Description

Shibuya Lualdi

Image

Age:18
Gender:Male
Mage:Caster Mage
Element/Magic: His type of magic is to be able to change his appearance completely, even imitate a person's voice exactly the same as well. He doesn't use it very often, usually just to play pranks or as a daily kind of switch, but what he does use regularly, is shadow magic. Its not his favorite since he finds it as dark, and sometimes a bit evil, and has trouble controlling it sometimes, having a fear of losing control.
Rank: S Class (Got lucky during the tournament)
Crest Location: Upper back
Weapon: None
Height: 5'8
Weight: 156
Party:
~The First Aeon
Image
Appearance:Shibuya's appearances are exactly opposite. Some wonder how he is able to look so different, but it's because of his personality as well, and just some strange trait he got from his mother's side, looking almost like a whole different person when in the darkness. In the light, his hair is a blondish grey, and his eyes being a strange shade of red. He's usually seen with bandages all over his face and body, left from scars from battles, or just him hurting himself since he's a bit clumsy. He wears asymmetrical clothing that has bright and vivid colors, almost being impossible to forget because of how noticeable he is. He's not very weak at all. Although Shibuya's arms don't look very strong, he can lift more than a grown man somehow, and that he doesn't know how to explain either, but doesn't mind since it's a unique skill.
But during the night, or when he's in completely darkness, with the help of his magic, he turns to be like a completely different person, having messy black hair, but still keeping his blood red eyes. Not only does his hair color change, but his clothing does also, almost like a glitch in a computer. He tends to wear earphones, listening to loud rock music and a yellow and black jacket over a plain and loose red shirt. Hanging from his neck is a gas mask which he doesn't use very often, but does help his sight in the dark since he isn't accustomed to seeing without light like most people.

Personality: Shibuya is a very stubborn and frustrating person to deal with to most people. Although he was accepted into the guild (which he really doesn't know why) he still acts a bit coldly to everyone. Shibuya is the type of person who takes pride in everything and anything he does. If he makes one mistake, he gets a bit annoyed with himself for embarrassing himself by making a wrong move. He's always trying to push his skills further than he needs to, and it ends up with him getting more hurt and angry with himself, explaining all the bandages on his face. Even knowing the danger he'd be put in, he still continues to go over the line for his own certain and personal reasons.
He tends not to accept other people's opinions of suggestions, even if they're more than helpful, because he thinks he's being set down to a lower level than he should be. He's always defending his own opinion, and shoving away other people's opinions. Many get angry at him because of this, and he's honestly a bit hurt deep down, but knows he won't be able to change, so he does nothing about it and just accepts what has happened. He's someone who doesn't dwell too much on past experiences, but he does make a few exceptions a few times.
Shibuya is also very much of a klutz. He hates to admit it, so he never does, but it is obvious once someone gets to know him well enough. He'll accidentally run into things without knowing it while he's looking away. He'll also sometimes slip on the ground during a battle, ending up in him failing quite a few missions and quests, especially the ones where he's put into a lot of pressure. Another reason that shows why he always has so many bandages and injuries.
But even with his cold and frustrating behavior, Shibuya has a side almost like a brother, being very kind, even as embarrassing as it may be. It may only be for a split second, but he knows that he's also got that soft side to him, just that he has difficulties expressing it since it basically opposes his main personality. He really wants to be that sort of person, one who can be loved by everyone and admired, but not matter what he does, he just can't change, and it only frustrates him more, so his caring personality only turns up when he doesn't try.

Bio:Shibuya grew up under his mother after his father left as a drunk gambler. He was also left with his sister, Isako, who is his only family at the moment. They lived in a town, a very poor town where they had to steal food and everything else to live. His sister was fragile, and his mother was ill, so only he could take care of his family. Yet doing so got him into a lot of trouble. He was beaten constantly for stealing, and even had a few bones broken once. He didn't mind the pain though since he use to be selfless (he still is although he doesn't show it) and only cared about his family. It wasn't very bad, only broken bones and bruises and scars, but eventually, one of the richer citizens of that town caught him stealing a vase from his house when he was only 11 years old, and took it too far.
The rich man pulled him aside for a few days, Shibuya being unable to take care of his family, and tortured him like a slave. It was a whole week later when he was dumped out of the rich man's house, his eyes red and bleeding, and his sight taken away from him. He roamed around, looking like someone who had risen from the dead, trying to find his home again, sightless. For another whole week, his sight never returned, and he continued wandering, being unable to find his home, until he suddenly got his eyes back again. The bleeding stopped, but his eyes became a red color, but luckily, his sight was back, and he finally found his home. Sadly, he came back too late.
His sister was no longer in the house, and he had no clue where she had went, but he did find his mother who was laying down on the dirty bed they always slept on. His mother was affected by some sort of illness, and because they were poor, they had no money to treat it and had no idea it was deadly. Shibuya's mother died a few days before he returned, both from the illness, and the hunger without food for two whole weeks.
The house was burnt down a month later by the other citizens of that town, and Shibuya was forced to watch his mother's corpse burn with such a terrible leave from the earth. A day later, they threw him out of the town, banning him from returning as he wandered around until he found this large and rich town of Magnolia. There, he found the guild called Fairy Tail where the guild's master accepted him into it without looking at him twice. Shibuya grew up there ever since he was 12, reuniting with his twin sister who had also joined the guild after she noticed her brother's leave. Since his only family is his sister, he sees Fairy Tail as his second family, and hopes to truly be accepted by everyone, and not just into the guild itself.
The Tournament
Shibuya, as said before, was a competitor for becoming an S Class. Apparently, Kai figured he had the talent to be one, and put his name on the roster. He didn't know why honestly, but his dream was always to become an S Class, so he accepted. It was silly really, seeing how a little 15 year old wanted to raise so high into the ranks at such a young age, but he had the spirit. He was with his past team then (who now left the guild) and began the contest with them as well. The team decided to stick together and then battle at the very end, but Shibuya, forgetting this and ignoring it really, went ahead of his party, and went to the last battle possible. Many people didn't like him back then, so once they saw him taking on the final battle, they weren't cheering. In fact, they were a bit angered that such a little brat would actually try to become an S Class. But Shibuya did make it in the end, and with a large show too. He got frustrated that the battle was taking so long, and made a large blow, which was the accident since it was impossible for him to produce such immense magic. That, and he was never really in control of his magic either, so it was just a blast of his anger that showed. Still, he made it to S Class, but when he looks back onto it, he knows that it was all just an accident, and he really does have a long way to go if he's going to really be an S Class.

Other: Shibuya has terrible eyesight, not using glasses at all since he finds them 'nerdy', and it causes him to have trouble seeing words, or even people. Also, only a few people (His sister, the guild master, and his past party (who left the guild)) know about his two split appearances. To other's he'll rarely go out at night, and when he does, he'll conceal his Fairy Tail marking so that if people ask, he simply says that he isn't with the guild. Shibuya never intends for more people to hate on him for being so 'strange'.

Kai Fetegori

It was another one of those days in the guild. Not in a bad way obviously. Kai loved his guild, and everyone in it; Layden, the Lualdi siblings, Seraphina, Enna, Daimen, Soriu, Acelin, Zephyrine, Hiromi, Kento, Kisara, Andrea, (Even) Jikan, Roxie, Will, Soran, Zwein, and Rosas. He loved everyone in it with his life and would do anything to protect it. Saying that it was another normal day was good because no harm or danger would come to them. That's what made him so glad.

Though, Kai was also glad because he could sleep in. Perhaps he was the guild master, a very powerful mage who reigned over a whole entire guild, but he was also an old man, despite his youthful appearance. Old men have to get extra sleep to you know? He didn't mind though because most of the guild members didn't mind, so he got at least a few extra minutes in, just hoping it wouldn't be too loud on the bottom floor where everyone would drink and eat and do their daily business.

The Lualdi Siblings

Isako was sitting down at a table on the bottom floor. She was one of the first ones to get up, earlier than most, and sat down there for around a whole hour and a half. She didn't mind though. It was due to the fact that her health was in a strange condition and she had a few problems here and there. Quietly, she sipped a bit of tea from her cup, and put it back down as she got up to look at the bulletin board for any new quests that she may be able to handle alone, although that would be quite difficult.

Her brother though, Shibuya, just like the guild master, was still in bed, but he was a bit more active than that, seeing how he wasn't an old man. He was up, but he was tired, getting up most times even after Kai would wake up. While walking out of his apartment, which was about four blocks from Fairy Tail, he began to wonder what quest he would take. But while thinking, he entered Fairy Tail without realizing, and immediately tripped on some water spilt near the entrance from the fresh rain a day ago.

"There's water there." Isako said without having to turn around, although her comment was a bit late for her brother to hear, seeing how she said it just after he slipped.

"Thanks..." Shibuya answered with a grumble as he got up, rubbing his forehead where he fell first and where the impact of the fall was.

Jikan

Jikan hadn't slept in days, and it wasn't bothering because she chose not to. She's stayed awake longer, and she didn't care. She didn't care about anything for that fact actually. From the upper floor, she looked around, trying to find the guild master, but when she didn't, Jikan smirked as she leaned on the wooden rail so she wouldn't fall, "That lazy old man... Who knows what could go wrong when you're sleeping past the accidents." She chuckled while moving her black hair out of her face but then became expressionless the next moment and said quietly underneath her breath to herself, "Boring. I can't do anything right now other than watch."

Rosas Zero

Rosas was on his way to Fairy Tail, his feet almost knew the way already (which was a good thing, due to his blindness). He remembered how it took him days to memorize the way there and back from his apartment. He couldn't help but laugh, He had actually gotten so lost that he walked right out of the city. But at least now he was getting better at "seeing" his surroundings. His bare feet padded along the road as he neared the guild. "Ah, my home away from home." Rosas laughed slightly "It seems more like my actual home these days". As Rosas walked in, he tripped over something, probably two people. He hit the floor with a small exclamation of discomfort. "Alright, who are the ones on the floor?" Rosas said in annoyance.

Kento

Sleeping in the corner of the Guilds main area, a little bit away from the notice board, upon a rickety old bench, was the young man known as Kento. He didn't really have a home outside the guild so the Master had been kind enough to let him live there for... well, quite literally as long as he could remember. Yes, he had amnesia, no he still hadn't remember, yes it was very annoying, no he did NOT feel like talking about it... actually he didn't much feel like talking about anything. He was asleep after all. Key word: WAS, a loud thud from near the Guilds entrance startled him and abruptly awoke him from his fairly comfortable slumber.

"Gah!" Kento shot up from the bench and quickly lost his balance, slipping to the left and falling off, making his own dull thud as he pounded against the floor. He then let out two loud groans, one for the fact that he had fallen asleep on a bench.... and nobody had woken him up... again... the second, because he had hit his head... hard. As he gathered himself and stood up, he saw familiar faces and heard familiar voices as he quickly came to terms with who exactly had woken him up. "Of course!..." He let out a complaint from his fairly loud voice. "The two Lualdis, a hint of sarcasm and extreme levels of clumsiness oh and look, Blind Irons here too! Not to mention a whole lot of ignorance for disturbing my sleep, honestly Isako, at least try to warn your brother about these things beforehand yeah? He woke me up and... let's be honest... he isn't going to notice it by himself. Plus, even though Blind Iron here's getting better at moving his way around, doesn't mean he has the magical ability to sense Shibuyas sprawled out body." Kento furiously rubbed the sleep from his eyes approached the board that Isako was so carefully examining and quickly grabbed and took the first job request he saw before shoving it into his pocket. It didn't appear he had even bothered to read it. Kento would often do this, take random jobs, shoving them into his pocket to be read and completed later on in the day.

Damien then arrived and Kento simply shrugged him off with a slight nod and a quick. "G'morning Psychopath."

Then, as if it was all part of a terrible routine, (because it kind of was) he sat at a random table and unleashed a semi-loud cry from his lungs. "Soran, breakfast would be good, yeah? Thanks!" A grumpy and tired tone being the one in which he spoke these words.

Soran

Soran slowly approached the large building of the Fairy Tail guild, his typical casual wear on and his signature satchel tossed over his shoulder. He went in through a back entrance, one of those side doors that lead straight into the kitchens, he quickly set his things down and set out to work, quietly setting out various pots and pans needed to prepare breakfast for whomever wanted it. This was his routine every morning, no exciting adventure, no special journey or exploration to be had, just... cooking. Now, don't get me wrong he loved cooking, but the cry for adventure and the lust for excitement was really starting to get to him. He felt that if things continued at that rate he migh-

"Soran, breakfast would be good, yeah? Thanks!"

Like a horrid alarm clock set to break his chain of thought, Kentos voice rang through Sorans ears. In response to this, Soran walked out into the main area.

"Yes Kento, I know, we do this every morning you don't need to keep reminding me. Now how do you want you... Oh." Soran froze for a moment as he noticed everyone else, feeling slightly awkward for some reason as he did so. "Ehm, sorry everyone, I didn't even realise you were here..." Soran scratched the back of his head and cracked an awkward smile. "Well either way... I don't suppose you guys are hungry?"

Rosas Zero

Rosas looked in the direction of Soran's voice "Sure, some food sounds good" then turned to face where he heard Kento "Do I have to tell you every single time that I don't like being called Blind Iron! I do have a name you know!" Rosas semi-yelled, annoyed. He carefully crawled to a spot where he could get up and dust himself off. When he was finished getting up he quickly sat down at the nearest spot at the nearest table, which, (un)luckily for him, was right across from Kento. It took him a few moments to realize this, but he didn't want to go to another table, and appear rude. At least Rosas was trying to be nice. "Soooo" Rosas said, trying to do small talk "Anythng new with you Kento?". Rosas had already forgotten that he was annoyed with Kento.

[Derp, 600 word post]

Damien's eyes darted from side to side as they surveyed the area around him. What they didn't see was Kai which could only mean two things; either Kai was dead, or sleeping...hopefully it was the latter but Damien was no fool and knew that wasn't a possibility...yet. Damien sat down at a table across from Isako as he couldn't stand being close to her something her just irked Damien the wrong way, perhaps it was the fact she looked like a little rabbit? Damien always did not like rabbits, especially white ones. Beside the rabbit fact she always seemed to stare at him as if she had some deep down connection of hate for Damien, then again that's completely possible as Damien destroyed his whole past and the fact that well...hes an asshole and he could name quite few people off the top of his head that don't like him. Regardless however the Guild was quiet, which was a surprise, Damien questioned whether he should take a quest now, or later. Kai wasn't getting up any time soon, no one would really question him and the faster he got the quest done, the better.

Just as he was about to get up there was a large crash sound coming from the entrance, his eyes darted over towards the door and he saw Shibuya laid out flat on the floor like a rag-doll. Shibuya mean't nothing to Damien, which mean't he could continue on with his routine.

"There's water there."

"Ah hello Shibuya...someone really should clean that up, where is Will when we need him? Silly little D-class mage..." Was all Damien muttered.

"Thanks..."

Damien grinned as he lazily pushed his stiff body out from the chair that rested nicely behind the table. He got up in a stumble, almost as if he was drunk, which he wasn't, mind you. He rubbed his tired baggy eyes that were reaching their limit due to his 3-Day nonstop questing. He attempted to walk towards the quest-board without any stumbles as he was extremely careful to avoid any unnecessary attention.

Just as he arrived at the board there was another crash then a frail little voice was heard over the screams of pain.

"Alright, who are the ones on the floor?"

"Dumb ass..." Damien mumbled under his breath, just loud enough so anyone within a couple of feet of him could hear.

Once he arrived at the board his eyes began running over the quests, taking each one's specifications in along with their rewards in an alarming rate, this however was due to his memory make...His trump card so to say, little to no people knew about it, perhaps Kai does but Damien doubted he would tell anyone. As he was looking at the quests a voice from the side of him was trying to get inside his head, he had automatically recognized the voice as Kento's.

"G'morning Psychopath." This made Damien grin, he would get Kento back...later however. Perhaps a bucket of water would be nice, regardless he had a quest to do...and time was essential for this quest. He headed for the door, regardless if Rosas and Shibuya were still on the floor, if he had to he would step on them to get out the door.

He arrived in front of the two and looked down on them, the same way as a mother looks down on a child who has done wrong.

"Both of you quit fooling around, I have a time-essential quest and I will not let you be the cause of my failure..."

"Kento!" Damien yelled back through the doorway. "Take care of these two children while I'm gone...consider it baby sitting! I'll pay you once I get finished with this quest." He chuckled and ran as fast as he could, how great it felt to be out of that bird cage, the wind in his face...and most of all, to be away from Kai.

Kento

Kento yawned loudly. "You know the deal Soran, eggs, fried, done well, good job."

He smirked and gave Soran a sarcastic thumbs up that he probably meant in a genuine way. Before turning to Rosas, who had sat down across from him.

"New? Nope, nothing I can think of... I suppose there was that dark mage yesterdays, real idiot he was, started bullying this new guild the next town over, demanding money for "Protection", you know the type." Kento began telling the story, with a semi-lazy tone to his voice. "I was there anyway y'see, taking care of a job when I saw the guy, then I took out my baby..." He pulled the pistol from his pocket and tapped it a few times to show Rosas that he had it out. "... and the guy turns out to be a wimp, runs at the first site of a weapon. Still, once less asshole jerk on the streets am I right? I'm right." Kento put his weapon away. "What about you Bli-... ehm, Rosas, anything new?"

Before he got an answer however, he smirked back at Damien. "Well hey as long as I'm getting paid you freaking Lunatic!" He would often call Damien such things, half jest and half serious, he actually quite liked Damien, he found him funny, unlike most others. Kento turned back to Rosas.

"Anyway where were we?"

Soran

Soran took out a notepad and began recording down who wanted what, Kento wanted his eggs, as usual, Damien had left so it was doubtful he wanted anything to eat and Rosas had requested something.Looking up from his notepad, Soran spoke up. "Right then anybody else? Oh and Rosas is there anything specific you wanted? Or will you just have what Kento's having?"

The Lualdi Siblings

"Ah hello Shibuya...someone really should clean that up, where is Will when we need him? Silly little D-class mage..."

Shibuya growled as he got off the floor and dusted himself, "Second time falling today... What a pain... And hell yeah someone should clean that up! Just watch another person slip and break an arm! You're right actually, that kid has to get these things done since no one else will!"

His sister gave him a slight nudge with a frown, as a warning of course, but she didn't like it when he brother was harsh. But she wasn't only looking at her brother, her eyes followed Daimen, almost as if she was cautious of him, but shook her head a moment later and returned to what she was doing.

"Alright, who are the ones on the floor?"

Shibuya ignored this voice, only complaining about his own health, since he was pretty much cold and heatless. Some even wonder how the guild puts up with his behavior, but some how, a few people apparently got used to it such as his sister, "Oi! Blind kid! At least try and feel your way around rather than have to trip over someone!"

"Don't be so rude Shibuya." Isako gave him a small friendly glare with a smile though he knew it was a bit threatening not to be mean. She then turned back to Rosas and answered, "I'm sorry for my brother's attitude dear, are you alright? Oh never mind me, of course you are, you strong little dragon slayer." She giggled, though her voice was just as matured as a woman's.

"The two Lualdis, a hint of sarcasm and extreme levels of clumsiness oh and look, Blind Irons here too! Not to mention a whole lot of ignorance for disturbing my sleep, honestly Isako, at least try to warn your brother about these things beforehand yeah?"

"Oh I have tried." Isako said, tearing down a paper from the board and looking down at it to see if it was right for her level of ability, "But I think it's a bit more fun to let him trip instead. You have to learn your lesson, it's been the third time this week."

Shibuya turned to Kento and simply said, "Back off." He was always in a bad mood, and after tripping, he was in an even worse mood.

"Right then anybody else?"

"I don't want to take food from a kid." Shibuya said before bumping into his sister, a bit forcefully before walking off for a glass of water. He wasn't the type of person to eat, well... at least, most times, he tried not to show it. It wasn't because he hated her, he cared for her dearly, but it's what all siblings go through; Rivalry.

Isako sighed at her brother's stubbornness and told Soran with a small motherly smile, "I'll just get anything for him. The poor thing doesn't know how much he eats anymore." She said with a laugh.

Jikan

(Kai's still asleep! Got 100 words left and gotta use it wisely!)

Jikan was feeling a bit drowsy from her lack of sleep, 'Strange... I never get this tired...' She sighed while putting a hand to her forehead. She didn't have a fever, but she was sure that her insomnia's payment was coming up. She laid her hear onto the railing, her black hair falling just over and was about to shut her eyes until she heard the blasts of people's voices.

She grumbled a bit, a frown on her face as she lifted herself once more and shouted, a straight face, not angry, but loud enough for everyone to hear, "Kids, the guild master is sleeping. If you do not want to wake him or anger me, please settle down and try to be less obnoxious."

Kento

Kento just turned to Shibuya and gave a snarky smirk. However his expression turned more serious when he called Soran "kid".

"You calling someone a year younger than you a "kid" just tickles me pink Shibuya, it really does. You know you might want to accept his offer, lest your technicolor body go all skin and bones." In this sentence, he insulted Shibuya, stood up for Soran and at the same time expressed mild concern for Shibuya aswell, in a backwards sort of way. He tutted.

"Back off... if anyobdies a freaking child he is." Kendo muttered before turning back to Rosas.

When suddenly Jikan was upon them. Almost completely ignoring what she said, Kento shouted over to her. "Oh we're SO sorry that you had to go to the outstanding effort of gracing us with your dark and dreary presence Ji-chan! I am SO glad that you warned us of your anger, but don't worry we're all just quivering in our little boots, as I'm SO sure you intended." Then, completely ignoring Jikan as if she had never been there, Kendo spoke to Rosas.

"How's life treating me? Ha! Just the same as it was yesterday and the day before. Oh and, hope you don't take this too seriously, but the irony of someone trying to sell you a book is pretty immense right?" He stopped himself from chuckling. "But meh what do I know right? What about you kiddo? Any quests slip your parties way recently?"

As Kendo heard the footsteps of another approaching the entrance he rose his fingers up and counted. "Three, two, one... *THUD*" Sure enough, as he finished counting, Andrea slipped and fell right on her rear end.

No words needed to be said then, so without taking his gaze from his conversation partner he shoved a big old thumbs up in Andreas direction.

Soran

Soran said nothing to Shibuya, he was used to that sort of thing by now and really had no need to respond. He noticed Kento standing up for him and was about to say something but before he could open his mouth Kento was finished and back talking to Rosas. As Kendo began speaking to Jikan, Soran turned back to Isako.

"*Sigh* Yeah I know, thanks." Soran returned her smile. "I'll put you both down for an order of fried eggs if that's alright... after all you have to eat too, Isako, you can't live off of tea forever!" He joked pointing to Isakos teacup with his pencil.

Soran then went over his current orders.
Fried Eggs X 3, Kento, Isako, Shibuya
Scrambled Eggs X1, Rosas

"Alright then... last call for food, if you want it then you'd better speak up because I'm making it." Soran stopped for a minute, before remembering something else. "Oh and as always, cooking all of this alone is usually quite annoying, so if anyone feels like lending me a hand it would be very much appreciated."

The Lualdi Siblings

Isako laughed a bit at Andrea's remark about the water on the ground and asked, "Are you alright?"

But Shibuya actually said something off topic while taking a drink of his water. Actually, it was on topic, but it was a little rude, as usual. He held in a loud laugh, covering his mouth and gripping his stomach, "Y-You actually fell on that just as I did! How pathetic and clumsy!"

"Says the real klutz and pathetic one." Isako chuckled although Shibuya gave her a confused look on his face which she didn't answer.

"You calling someone a year younger than you a "kid" just tickles me pink Shibuya, it really does. You know you might want to accept his offer, lest your technicolor body go all skin and bones."

Shibuya, as the cold person he was, had a short fuse and a mood swing just then. Flinching when he heard his voice, Shibuya turned back around at the sound of Kento's insult. He took a heavy step forward, and raised a fist, almost as if he was going to punch someone, but then froze, just like that.

"Shibuya, I did warn you." Isako said to her brother. Her ability was manipulation after all. If someone was in an angry or heavily depressed state, she'd be able to take them over, just for a moment. It usually never went as far as having to use her magic against her own brother, but she wasn't looking for their family to get into any sort of trouble, "Sit back down."

Shibuya, after being released, gave a very obedient nod and sat down, shaking slightly since the feeling of being controlled was actually quite fearful, more than one would think. Isako sat back down wearily and used her hand to support her drooping head and said, "Now you've given me a headache... honestly, this is not the way I wish to start my day..." But after hearing Soran, she gave a small smile again, "Thank you dear, I appreciate it. See? Why can't you be a sweetheart like him?" She asked her brother who only responded with a grumpy mumble.

After hearing Jikan's statement, Isako simply shook her head and said nothing while he brother stood up and simply yelled out, "SHUT. UP. OLD HAG." He was more frustrated today than usual when he would keep calm. He wasn't fond of mornings anyways.

Jikan/Kai Fetegori

"Oh we're SO sorry that you had to go to the outstanding effort of gracing us with your dark and dreary presence Ji-chan! I am SO glad that you warned us of your anger, but don't worry we're all just quivering in our little boots, as I'm SO sure you intended."

Jikan twitched, slightly annoyed as she murmured underneath her breath, "Kids these days... where do they get all that obnoxious energy to spend." She then pitched up her voice and answered, "Don't refer to be so casually, child, and don't under estimate me either. I'm getting frustrated. And-"

She was interrupted when a door slammed open. It was very loud, and it could only be from one person.

"I'm awake now my dear guild!" The guild master, Kai Fetegori exclaimed loudly, "There seems to be quite a lot of noise lately, did I miss on something-" Just as he was speaking, he slipped on one of the stairs. Shibuya, Isako, and even Jikan seemed to flinch at the noise as they watched their guild master get back up like nothing was wrong, a silly grin on his face, "Did I miss something important?"

Jikan rolled her eyes and said tiredly, "You woke him up... Great job idiots." She facepalmed with a very slow and tiring sigh.

Kento

Kento decided to ignore Rosas' attempts to show him a brighter side as, to be honest, they weren't working. He realised that he had probably stepped a little too far out of line with Shibuya... but if there's anything that guy needed, it was tough love.

"Master Kai! There you are!" Kento exclaimed as the Guild Master pulled himself from the ground. Kento actually quite liked Kai and considered him to be one of the only two people in the guild he could call friend, the other being Soran. "Well you missed quite alot actually... though nothing really important..." Kento thought for a second. "Oh there's a large spill by the door and everyone keeps slipping on it... that's all that really matters right now so yeah... somebody should probably clean that... hmm... now that I think about it where IS Will? Oh never mind..."

Kento turned his head to Jikan, who was now facepalming horribly. "Oh calm down Ji-chan. No need to be so crude and say such harsh words," He smirked. "You might hurt our feelings." Kento put on a sense of false hurt and moved on.

"Anyways people, I've got a job to do and things to kill so I'll be seeing you!" Switching subjects like it was nothing, Kento pulled the job paper from his pocket and began to read it for the first time with great interest as he left the building.

Soran

As Soran saw Kento leave he called after him.

"Wait Kento what about your...!" The door slammed shut.

"...eggs." Soran sighed deeply and tiredly. A sigh that told the World "I'm sick of the same routine." Well it didn't, because sighs don't speak, but you get my meaning. He looked mournfully towards the job notice board before staring at his own reflection in his metal coated pen and sighing again. He spoke in a forlorn voice.

"Right then, fine, I'm making the food now, I'd appreciate a hand from whoever is willing to offer it, Master Kai, if you would like some food please send your request in with whomever decides to help me."

He reached the kitchen door.

"The food will be ready soon, as always." Soran shut the kitchen door behind him and with a heart filled with envy for Kentos adventures, he began to prepare the eggs that were requested.

Kisara

as the hooded figure walked down the streets of Magnolia she played a tune. if her guild were to watch her, they would have noticed the magic runes she put into the tune, each one was designed to do a specific task and for the moment all she needed was for the towns people to look away as she walked.

it worked for the most part until she stopped mouth open to speak, until she noticed the stares coming her way. shaking her head, an irritated smile crept across her lips and she went back to whistling the same tunes as before. what had made her stop was no knther than Snow&Ice as they began to argue with themselves about who got to ride on her shoulder saying they were supposed to take turns. and because of their irritation at one another they created a small but noticable draft with their words. those close wnough to her would have stopped to shiver looking about them in wonder as to why they felt cold all of the sudden.

she would have laughed at this but that would have broken the spell. thankfully theg caught on to this and remained silent for the rest of the voyage home. a group of mages passed her way one of them began to stare at her intently trying to catch a glimpse of her face. but then he was forced to look away as she had added an sxtra kick to her spell. now not even mages could look at her depending on how strong you were.

the only person that would have been able to withstand the effects of the spell and actually look at her would have been her Guild Master. once again the woman stopped wonder how her guildmates were doing this fine morning but she didnt stop whistling.

walking even furthur Fairy Ann began to complain about having to fly for so long, even Tea began to complain, and she was a teapot that Fairy Ann carried all the time what could she possibly complain about! alas Neko-San intervened scolding the younger ones to be silent, but they simply laugh due to the fact that he was on her head, his own cat face poked out from under her hood. the both of the sighed at the same time and she smiled up at Neko-San sharing a moment.

then they reached the doors to her guild. just for a brief moment she stopped whistling, the place became eerily quite as she listened in for those inside. a smile crept across her lips but soon her expression returned back to its normal blank look and she went back to whistling. opening the doors, she made sure to step around a young man who was cleaning up a puddle of water. this earned him a sidelong stare that he would never have noticed since he would never know she was there. nor would anyone for that matted, well all with the exception of Kai and a few S-class but even they had a hard time looking at her. the only other way they would have noticed her would have been the cold draft that followed in her wake.

she stopped at the bar, glanced up at Jikan who she knew would be able to see her and waved a greeting her face void of emotion save for that small knowing smile that was always present. sitting down, she began to whistle a second tune the first one was still in effect and a mug if beer came flying her way, which she caught without actually looking at it. downing the drink in a few gulps she let out a contented sigh and turned to face her guild. finally pulling down the hood to reveal a shock of white hair that covered the entirety of her left eye, a few strands had starnge markings on them. what always brought attention were the headphones she never took off so she could hear normally.

then she opened her mouth to speak, the flow of the magic stopped aburtly and it became quiet once more "so what have all you been doing in my absence i see we have a newbie" her voice came out of no where as her spell dispersed the moment she stopped whistling and she would be amazed if none of them were surprised to see her. i mean who would Kisara Magestu had been gone for little over a year now on a quest so those who were new wouldnt have met her until today.

Andrea Moneks

"Y-You actually fell on that just as I did! How pathetic and clumsy!"

Andrea's eye twitched and she went to make a hostile move towards Shibuya, she would most likely try and hit him with a chair for being a smart ass to early in the morning, but Isako's comment made her rethink her plain of action, so instead she scowled at Shibuya. "Says the real klutz and pathetic one." Isako said chuckling and Shibuya gave her a look. Andrea sighed and stretched while the others conversed, it seemed no one was in a good mood this morning."You calling someone a year younger than you a "kid" just tickles me pink Shibuya, it really does. You know you might want to accept his offer, lest your technicolor body go all skin and bones." Rea frowned and put a hand to her head while there was some shouting about some kind of old hag and then a thump echoed through the room as Kai slipped and fell.

Andrea ignored everyone else but kept an eye on Layden, who had literally slid into the building. She watched him give everyone a confused looked before he went over and started to mop up the water puddle and Rea couldn't help but smile at him, he was a good friend and always so willing to help, she was glad there were people like him in the guild, those were the kind of people she looked after most. Through it may not seem it, with how they all fight and bicker, Andrea would save anyone of the guild member's without a moment's hesitation, really they were all her friends, she would probably even try to save the grumpy old Jikan. When Layden held out a peice of bread for Andrea and smiled at her, she took it and returned his smile with a wider one of her own. At least someone else was here to stop her from going crazy.

Kisara

A small apologetic smile appeared on her face, her eye watched Rosas as he stumbled about trying to locate her. Which he did eventually, after crashing into a column and quite a few benches. A mirth filled smile overcame her apologetic one and it was rare to see such an expression on her otherwise blank face.

โ€œI go because I prefer to be alone and for that very reason of you being blind I do not wish to have to babysit you the entire time.โ€ Her answer to him was blunt and would most likely hurt him but that was just how Kisara was. However she realized Rosas wasnโ€™t even looking at her, shaking her head ever so slightly Kisara reached out taking his chin gently in her fingers so he would actually be looking at her without really seeing in her.

โ€œHave you been waiting for me this entire time Rosas?โ€ concern trickled down her words almost becoming like a song as her words reached his ears prompting him to tell her all that she wanted to know. This was all thanks to the magic she dipped her words in making sure Rosas spoke to her truthfully and to calm his heart which was beating pretty fast from frustration.

Neko-san let out a sigh and sat down on his hunches on the table top, the others soon followed suit, Fairy Ann lifted Tea into the air and poured cold beer into Kisaraโ€™s raised glass despite the early morning she was already drinking. And it wasnโ€™t like it was going to do anything to affect her, ever since she joined Fairy Tail and was old enough by Kaiโ€™s standards she began to drink furiously and not once has she ever really gotten drunk.

Roxie

She woke up to the sound of an eerie silence, forming goose bumps on her bare neck. Scowling at the bright light that filtered through the curtains of her window Roxie began to get dressed, her trademark dress slid over her head, resting on petite shoulders and small barely noticeable chest.

Roxie caught sight of herself in the full length mirror her scowl deepened, realizing just how underdeveloped her body was compared to a few people she could name in her guild that had such nice curves. Suddenly a stream of curses escaped her lips and Roxie kicked her bedpost and if it had feelings it would most definitely started crying.

Bangs covered her eyes and Roxie let out a huff of breathe, white strands lifted from her freckled face just for a moment before settling back down. Roxie walked to her dresser rummaging in one of the draws until she found her favorite hair tie and tide her bangs up, which were looked more like a spiked pineapple at the top of her head than actual hair.

Roxie growled, as did her stomach and she slung her guitar on her back, put on her shoes which added to her short stature and jumped right out of her window. โ€œTime for some rehearsalโ€ white teeth flashed brightly with her smile.

But it seems her glee would be short lived as she landed in a tree as she should and then jumped to the floor only to be runned over by an equally small body similar to her own. Roxie landed on her butt; staring for a moment at nothing in particular it finally registered to her what just happened. โ€œWhat the HELL!โ€ she shouted, orange almost red eyes locked with her own pale blue eyes and Roxie glared.

Eyes widening, a light blush crept across her cheeks but that would soon be mistaken for anger as she yelled out a name that at the moment she hated but would eventually go back to giggling like a little girl later on.

โ€œWILL!โ€

Kai Fetegori

"Welcome back Kisara, Zephyrine, Soiru!" Kai exclaimed with enthusiasm as usual, "And I'm fine Soran! No need for food, your guild master will be fine without breakfast this morning! Or else, he'll probably find something to eat~" He said while now watching his steps down the stairs so he wouldn't fall a second time. He looked around, counting his guild members who were inside at that moment. He noticed a few people gone, but just shrugged it off and knew that there were a few people who slept in, and some people who were already gone for their quests.

Jikan

"Oh calm down Ji-chan. No need to be so crude and say such harsh words. You might hurt our feelings."

Jikan growled, a bit threatening as she muttered, "Didn't know idiots even had feelings." When she saw Kento leave, she let out a sigh of relief before saying, "Finally, one of the kids left. Now only... a lot more." She sighed tiredly, deciding maybe she should go outside just to get away from all the children in the guild that Kai raised when they joined.

She didn't like anyone in the guild. Almost everyone knew that she hated every living thing in the guild, even a plant (Yes, even a plant. Jikan's a mean person.) She didn't like anything ever since that one day years ago, when Kai just became the guild master. While thinking of the past, Jikan sighed, "I think I'll get some fresh air." She grumbled before heading down the stairs quietly, passing everyone like a simple shadow which she really was. Once she got outside, she began to walk on the edge of the stream, watching the water waver as she took everything such as the guild into some sort of deep thought. (Think of where Lucy walked when she went home!)

Luladi Siblings

Shibuya didn't say anything to the people who entered the guild as he was also staring at the bulletin board, wondering what quest to take while his sister stood beside him, although she, unlike him, said hi also, like her guild master, "Welcome back everyone." She said, not really wanting to say each name, not because she disliked anyone, but because she was also studying each mission on the board.

"Neh, what about this one?" He asked, tearing down one that was for S Classes.

Isako looked at him with a straight face and said with little emotion, "Shibuya, you forget I'm not an S Class, and nor will I ever be. I don't have any interest in taking on such a hard mission, and that's an SS quest by the way."

"Hah?" Shibuya took a look at the paper again, but because of his terrible eyesight, he squinted, "What the..."

"You need glasses." She said, picking down another one that seemed to have caught his attention as Shibuya took the pin and put the paper back.

"Whatever. What's this?" Shibuya asked and stole the paper out of her hands although she didn't really mind since she was so used to it, everyday all day, "Ah... this one doesn't look so bad... But it's not as if two siblings can take it alone. Go ask someone."

"You're the one who came up with the idea, go on. Don't be shy now, brother." Isako laughed a bit before taking the paper back and folding it, "You're never going to get along with anyone if you don't try and grab their attention in a friendly way."

Shibuya still didn't do what she asked as the two got into a sort of... sibling argue. Shibuya was growing a bit more annoyed by the second with how his sister kept on responding while Isako just shrugged it all off and continued to study the quest a little deeper.

Kento

"Well screw it anyway!!!" Kento hurled the now crumpled up job request from his hand into the flowing stream that sat before him.

Kento had been making his way back to the guild early as his job had been much lest then, shall we say, successful, by which I mean, he had decided not to go through with it at the last second... again. "You think I could just get God damned over this! Oh look at that, God freaking damned! The irony of it!" He ranted by the side of the stream, shouting at the water as he wouldn't dare unleash such anger in front of anyone else. The truth of it was that Kento was terrified to take on another quest, not of the jobs themselves but of himself. Recently it had gotten to the point where he simply refused to take any job in a highly populated area and such things weren't really a dime a dozen. As such Kento had been losing out on a lot of money lately and was really starting to hit rock bottom and even now, when Kento arrives to take a quest that might just fit his requirements he swiftly finds out that it's been completed... by someone else.

Kento hung his head and snarled at the ground. "Every time... there's something in my way... alone I can't do anything right, but if I teamed up with others? I don't trust myself enough to do that... I'd just hurt them... damn it." Kento clutched his hands into fists and held his head high again. "Still what else CAN I do? I guess for now... I'll go back, find another job to do... a better one hopefully." With that Kento continued down the stream heading towards Fairy Tail.

After a few moments he found himself near the guild again and noticed that on the other side of the river another Fairy Tail member walked, not someone he particularly expected either.

"Jikan? What are you doing out here?" He asked the question innocently enough, however that which made him do so was more a surprised reaction then actual curiosity.

Soran

Shrugging at Zephyrine, Soran picked up the three plates of food he had prepared, two orders of fried and one order of scrambled, the eggs were cooked to the exact specifications of a master chef and presented in a fashion that brought a smile to Sorans indifferent face.

He started with Rosas, who was currently fumbling looking for the notice board in the wrong general direction, he placed a hand on the blind mages shoulder and spoke. "More to the right Rosas, here I'm putting the eggs on your table if you still want them, if not I'm sure somebody will eat them yeah?" Soran turned and set the eggs down, smiling as he saw Kisara. "Ah Kisara, welcome back it's been too long... oh these are for Rosas by the way, If I had known you were here I would've asked if you wanted something but... well you understand I assume, regardless I have other orders to fulfill... now then I'll be seeing you, don't go and leave so long again in a hurry, you hear?" Soran smiled genuinely and left the table, he had no real problems with Kisara.

Next was Isako and Shibuya, Soran hurriedly placed the eggs on the nearest table to the siblings and spoke. "Eggs are here if you still want them you guys." He was about to leave, when the piece of paper in Isako's hand caught his attention. Was it... a quest? Suddenly Soran felt a strange mix of extreme shyness and curiosity... he hadn't been on a quest in so long, yet here was his oppurtunity to ask about someone elses in a casual manner... even if the odds of him joining in were incredibly slim, he wanted to at least learn more.

"S... so Isako, what's that you've got there?"

Jikan

Jikan looked up at the sun, seeing how blinding it was and raised her hand to cover her eyes before complaining quietly to herself, "It's too hot... Too bright..." She hated heat, but she also hated the cold, but then again, she hated just about everything. Though, she was looking forward to winter where the cloud would cover the sun, and everything would go dark, the environment she was used to.

While she was just about to sigh, she heard someone call from behind, "Jikan? What are you doing out here?"

Jikan thought it sounded familiar, but as in a friendly familiar, almost like one of her party members she was with years ago, so when she turned, her expression was a bit unusual, one that was surprised and a bit... well... overjoyed if it was who she expected it to be. But her expression easily wore off as she sighed and said with her usual look on her face, "It's just you. What does it look like? I need to get away from that damned guild and children. I thought you were going on a mission kid." She said, noticing he was heading back already.

The Lualdi Siblings

Shibuya took the plate from Soran and muttered a small 'Thanks' underneath his breath. Although he was rude, and cold, and heartless, he knew he had to be grateful about things, and he knew that he had to be thankful because of some people. He was actually thinking of apologizing, but that would throw his character way off, so he just stayed there eating in silence while his sister looked over the quest.

Isako gave a small bow of her head politely and also thanked him with a smile before taking a small bite as she didn't really eat much food before. She then saw Soran looking at the page and ask, "S... so Isako, what's that you've got there?"

"Hmm?" She glanced up at him and then looked down at the quest before turning it around for him to see, "A quest, not much of a hard one... But it does pay a lot, about... 80,000 jewels. It's not an S Class though, and apparently we're supposed to... catch some sort of thief on the road. Mugging the rich for the poor, sounds like Robin Hood to me." Isako giggled a bit while handing him the paper to look at.

Kento

Kentos face shifted in shock as he caught a glimpse of Jikans swiftly shifting face. Had she been showing... surprise? Joy? How... strange, Kento of course realised that everybody, probably even Jikan, could be in a good mood. However the brief glimpse of what could have been happiness was short lived as Jikans face quickly transformed into a deadly scowl.

"It's just you.

An insulted look painted itself on Kentos face, he was used to it with Jikan by this point, but usually he'd be giving it right back with sarcasm and attitude, but right then... well he just wasn't in the mood.

"Yeah it's me. Sorry I'm not whomever you expected to approach you on some sunny day by a running stream." His voice was edged with sarcasm but their was a hint of seriousness within his words.

"What does it look like? I need to get away from that damned guild and children. I thought you were going on a mission kid."

Kento just scowled. "Oh that? Yeah decided against it I guess I... well I was just..." As he fumbled with a decent excuse Kento noticed, to his great dismay, the paper he had tossed into the water flow idly past, the water causing it to unfurl and putting the job in plain sight. "That's... oh forget it. I didn't go, it was already finished by someone else alright? Besides it was in the centre of the next town over, so it probably wouldn't have been the best job for me as I am... especially after that last guy..." Kento trailed off. "Still what the hell am I doing running my mouth of to you? Not like you or anyone else is going to give two jewels about my problems anyhow."

Kento knelt down at the streams edge and fished out the paper, before standing again and crushing the soggy sheet into a messy ball. "Whatever, I'm just a kid, right Ji-chaaaan?" He spoke her name with mock infancy. "So I'll kindly step out of your quiet moment and take back a small fragment of my own yeah?" He took a few steps before pausing and speaking again.

"But I wouldn't wait too long, Ji-chan, as that person you thought I was? They're probably not showing up." Kento left her then, sick of her and in a foul humour to begin with. His fist clenched around the soggy quest sheet as he hurriedly paced in the guilds direction.

Soran

Soran smiled at Shibuyas thanks before taking the quest from Isakos hand, Soran read over it briefly and his face lit up with an innocent excitement that was obvious to anybody paying attention.

"Robin... Hood? Sorry Isako, I have no idea who you mean... but the quest sure does sound interesting, the idea of giving back to the poor sounds very noble! I mean if you guys were going maybe I..." Sorans mouth stopped making words. "Ehm, maybe I... I could... give you some supplies for your trip! Yes of course, I'd be more than willing to do that... haha!" Sorans face began to slowly drop. He felt like an idiot for even bringing it up. He was about to change the subject when a sudden hand was patting his shoulder and another set of eyes were looking over the paper alongside him.

"K...Kento?"

Kento & Soran

Kento had entered the guild without a sound, a first time occasion for certain. As he walked inside he noticed Soran and Isako discussing what appeared to be a quest. So Soran was finally doing it huh? The two had discussed the possibility of group quests and Soran had seemed very enthusiastic, if a little lacking in confidence. He approached the two slowly and listened in.

"Ehm, maybe I... I could... give you some supplies for your trip! Yes of course, I'd be more than willing to do that... haha!" Sorans awkward sentence was obviously his covering up of him wanting to go on the quest. Usually Kento would have ignored this entire situation and moved on with his daily business... but something had snapped in him that day and he was tired of going without work and so... in a very uncharacteristically socially bold act, Kentos hand was clasped on Sorans shoulder and he began to examine the quest in his friends hand.

"K...Kento?"

"No, that won't do Soran." Kento said. In a startled response Soran spoke back. "W...what?" Kento smirked. "Supplies aren't enough, who knows how long this could take? Where would anybody be without your cooking for that long?" Sorans eyes widened and he became flustered. "No... no it's fine I can't just expect Isako or Shibuya to babysit me the whole time just for some mediocre cooking... I mean..." Suddenly Soran was cut off by Kentos voice.

"Exactly. That's why I'm going too."

Sorans mouth dropped like a tonne of bricks and he was left utterly speechless. None of what was happening made any sense to him but before he could say anything Kento was speaking again.

"That's assuming of course, that Isako and Shibuya aren't opposed to such a notion?" Kento spoke it as a question, directed towards the two.

Jikan

"I wasn't expecting anyone." Jikan said serious, being such a professional at lying since she had done it for years without end, "Don't try to assume something without really knowing yourself. Why I don't like children..." She sighed with a bit annoyance showing in her exhaled. And is that so? Well life doesn't treat anyone fairly kid, you'll just have to deal with things like that. And do not call be by such an idiotic name! So disrespectful!" She said, beginning to walk away again.

She was quite calm, at least calmer than usual, until she heard him say, "But I wouldn't wait too long, Ji-chan, as that person you thought I was? They're probably not showing up."

Jikan turned to him and growled, but continued to walk, growing just more frustrated and annoyed as she continued with her walk, 'What would a child know! They should all just go die!' She growled deciding to probably go into a quiet place, and then take out her anger on... a tree, or something of that sort since if she attacked a person, she'd get in trouble which she didn't want just yet.

She had future plans for the guild, and thinking of that instead made a sadistic smile appear on her face while a few people passing by gave her anxious looks of fear. Yes, she enjoyed it, seeing people's scared faces of her. It only meant that she would be able to put her plan into action when the time was right, and it would only make things much more interesting when she was ready.

"Just a matter of being patient now..." She laughed to herself as she left the large town of Magnolia for a place far from the guild and every other 'child' inside it.

The Lualdi Siblings

Isako laughed a bit at Soran's reaction to the quest as he seemed to find the right words. She and her brother than saw Kento enter the guild again. Just before Shibuya was going to question what went wrong, probably in a rude way, she sent him a bit of a threatening glare, most likely one that no one saw but him, but she wasn't favoring the way he was acting, so she had to send him some sort of message without having to embarrass him.

"That's assuming of course, that Isako and Shibuya aren't opposed to such a notion?"

"We'd be happy to allow you to join in the mission! Right Shibuya?" Isako took a quick look at her brother again, smiling but she seemed to have had a little bit of a threatening glare not to be rude and just accept the choice she gave him, so he quickly nodded as she turned back towards the two with a regular smile and said, "Yes, sounds good. So shall we head out now? Or are both of you busy at the moment and we should try to do it later?"

Shibuya was actually slightly impatient about this mission as it had been a while since he last took one. Well... not exactly, just that the last one he tried to take himself was too challenging and he ended up getting severely hurt, and failing the mission, making him more frustrated, and making his sister forbid him from taking anything without her.

Isako, on the other hand, had patient and wouldn't mind waiting until the rest of the small mission group was able to go together, seeing how it may be challenging just for the two siblings to handle alone. Plus, she didn't want to hoard too much money since their family, her and her brother, weren't in a crisis for any jewels, "Both of you... do either of you have a need for the jewels? I'd be happy to share 3/4 of it since my brother and I are set from the last mission we did together." She emphasized the last word since she knew her brother loved taking things solo style, and wanted to assure him that doing things alone wasn't wise.

Kento & Soran

"Look I'm very grateful... but I just don't feel like I'm good enough for such a... ow!" Soran jumped as Kento forcefully squeezed his shoulder while grinning earnestly.

"What Soran of course means to say, is that we'd love to go as soon as possible, right now in fact, would be great." Soran flinched. "I didn't..." However his speech faltered as Kento shot him a menacing glare that said. *Say another word and you're done for.* Soran gulped. "...didn't... didn't think we'd be going!... So soon, I mean! Yeah but that'd be fine I guess.." Kento smiled at Sorans change of pace and released his grip on his friends shoulder. "Well then I don't assume any of you need to prepare if you're already so set to head out! Plus I'm sure Soran has enough in that man-bag of his for the lot of us!" Kento exclaimed with mockery and cheer. "For the last time Kento!... It's a satchel." Kento smirked at Sorans response. "Whatever, I'm sure either way it has what we need yeah? Of course yeah!" Kento smirked and Soran frowned in a very displeased manner.

"Alright, alright... we'll go. I mean what harm could it do? Even if I'm not the strongest mage around, this should be no problemed for the four of us right?" Soran said with an exhausted sigh. Kento flicked the back of Sorans head. "We don't need your confirmation here mate, we'd be going wether you liked it or not. Since you obviously didn't want to however, it would have been difficult to drag you out the door, so this makes things easier." Soran stared at Kento, shocked. "If you're just going to come out and explain what just happened then why bother forcing me to act enthusiastic!" Soran exclaimed in frustration. Kento blinked. "Because it was funny?" In a fit of anger Soran trudged towards Kento with an angry expression.

This did not end well for Soran. Easily overpowered by Kento, Soran was flung atop his friends shoulder with God like strength and carried towards the door as Kento stepped casually towards it. "Idiot." Kento said bluntly. Soran, after struggling for a few moments, let himself fall limp before releasing a disgruntled sigh. With a smirk Kento turned towards the Lualdi siblings and bellowed.

"Well come on then! It's not like I have the foggiest idea where we're going after all, so you'd best hurry up and lead the way before I dump this one in the sewers and head on home!" Soran suddenly started struggling after hearing that and shouted out. "Not that! Anything but that! Hurry, please, he's serious!" However Sorans voice was drowned out as Kento dragged his companion onto the street, expecting the Lualdis to follow suit.

Layden

Layden frowned a bit when Will looked apprehensive about the choices of the missions. Will still didn't realize that the point of missions wasn't to have fun. Nor was it for money.....well at least in Layden's opinion it shouldn't be. Doing missions were about helping people. Power without purpose is dangerous, perhaps even more so than power with a wrong purpose. If you don't use your power to better the world, in any way you can, you don't deserve it. That's what Anima taught him from day one and it stuck with him all these years.

"Will thinks that one!" Will exclaimed, pointing at the mission for Cleansing the shrine. It looked like a good mission, but..."Yes it is Will...but, it's not your turn. It's Andrea's turn to pick a mission. It goes Roxie, you, me and then Andrea. I went last so it's her turn, alright?" He looked at Andrea with an apologetic smile.....just before his survival instinct kicked into overdrive.

He heard what sounded like Roxie yell in fear and then the overwhelming sense of danger. Layden only had a split second to react. he grabbed Will and threw him high into the air behind him and he raised both his forearms to the side of his face. Just in time to have a massive blunt weapon strike them and send him flying from the sheer force of the strike. He crashed through several tables, one of them being the table the Lualdi siblings were sitting at, then crashing into the stone wall causing it to crack. Layden fell from the wall to all fours groaning in pain.

Layden looked up with slitted eyes to see the face of his attacker......and calmed down when he saw it was Roxie, and she looked incredibly upset, almost like she was about to cry. His eyes went back to normal and he struggled to his feet. He made his way back over to his team slowly, gripping one arm tightly.

He walked back inbetween the siblings who were now sitting in chairs at no table. He had never really talked to them and he felt awkward. He half looked at Isako, looking embarrassed."Sorry about your food." he sort of half whispered to her. He then continued to walk towards Roxie.

When he got to her, he dropped to one knee and looked her straight in the eye. He then put one hand on her shoulder and talked low, so no one would hear. "You okay Roxie? You look upset." He knew how prideful she could get and he knew she didn't do it on purpose. So he talked quietly so she confide in him without losing face.
