Power: Rowey can see through things. A lot of things. If you think of most superheroes' x-ray vision, Rowey has something similar to that. If he looks hard enough at an object, and concentrates, he'll be able to see through it. This extends to buildings, hills and various other things. If he places his hand on someone's forehead, he can also share what he can see.

Side Effects/Drawbacks to power: Especially dense materials (lead, heavy metals, or thick rock) can block Rowey's vision to a certain extent. Everything he sees is extremely vague; seeing through Rowey's x-ray vision is like looking through infrared goggles; as in, a dark background with white blobs representing life-forms on it. Also, Rowey can't look that way for extended periods of time; a few seconds at a clip is all he can handle; even less time when he's showing someone else what he saw. Also, depending on the time it's used for, Rowey can experience anything from itchy eyes to distorted vision to outright blindness. Also, when he's inebriated or otherwise indisposed the power's effectiveness is effectively dampened by quite a large margin.

Length of time in the camp: 4 Months

Appearance: Rowey is a scruffy wanderer, having been traveling for many years searching for a place to stay. This is reflected in his messy, disheveled appearance. Rowey has long, scraggly brown hair and a poorly trimmed beard framing a rugged looking face with deep-set grey eyes and a sometimes dopey facial expression. He stands at around 6' even and has a fairly light frame (it's been a long time since he stepped on a scale) and his clothes are mostly held together by scavenged materials. His wardrobe consists of a dirty black t-shirt, worn over which is an equally grimy cotton Hawaiian shirt. His legs are covered by beaten, threadbare blue jeans and a pair of Converse. He wears a grey canvas backpack over top of everything, which contains his sparse few belongings.

Personality: Rowey is eternally a fun-loving and thrill-seeking individual with a calm, laid-back demeanor. Whether he's under pressure or completely relaxed, Rowey's personality never changes - he's always somewhat happy, and wears a lop-sided grin. He's always there at someone's weakest moment with a kind word or a joke, and he prefers to keep people happy because 'drama harshes his mellow'. He enjoys drinking and/or getting high, sometimes in the same time frame, and likes womanizing as well (although he's a steadfast bachelor). That said, he doesn't really fight too much, because again, it 'harshes his mellow', and he believes that killing people will some day come back to bite him in the ass. Not that he won't if he's pressed to it, but still.

History/Bio: There really isn't much to say about our man Rowey here. He was born in the city, lived an average life, had an average high school experience and got pretty heavy into the party scene during his studies in College (philosophy major). When the world went to hell in a handbasket, Rowey just took to wandering about, looking for someplace to call his own.
