Nicknames
Due to the numerous hosts he has taken The First refuses to acknowledge nicknames unless his current host specifically has a number of aliases. His current host, Ji-su, has never been one for nicknames either, something The First made sure of while hunting his prey.

General Appearance
The First has always been one to search for more visually intriguing hosts, and Ji-su is no exception to this rule. His current host is tall and physically fit, a choice meant to balance his naturally superior strength and speed, an imposing figure that would stick out like a sore-thumb in the heart of Tokyo even without these characteristics. A pair of brilliant blue eyes carries the cold-intensity of a hunter stalking his prey, and a head of fiery auburn hair, a dyed of course, kept in a lengthy, braided ponytail reaching near the small of his back. Additionally, he much prefers to dress in traditional and foreign clothing, oft times catching unwanted attention.

The First is hard to describe, and a necessary distinction between the hunter and prey personality is in order:
Entirian- The First has an incredibly cold, domineering personality that highlights his role as a top predator, a being that views everything in Tokyo as his personal property. However, this complete confidence is still very reserved; the overt expression feeling completely useless to him from a practical standpoint, he is still living among his prey, almost all of which would most likely desire his immediate demise if they discovered his true nature. Do not mistake him for a lone-wolf though, he very much enjoys the company of his fellow Entirians and is very protective of them, viewing those who reside in Tokyo as his wards meriting protection.
Host- Ji-su is another story altogether, and if it was his appearance that attracted The Firstβs attention his personality is what made him a prime target. Friendly and outgoing are most likely his best descriptors, someone who makes every attempt to be genuinely polite and kind to others. He tends toward over exuberance at times, becoming very passionate when speaking about things that he considers important. While still a very rational-minded person, Ji-suβs friends know him as easily swayed by emotion.

Likes
βMartial Arts~ The First is fascinated with the numerous martial arts practiced around the world, seeing them as perfect opportunities to study a cultureβs physical expression of their strengths and weaknesses. Ji-su was originally targeted for his regular Aikido practice.
βScience Journals~ While humanity is still an incredibly primitive species, they study the most curious of topics. The First particularly enjoys journals focusing upon psychology, medicine, and mathematics.
βPuzzles~ The First enjoys solving puzzles, even if just for the extra intellectual stimulation at times. It also gives some insight into the thought processes of humans and their problem-solving techniques, something he considers important to study.
βCoffee~ Nothing is better than a nice cup of black, bitter coffee. The First recalls Ji-suβs mother using an old American saying, βItβs not real coffee unless you can stand a spoon in it,β he agrees with this viewpoint.
βExotic Clothing~ This is actually a guilty pleasure The First has inherited from Ji-su. While he knows that such gaudiness could very well cost him later on, heβs quite enjoying the intriguing wardrobe of his current host.
Dislikes
βChildren~ The young of a species should be left to fend for themselves, that way only the strongest survive. Civilization has made humanity weak in The Firstβs eyes, and he sees children as parasites impairing their caregivers.
βConspiracy Theorists~ Lunatics that throw around non-sensical conjectures waste both time and resources that could be diverted to more productive pursuits, plus there are some who have unknowingly investigated Entirian activities in Toky, they are dealt with accordingly.
βDogs~ Earth animals seem much more attentive to their environment than humans, and dogs seem to be especially attuned to discovering the secrets underneath a personβs overt personality. In particular, The Firstβs presence tends to trigger an immediate fight or flight response in them.
βTea~ He doesnβt have anything against tea perse, itβs just not coffee.
βUnexpected Water~ This one is very hard to describe. Rain, showers, and βtypicalβ sources of water are perfectly fine, but itβs those times when you walk under an overhead cover and a larger than average drop of water falls right on the top of your head that bothers him . . . itβs not the right temperature.
Hobbies
β₯Mathematics~ The logical processes of mathematics interact with the creative process in a particularly interesting fashion, one that Ji-su enjoyed and The First has grown increasingly fond of since taking him as a Host. More often than not he enjoys applying mathematics to solving puzzles while drinking coffee at the cafe.
β₯Hunting~ The First is very thorough when it comes to taking another Host, and he spends an inordinate amount of time stalking them beforehand. However, he also views nearly every activity from the lens of βHunter-Preyβ whether it be reading a science journal or solving a puzzle.
β₯Baseball~ Ji-su has many fond memories of playing baseball on American military bases and on trips to South Korea to visit family, and besides weekly games with a group of friends he also enjoys visiting games whenever possible.
Fears
β Death~ This seems rather silly, but The First has no intention of dying on this pathetic planet, and the rumors of various secret police organizations in humanityβs history are particularly concerning at times. Like any animal, The First is incredibly dangerous when cornered.
β Enclosed Spaces~ The First despises being stuffed into tight places or being in especially crowded areas. He has had to make a few adjustments to Ji-suβs everyday routine to accommodate this, but nothing drastic enough to warrant explanation.
β Spiders~ Spiders are quite possibly the most disgusting creation he has ever encountered and they should all die by fire.
Strengths
β²Physical Superiority~ Entirians are both stronger and faster than their human counterparts, and topping that off with a knowledge of numerous fighting techniques and intense physical training mean hand-to-hand combat with The First is almost assuredly suicide.
β²Predatory Instincts~ The First usually has a very keen sense of when he is in danger or being targeted, most likely the result of being on the other side of the coin so frequently.
β²Legion~ If being stronger and faster than humans wasnβt bad enough, Entirians are capable of assuming numerous guises, making them incredibly difficult to keep track of for the uninitiated.
Weaknesses
βΌExposure~ Unfortunately, despite their predatory superiority Entirians are still at the mercy of their host species due to numerical advantage. They have to hide among the shadows if they want to take advantage of the more deadly weapons in their arsenal.
βΌMemory Web~ Absorbing memories is tricky business, even for a species evolved to do so. Sometimes memories blur together, and it takes great care for The First to not misspeak or act out of character.
βΌConfidence~ The Firstβs confidence in his abilities is incredibly dangerous, at times pushing the limits much farther than he knows appropriate. However, he enjoys the rush so this is not likely to change any time soon.

It seems that the only part of The Firstβs history that truly matters is the bit since his awakening on Earth, that fateful day when the invasion began due to the natural curiosity of the human mind. While he would have preferred to have more fun with the old man who woke him, The First was overcome with the overwhelming hunger brought on by the long sleep.
Soft and spongy, not very appetizing to be perfectly honest, but it was a veritable feast for The First, and Old Man Tanakaβs memories washed over his like a veritable flood. This was most definitely a planet worth taking, with a simple, but abundant, food source.
It took longer than he would have liked to construct the homing beacon to signal other Entirians of a new planet to inhabit, the details are not all that important, but the relative simplicity of humanityβs technology combined with the physical and lifestyle constraints placed on him by assuming an elderly Host meant he had to tread very carefully and slowly. Additionally the portable device was very rudimentary, drastically limiting its signal strength. He accomplished this task though, and eventually others of his species began to arrive, some in Tokyo and others who knows where. The time had also come for him to find a new Host, he had kept the Old Manβs identity far longer than he would have liked, and the vast population of Tokyo made disappearing a relatively simply task.
By the time The First found Ran Ji-su the fear and paranoia of the early days had long past, paving the way for The First as his fellow Entirians know him now: calm, confident, and dangerous. His tactics were much bolder, and potential Hosts increasingly varied, hoping to learn as much as possible about humanity to ensure his speciesβ continued survival. Ji-suβs father was a North Korean refugee, and his mother an American servicewoman stationed in Japan. A rather odd mixture that is not the most popular at times, but the new teacher had learned to manage with the pressure well enough at times. He first encountered Ji-su at a cafe owned by The Doctor, a fellow Entirian, while posing as a human female (an experience he is not likely to take on again). This particular hunt had probably been one of his favoriteβs, dragging on the experience for as long as possible, feeding on corpses acquired from The Pacifist (a very dreadful and seemingly desperate move on his part in retrospect) to intensify his hunger.
Curiously enough this is probably his favorite Host now, even switching out for another Host occasionally to break the monotony of staying as the same being for a much longer period of time than usual for him. Ji-su lived a very intriguing life, at least from The Firstβs perspective, and has even added a bit of the suspense from the early days he had been missing. Still though itβs only a matter of time before he finally decides to switch it up again, assuming the role of a lesser being is rather tedious after all.
