slightly open, at the top. Beneath, he wears a turtleneck that extends all the way up into the specially designed motorcycle helmet that also doubles as his game headset. Kyle will never take this helmet off, in public. He also wears tight black jean pants, with black leather knees, that extend down into his motorcycle boots, which come up to about mid-calf and are fastened with black leather straps. His black leather driving gloves complete his visage and leaves not an inch of skin showing, making it next to impossible for an observer to guess at his identity.
Personality: Kyle is a crowd favorite due to his suave mannerisms during interviews. You wouldn't know that he was The_Game to look at him,or speak with him. He's a naturally gifted speaker, and can keep a cool head under pressure. Being the developer of one of the greatest technological sensations' son has put him in a sort of a faint spotlight. Even though his business doesn't run parallel to his father's, they still communicate regularly, for which he is grateful. He's proud, rather than resentful, of his father's fame, and is proud to carry on his legacy. The stresses of running his business and moonlighting as The_Game can be a great burden, at times, so it's always nice to know that someone has his back. As a side note, Kyle takes his anonymity as The_Game very seriously, and goes through great lengths to not let on his true identity. This is mostly because he doesn't want people to think that his father helped him to become as good as he is through some kind of unfair advantage, but also because he enjoys the mysterious aire that this places around The_Game.
Hobbies: Kyle enjoys working on computers and software programs for his business. He and the three other employees will spend most of their time looking at old,beat-up computers and seeing what they can create from them. In addition to this, they also work on indie titles for various websites such as Kongregate, Newgrounds, and others. This brings in a very small amount of revenue, but they do it more for fun than for payoff, anyway.
As The_Game, Kyle will make public appearances from time to time at internet cafes around the country, which brings in almost as much money as his business in Maine. More than that, he enjoys the game, and invites people everywhere to watch him play via a website that someone created just for him, called You_Lose_The_Game.com. Whenever Kyle logs on, his game is streamed, live, to the website, and people from all around the globe pack the servers by the tens of thousands to watch, and Kyle gets a cut from the number of hits on the website, on top of what he makes for the public appearances.
Romance: Nothing to speak of.
Orientation: Heterosexual
Work: Runs a business in Maine that repairs, refits and upgrades computers and computer software. The money he makes from his public appearances as The_Game and from the website You_Lose_The_Game.com is enough for Kyle to live comfortably.
Location: Portland, Maine
Username: The_Game and The_System
Name: The_Game
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance: The_Game's face is hidden by a mask made from steel, with the only holes being for the eyes. Even these, however, are blacked out, and any that get close enough to peer into them see only a dark void where eyes should be. This mask is surrounded by a hood that hides The_Game's hair, as well, but those who claim to have known The_Game from when he was first starting out say that his character model has jet black hair and emerald green eyes, and a scar that extends down from his left eye to his cheek. The rest of The_Game's armor is primarily leather padding, lightweight and flexible, save for the left shoulder, upper arms and forearms, which have titanium plating for protection. The left shoulder includes a plated that extends up to protect the side of his neck. In combat, this is the side The_Game will face towards his opponents. The joints at the armpits and elbows are unarmored, however, for added flexibility, and presumably designed so that The_Game could pick up the Acrobat power.
Personality: While The_Game prefers the solo-play, he is not above teaming with other, high-caliber players, and may do so to tackle end-game bosses or raids. Whenever he engages in PvP, however, The_Game will always go solo. It is unclear whether this is due to a lack of trust in other players or a desire to be better than them.
Weapon: The_Game wields two Chinese Hookswords in either hand. There are two parts to the hooksword. The hook, and the sword(trollface.jpeg). He may use these weapons to parry and trap his opponents weapons, blades, in particular, and may even wrench his target's weapon(s) from their grasp.
Powers:
Acrobat(MASTER)
(PASSIVE)Stuns, snares, immobilizations and roots last half as long, for you. In addition, when struck by a knockdown, you have a 30% chance to negate the effect entirely, causing you to roll back onto your feet, instead. In the event of a successful knockdown, you recover 20% faster.
Flash(MASTER)
You teleport to a specific location within your character's sightline. You must be able to see the ground where you are teleporting(ie. you cannot teleport to a platform above you where the ground is not visible, and you cannot teleport in front of you or below you to an area that is too dark).
Range: 1-100yds.
Cooldown: 60sec.
Sneak(MASTER)
You crouch down, becoming more difficult to detect. While sneaking, your nameplate will not appear on any player's screen, even if they look directly at you. In addition, while in deep shadow or tall grass, you enter a lesser form of stealth, and become invisible, at range. Attacking an opponent's back while sneaking will deal 200% damage. Taking damage, dealing damage and using abilities will bring you out of sneak, and you must remain so for the next 10 seconds.
Romance: None to speak of.
Orientation: Unknown
Work: Freelance PK
Other: The_Game never speaks aloud, instead choosing to type out all of his words. Despite this, he will rarely use text talk, and will spell out everything as though he is speaking it, though he will use in-game jargon often("GG - Good game, Str -strenght, Int - intellect, Agi - agility, etc)
The_Game is currently #1 on the leaderboards for PvP kills, but is not even ranked in the top 10 on any other list.
So begins...
He nodded, folding his arms.
"Let's make a party then." Bringing his hand up in front of him, he began to type some commands on a transparent white screen that appeared that read the words "COMMUNITY". This was an old-style interface from the earlier stages of beta, from when voice activated commands were still in testing, few players continued to use it.
Shortly after, a see-through screen materialized before Nightmare and Espik.

PLAYER: War Tiger wishes to create a party with you.
Accept?

"This will let us keep track of one another, in case we get split up. As well see some of each other's statistics." It seemed like he knew what he was doing, despite his overview showing that he was more 'underleveled' than them. His critical resistance and magic defense stats, were less than average with little to no contribution from his armor. He also seemed to have alot of unused skill points left.
"I've put a some points into Health and Parrying, I can tank. Are any of you healers?" He asked, using common gaming jargon, tanking was the act of soaking up and migating damage for the party while the other members worked to bring down the enemy. Efficiency was his priority as usual. The menu only displayed the most basic of information, such as armor and hit points, he could not see their abilities or the details of their characters. It was something players had to communicate with each other.
Just then, a small crowd formed near the bridge. He could hear it. Momentarily distracted by the commotion, he looked up and glanced over his shoulder.
"Hm." He mused then turned back to his screen, his expression remained unchanged.
