ImageImage
• Good Personality Traits
{Loyal, Intelligent, Ambitious, Clever}

• Bad Personality Traits
{Overly Sarcastic, Arrogant, Flirtatious}

• Personality
"Rules? I see them as guidelines."

Taylor is not really a rule breaker, he just sees them as something that was made to be broken - Just like a promises or a heart. He is very proud of his rebellious nature and continues to keep that intact as the remainder of his time at Hollywood High. Aside from that, he is very loyal towards others - More importantly, Tyler. His loyalty sometimes comes off as him being a bit overprotective but he is that way towards the ones he loves and cares for. Even though he may be a slight rebellious, he is very bright and most of the teachers love that about him and can see straight through that bad boy nature he is portraying. Taylor is arrogant enough to be very conceited. Yes, his brother hates this side of him but he does not care a single bit. He is arrogant enough that he is a major flirt and thinks that every girl that crosses his path wants to be with him and no one else.

| Confident within himself || Very bold || Goal-oriented || Being a leader || Playful |

• Weaknesses
| Sometimes manipulative || Overbearing || Impulsive || Too prideful |

Taylor honestly loves having a Twin, so that he can switch places with him, if need be. They haven't switched places recently but whenever they feel the need to do so, Taylor will switch. Another great joy is food since he loves to eat but still maintains his athletically built structure. Beaches, which he thank the almighty Gods for since without them, Taylor would have an awesome body and skin tone for nothing. Workout equipment, he works out about every single day before school though if he forgets to work out before school then he'll either work out at school or definitely after school.

• Greatest Fears
His biggest fear is losing his brother. He has a very strong, unbreakable bond with him and without Tyler, he'd basically be lost. He also fears getting a girl pregnant, losing his parents, tight spaces, choking, catching a STD or STI and Clowns.

• Priorities
Making sure that Tyler, his twin brother is safe at all times is number one priority, no matter how much Tyler may gripe about him being overprotective. Along with that, he also plans on graduating high school and getting accepted into New York University for Creative Writing. Taylor will also try not to fight anyone at school but that usually ends up failing when it comes down to it.

• Life Philosophy
"Terri Guillemets once said that Life is not always fair. Sometimes you get a splinter sliding down a rainbow. I love that philosophy about life, honestly. It gives me an even deeper feeling on how life comes with many obstacles but it is up to that person on how they deal with that obstacle."

• What was your Childhood Like?
"With my dad being in the military, my childhood was pretty busy since we had to move around a lot of times and even have to stay at home and have our mom school us a bit. I was born with a silver spoon in my life, somewhat as my mother didn't have to work since she was basically living off of the money we got from our father's military fund. I didn't like the whole idea but it's whatever, I didn't get along with either one of them anyway. I love my brother, Tyler, dearly though. Taylor spoke up and told his mother to go out there and do something with her Law degree and she did, eventually becoming one of the most successful attorney's ever. She thanked Taylor for making her do that but he was still a bit disrespectful towards her and rebellious her. With his father constantly gone, there wasn't much he could do about it either. But Taylor didn't care and still went on to living his life the same without no regrets, whatsoever."

Tuesday, October 1, 2015: Spirit Week: Twin Day: 7:05 AM

It is, yet again, another day at the infamous Hollywood High School. At the same time, it isn't just any regular day. It is the second day of Spirit Week: Twin Day. And while most students are exhausted already on only the second day of one of the most fun weeks of the year (since they're all still technically still students and midterms aren't gonna study themselves), others are excited to pair off with their twins for the day. Excited to purchase Homecoming tickets...maybe anticipating actually asking that special someone to the dance. Don't forget that for the maximum amount of points for your class ALL or close to all of your classmates have to participate. Our delicious Devil Girls are giving out decadent treats during the lunch periods for the Cheer Candy fundraiser, Homecoming Prince & Princess nominations need to be submitted soon, and don't forget to pick up your Halloween tickets for Fright Fest at Six Flags Magic Mountain...

Twin Day Outfit ♕ Location: Hollywood High School ♕ Theme Song ♕ Mood: Amused

"I mean it exactly as I said. I have no intention of winning Homecoming Princess this year," Normani Devereux repeated herself - for the final time, she then decided - as she exited her royal blue Bentley Grand convertible. Siobhan, as she named her car, let out a small beep as she pressed the lock button on her keys before slipping the set of keys into the pocket of her jeans. Sliding her Michael Kors backpack over her shoulder (being mindful of the nails she had done herself last night), Normani fully turned to her group of followers, her own personal set of Wannabes that could always be seen following a few paces behind Normani if they all weren't rushing to class. Not like she treated them like followers, most of the time. From the outside, the other four girls seemed every much like a part of her circle as Normani wanted them to. After all, she didn't need them feeling the need to feel used. That left room for a hostile takeover out of spite and jealousy, and Normani Devereux did not have time to deal with one small mutiny in the midst of her two-year reign as queen of Hollywood High school. "Not like I'm making it some kind of public announcement or anything, but I have no need to win again. Don't make me repeat myself and don't any of you repeat me either." Her gaze was sharp, eyes slit only for a second, before her smile appeared again as she grasped the container of french toast muffins her head chef baked for herself anyone she wanted to share with.

While most of her classmates probably bitched and moaned their way through hot showers and breakfasts meant to wake them up to get to school that was only five to ten minutes away - twenty at the max, Normani lived an hour and twenty-two minutes away. Which meant she had been awake earlier than most, save for one Prep she knew for a fact worked himself to stupidity. It wasn't too much of an issue Normani; she had been doing so since freshman year and had a routine. She would wake up and perform yoga stretches, run a mile and a half, and then shower and go through her usual morning care regimen. Once that had been settled, she sat for breakfast, brushed her teeth again, and made sure all of her homework was collected in her backpack for the day and that her cheer bag was prepared. Afterwards, she got dressed in the Tommy Hilifiger outfit that would match with her bestie, Honey. While the latter was more inclined to wear a strapless crop top and high-waisted shorts, Normani preferred the long sleeved crop top, regardless of the California weather. For one, it was still a crop top and it allowed her to show her pierced navel. But it had sleeves since it was only slighter cooler in October, and her shorts and Nikes gave the entire ensemble a nineties feel that Normani could get with. She even added a pair of large silver hoops just to channel the era she felt that she was embodying. Once her hair and makeup were set, Normani gave an ootd post on Instagram, grabbed her bags and the freshly-baked muffins, and jetted over for the day.

Classes didn't start for a little over twenty minutes and Normani was in no rush to head inside to the cool building she would be stuck inside until later in the afternoon. So, she leaned back comfortably against her convertible as her followers welcomed themselves to the muffins that sat upon the hood of her vehicle. As they cooed over them hungrily (since Dinah always had a habit of skipping breakfast and Camila just loved food), Normani smirked in amusement, allowing her gaze to run over the parking lot as students and staff alike made their way over to the entrance of the school, conversing in groups or striding in in singles. A second later and she was texting her people, especially considering two were bound to be together.

To: Chaddy, Kit Kat

Raquel and Tyler had been planning this day since the beginning of school, to be honest. Twin Day for Spirit Week was always fun and quite enjoyable to see who everyone was paired with. Raquel and Tyler decided to dressed as a pair of Minions from the hit movie The Minions. They finally came to that decision after so many others such as Mario and Luigi, famous video game characters, Thing 1 and Thing 2 from The Cat In The Hat and even Starbuck's Lattes, which were their favorite drinks from the popular coffeehouse. Tyler came up with the idea of dressing up as Minions and Raquel was exhausted with coming up an idea for Twin Day so she shrugged her shoulders and called it a night with the idea.

Raquel was up first inside of her home as she sniffed the air around her and the aroma of an array of breakfast items made her nose tingle with delight and her stomach grumble. She threw the covers from over herself then walked down the stairs, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes as she saw Tyler standing there over the stove, finishing up breakfast. "You made all of this?" She questioned happily while walking up behind Tyler with a smile.

"Why, yes. Yes I did." Tyler answered with a smile thrown back towards Raquel. "Wow is all I am saying." Raquel responded while sitting in a stool at the counter top as Tyler sat down a plate in front of her. "Enjoy." Tyler spoke through a smile as Raquel instantly picked up a fork and dove right into her breakfast that was prepared by Tyler. She moaned at the taste and savored it while she could. Tyler took the next seat beside her and basically did the same thing as they looked at each other and chuckled. "So, when are you going to talk to your brother again?" Raquel asked Tyler and silence filled the air. Tyler looked down at his plate and shook his head. "Don't know. He crossed over and now, it's like I don't even exist. We still love each other, yes but he's busy with becoming King Bee or whatever." Tyler spoke then waved his hand dismissively at the last part of his sentence.

"Oh. Well, if no one asks you to Homecoming, I'll go with you." Raquel said as she wrapped her arm around his and pressed her face up against his muscular arm. "Thanks but aren't you going with Trayson." Tyler made kissy faces and noises towards Raquel, who blushed while looking at him. "No. He hasn't even asked me yet. Plus we're just friends." Raquel said as Tyler rolled his eyes and scoffed. "Oh, whatever. He likes you and you like him. Just ask him out." Tyler insisted of Raquel, who waved her hand in the air. "Wait, isn't the guy suppose to ask the girl?" Raquel asked. "Yeah, but it's Modern day, change it up a bit, Rocky." Tyler nudged her slightly then got up from his seat, carrying his plate over to the sink, rinsing it out and grabbing Raquel's plate and doing the same. "Come on, we do not want to be late." Tyler said while walking back up the stairs and getting ready in Raquel's bathroom while Raquel got ready in the lower bathroom.

As soon as they both were prepped to start the day, Tyler ran down the stairs in his costume and looked around for Raquel. She was in her room, getting ready. "Raquel, come on or we'll be late!" Tyler yelled upstairs then instructed her butler, Carter to bring the town car around. Carter nodded his head and did what he was told as Raquel finally made her way down the stairs. "Ugh, it's about time. Come." Tyler waved his hand for her to follow him as Raquel pulled out her cell phone and sent a text towards Tray.

To: Tray ♥
From: Raquel
Plz b at school already. Me and Tyler are coming now.

She hit the send button then got into the car with Tyler, who was taking multiple selfies and posting them on Instagram and Snapchat. Soon, they both were taking selfies together and posting them, gaining instant likes from their fan base. "So, excited to see others dressed up?" Raquel asked as Tyler shrugged his shoulders then looked over towards her. "Yeah, I am but I know that we'll be best dressed." Tyler chuckled as Raquel shook her head with a giggle.

The drive to the school wasn't really a long one but they made it just in time, seeing the Queen Bee and her followers already there. They both just looked and kept on walking, not wanting to try one of her muffins. "She probably poisoned them with her witch powers." Raquel muttered as Tyler looked back at Normani then turned back around. "She's probably the one who brainwashed my brother." Tyler said as they made to the entrance of the school. "Wait, we should wait for Tray here." Raquel said while linking her arm with his tightly so that he doesn't move. "I don't want to." Tyler groaned as Raquel rolled her eyes then pulled out her cell phone again.

To: Tray ♥
From: Raquel
Where r u? Here in the hallway w/ Tyler.

Again, she hit the send button then looked towards Tyler. "You know, you should really text your brother good morning, or something." She urged him to do so as she made her puppy dog face towards him and Tyler scoffed while pulling out his phone. "Fine." Tyler typed a message towards Taylor then hit send and showed Raquel. "Happy?" She gave him a small hug and said. "Ecstatic." She released her grasp from around the scanned the halls for Tray. "He might be a bit surprised to see us dressed as Minions." Raquel muttered again as they were getting several stares from their peers and underclassmen but it might because they were standing right at the entrance of the hallway though.

Taylor's usual morning started with Tyler knocking upon his door to let him know that breakfast was ready. But since the duo was currently not talking to each other, that didn't happen. Taylor woke up from his bed with a sigh and sat on the side for a moment, thinking to himself and wondering how could he get Tyler to talk to him again. With nothing coming to mind, Taylor shrugged his shoulders and lifted himself upwards off of the bed and headed down the stairs, where he hoped to see Tyler there, waiting for him to join in on the breakfast but again, that wasn't happening.

Taylor sighed yet again, lowering his head a bit as he walked over to the cabinet and pulled himself out a bowl, a box of cereal and some milk. He fixed himself a small bowl of cereal and sat on the counter, something Tyler would've gotten onto him about, just thinking to himself again. Today was Twin Day at school as apart of Spirit Week and Taylor had no twin for the occasion. Taylor finished his bowl of cereal and sat the bowl in the sink then went back upstairs and opened the door to Tyler's room, seeing nothing has changed since the last time he looked in there. Taylor knew that he must've spent the last few nights at Raquel's house since they were exceptionally close.

He closed the door to Tyler's room then went back to his own, picking out his outfit for the day. Taylor then proceeded his trek into his bathroom, where he ran the shower, letting it get nice and warm before stepping in. After about ten minutes, he emerged himself from the shower and dried himself off, wrapping the towel around his waist now as he brushed his teeth then walked back into his room, where he placed on his outfit for the day. It was one of Polo outfits. He was dressed in a green, short sleeved shirt, Khaki pants and green Polo shoes to match.

Taylor reviewed over himself in the mirror, satisfied, he sprayed on some of his Jordan cologne before exiting his room and the house. He grabbed his phone, car keys and wallet, as well. Getting inside of his car, he felt his phone buzzed in his back pocket. It was a text from Tyler and made him smile a little. Reading the text, Taylor knew that Tyler missed him. Maybe it was after one of Raquel's talks that led him to text Taylor.

From: Ty
Hope ur having a great morning. Just don't b late 4 school!

To: Ty
From: Tay
Leaving da house now.

Taylor hit the send button then started up his vehicle before exiting the driveway and heading towards the school. After a few minutes of driving, he had made it to the school's entrance and pulled up into his parking space and shut the car off. He emerged himself from the vehicle, getting instant stares from everyone as he sent winks their way. Most of the girls swooned at his wink as he shook his head with a chuckle then made his way to the hallway of Hollywood High.

Upon entering the halls, it seemed like all eyes were on him and him alone. He made his way over towards his locker, getting his notebook and a pen, which he stuck onto the top of his ear then closed his locker and leaned against it, back first. Taylor was scouting possible prospects to be his date for the dance that was fast approaching but most importantly, he was also looking for his brother and his new royal clique. Pulling out his phone, he'd send a text to Lennox.

To: Lennox
From: Taylor
Where r u, guys? Don't tell me I came early 4 no reason.

Taylor sent the message then pressed himself off of the lockers and started to roam the halls, waving at the people he know and whoever called his name, even stopping to have small conversations with a few people. Taylor then proceeded his trek once again, looking for his clique of guys so that he didn't have to walk alone, which was something the King Bee rarely did.

Raquel felt her phone buzz in her hand as he saw Tray's name light up across her screen. A soft smile formed itself among her lips as Tyler rolled his eyes. She didn't even bother responding to his last message as she grasped Tyler's arm again and looked up at him. "We need to get a man, you know." She muttered as Tyler looked down at her with a raised brow. "Most definitely but I am happy being single at the moment." Tyler said though it was a lie just as Tray made his way over towards them.

When Tray made his way over towards them, she released her grasp from around Tyler's arm to give Tray a small hug then broke it off when he started speaking. "We're the minions." Raquel finished for him while standing beside Tyler, posing as she smiled widely when he said that they looked cute. She went to thank him but was interrupted by Tyler. "What's up, man?" Tyler said while giving Tray a high five then looked at Raquel. "Well, I'll leave you two alone since I still need to stop by my locker. Catch you guys later." Tyler said while walking off, going to his locker.

Raquel smiled a bit nervously while turning her attention back towards Tray now. "So, Mr. Tray, being the person that you are, do you have a date to the dance yet?" She asked him, meaning no offense to the start of her question as she started a small walk of the halls, waiting for him to catch up before starting her usual fast walk. A few people she knew stopped in their tracks after seeing her walk side by side with Tray, the athlete, the A Lister and she was just Raquel, the Virtuoso.

The stares and glares didn't bother her though, even the whispers didn't as she was sort of use to them by now. She looked at Tray and bit her bottom lip nervously while waiting to hear an answer from him in regards to the homecoming dance. "Oh, I have to stop by my locker, too." When she said that, she turned left and stopped by her locker, grabbing her book and notebook then closing it and went back to stand beside Tray, starting up a small walk again.

Fergus decided that he rather liked Spirit Week. People were so excited and busy and while the latter could be a negative, he could practically feel the energy as he walked into the school. It was as different from the atmosphere at home as possible. Sure, there were a few people who cared more about appearances during this time of year, but most people were genuinely excited for the week in itself.

Fergus walked into the school calmly with a serene grin on his face. A few people took a double take at him. He was actually dressed normally for the most part, which was unusual for a neo-hippie who often dressed in monk robes or kilts. In order to get into the spirit of the aptly named "Spirit Week", he had decided to participate fully in the events planned for the week. That meant dressing as someone's twin and given his friendship with Trayson, the obvious choice was to match his outfit with his. It felt strange to dress like an A-lister, but it was only for one day so he didn't mind.

He grinned when he spotted his friend and twin for the day. He grinned happily at the two people he was talking to. God, he loved the Minions. Still, when he caught a snippet of his friend's conversation with Raquel, he took a step back, trying to make himself inconspicuous in the crowd. He recognized something romantic when he saw it. He leaned against a wall and started humming.

"Om bhur bhuvah svah
tat-savitur varenyam
bhargo devasya dhimahi
dhiyo yo nah pracodayat"

Truthfully, Ian wasn't dressed all that differently from how he normally dressed. Jeans, glasses, and plaid shirts were the stereotypical components of a nerd's or geek's outfit. Thus, he, Daniel, and Emma settled on them and Ian was grateful for that. He didn't feel like buying new clothes that he would only wear for a bout a day. He wasn't rich, after all.

He pulled his car in front of the school. It was early, but that was the way he liked it. He was naturally an early riser and, truthfully, he slept only about seven hours a day. More than that just made him feel sluggish. It was a quirk, but it was one that he was happy to have.

"Still, I'd like a cappuccino and a cinnamon roll," he murmured to himself as he made his way across the parking lot from his car. He almost didn't notice another person walking towards the entrance until he was right beside her. He grinned at her.

"Good morning, Haejin. You look..."

He raised an eyebrow at her gait. It didn't look too enthusiastic.

"You look like you could use a cappuccino. I'll buy you," he offered.

Lennox sat against the hood of Mani’s car as Mani and Chris exchanged words and glances. It always amused him to see how the two interacted with each other. They handled each other with such grace. Not really, though. In reality, there was always some bickering between them and if there wasn’t, then it was probably a sign that the world was coming to an end because that was what was only normal for the two. He continued to munch down on the muffin while the two glared into each other’s souls, but quickly pulled himself up from the car when Chris told him they should give the ladies their time. He nodded towards Chris and walked into the cool air of the building.

As Knox walked away from Normani with Chris and Chad, he felt a text vibrate his phone in his pocket. He pulled it out and noticed it was from Taylor. King Bee couldn’t be seen by himself walking through the halls so Knox quickly replied that they were in the main hall. “Tay’s coming around guys.” He let the guys know so they’d slow their walk so they didn’t send Taylor on a wild goose chase. While they waited for King Bee to make his way around the hallway and catch up with the rest of the guys, Lennox figured he’d get his homecoming details in order. After all, what’s a man without his lady? Scrolling through his contacts, he got to Olivia. He started a new message to her and started typing.

To: Olivia
From: Knox
Hey pretty lady, what are you up to after school today? Gotta ask you a question

Lennox very well knew that there was already someone with their eyes on Liv but that wasn’t going to stop him. Jameson wasn’t anything compared to him and he knew he was a sure fire win in Olivia’s eyes. After all, James was so far in the friend-zone that there was no way for him to climb out. Of course Lennox and James we’re friends and he felt bad taking the guy’s spotlight but Knox felt he was better…equipped…to be dating Olivia. He slid his phone back in his pocket, waiting for a reply, with a smug look on his face.

The one thing he did know about Olivia, however, was how the girl was a difficult one to get. Not so much that she played hard to get, more so that it was almost like she didn’t want to be gotten. Lennox knew that in order for him to get some leeway on her, to sweeten her up, he’d need to go through her best friend. So Lennox nervously pulled his phone out of his pocket and sent another text, this one to Katherine.

To: Katie
From: Knox
Kath, gotta ask a favor. Need you to sweet talk Liv for me (:

Knox and Katherine have been friends for quite a while. The two grew up right next to each other and were always over each other’s house. It didn’t matter that Lennox was a grade level younger, because they were essentially the same age. Besides, the two only had each other growing up – at least that’s what it felt like from Knox’s side. Lennox also knew that Olivia and Katherine we’re best friends so the only way to get him in the clear with Olivia was to go through Kath.

A high five was exchanged between Tyler and Tray and before he knew it Tyler was making his way to his locker, leaving he and Raquel alone. Raquel turned her attention to Tray, asking him a question, before turning on her feet and walking down the hall. It wasn’t before she walked down the hall before he fully understood what she was asking him. Tray spread a small smile across his lips and walked alongside his crush. “No Miss Raquel, I do not have a date to the dance yet. You actually beat me to the subject matter.” He smiled, clutching the arms of his backpack that sat on his chest. He looked up momentarily and noticed the eyes and the whispers of the other students around him.

It was rare to see a jock hanging out with anyone who didn’t fall into his clique, or the other high class cliques around his. But for Tray, those labels never mattered. He thought of it as ridiculous to separate students into different classes based on their friend group, or their social class, or the like, but this wasn’t something done by the school. The social hierarchy was created by the students himself so it confused him even more as to why they took it so seriously. The whispers and the looks didn’t bother him though. He knew it was because most people were too shallow to understand so they always started rumors like, Tray got kicked out of the jocks and now he’s a floater or the two are forced to hang out together because he lost a bet, or Tray’s personal favorite: He got her pregnant because they were at a party and thought she was one of the lacrosse girls. Either way, Tray had honest and sincere feelings for Raquel and wanted a relationship with her.

The two quickly stopped at her locker but started their walk just as fast. Tray was getting nervous about the subject matter but he didn’t want to just blurt out the question. He wanted to ask her with a grand gesture. He felt as though a cute note or a cute promposal would make her feel wanted and isn’t that what every girl wants? “ I was thinking about asking this really cute girl, but I’m trying to make it special for her, you know? Don’t wanna just ask her like I’m asking her for a tissue or something.” Tray smiled down at Raquel.

As Tyler had finished up at his locker, grabbing the essential items that he needed for the day, he turned a swift heel and bumped into someone, looking at his things fall onto the floor. "Oh, I am so sorry. I am.." His eyes scanned up to the person he had bumped into and saw that it was his brother, Taylor. "No need to apologize, bro. I know you're always in a rush to get to class, considering your perfect attendance and no tardies." Taylor said as he knelt down and helped Tyler pick up his things. "Yeah, so I need to go." Before Tyler sped off again, his brother grabbed him by the arm, which caused him to turn around. "Can we talk for a minute?" Taylor asked Tyler, who scoffed and looked down at his phone, starting a timer. "You have a minute and go." Taylor raised a brow at Tyler then shook his head.

"How many times do I have to apologize before I can get you to come back to your house?" Taylor asked but didn't give Tyler a chance to respond before continuing. "I'm sorry times a million, Tyler." Taylor pleaded as a small chime went off on Tyler's phone and he eyed his brother. "You chose your own path this year. I still care about you because you're my brother but maybe you should get to your friends before they worry." Tyler said, scanning his eyes towards Taylor's somewhat posse then grabbed his brother by the arm. "Beware of Chris, I have a bad feeling about that one." That was all Tyler said to his brother before walking off from him, Taylor walking in the opposite direction.

Taylor saw Lennox standing alone while Chris and Chad was walking away. "Hey, Knox." Taylor said, giving him a high five when he approach him. "What's up with Chad?" Taylor asked Lennox while throwing a thumb towards them. He didn't bother asking about Christian since they weren't the best of friends and both of them are wanting to be the King Bee. Taylor, as of right now, is a self proclaimed King Bee and he sure was determined to take the crown this year. Sighing to himself, his eyes fell upon Lennox and looked at him with a raised brow. "Anyways, are you ready to get to class? You know that we cannot be late again." Taylor turned a swift heel and started walking, hoping that Lennox was following. Taylor had too much going on right about now and Chris was definitely in the back of his mind.

Raquel heard Tray's response to her question and she couldn't help but blush. She tried to hide it the best way she could but it was not even worth it since he probably saw her blush anyway. It went quiet for a moment because the stares and glances from others drifted her into a mindset that just made her think a little. She was always talked about but that's because she was a rising pop star and many people have heard her voice and said that she was really talented.

When Tray spoke again, she was pulled from her thoughts and looked up at him, listening to every word. She bit her bottom lip a little nervously. "Oh." Was all she said at first, thinking about who this mystery girl could be, unless it was her. She widened her eyes at the thought then looked back towards Tray. "I meant, oh, sounds nice. And I am sure however you ask her, she'll say yes with no problem. I mean, who wouldn't? You're Trayson Garrison." She smiled and blushed a little while still walking beside Tray.

Raquel didn't know what else to say towards Tray but instead, she wrapped her arm around his arm and heard several gasps from their peers and other people. She quickly removed it though not because of the gasps but because she didn't know how Tray felt about the motion. She then lowered her head while muttering. "Sorry. Sort of an instinct when I am walking with someone. Just ask Tyler, I do it to him all the time." She continued to mutter as she stopped in the hallway. "Well, I have to get to class. I know Tyler is probably already there and worried." She said, not really wanting to leave Tray's side at the moment.

"See you later?" She asked him after a brief, small hug then waited for his response before walking away, going to class. While on her way to class, she pulled out her cell phone and immediately texted Tyler.

To: Ty ♥
From: ♥Rocky♥
Tell me ur in class. Need 2 talk.

She hit the send button then jumped when Tyler sneaked up behind her. "Gosh. You scared me." She slapped his arm a little then wrapped her arm around his. "What's up, Raquel?" Tyler asked. "I think Tray is going to ask me to the dance. Or someone." Raquel offered Tyler the information and he raised a brow down at her. "You know it's you he going to ask. Don't sweat it and don't overthink it, sweets." Tyler said as they made it to class. "Your right. I mean, he said he wants to make it special. Better than Lennox, if you ask me." Raquel said, sliding in her desk and sitting beside Tyler. "That bastard. We never speak his name again." Tyler said while pulling out his pencil, ready to write.

Raquel sat at her desk, chin in the palm of her hand, sighing and drifting her thoughts away as she waited for class to start.

A lapse of judgement. That’s what we’ll call it. It took Lennox a second to completely understand what just happened. But the more he thought about why the hell Chris just blew his top on him, he understood. He mentioned Taylor in front of him, which is a surefire way to lose a head or an ear or something when it comes to Chris. He and Taylor are not even close to friends and it was completely accidental. Lennox forgot entirely that Chris and Taylor aren’t really friends and the mentioning of such sent Chris off the deep end. It was an honest to goodness error but it sent Lennox into a face palm. He gets what he did was stupid but Chris’s reaction was just slightly over the top. Completely unnecessary if you ask him. Lennox awkwardly waved up to Chad as the boys were leaving, he swung himself around away from the guys departing. He took a deep sigh, and rubbed his face with his hands for a few seconds before looking up and meeting Taylor’s eyes. Tay greeted Lennox and Lennox smiled slightly, “Hey man,” Lennox acknowledged Taylor. Before he could say more, his phone started vibrating in his pocket with multiple texts. One from Olivia and one from Katherine. He decided to play it a little safer than normal and texted Kat back first.

To: Katie
Anything for you kitty Kat. Help me with Liv. Does she have a date yet?

Without texting Olivia back, he fumbled his phone around in his hands, waiting for Kat to reply. He turned his attention back to Tay. He figured he should answer his question before anyone else blew up on him. “Oh, it’s just Chris. Bad mood. As usual. You know.” He kept his answers short and choppy. No need to fuel any Tay-Chris hate fire. He nodded at Taylor’s menton of class, “Yeah, we should get going.” Lennox awkwardly smiled and started walking towards his class.

Tray and Raquel continued walking by each other and continued their conversation about who Tray was going to ask to the homecoming dance. He was obviously going to ask her but he wanted it to be cute. He wanted her to feel special about the way he asked her. He wanted to bring attention to her because he felt she definitely deserved it. He looked down at her after telling her about some mystery girl and noticed a blush to her cheeks. He looked back up and smiled to himself. The fact that he was who he was made no difference to him but apparently it was a thing. Tray didn’t care that he was a jock or a royal or whatever, he cared more about his character than his reputation. “That’s silly Raq. I’m nothing special.” He scoffed – not at her but more at the idea that he was something to be impressed by.

A moment of silence was followed by an excited grip on Tray’s arm. He looked down at her when she pulled away and was slightly confused. He liked that she felt comfortable enough around him in school to hold on to him. But when she pulled away, he wondered if it was because his clique status. He wondered if she suddenly felt weird being around him because he was ‘Trayson Garrison.’ That didn’t mean anything to him, but it meant a lot to others and now he was worried it meant something to her. She started to get flustered and stumbled over her words trying to get out of the awkwardness but instead digging herself deeper in the quick sand. Tray chuckled to himself and tried to calm Raquel down, “Hey, Raq. It’s fine honestly, I liked it.” He smiled at her but it didn’t help. She hugged him, and quickly rushed away to class, but not before asking to see him later. He nodded, “Sure thing Raq, I’ll text you.” She rushed off to class before he could say anything else.

Tray smiled to the thought of asking her to the dance. He knew that she was the best fit for him. He pulled his phone out of his pocket and sent her a text. But he knew that he’d need more than just himself so he texted his best friend in hopes to get a little help with a plan.

To: Raq

Normani was unyielding when the group entered the nurse's office first, not even allowing Anthony to take a step inside. He stared her down for only a second before her steely gaze sent him right down the hall. He could lick his wounds like a little bitch when he was at home, but she would be damned if he was allowed to come into the nurse's office. Of course, all under the guise that "We wouldn't want to increase the likelihood of a second round in one of the neatest rooms in the entire building" just to get the nurse to stop giving her a bitch face just for being there. Not that Normani planned to stay the entire time or even walk the couple to the main office. She had class and Chris, despite having class, probably wasn't going to head back so late in the period. She didn't respond to Honey's exclamation about people considering her white trash or even that Olivia would try to get Hailey to replace Honey as a royal. Nobody replaced anyone without the final decision being left to Normani. And it would be a cold day in hell before she EVER allowed some random chick to suddenly be considered one of her besties, which was what all - or at least, the majority - of the Royals were. Best friends to their liege. It just so happened that Normani was the only one who was actually in power and again, she would be damned.

While Normani and Chris lingered by the opening of the nurse's office, Chad sat, feeling more guilty about being in trouble than for what he had done to actually get in trouble, hating the way the alcohol burned again his skin. The corner of his mouth quirked, instinctively, at Honey remarking that they would look badass. He also, shoving away his earlier frustration, did not hesitate in kissing her back regardless of the cough from the nurse. "Really, you two?" She snapped and finally, Honey pulled away so that the older woman could get a better inspection of him. Which only made him groan. "Cat..." he began in the middle of her plea to Normani, but Normani turned to him a sharp stare. "Shut it, Boy Scout." He could only bristle at her for the nickname, a rarity in and of itself unless she said it with a grin. "Just...wanted to tell her not to talk about herself like that," he said quietly, though the other three could hear him clearly. Normani just ignored it and Chris smirked lightly.

"Done," Normani finally said and shared a small look with Chris to which he only nodded. "Keep me posted on what the deliberation is and don't forget, beach party tomorrow." Hugging her bestie quickly, Normani finally tossed a gentle smile Chad's way. "Try not to take on any more missions, Batman. You don't have your trusty sidekick anymore." Finished with her partings, Normani headed back to class, but not without asking for a pass from the nurse. Chris nodded to Honey tensely, forgetting all about his typical flirtatious remarks in favor of turning to his own best friend. "Don't worry about a thing, Chad. We'll get it straightened out."

By the time the senior lunch period came around, most students were ready to go home. Particularly Normani who was already done with the excitement of the day. As soon as she made it out of her Physics class with Olivia and the others, she instructed all of her followers to find every hint of footage from the fight and delete them, sending each and every proof to her as a means to confirm that they all had been deleted elsewhere. It took until their lunch period, but it was enough to appease her mind. Once she got from cheer practice (which, for only the third time in her entire all-star cheerleading career that she actually did not want to go), she could place all of the footage on a single flash drive that she could hide unless she found a way to use it against Anthony in the near or later future. If he knew any better, he would make it later. Much, much later. Afterwards, she finalized the tweets and Snaps about her throwing a beach party for tomorrow since that was the next Spirit Week theme, a means of distraction for everyone else. Small moves, but enough to get the - for lack of better terms - "lesser" students to think about something else. However, despite the tame quality to her latest machinations, Normani was not done with Anthony. She made a promise and she was going to bury the situation. But before then, she sent out a few text messages.

To: Danny
Study date 2nite or nah?

To: Honey
Update plz

To: Angel, Camila, Chelsea
Don't forget ur cheer candy duties 2day

To: Liv, Kat
Headin 2 caf now

"I pretty much convinced coach already to bench him for the rest of the semester," Chris explained as they stepped into the cafeteria together. Normani normally made an entrance with her girls and she was going to spot them soon enough, but she had immediately run up on Christian the second she got out of eighth period. "He's pretty much fucked for the year. Coaches can't scout a bench-warmer." Normani was not satisfied. As anyone knew, messing with someone she cared about was one of the biggest mistakes a person could make. She was the one who stayed on top of any and everything. She had more dirt on the student body than a child wearing white tennis shoes on the baseball field did, and that was saying something. Despite her own band of followers, Normani received intel from students just begging to be acknowledged by her, even though she was privy to greeting all of her subjects. And that's what the students were at the moment - subjects. And she had a lesson to teach them - even if it meant making an example out of Anthony McLaughlin.

"Well, I want more," she said quickly, a hand on Christian's chest so that he wouldn't step any further into the line formed where the food was being served. She seemed to take her time in allowing her eyes to rake up Christian's muscled form before meeting his gaze. Which had his palms feeling suddenly more warm than they needed to be. He was nervous. He couldn't tell if Normani actually liked what she saw or was simply mulling over how to destroy him. Somehow, he thought it was both. "What I want is to make sure that the next time a no-neck fucker lays a hand on one of mine, the only thing on his mind is the cold chill of fear for how much more hurt he's gonna be than them." Christian didn't react for a moment, just because he couldn't read Normani. She rarely asked for violence and the other jocks could do so; they've done so. But she has never asked for it before. However, a small smirk flitted across his face as he stared down at his suddenly - though, not unsurprisingly so - sexy ex-girlfriend. "Playing with the dark side, aren't you Mani?" She shouldn't be influencing his flirtation, but that didn't stop Normani from discreetly playing with the lapels of Christian's jacket before allowing those same slender fingers to trail up his firm, covered chest. She paid no mind to the classmate nearby who had to gawk at the very obvious seduction. "Oh, baby, this ain't dark. Dark is my making it so that your boy Tony can never walk the halls of HHS ever again," she practically purred, batting her thick lashes up at him only for a moment before grinning and leading Christian over to the line.

"But see, he'll walk. I want him to, but only to gain the satisfaction of knowing that for every step he takes down a hallway, there's fear. And he remembers that the next time he steps out of the line I placed him in, there won't be mercy. I protect what is mine - we protect what is ours." It was a bold move, using them as a "we" when she had made it clear that she was not going to call Christian her man nor her King. However, stroking his ego just enough with the same amount of flirtation got the job done because his gorgeous eyes flashed hungrily before his smirk turned into a wolfish grin. "Consider it done." Normani only smiled brightly, ruffled his hair and then leaned up to kiss him on the cheek swiftly. "Thanks, babe." Ready to step away, Normani settled her gaze on the same classmate that eyed them in surprise and offered them the sweetest of smiles as she said, "You might wanna pick up your jaw off the ground, honey. You might choke on all the flies swarming around ya."

Satisfied, Normani eyed the cafeteria for her crew and found Liv and Kat entering the large room. Luckily for her, she was not one of the cheerleaders who had to run the Cheer Candy fundraiser today. They had a schedule and she had already manned it with a few choice cheerleaders yesterday, and would do so again on Friday. So, she had no need to rush over to her girls, though she stole a picture of them in the process of keeping an eye out for her crew. She would post it on Instagram later during the evening and send it to the chronicle for pics of the week. She made it her mission to traipse over to them, the naturally seductive sway in her hips a sight for sore eyes as she finally Kat and Liv. "Let's go put in our final Homecoming Prince and Princess, and then eat outside. Clifton's bringing our orders from Health Nut in five and it actually feels great out there right now. Besides, I've been in this building too long and I'm suffocating."

TAYLOR CUNNINGHAM
Hex: #800000

───────────────────────────────

Taylor had progressed through his day as if he was actually the King Bee, trying to get people to nominate him for Homecoming. He had a few people say yes while others told him straight to his face no but those people, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away from. He had taken classes with his friends, goofing off and almost getting sent to the office as always but of course, he always talked his way of getting out of trouble but couldn't really save his friends from the harm. Taylor just simply chuckled and shook his head, already ready to go home from today as he was getting really tired of being at school now.

A few more periods went by and it was finally ninth period, which meant it was lunch time for him and his other Senior friends. As he walked the halls, he could hear them buzzing about Chad and Honey getting into a physical altercation with another student. At first, he was a bit confused because it wasn't like Chad to get physical with anyone so something must've went down. Taylor checked his phone for any texts or updates and nothing came through. It was like he was out of the circle of people or something, or maybe everyone else is too busy on trying to get the full story themselves.

Taylor shrugged his shoulders and stopped by his locker, placing his books and everything inside of it then closed it, turning heel and stuffing his hands into his pants pocket, walking towards the cafeteria. Upon entering, he set his sights out for Normani because she always had the insight on everything that happens within the walls of the high school. But first, he stopped by the cheerleaders table for the fundraiser and mingled with them for a little while, laughing and smiling brightly. Though not really wanting the candy, he gave to their fundraiser anyway then winked before walking away.

He walked with a certain stride towards Normani and her clique of girls then eyed them all when he approached them. "Hello, ladies." Taylor said with a small smile then eyed Normani. "So, the whole school is buzzing about Chad, Honey and Tony. What happened?" Taylor inquired. He didn't mean to be so nosey and in their business but he was a Royal just like the rest of them so being in the circle was very important. Taylor stood there with his hands in his pockets, raising a slight brow at Normani while waiting for a response. "Also, what's everyone doing after school? I feel like I am the only one without plans." Taylor would comment shortly after Normani's response then wait to hear about some plans for later or something since he didn't want to be alone and bored.

Normani caught Liv's smirk at her blatant display of haughtiness and only grinned in response, linking arms with both the blonde and the brunette with herself in the middle. She ended up coughing on a chortle, however, the second Katherine started questioning her, and Normani tossed the brunette an amused stare. "Well then, lucky for you, Honey doesn't need a nose job, babe. She wasn't the one who got popped in the nose. That imbecile was." Normani wouldn't even let the fucker's name cross her lips, she was so upset with him. And yes, she was being just a bit unjustifiably upset with him. It had been a knee-jerk reaction; you get hit and you hit back, and jocks were more prone to such actions. However, at the end of the day, he could take a hit. And Honey probably could too, but the point was that girls already had to deal with blatant verbal sexual abuse on a regular basis what with teachers only gently tapping the boys' hands like they were five and didn't know any better. She would be damned if she didn't make a stand against that in some way. More importantly, two of her best friends were harmed. You get no forgiveness from that.

"And she hit him because the asshole kept making derisive commentary about her like he was trying to throw it in Chad's face that he wanted to bang her," Normani went on to explain as she pulled the girls along to the Student Government table to put in their nominations, ignoring the pang of not seeing Chad where he was supposed to be as student body president all because he wanted to be a good boyfriend and shit. Which wasn't a problem, but still. "Moral of the story, don't fuck with another guy's girl and you won't get your shit busted in the middle of your classroom by the one guy nobody would've thought had a smooth left hook. Not that that isn't the least of his worries because it is." She didn't explain what she meant and her eyes darkened only for a moment before she grinned at the secretary, Danielle, and treasurer, Lawrence. "Hello, my loves. Just putting in our votes." Danielle immediately perked up and leaned on the designated table with her elbows, a wide, shy smile crossing her round face. "Hey, Mani. I just voted for you. Did it twice, but we don't gotta tell nobody." Normani giggled right along with her as she took up the small sheet of paper that served as the ballot, winking co-conspiratorially as she placed a finger before her full lips. "Secret's safe with me, doll."

While she checked off the people she wanted to be in the running, marking herself as number two in who she wanted to win, she heard a very familiar voice. And while Taylor couldn't see her face at first, Danielle and Lawrence could, and Normani made a show of being disinterested with an appropriate eye roll that made them both chuckle. Not bothering to grin again, Normani peeked over her shoulder at the male, whipping some of her dark hair back over her shoulder to get a better look at him. Contrary to popular belief, Normani didn't not like Taylor. That would be too dismissive and she only dismissed the people she did not like. At the same time, they weren't friends and he technically wasn't one of them. She knew she could end the whole debate right then and there, and declare him a Royal if she so chose. But that was the point - she didn't choose. Taylor just automatically assumed that when he claimed the role, the school would accept it. And that was not the way it was going to work and she wouldn't acknowledge him as king. Or anything, other than a fellow classmate and a human being.

"What happened was that a situation had come up and now it has been handled and people are over it," she explained rather simply, though her words were purposefully cryptic. It was over. Normani made sure that it was over and once she ended something, it was over. If you didn't catch wind of it before, then you were shit out of luck. So she managed a sweet little smile for him. "Nothing to worry your pretty little head over, doll. Chaddy's gonna be fine, just grounded for the next two days is all." Normani waited for her girls to finish up with their ballads before sliding hers into the box and then turned fully to face him, having to look up a little at Taylor since...well, let's be real, she definitely was not on the tall side of life. And only because she didn't wear her heels today. "A party. I have a party to finish planning for tomorrow. Arabian Nights themed, to be exact. Starts at 4. Rules and such have already been sent in a mass text, you really should keep up to date with things." Normani added the last bit of condescencion with a tilt of her head and a knowing quirk of her lips. Call it tough love, if you will, but she believed that if Taylor wanted to make himself a Royal, then he needed to know how to know the ins and outs of being one. And that meant being on top of every party detail the A-Listers put out. Which any A-Lister would know.

If they were an A-Lister.

Finally, her phone buzzed, signalling that her driver had arrived with their food and Normani turned her attention, effectively dismissing Taylor, back to her friends. "Ready, ladies? Clifton's outside and my stomach is like, two point two seconds away from making actual noises right now and we have to talk about colors."

Chad may have been a little bit of a bitch; he could accept that. He balked when Normani practically snapped at him, though he figured - after she left - that it came from a place of actual concern, and not anger directed towards him. She wasn't good at the whole baby-let-me-hold-you unless she felt absolutely helpless, so he had taken her tough love earlier like a champ. Offered barely a hint of rebuttal. Didn't even bother gently coaxing her into not going after Tony like he normally would because it was unnecessary and they were going to get punished anyway (and no, there was not a part of him that reveled in knowing that Mani was planning something). But now, sitting in the receptionist's office waiting for the principal to call him and Honey in, he really did feel like the little bitch Chris joked that he acted like sometimes. Like, not because he was feeling that guilt - even though he was because, hello, fucking honor roll student of the year here, thank you! No, it was because while there was guilt, there wasn't and that was Chad's problem. He was usually so much more in tune with his feelings. He might not officially verbalize them or anything, but he at least was able to talk himself through things. Or out of them, if you asked the important people in his life.

The point was while there was guilt and shame for actually being sent to the principal's office only the second time in his entire primary education career - there was still anger. A bit of male satisfaction after having successfully gotten through his official first fight with less scraps and bruises than the other guy (take that, Chris, he wasn't that much of a little bitch, thank you very much), a bit of possessiveness because umm, who the fuck ever told anyone to put a bruise on his girl's face? And just...all of those things inside of a guy who did not process too many feelings at once and it left him ready to leave, regardless of what the outcome of the meeting was.

But first thing's first: Honey needed to stop. Gathering her face in between his hands, Chad leaned over and silenced her litany of apologizes with a firm kiss, pulling away only when he heard someone's throat clear up. "Hey, this isn't your fault. Not blaming you in any way, okay?" And no, Chad did not feel a hot flame of shame wash over him at the look the principal shot his way when they finally made it to the office to hear their sentencing. Which wasn't too bad considering both Rick and Chris had gotten heavier for near similar situations. Though, to be fair, Chad's opponent was not knocked unconscious like in Chris' case or rushed to the hospital, like with Rick. So, that was probably another factor into why he was getting off easily. However, it also meant that his mom was getting a call and Suzanne Shanks was not a happy camper when it came to her kids. The last time his mom had actually been upset with him was because of the freshman year prank and that was because of a lot of different factors, such as her black child in a predominantly white neighborhood where they were prone to judge at the first sign of any person of color doing any one wrong thing in front of their privileged little white angel. But, of course, Suzanne was too classy to call someone out on that and Chad, at the time, just wanted to be able to play his video games again.

Soon, he and Honey had separated only for him to make sure that his fellow SGA members would be able to handle the partnership with the dance committee for the final touches for Homecoming, not to mention getting his assignments for the next two days. And so what if it made him every much an overachieving prep as the next? He didn't get the highest GPA in his class for nothing. It gave him some time to hit up some friends, just to get back with people.

To: Sam
Ur a mess. But thanks. Suspended 4 2 days, btw. C u at Mani's party 2morrow.

To: Tyler, Taylor, Raquel
Going MIA 4 a bit. U guys ok?

To: Chris
Don't go 2 far w/ watever u & Mani r planning

Finally, Chad was outside and loading his stuff into his car when Honey came over, a small frown marring her face. Knowing her, she was still feeling guilty, a though confirmed only by her asking if she could be Catalina. Who was nearly entirely different from Honey, but only by so much. Calmer, sweeter and a hell of a lot more passive than Honey actually was. Which made Chad smile and accept her embrace, wrapping his long arms around the shorter girl and bury his nose in her hair. "Let's go home then," he obliged with a small peck on her lips, before gathering her things so they could head to his house.

Olivia rolled her eyes at Katherine's inquiry about Honey's nose, but like Mani, couldn't keep a straight face at just how... entertaining Katherine could sometimes be. She sometimes wondered if the brunette even thought about what she was saying before it came out of her mouth, but after years of knowing her, it was probably safe to conclude that the answer to that was usually a no. Normani's reasoning as to why the fight broke out made sense, but Olivia still believed that it wasn't right for Honey, as a Royal, to do such a thing. Maybe it was sexist and maybe it was a bad way of thinking, but it would have been different if Chad had been the one to throw the first punch. She just couldn't imagine ever doing that herself. On one hand, she knew that that could have been because she rarely let herself feel things that deeply. She refused to get so riled up in public, so the fact that Honey was able to show such raw emotion was admirable on one hand. Again, though, it wasn't something that Olivia thought of as being acceptable, so the nobility of it didn't stand for much.

She looked at Mani with a bit of amused curiosity as she claimed that getting hit was the least of Anthony's worries, but the Queen was already focused on Danielle and Lawrence at the voting booth. She hoped that Normani didn't take things too far, but she also knew that no amount of reasoning would stop whatever the Queen was planning. This, Olivia was more understanding towards, because Normani was queen. In a power of position like that, you needed people to fear you in order to respect you. Call it dramatic for a high school social system, but this wasn't Bumblefuck, Illinois, it was Los Angeles, California and it was basically the real world.

"Thanks, guys," Olivia smiled a minute later as she submitted her votes for Homecoming Prince and Princess, and then spun around to tune into the conversation that Normani and Taylor had started a moment before. Olivia was fairly indifferent towards this Cunningham twin. She didn't think that he was a bad guy, but like a lot of the Royals, was skeptical about how good of a King Bee he would make. Before now, he hadn't even been an A-lister. Aside from Rick, Olivia doubted he even socialized with that many A-listers, and that was a problem. How was someone supposed to lead the Royals, when he barely had any experience as one? Even if you didn't like Christian, it was hard to say that he could make a worse King Bee than someone who didn't even know what the ropes were, nonetheless knew the ropes like the back of his hand.

She didn't jump into the conversation between Taylor and Mani because any other comments seemed unnecessary. Like always, Mani had it under control, and call her too tamed, but Olivia didn't think her commentary would be necessary or wanted. It wasn't like she had anything to say, especially since she and Taylor weren't great friends, and honestly, even if it had been Christian or James, someone that they had real connections with, Olivia wouldn't have wanted them around. Sometimes, things were more enjoyable when it was just the girls, and now that Honey couldn't intrude on their time today, she wasn't going to let Taylor ruin it either.

"I am so with you, Mani," Olivia nodded, an annoyed sigh escaping as she realized how hungry she was feeling. Her order today was a chicken melt with a side chef salad, and a strawberry mango iced Greentini drink, and she couldn't have been more excited for it. She continued with the girls out of the cafeteria, and then the school building. Surprisingly, Mani had been right, and it wasn't suffocating-ly hot outside. That said a lot, too, considering Olivia was still in Katherine's genius-choice denim outfit. Clifton wasn't far from the school's entrance, and Olivia smiled graciously and thanked him for her food as she took her bag and drink. "Let's find a table in the shade," she advised once they had all taken their food. "But you're right, we do need to talk about colors. What are you guys wearing? I want pictures. None of that 'I'm going to surprise you tomorrow' stuff."

It didn't take more than a few seconds for Katherine to get her homecoming ballots submitted, but while Normani was talking to Taylor, she was too occupied with Danielle. The SGA member complimented her on her outfit, which had Kat elbowing Olivia even though her friend didn't react, and then, to be polite, Katherine complimented the girls' as well. By the time she spun back around to engage in whatever Normani was saying to Taylor, the Queen Bee looked at her and Olivia and asked if they were ready to leave. "Yes! My votes are submitted, so you're definitely going to win, Mani. Like, there's no way on Earth that you won't," she gushed, squeezing Mani's arm that was linked in her own.

Her excitement to go eat was less than the girls', but mostly because she wasn't starving. She was hungry, but the Deluxe salad she had ordered from Health Nut would be enough to hold her over for a few hours, even if she didn't finish the whole thing.
"I need to steal Clifton from you. Literally everyone that works for my family are so rude and don't do anything nice for me like this," she complained, only acknowledging Clifton in that manner as she took her food from him. It was no secret that Kat wasn't the most appreciative girl. From birth, she had been raised thinking that wealth determined people's status in the world, and if someone worked for her, it automatically meant that they were beneath her. She didn't appreciate the contributions that people put into her life, so, when she peaked into her bag, had her order been wrong, she probably would have insisted that Normani fire Clifton without considering that it was a simple mistake. She didn't think she was selfish or entitled, but a lot of the time, it was hard to object to the reputation. Luckily for her and Clifton, her order appeared to be correct, so she waited for Normani to send him off before following the girls over to a table in the same, like Liv requested. "Really? The shade? I could use some sun," she complained, rolling up her sleeve to look at her pale skin. "Which reminds me that Hailey wants to hang out with us later! Can't we do some poolside party planning?" she requested, her voice closer to a plead now, because she didn't want Mani to say no. At the same time, it wouldn't have been the first time that it happened, she knew that Mani didn't love Hailey like she did and that party planning was usually a friends-only event, which is why she knew to be extra sweet in making her request this time. "I want to wear black, but I don't have anything picked out. Aren't you, like, Arab, Liv? You should know this stuff better than us," she commented, as she pulled her salad out of the bag and set it down next to her water.

Taylor eyed Normani as she was speaking towards him, hearing her simple answer to his first question then continued listening. "Good thing they're both okay though." He interjected as she mentioned something about a party and a mass text. "I didn't get a text." Taylor muttered as he pulled out his phone and read the message from Chad. With a raised brow, Taylor looked at Normani then nodded his head. "Got it." As she somewhat dismissed him, Taylor responded to Chad's text since he kind of embarrassed himself in front of the Queen Bee.

To: Chad
From: Taylor
Fine here. Thanks. R u and Honey good tho?

He sent the message then walked over towards Lennox and saw that his brother and Raquel just left from beside him. "What's up, man? Pretty eventual day, huh?" Taylor said while looking over at his brother and Raquel, briefly before looking at Lennox. "So glad that school is almost over with today. You got plans tonight?" Taylor asked him then noticed Tray had entered the cafeteria. He gave him a welcoming head nod then turned his attention back towards Lennox.

"I know Mani mentioned something about her party sometime soon." Taylor offered towards him then still awaited to hear his responses to his questions.

Jameson ended his first eight periods with a ton of assignments, so he knew that it would benefit him more to just go home after eighth period. The social side of him made him want to flock to the cafeteria with the rest of the Royals, or even catch up with some jocks and head to the pizzeria down the block, but he was being surprisingly responsible today. He decided to go home and take the extra hour to work on his assignments because he knew that come tomorrow, with Mani's party and all of that, there was no way that he was going to have the drive to do a single assignment, no matter how heavy it weighed in his class average.

As he headed out to the parking lot, he passed by some Hipster asking another one to homecoming, and it reminded him of his dilemma with Olivia. She (and Normani) had refused to give him a real answer on whether she would come with him or not. A lot of the Royal guys told him that he was friendzoned, and that if she hadn't directly said yes at this point, then he should just take it as a no and ask another girl. It wasn't like James didn't have any other options. There were Preps that would go with him, probably some cheerleaders, or if he wanted to have a fun night, certainly an Animal or two would be willing too. He didn't want any other option, though. This was his senior year, and he'd be damned if he ended up going with someone he didn't actually care about! Besides, he didn't see why Olivia wouldn't go with him in the first place. They were close friends, so it wasn't like she could claim that they wouldn't have a good time together. She had to know that he would be willing to wear any color bow tie or tie that she wanted to match her dress. Maybe she didn't know this as much, but he'd drop his funny guy, never-serious act too if that was what she wanted. He thought it was obvious that he wanted something serious with Liv, so wasn't it clear that he could be a serious man if she thought he was too childish at this point? He hoped so, but the doubt in his mind had him sending out a couple of texts before he pulled out of the high school's parking lot.

To: Olivia
Seriously, Liv! Will you go with me Saturday? I promise I'll think of some extra cheesy way to ask you for the classic Instagram post

To: Katherine, Normani
Tell Liv to come to homecoming w me............................

To: Chris, Lennox, Sam, Chad, Val, Tray, Taylor
Just a heads up that I asked Olivia to Homecoming and she said yes... so one less girl on the market for you guys. Good luck.

The Preps rarely ever ate in the cafeteria. Most of the time, they didn't stay on campus during ninth period, but if they did, they would eat in the courtyard. Today, most of them traveled off campus, and once they sorted out the plans, Sam left with three other preps, Cody, Julie and Devin in his Range Rover. They were head tho The Rooftop Grill at The Montage Hotel, a spot that Sam felt was decent for lunch. He was in the mood for their organic roasted chicken breast meal, so when Cody insisted on it, he didn't object. However, as they boarded into his car, he sent out an invitation to a few non-preps, and the one prep who has shocked the world by getting suspended.

To: Chad
Prove your wounds aren't that bad and come grab food w the crew at The Montage. Tell Honey to come too!

To: Chris
Trade in ur football jersey for a dress shirt for an hour and come eat at The Montage man

To: Jameson, Lennox, Taylor, Trayson
Eating w some ppl at The Montage if you're hungry and friendless, which wouldn't surprise me

He did intentionally keep Chris out of the group message that went out to Taylor, Jameson, Lennox and Trayson. Not only was he close with Chris, and already had a single chat with him that didn't take too much scrolling to find, but he also knew it wasn't smart to include him in the same chat as Taylor. Calling them not friends seemed like an understatement this year, with both guys vying for the top male seat in Hollywood High School's social hierarchy. Before driving, he couldn't resist sending a text to Angelina, who he was heavily considering finally sealing the deal with this weekend, and sleeping with. It wasn't like the ball was in his court that much, where he could just declare he wanted to fuck her and it would magically happen, but it just seemed like something that would happen eventually. He was sure that once he turned on the charm, it would happen. It wasn't like they hadn't gotten close before. He also decided to response to the group chat that Jameson had started earlier with most of the A-list guys, and send a text to Normani and Catalina.

To: Angelina
I want to pregame with you and your girls tomorrow ;). You're coming to Mani's. Meet at my house. No buts.

To: Normani
SMH I don't even get an apology for you ignoring me today in the science wing? Hurting my feelings over here, Mani.

To: Catalina
You corrupting my boy lol? If so, I approve.

To: Chris, Lennox, Jameson, Chad, Val, Tray, Taylor
Damn, alright, Blondie's outta the pool. Who else do we have that's fair game? Lol Taylor didn't you dress up as a minion with that girl? She your date? #score

He knew that it was Taylor's twin who had dressed up as a minion with Raquel, but especially with Chris in the chat, he figured that making fun of him a bit would lighten the mood, even if he meant it harmlessly.

Hunter was smart, there was denying that, but this year, his confidence in that had been put to the test. It didn't help that upon starting school in the fall, he did his best to socialize only in school, and only with the nerds, who seemed to be one of the less exclusive groups in the school. He knew it meant something to his level of intelligence that they accepted him, but as a kid who went to only poorly funded public schools for his life, his sense of his own intelligence was apparently incorrectly heightened. Compared to some of these Beverly Hills kids, who had private tutors teaching them second and third languages before they were enrolled in kindergarten, Hunter felt like he had to work twice as hard to get the great grades he got without breaking a sweat at home. Luckily for him, he had the time to put into studying now that he was in California. Unlike in Boston, here he didn't have any close friends who wanted to spend their nights trying to get into bars underage or chugging cheap beers at a house party. It was his own choice, really. He wanted to remain as un-involved as possible in Hollywood High School's social scene, or at least that had been the plan when he found out he was moving here. Keep his head in the books, get good grades first quarter, get into Boston University on a scholarship and focus this year, on making sure that he would be set for the rest of his life.

It had been a good plan for the first couple of months of school, and he had done well at convincing himself that he was okay with not engaging in any of the typical parties and fun that seniors were expected to partake in during their senior year. For some reason, Spirit Week was making him feel differently on it. Maybe it was Twin Day most of all, because it just reminded him that he didn't have any close friends here, and it kind of sucked. His old school didn't have a Twin Day or Spirit Week, but it just reminded him that he was missing out on his school's traditions, and that he didn't fit in with his new schools traditions. Now, he felt like even if he wanted to make better friends, it was too late. Coming in during senior year felt like it was too late to begin with, to make any great friends, but now, months into the year, when he had already willingly accepted a spot as a Nerd... well, getting out of that rut seemed close to impossible.

Since all of the seniors had off of classes during ninth period for lunch, he felt even more isolated in his outfit which was nothing more special than a red and white striped shirt and grey jeans, since he wasn't standing with anyone who matched him. He knew it wasn't that deep, and there were other kids like him who weren't participating, but again, he was feeling unusually self conscious today, and it made him want to get out of the building quicker than it usually did. He passed through the cafeteria only briefly during ninth period with the intention of buying a bottle of water and submitting his Homecoming votes. He did both, first placing votes for Angelina and Taylor in the ballot box. There was no particular reason for why he voted for them over the other candidates. He had seen Angel frequently at his house, hanging out with Jada, but still didn't know her very well. In his math class, he had overheard girls talking about voting for her, so he figured that him voting for her too wouldn't be bizarre. There also weren't many sentimental feelings behind his vote for Taylor. Like Angel, he had also heard someone mention him as a good candidate, and since he really didn't care about who won, Hunter voted for him too.

As he was getting off the lunch line with just his water bottle, he noticed Ian sitting down at a table that Jada had just stood up from. For a few seconds, he hesitated on what to do. He liked Ian, and found the guy to be one of the most welcoming people he had met at Hollywood High. They were definitely nerds in different senses, with Hunter being more of a "pretend" nerd, in the fact that he had kind of forced himself into that mindset this year, when before this year, his only nerd-like trait had been his intelligence. It was different than Ian, who... well, who looked like a nerd and just gave off that vibe. Not like that was a bad thing. Hunter didn't think so, at least. He normally would have approached Ian without a thought, but Jada being present hindered him for a moment. He and Jada weren't enemies. They were on neutral terms, if anything. He thought she was comical and they stayed out of each other's way, mostly, which wasn't hard considering the size of her home, but it was clear to him, at least, that she didn't want him there any more than he wanted to be there. He didn't take it personally but since he already felt like he was intruding on her home life, he decided against approaching her and Ian. He doubted that she would have minded that much, but he didn't want to take any chances, and instead, left the cafeteria and headed out to the parking lot, but not before at least sending Ian a text message.

To: Ian
Hey Ian. Not sure if you're working tonight, but if you're not, I'm going to try to knock out the rest of the week's calculus homework assignments tonight if you're interested in getting it done too.

"I love you...I do. I know...I-I-I know I don't say it often enough, but never doubt that. And never doubt that I don't blame you for earlier - for any of this. I just...you want to be Catalina right now and I just wanna forget that the last few hours just happened. Can we do that?"

That was what Chad had had to say about the situation yesterday and that was honestly how he wanted to leave it for now. While the reasonable and logical human being inside of him understood the importance of having the conversation his girlfriend had been trying to conduct, a rather petulant version of himself - which had taken on the outer visage that Catalina had to confront - was adamant to leave it where it was. Yesterday. Or...well, at the time, it had been earlier in the day yesterday, but now he was definitely not in the mood to confront the events of the day before. No, he wanted to actually enjoy a party. He wanted to drink (and did Chadwick Arsenault drink often? Abso-fucking-lutely not, but he was gonna do it today!) and laugh at some of his classmates (because knowing Chris' goofy ass, he would be the main one trying to belly-dance) trying to belly-dance, maybe even partake in some hookah. Who knew? The point was that no, he did not want to talk. No, he did not want to acknowledge the rage at which he had attacked Tony. That also meant not wanting Honey to change, in any way since he had fallen in love with her for being herself, not because he wanted to eventually change who that person was. Kinda defeated the purpose, if you asked him.

Of course, that meant asking him and he wasn't even answering his own girlfriend, so...shit out of luck going once...twice...sold and totally forgotten.

Which was good for him because soon enough he was parking a little down the street from Normani's home. It shouldn't have been a surprise that after only thirty minutes of her Arabian Nights themed beach party that the party was already all over social media with people posting pics of themselves with Hijabs (which a few of the Muslim and Arabic students had been privy to not doing because of reasons), henna tattoos, hookah vapors all around them, and going on and on about how great the party was. Hell, he could hear the music from where he was helping Honey out of the car. If Normani never made it in the fashion industry, as Chad had told her several times over, she could easily go into event planning because she never held back with a party. Plus, she had chosen a great venue considering there was ample space between her home and others, with her only being connected to the nearby few through the sandy pathway leading from the back of her home down to the beach where a few smaller homes were situated.

Once Honey was out, he linked hands with his girlfriend and made their way closer to the house, bumping fists (totally random, mind you since he could only recognize the guys from a guy classes and definitely not by name) with a few guys and waving at some female classmates. Seeing everyone else go a certain path while others stood around in the beautiful lawn with cups in their hands and conversing, he turned to his girlfriend with a small smile. "Mani's probably still upstairs beautifying herself, or so she would say. Do you want to go wait for her or head down to the beach with everyone else?"

Yes, Christian Hernandez was having a great fucking time. After helping the hostess herself out earlier in the day with overseeing setting up, making sure DJ Morse Code was good and comfortable, and test-tasting (which didn't really need to happen, but both Christian and Mani liked food so this was bound to happen) the absolutely mouth-watering foods, he had really just lounged around at a friend's house in the neighborhood until the party. Lounging meaning that he shot a few hoops, watched a movie or two, and had a bit of a video game session before showering for a second time and getting ready. Which didn't take long since, considering the fact that Christian wasn't a girl that would do the utmost at a beach party, it was a beach party. All he needed was a pair of orange Dan Ward swim shorts, a plain white muscle tee that had been thrown off about fifteen minutes ago, and a pair of Dan Ward sandals that happened to have a bit of wet sand in them at the moment - and Chris was good.

He was even better now that he and a few jocks had successfully thrown a few of the squealing Prep girls (and one of their guys since he wanted to be a prissy little bitch) into the crashing waves, with all of them coming up sputtering and screeching out playful threats. Chris high-tailed it the fuck outta dodge, heading back to one of the lounges so as not to get attacked by pissed off girls who should have remembered that being near water meant actually getting wet. Once there, he smirked at a few girls sitting and gossiping, while pulling out his phone to check on a few of his people.

Outfit ♕ Location: Normani Devereux's Home (Bedroom) ♕ Theme Song ♕ Mood: Exuberant

While Normani was more than ready to get to her guests and be amidst the fun and just good energy she had noted from the second people started arriving at four, she had returned to her room with Liv and Kat to actually finish getting ready. She had been adamant earlier that every detail be perfect, even with the fire show that would go on at around half past six in the evening. Just when sunset was happening so that it would be dark enough for the show to actually be entertaining and not just random, and her showing off. Not that she wasn't showing off (since come on, she was fucking amazing! Her showing off was equivalent to a lot of girls doing too damn much, just with her...ya know, doing it better) considering when was the last time Normani had even thrown a party at her own home, let along have all the details she had set up? As promised, she had gotten her girls, along with her loyal followers, manicures and pedicures. Hell, to be nice since they had all helped with setting up and being the first to sample the henna artists, she had allowed them all two glasses of her Pernod Ricard Perrier-Jouët champagne during lunch. And Liv and Kat would be the first to tell you - Normani did not serve such an expensive item just willy-nilly.

So, while everyone else was making their way down the dimly-lit pathway from her home to the beach where large lounges were set up with soft cushions, various draperies of jewel tones, and hookah and music lingering in the air around them, Normani was in her bedroom, fully dressed and putting on the final touches to her attire. Her own henna tattoos had been done earlier. "For the record, you can't even say I didn't warn you this time around about what I was wearing," she decided to toss over her shoulder in the direction of her closet's main entrance where Liv and Kat were still in her bedroom, fixing up the last of her eye makeup. The strapless, aqua-colored bandeau bikini she wore emphasized the absolutely flawless figure she held and a semi-sheer sarong was held comfortable on her curvy hips. Her hair had been finished just after her shower earlier and a gold-tone filigree heart crown head piece sat on her head regally, bringing together the hint of Arabian royalty that Normani was going for. Plus, there was something about wedges (or heels, in general) that had her feeling absolutely flawless. She had even changed her bellybutton ring for the occasion.

"You girls ready? Lauren just told me more people are showing up and there is a Long Island Iced Tea that is just screaming my name at this point," she said, walking out of her very spacious closet to confront her very gorgeous best friends.

“Greg, I can’t thank you enough for this.” Living with a brother who had a severe disability was not easy. Especially when Tray did it all on his own, while still in high school, and working a full time job. If it wasn’t for Greg, Tray would still be out on the streets barely getting by – or worse, not getting by at all. Greg came into Tray’s life just when it seems there was little left of life for him and his brother. He was the rescue that Tray and Jamie were waiting for from their father than never came. Instead, Greg was the one to pick the boys up off the streets and get them back on their feet.

“Tray, I’ve told you man, it’s my pleasure. I want you to live a normal life. Now get out of here.” Tray pulled his apron off his waist and tossed it towards Greg with a smile on his face. “His meds are on the top shelf over the sink!” Tray yelled out as he ran towards the door, rushing to get home and change. Greg smiled and chuckled to himself as the teenager went flying past entering customers. “These boys are going to drive me into early retirement.” He said under his breath with a shake of the head and a laugh.

Tray jumped into his old Jeep and quickly drove home to change. As soon as he reached his apartment door his phone went off with a text. The name that appeared on his phone brought a smile to his face. He unlocked his apartment door as he opened his text from Raquel. He texted as quickly as he got dressed in a simple outfit consisting of a black tank top, khaki shorts and white canvas sneakers. While getting dressed he texted Raq back.
To: Raq ♥
Hey you (: I’m on my way babe. Be there soon

Just as quickly as Tray was home, he was at Mani’s. He was rushing to get everywhere because he hated missing out on things. He was invited, so why not enjoy himself right? He parked his jeep the first place he could and made his way into Mani’s house. His jaw was dropped from the moment he drove onto the property. It certainly wasn’t anything like his little 2 bedroom apartment. Tray pulled himself together – he was an A-Lister, he had to at least present himself as one. The rest of the school didn’t need to know he was broke and living off minimum wage. Tray found the rest of the party and looked for Raquel and Tyler, who he knew would be glued to each other. While he looked for Raq, he ran into Sam and some of the other guys.

“Hey guys, how’s it going?” He made conversation with the guys on his team and the guys he was supposed to be friends with. This was the place to do it, and if he came to this party to just sit in a corner and talk to Raquel, the guys would never let him hear the end of it. Tray, however, wanted nothing more than to just spend time with his close friends. He didn’t care for being friends with everyone, much less did he care about being friends with guys who weren’t really his friends. He knew that all these people put on a show to others. No one really liked anyone in high school, all this shit was just an act and Tray hated that. Tray was a blunt person, he preferred to be real with everyone, regardless of what the truth was.

Lennox tried on several outfits before finally picking one that he liked. He drove across town to Mani’s house in his car and arrived at the party excited to get started. He noticed a few texts on his phone from some of the guys. One from Sam, one from Chris, and one from Kat. He smiled as he replied to all the texts letting them know that he arrived.

Walking into the party, the first thing Knox did was order himself a shot. He downed it between breaths and exhaled sharply. “It’s gonna be a good night!” He yelled out, pounding the shot glass down on the counter and thanking the bartender. Knox walked further into the party searching for his friends. He walked until he saw a large group of guys standing around talking and noticed Tray in the midst of the group. Why the hell does this guy always have to stick himself where he doesn’t fucking belong.
The thought came to Knox clear as day and he rolled his eyes in annoyance. He sent out two texts to two of his friends.

To: Kat
Where are you? I got something for you

To: Tay
Where are you man? This party’s a bust without you

Lennox went on with looking for his friends when he found Kat. He walked up behind her without her noticing and put his arm around her shoulder. “Hey beautiful. Didja get my text?” Before Kat could respond, Lennox was already moving on with his next thought. Lennox had an idea. Knowing that Tray was scum of the earth and that he was chasing after Raquel, who Knox used to date, he wanted to make sure Tray’s life was hell. It wasn’t so much that Lennox still wanted Raquel, he just didn’t want Tray of all people to have what used to be his. Lennox was acting like a toddler, taking away something he didn’t even want from someone, just so no one else could have it. He pulled Kat along with him as he walked in Tray’s direction. “Doesn’t matter. See that guy over there?” Lennox said pointing to Tray. “I just overheard him saying that he thought you were cute. And I know you’re doing some weird thing in your life where you’re, like, not dating or whatever, but maybe you should give him a try.” Lennox smiled devilishly at Kat. He didn’t know if she knew if it was true but Knox was a pretty good liar and would have been able to pull himself out of the situation had it gotten awkward. He gave a gentle push to Kat in Tray’s direction and winked at her. “Go get ‘em tiger.” Lennox smiled and walked away before Kat could say anything.

Lennox made his way around the party, talking to random people when he found Olivia hanging out with some her girls. He walked over to them and casually entered the conversation. “Ladies,” He smiled. “Liv, do you mind if I talk to you for a second in private.” He wanted to pull Olivia away from the rest of the girls so that he can talk to her about the ridiculous decision she was making with Jamison. He wanted a chance to talk her into going with him and didn’t want her friends around to influence her decision.

He held onto Olivia’s hands gently and smiled at her warmly. “Listen, I know you told James you’d go to homecoming with him as friends, but let’s be honest with each other here for a minute. I like you and I get the feeling we could have a great time together. So, what do you say? Go to the dance with me. I’ll find James someone else to go with.”

"I'm gonna bail out. Let Dom know I'll talk to him later." Anthony said as he got up off the sofa handing the cigar to Amaris as he did. Amaris smiled sweetly as she took the cigar from Anthony, "It was nice meeting you. Hopefully, I'll see you around." Looking down at her Anthony gave a small smile coinciding with a nod before taking his leave, opting to go around the side of the house instead of through it more than likely trying to avoid Dominic. Amaris could tell that Anthony was still feeling quite troubled and while she didn't know the full story behind this whole brawl that had gone down yesterday she felt that Dominic was right in what he had told Anthony about getting out. It was still early enough in the school year that if Anthony chose to get out of dodge now, he could still salvage the rest of his senior year and had a chance of getting into college if he could make it on to a new school team.

"Your friend went home. He seemed...stressed, to say the least." Amaris said as Dominic returned outside with the Crave Sushi bag in hand. Blowing out the cigar smoke that she had been savoring in her mouth she tossed what remained of the cigar into the firepit. "Good. With all of his negative energy, he was becoming an annoyance." Dominic spoke his tone filled with genuine irritation as he sat down next to Amaris and started taking the contents out of the bag. "Well aren't you the every compassionate friend," her voice oozed with sarcasm that was followed up by a playful roll of the eyes. "Do you really think him changing schools is the only way to fix the situation? I mean am against the whole men beating women thing too, but changing schools because of it just seems a bit....extreme." Amaris inquired as Dominic handed her the Hot Night Roll she had asked for. "Too? What makes you think I have an issue with what Anthony did?"

While her fingers were busy opening up the plastic wrapper that encased her chopsticks, Amaris eyes were deadlocked on Dominic with a raised brow and a puzzled expression present on her face. "Your pro woman-beaters?" Dominic gave a careless shrug as he took his own food out of the bag. "I didn't say that one, and two, Anthony isn't a woman beater. He's a victim who attacked his attacker back. If you don't want to be hit like a dude, then don't put your hands on one. Simple as that." Dominic ended his sentence on a matter of fact note as he popped on of the rainbow sushi rolls into his mouth.

"And no," Dominic said after swallowing his food, "I don't think it's the only way to fix his situation but I need him out of the way." Dominic typically didn't choose to be so forthcoming when he was doing underhanded shit but he had no reason to lie to Amaris. Besides, with her officially about to join the Hollywood High student body tomorrow he felt it was time to test just how much knew about the people he had been feeding her information on for the last couple of weeks. "Out of the way of what?" Being the dramatic ass that he was Dominic didn't respond right away to Amaris follow-up question that he already knew was coming. After eating two more pieces of sushi, he simply said, "The big picture." Before she could even ask what, the bigger picture was Dominic decided to feed her curiosity.

"You remember that guy Christian I was telling you about right?" Amaris, who had eaten four of her rolls nodded as she swapped her sushi for her laptop, "Slide number four, Christian Hernandez. He's a senior royal. The ex-boyfriend of Normani Devereux. Friends with basically everyone you briefed me on and he wants to be the king." Amaris stated as she reviewed her notes on the PowerPoint she had made based on the list of Listers Dominic had been filling her in on. "Yup. That's the one." Dominic said picking up the bottle of scotch that was on the floor by his foot and taking a swig from the bottle. "Christian wants to be the King and...I want...Christian to be the King." Dominic said having a second swig of the smooth scotch before placing the bottle back on the ground by him. "If Christain is going to get the crown that he so desperately wants I can't have what limited though capacity he has being wasted on someone as pointless as Anthony McLaughlin."

Amaris just let out an 'Ahem' of acknowledgment as her eyes were focused on her notes. She had information on every Lister that went to Hollywood High from both the A and B List groups (along with one non-lister who consider himself to be one of them). Dominic had felt it was best for her to know the rules and inner workings of her new playground and while he hadn't spoken much of her to his Hollywood peers he had told a lot of them to her. "Chris being the simpleton that he is will think that taking care of Ant will be enough to win Mani's favor and get him a leg up on his competition as well as a chance of landing back in her bed. However, I know Normani and she knows as well as I that she has Chris wrapped around her little finger. She'll use him to help her do her dirty work and in the end, Chris will be no closer to getting her or the position of king."

Dominic paused for a moment as he glanced over at Amaris, who was typing away as he spoke. What she was writing he didn't know for sure but he had an idea. "Anthony being gone means more time for things that matter and the only thing that matters right now is getting Taylor Cunningham out of the way." For the first time in a matter of minutes, Amaris looked away from her computer screen to look at Dominic and question, "Who the hell is Taylor Cunningham?" With a hint of a smirk on his face, Dominic said, "Check your email." As he got up off the couch and went into the house.
