Appearance:
Tae is tall for a Korean man standing at 6'0". He has a lean stature, not too muscly, but not a lot of fat either. When not on the job with the Sentinels, he usually dons a grey hoodie and jeans. His costume is fairly simple compared to the costumes of other Capes. The mask portion of his costume covers the bottom half of his face, much like a flu mask and is black with blue outline. (He does not have the swords pictured.)



Personality:
Tae doesn't talk very much and his facial expressions often give away what he is thinking. Some think he is too proud and that would be a correct assumption on their part. He can be a very manipulative person, provided that he gets something from it. It takes much provoking to get Tae angry but once he is, it is hard for him to calm down.

Tae has a generally relaxed attitude to things, much to the annoyance of his fellow team members. Tae also likes to think of himself as rather funny and uses humor as shield to hide his own emotions. He doesn't like talking about himself or his feelings and has gotten good at avoiding such conversations. It's not that he does it on purpose, it's just that he's done it for so long that it's become second nature to him.


Powers/Abilities/Enhancements: Tae posseses the power of Superhuman Agility and Superhuman Strength.

Weaknesses: He is very limited when compared to more well-known Capes. He also does not posses Superhuman Endurance and his abilities take a dramatic toll on his body.

Alliance: He is aligned with the Sentinels and serves the greater good.



History:
Tae was born to Korean immigrants Hye-Rim and Tae-Chul Choi in Chicago. They owned a little Korean restaurant in town and he helped them out when he didn't have school. He was 15 when the Event happened and was walking home from school. When he came to, a car crash had happened just a few feet away from him and the streetlamps no longer worked. He ran from the scene of the crash, horrified at the gruesomeness of it. He arrived home and tripped his way through the darkness into his room and stayed there until his parents came home.

Once the Superheroes came, he was filled with awe and envy. He wanted to be one, he wanted to help people. Supervillians came out of the woodwork soon after the heroes did and it was an encounter with one of these villians that led to his breakthrough.

When he was 20, he was walking along in Chicago on a pleasant day. On that day, the Teatime Anarchist decided it was a good day to bomb a prominent building that Tae just happened to be walking past. He heard the blast and looked up in time to see a large piece of debris falling towards him. He froze in shock and fear before his body took on a mind of it's own. He dodged out of the way as if he were a cat and breathed a sigh of relief. As he looked at the scene of chaos, he could see that the debris he had managed to dodge landed on a young lady's leg. He went to help her and again his body acted of it's own accord, lifting the heavy piece of rock from the woman with ease.

After that, he was approached by Atlas, the defacto leader of the Sentinels, to train with them and join them if he wished. After seeing the chaos that the Teatime Anarchist had spread, he wanted to punish the Villian and decided he would fight for the greater good.
