Trampez

"Heroes are supposed to be perfect, right?"

0 · 370 views · located in Kirkcroft

a character in “War of the Heroes and Villains”, as played by Pichu-Chan

Description

Name - Trampez

Secret Identity - Jane Nightly

Age - 17

Power - She's very fast and can jump around with ease, being able to do all sorts of flips in the air and can briefly jump off of the sides of buildings, even run across them. However, gravity still affects her, and she has to be careful about landing properly and about not dropping from too far a height. She's also a bit brittler than other heroes might be, meaning that she has to rely on her agility to dodge hits rather than take them.

Appearance - Image
*When she's a hero, she wears a black mask that only covers her eyes, long black boots, and a black body suit that goes up to her neck and thighs.*

Weapon - A black whip that she can use to grab onto things if she needs to.

Side - Hero

Personality - Trampez, or Jane, might seem to be confident, prideful, maybe even arrogant, but really it's a facade to cover up how terrified she is of 'messing up', both while being a human and while being her secret identity. Though she might seem to be carefree, she takes just about everything seriously, mainly while she's a hero, and often criticizes others for their mistakes, but hates it when others point out her own.

History - Jane was born to two heroes who expected her to be a hero as well, whether she liked it or not. They put her through extensive training to discover her powers and abilities, and once they were discovered she had more training to build on them. Soon enough she began to feel pressure about messing up and soon enough this slipped into her secret identity life as well, often stressing about getting the perfect grades, keeping her place in the social latter... But since heroes, as far as she knew, weren't supposed to be afraid of messing up, so she covered up her fears with a seemingly confident facade, but at times she still tends to take it out on others.

Theme song - A Waltz for Trixie - Makkon

So begins...

Trampez was right on his tail as Brightside ran they both had superspeed but she had been trained better with hers. Brightside continued running then heard the sound of sparks " Storm " he said he knew she hated him most out of all the heroes so he knew she was one of the larger threats. He heard he shout and a bright ball of light came into view he dashed to his left just in time as the lighting struck where he was not moments before. He saw the wall at the end of the alley and a thought came into his mind, he stopped turned around and extended his claw gauntlets. " Ladies, ladies cant we work this out I've done nothing wrong " he said with a smirk on his face he had a plan but decided motto use it just yet.

Leigh knew something was wrong the minute she turned the corner. If she was Spiderman, her "spidey-senses" would definitely be tingling. Her instincts took over and she pulled out the knife that she always traveled with. At the end of the street was none other than the infamous Brightside. Her eyes widened even more and she saw Trampez and Storm pursuing the rouge. Leigh finger the smooth handle of her silver knife, a rarity that was both perfectly balanced and just the right size to fit in her hand. She wasn't sure if she could stand a chance against Brightside but maybe she could try.......
Immediately, Leigh knew that it would have to be a three-against-one fight. She became Firefox within a heartbeat. Brightside was a about twenty yards away and Firefox was thankful for her dark clothing; he hadn't seen her. She flung a knife straight at her target and hoped that her deadly aim could find its way to its mark.

" Ah hothead's here too this is just geting better " he said he waited till the surrounded him " Why do you fight me? You would think you would have figured out I'm unstoppable. " He pulled the knifen out of the wall a small bit of his hair cut by the end then saw one of Red Coyote's SPDs. Henlooked at it and grinned wickidly " Can you see me alright bud?" he hurled the knife into the small robot causing it to spark and fallnto the ground infront of Firefox. " So ladies what are you actually gonna do try and catch me? " he said smugly.

Brightside smirked as Charon walked up " Well if it ain't the original ghostbuster coming to join the party " he bellowed. He hated villains more than heroes even though his appearance was more villain than hero his morality had more good than bad in him. " Well girls it was swell hanging with ya but Ive got bigger fish to fry than you so Charon I expect you to keep them occupied. " he threw a small tracking beacon at trampez which unknown to anyone stuck to her ankle as he threw both down one the fake hitting the ground and the other silently attaching itself to her skin then blending in. He saw a few citizens were taping the events on their phones " make sure you remember the name it's Brightside and don't any of you forget it. " He saw the SPD with Firefoxe's knife still in the lenses he quickly grabbed the knife and bot. " Might as well take a bit of a souvenir of today " he snapped his finger and appeared in his hideout a few miles away. He located it in a bad neighborhood that's what got him started the gangs constantly fighting so he figured out he could make anliving doing jobs for each side they still k ow him as Brightside but make sure not to tell anyone. He put the robot in a case labled " Red Coyote " then put the knife in a case labled " Firefox " .

He retraced his blades and walked outside for a walk he didn't teleport after a leap that big and decide to get some air. He watched as a few kids were huddled in a circle watching something he walked over and looked to see two kids who both looked about 10 fighting. He grabbed them both by the collar and seperated them " Boys what's the problem here " they explained they were fighting over which side he would join a serious topic in this neighborhood. " Okay guys " he put them down and all the kids watched " I don't even know I think if I had to I would stay aneogue but I'm probably gonna get killed if I don't choose so ill tell you what when I join a side you'll be the first to know. " the boys nodded then ran off with the rest. That got Brightside thinking about what he should do.

With just the slightest tilt of her head, Firefox faced her fellow heroines.. "You know, we are on the same team here!" Trampez had said. She was right, if they were going to do anything, running around and throwing weapons at random wasn't doing much. Storm and Trampez gave her the slightest nod of the head in response. Firefox averted her eyes to the problem at hand. Charon looked a bit bored, not that they were exactly giving him a fight. He spread his arms out as if to say "Are you just going to stand here? Or are you going to do something?"

Firefox was pleased to say that his expression changed a little as Storm's blast of wind caught him of guard. He chuckled, a hollow sound without a touch of mirth. As his cape billowed out behind him, Trampez hurtled herself over his head. Her feet hit the ground with a light "thump" and sent some pebbles skidding. "Well, I'm glad to see that you can still jump, Tramp. Can't have you out of the action when things are just heating up," The corners of Firefox's mouth turned down disdainfully. Perspiration burst out on her forehead and she struggled to keep her hands unclenched and her knees bent naturally. Perhaps Brightside was an insufferable egomaniac, but villians were the worst. They had no regard for others, never bothering to think about what they were doing. There always left the "good little heroes" to clean up their mess. Of course, heroes racked up just as many fines as villians for property damage. But not quite as much jail time.

"Good to see that your mouth is still running," snapped Trampez.

"Which is what you might considering doing now," said Charon, smiling smugly and looking pleased that he had an audience. His voice dropped down menacingly. "Running, of course." As his words trailed off, a knife pinned the edge of his cloak to the wall. The heroines aim at the crack made a solid stick. Because if things are heating up, they're going to eventually get hot.

Charon looked at the gathering of heroines, observing them through his bone-white eyes, before making a simple gesture; a gesture all to familiar to those who experience what he was going through. Simply put, he raised one finger in front of him, turned to the side, and vomited up a smoking and hissing pool of violet ectoplasm onto the ground. Charon continued to hold up the finger as he retched and dry-heaved for a little while longer, before spitting out a last gob of the spectral energy and composing himself. "Sorry about that, ladies." He apologized simply, idly pulling the knife from his cloak and freeing himself. "Sometimes an impetuous soul takes control of my body without permission. Annoys the hell out of me, you know? But it comes with the territory; can't summon ghosts without playing the part of a host every once in a while. Now, where were we?" He mused, raising one finger to his chin and tapping it contemplatively. "Oh, right. About to get in a fight. Well, I suppose I ought to stop lollygagging around, right? No sense wasting all this time on nothing." Charon grinned as he said this, a joyless sort of grin that could curdle milk and peel paint. He raised his arms over his head, and thrust them towards the ground, struggling to lift them again, his fingers bent in a claw-like fashion. As he lifted, however, a duo of ghosts formed out of the ground, their bodies composed of the same violet ectoplasm Charon had vomited up moments before. One ghost was instantly recognizable as one from the first generation of villains, a man known as Lazarus. Lazarus's spirit stayed true to his body in life: skinny, with arms that looked as brittle as dry twigs and hair that seemed matted to his head. His hands, however, were more reminiscent to a bear's paws than to anything on the body of a human, as was his power: Lazarus was one of the first shape-shifting villains, and one of the first to resist an entire change to become more like their chosen avatars. The second spirit was less recognizable, though. For all intents and purposes, it seemed like the random spirit of a bodybuilder, which is exactly what it was.

Charon smirked as the two spirits slowly took form, their strength growing and fading the longer they stayed above ground. "Ladies, I believe you've heard of our guest Lazarus, who I must say is quite admirably living up to his name with his special appearance today. On the other hand, this gentleman was one of the first superhero-caused casualties. He's a good man." Charon snickered and folded his arms over his chest. "Well, was a good man, I should say. Unfortunately for him, and not so much for me, our overly muscular friend here isn't exactly on the physical plane anymore." Charon's grin dropped like a stone in a lake a he said this, and his tone became all the more solemn. "It's a shame, really. According to his life-thread, he was going to have powers opposite of mine one day, making him one of the few people that could have posed a legitimate threat to someone like myself." Charon spat on the ground in disgust, scowling towards the heroines. "Thanks to your lack of insight, I don't have a proper rival anymore! Do you know how pissed that makes me?! There is no one out there that can bring rest to these souls, and all this killing is only making this problem exponentially worse. You're all making my job just that much harder! All these spirits, day and night without cease they scream in my ears! It's enough to drive a man to villainy." Charon smirked once more and stepped away from the wall he found himself near, edging towards the park. "Well, I suppose it's a bit too late for that for me." He laughed, a sound more kin to metal scraping on concrete than actual amusement. "I just hope you know that these spirits won't be able to get any rest, and they only grow angrier the more I must call on them. And an angry ghost isn't good news for any of us." Charon laughed once more, and the ghosts of Lazarus and the unnamed bodybuilder fell into formation in front of him, striking similar poses to his own. "It's such a shame that Brightside left, ladies. It's a bit unfair that there's only three of you, and so many of us dead people." Charon spoke with the finality of a hammer driving the final nail into a coffin's lid. "But, alas, I am afraid I must be going. It's awfully rude of me to infringe on your hunt for the infamous Brightside like this, you know." Charon added after a slight pause, removing his phone from his pocket absentmindedly, checking the message he received from Red Coyote. His finger flew as Lazarus and the unnamed ghost stood watch over him. To quote his reply;
Code: Select all
Yes I can give them the slip. I grew up around more observant heroes than this lot, you know. If I can escape a psychic easily and consistently, these three should be nothing. And why can't I have a little fun once in a while, hm? I just so happen to like facing off against Trampez... and the other ones too I guess.
Charon chuckled, drawing shadows from the trees around himself to hide his escape. "It was nice talking to you, ladies. I'm sure we'll do this again in the future." He called as he slipped away unseen into another alleyway and transformed back into Cain's outfit, retaining the facial features of Charon.

Walking quickly and determinedly, Cain made his way to the industrial district, only stopping once to get a cigarette and light it. He opened the door with a show of bravado and strode towards the stairs, hopping down them on his way to the basement. "You rang, you introverted loon?" Cain called from the stairwell, not wanting to try his luck if his suspicions of booby traps held more basis in reality than he cared to admit.

James teleported home next to Leo " Are they done ". "Yes sir the birds are all complete " he pressed a button and the birds flew one landed on James shoulder and he petted the birds. They were eerily lifelike they looked and felt like ravens a all in varying sizes, their eyes were all completely black and had no pupils. " With these birds I can keep an eye on the whole city or track people " he pulled a long blond hair off his cloak " ah this must be Shadow's. " he open a small compartment into the bird on his shoulder then closed it. " Track this girl the rest of you find all the heroes you can but you" he pointed to the largest bird and attached a beacon to him " find Trampez's secret identity now fly my pets " he opened a hatch and the birds flew throughout the city covered by the black of darkness.

The next morning James woke up " Damn it's Monday " he walked downstairs and dressed . He made his own breakfast then went to the garage. He grabbed his keys off the hook and went to his Jeep. He started it up and started to drive he got about 2 blocks then he got caught in traffic. " Ah come on " he looked around to see no one was looking then he gripped the wheel and teleported into the school parking lot. " Gotta love powers " he was one of the only three people there already so he walked to the grass by the door and sat under a tree and pulled out a book and started to read slowly as he waited for the doors to open.
