Role on the ship: Scout/Mechanic

Why you came onto the ship (history basically): Jake was born on Crystal, and grew up around careless parents and a submissive sister. Once he was old enough, Jake started going on long walks that lasted days sometimes. He ignored school, instead learning from the net everything he needed or wanted. Jake learned from trial and error how to live on his planet without the help of civilization. It was so currupt there anyway that he believed anarchy would be better than government controlled worlds. He didn't know that his sister followed him. So, one day, in the middle of one of his longer, week long treks, he heard screaming and investigated. Two thugs from a nearby city had found and were in the process of trying to rape her outside a mine. Jake snapped and killed them all with a shard from the nearby mine. He ended the fight with such a bloody blow, with blood covering him in fact, that it scared his sister into being mute. Not knowing how else to deal with the situation, Jake ran into the wild. A few days later, he noticed the Imperium docked at the local spaceport. He didn't know why, but he stowed away anyway. They found him, he asked for a place, and they gave it to him. Jake always loved to tinker, so while in space he's the mechanic. While on the ground and in the dirt, he shows his true colors as a scout.
Weapons: 'Hell's Lightning' plasma chain whip, reinforced razor wire imbedded into gloves, dual butterfly knives made of Crystal's natural material, dual 'Palm Blaster' plasma cannons mounted on thick gloves, Sonic Manipulation gloves(Manipulates sound waves to levitate, cut, or simply pound a target. cannot lift anything above fifty pounds, and rarely above twenty five. Impacts are comparable to the kinetic force of a Howeitzer 105mm)
Skills: Ability to use his wierd weapons(This is totally required for most of them), stealth, general mechanic's knowledge of ship, adaptability
Equipment: Mechanic's tool belt, Battle Dress Uniform, normally only with bottom half on unless in mission, optical enhancement/communications package headband
