It's that time of year! Parenthood Classes are back into a full schedule!
I miss my regular class! My other classes just don't add up to you guys.
Schedule:
9 A.M. - 4 P.M | Mon. - Fri.
9 A.M. - 12 P.M | Sat.
CLOSED | Sun.
The schedule above goes into effect on August 5th.
I hope to see all of my lovely new parents soon again, and apologize for the short 'shutdown' of the classes! We are back into full effect in a few weeks!

Regular class meaning all of you. Don't worry about the 'other classes'. ALL OF YOU ARE PART OF ONE CLASS.
We are starting the morning classes start, August 5th. Post your character waking up, and etc.}
Alixia groaned as she heard her alarm clock annoyingly blaring at 8-ish, into the once quiet morning. She sighed, sitting up, and rolling her eyes, before collapsing back onto her back as the queasiness that was too familiar to her, seemed to hit. "Aidan..." She groaned, her voice scratchy. "It's back.." She warned him, just before hopping up out of the bed, and beelining to the bathroom, that thankfully was right there.
She finished up in the bathroom, even brushing her teeth, then remembering her surrogate, Jane, wondering if she was going to the Parenthood class today. Alixia went back to bed, and sighed, cuddling into her fiance's arms, kissing his chest before burying herself in his warmth. "Mm..." She muttered. "Can you text Jane?" She asked him softly, her eyes closing.
Mariah promptly awoke from her dreamless slumber at 8 o'clock in the morning, causing her to rise, and make her bed swiftly. She grinned at the sun already out, and quickly changed into more of a 'work-out friendly' outfit, as she was the Parenthood class instructor, and part of the class was to exercise the mothers, in case they didn't get enough cardio in their everyday routines.
She ate a nice little breakfast, consisting of a single waffle, with strawberries and light syrup to top it. As she sat at her dining table, she shot a text to her girlfriend of a while.

" Hey baby, you awake? Just thought I'd stop by before I had to go to the class today."
It was simple, as Mariah was waiting for just the right moment to drop the 'I Love You' card on her girlfriend. Ever since they'd met in that bar.. she's been in head-over-heels.

There were very few things in this world, Addison had found, that she hated more than being pregnant. She had only found out a couple weeks ago, but ever since that moment she had been puking her guts out non stop. She had already ruined one perfection good Alexander McQueen bag and her equally as expensive workout pants were starting to feel tight. The mirror revealed to her the grimace she had been holding on her face for quite a few minutes and it was a face she was starting to become all to familiar with. Great, now she would get wrinkles prematurely on top of being fat for a few months. Not cute.
The idea of a baby coming was equal parts gross and terrifying. For starters, she barely knew the man she was now having a kid with. It was supposed to be a one night side, hope to never see him again sort of situation - sex was something she rarely had time for and when she could she liked it to be with as few strings as possible - but six weeks later the doctor congratulated her on her pregnancy. Having a kid at twenty three years old wasn't exactly part of her life plan, and there wasn't going to be nearly enough maternity wear to keep her satisfied once she was too big to fit into her normal clothes. She had triple checked for anything remotely pregnant couture and none of it was up to her standards.
The only positive Addison found about the timing of her pregnancy, was that she would at least be small enough to wear a bikini in these warm summer months and in the winter she could cover the growing bump as much as possible. She worked hard for her abs and she'd be damned if she didn't get to show them off...and the moment she popped the bun out of her oven, it was back to hard core workouts at the gym. While the bun was cooking though, she had to compromise with a Parenthood class. She had invited her child's father (she refused to use the term "baby daddy"), but she doubted he would show...and she wasn't positive she wanted him to. He hadn't thus far and how awkward would that run in be? He wasn't her boyfriend or husband, he was as good as a stranger...and she just so happened to be carrying his spawn. At least, she thought, they would have a pretty baby since the both of them were the parents. He wasn't exactly hard on the eyes.
After squeezing into her itty bitty work out outfit, she made herself what every other fashionista would in the morning: a kale smoothie and made her way to the Parenthood Class that she had been dreading all week. This wasn't exactly something she considered fun and squeezing it into her busy schedule (pre-pregnancy she would have worked out at 5 AM and around this time she would have been blogging or working) was nothing short of a nightmare...but god damn it, she would remain as fit and slim as possible without hurting her baby.

Katherine sighed as she sat up in bed, hearing her phone go off. She lifted it from her bedside table and noticed Mariah texted her.
To: Kitty Kat
"Hey baby, you awake? Just thought I'd stop by before I had to go to the class today."
To: Mariah
"Yeah, I'm awake. Feel free to stop by whenever you have the chance this morning. I might even tag along to the class with you if you don't mind."
After sending the message to her girlfriend she stood to her feet and made her way to the bathroom. Katherine knew she wasn't going to be able to keep her pregnancy a secret from Mariah much longer, so she decided that after the class she would try to tell her about her pregnancy even if Mariah doesn't seem to accept it in the end. No matter how happy Katherine is with Mariah, she knew that being a mother was more important. Though not only did she have to tell Mariah about the news, she had to get in touch with Vinny and let him know.
Sadly the latter was the one she dreaded most. Even though telling Mariah made her on the verge of possibly losing her, she had to deal with all of the drama from Vinny. Katherine already knew it was pissed off at her for up and leaving without a word and hadn't contacted him in about three months, so this was probably just going to top it all off.
Here lately, Katherine wasn't even sure if she even wanted to keep the baby, so because of this every time she went to her appointments, she always told the OBGYN and other doctors that she didn't want to know the sex of the baby so she woudln't get to attached to it. Though she also knew that wasn't going to be just her decision, it was something she had to talk out with Vinny.
Katherine finished all of her business in the bathroom before brushing her teeth and getting dressed, once again in baggy clothes so that it wouldn't be obvious for people to pick up on her pregnancy before she was able to tell Mariah about it. She made her way out into her kitchen and poured herself a bowl of cereal and sat at the kitchen table, turning on the small television that sat at the edge of her island counter in front of the kitchen table.
Jane that morning was quite tired she was always busy but she had to deal with what she could. She hadn’t been sleeping overly well because of the baby. She got up out of her bed and looked around. She hadn’t seen her daughter yet, Cornelia. So the mystery is where is she? Maybe she is sleeping still. Jane got up out of her bed and went to the cupboard grabbing herself a sun dress that was nice for the heat she also grabbed a hat for her meeting. She went to Cornelia’s room after dressing and looked at her with a smile. “Hello Sweetheart.” She said peeking in the room.
She walked to her daughter and grabbed her out of the crib putting her on the changing table she changed her out of her diaper put a new one on and then grabbed a little dress and put it on her. She had lots of money from her husband that passed away a while ago. Some nights the pain was unbearable and she was busy crying herself to sleep. She after that brought herself and Cornelia to the kitchen and placed her in the high chair and made some pancakes. She then once breakfast was finished called her mother.
“Mom I will be there soon with Cornelia.” She said hanging up leaving the message on the machine. She grabbed Cornelia and buckled her up in her car seat with that she grabbed her purse and her diaper bag for the baby. She drove to her mothers. Hoping she would make it to the class in time. She looked at her mother’s house. She knocked on the door and her father came to the door. “Okay here’s Cornelia, and her diaper bag. And here is her stuffy.” She said holding and giving the baby and everything to her dad. “Okay bye, bye Cornelia.” She said giving her father and her daughter a kiss.
She then with that hopped in the car and grabbed out her cell phone before driving.

She buckled up and drove to the prenatal classes and waited in her car.
William was late at the office. He was getting tired with all the paperwork for his new hotel opening up in Cuba soon. He was busy working late into the night so he could make it for meeting the girl who was pregnant with his child. He looked down at his watch it was getting around eight and he had to be busy to get to the prenatal class.
He had slept with Addison as a one night stand. Nothing more was to come from it. But that was not the case this time. He was okay with it though because he needed an heir to the business and if it was a boy or girl he would have it. He planned on making a deal with Addison very soon when they met there. She had contacted him and he planned that he wanted nothing to do with her or the child but he changed his mind quickly. Especially when his father and him had a talk.
He had a hard time coming to the dissuasion because she may be a gold digging whore. But he wouldn’t know until he had a chat with her. As long as he kept charge of all money and finaces he could keep her in line any way. He quickly got up from his spot and went to the coffee pot filling his thermos with coffee he quickly walked out of the office and too his limo. He looked at the driver. “The address I gave you last night. Make it snappy.” He said directing the driver.
When they got there he stood outside the building his business suit very good looking and way to overdressed for a birthing class he looked around for Addison. Where was that girl?
James wasn’t all too happy about the baby coming. He was really nervous about it and his dreaming didn’t help. He had woken up at three in the morning because of a dream where the baby he ate it by accident. He then went outside and smoked a bit then he went back into the house and watched tv.
At around eight o’clock he heard his watch beeping which he had set. He must have fallen asleep. He looked around for his wife. She was really hard to find all the time. He went outside smoked and then went to the drawer and grabbed out a shirt and then grabbed some pants. He looked around a bit more for his wife. Before going to the bathroom and brushing his teeth.
And with that he went to the kitchen and made some breakfast for them to eat and run. “Cora?” He said looking around opening the closet door he looked at her weirdly. “What are you doing?” He questioned his wife in a bra and underwear looking at her in the mirror.
Aidan hadn't been sleeping much these days. He was worried about Lex, and Jane, and this whole thing. Aidan wasn't sure anymore, but what bothered him more was the fact that he was starting to be okay with the fact that he wasn't sure of this relationship anymore. When such trials of the mind nag at him, Aidan busied himself with work and saved lives will into the morning. Today had been no different. As the alarm went off Aidan's body creaked with exhaustion, he had only just gotten home this morning at 5:30.
For a brief moment Aidan felt completely at peace. His beautiful Fiancee was next to him with that wild bedhead, and he had forgotten all of the real life woes that were bothering him. However, once Lex pounced out of bed and into the bathroom to vomit, Aidan felt his worries come to the surface. He had a feeling about all of Lex's symptoms. It was thought that Lex couldn't have any kids, but things like this happen all the time. Miracle babies, people call them. Aidan wasn't so sure about miracle, they already had one coming on the way. Aidan cleared his throat as he stretched, trying to shake off the dead weight of exhaustion. "Baby," he called, "I think you should really go to the doctor." Instead of sounding gentle his tone sounded more like a warning. He thought about reassuring her but by the time he thought about there was a text from Jane on his phone.

Great. Parenthood class. Aidan stood up and made his way toward the bathroom as he shot a text back to Jane.

Aidan kissed Lex as he smoothed past her to get into the shower. He smelled like a hospital, plus some other unpleasant scents that came wit being a paramedic. "She already texted us." He said before taking off his boxers and hopping into the steamy shower. Aidan's train of thought went back to the possibility of a second baby. "But seriously, Lex," he started again while washing himself, "We should go to the doctor and see what's up."
Vinny had been up since the sun was rising. He had always been an early riser, but since moving into the country side he was always up and working before the birds decided to sing. A normal vet in the city had normal hours, probably 9-5 or 6, but Vinny also had his own little farm going for himself. He had always told himself that he was would either become an animal doctor or a farmer, and since being dumped by Kat he made his second dream and reality.
Granted, his place was very small and he owned a very limited selection of animals, but it was all his. Vinny had a couple of chickens to produce eggs, a small cow, a handful of goats, and the newest addition of a horse. Vincent really wasn't one for horseback riding, but he thought that he better get the hang of it while pursuing such a country life.
After the break up with Vincent tried to stay clear of the city for a while. He secluded himself in his little cottage in the country side and took on farm veterinary work. The money was better, and he didn't have to worry about seeing Kat somewhere in the streets. For a long time Vincent was just angry with Kat. He didn't understand her sudden departure and he was really developing some deep feelings for the woman. It wasn't until recently that the ache and loneliness of missing someone like Kat really hit Vincent.
As he milked the little cow that he owned his mind wandered around that beautiful blonde. Maybe he should call her. Or just go into the city and see her. Vinny shook his head, she didn't want to see him. If she felt the same way that he felt about her than she would have called him weeks ago. Vincent let out a sharp sigh, finishing his work with the cow and putting the fresh milk away to be filtered.
Inside the house he wiped his dirty hands on his beat up jeans and saw his cell phone taunting him on the kitchen table. It was time. It was time to finally break down and call her. If not about their relationship than just to make sure that she was doing okay. Swiftly Vincent picked up the phone and dialed Kat's number, put the phone up to his ear and waited.

When Katherine heard her phone ringing she dropped her spoon back into the cereal bowl and glanced down at the caller I.D. She was shocked when she noticed that it was Vinny calling her. She wasn't expecting him to want to get into contact with her at all. The blonde sat there staring at her phone for a couple seconds before taking a deep breath and answered it. "Hello," she stated as she stood to her feet to drop her bowl into the sink.
Katherine was nowhere near ready to drop the bomb on him or Mariah, but she knew she had no choice in the matter. The both of them deserved to know, but more importantly the father of the baby needed to know and have the choice to be in the baby's life or not. She knew she wasn't the one who should make that decision for him. "We need to talk...in person," she stated as she began making her way into the living room and sat down on the couch. "It's very important. Could you meet me at the cafe' around five?" Katherine spoke, not giving herself time to change her mind about this whole matter.
Katherine knew Vinny was pissed off at her, but he would be even more pissed if she waited until she had the baby to drop the bomb on him. That was definitely not a road she wanted to travel down. The less drama, the better.
"She already texted us. But seriously, Lex, We should go to the doctor and see what's up."
Alixia sighed as she sat up, watching her fiance stroll back into the bathroom, after kissing her for the shortest second of her life. She rolled her eyes, throwing the comforter off of her, and leaning against the doorway of the bathroom, in case she needed to make another beeline, and so she was in auditory range of Aidan.
"Baby, we'll go if it makes you feel better, but two people told me I can't get pregnant. There's no possible way. My mom barely had me, and the doctor said I couldn't physically handle it, much less be pregnant. " She smiled as he finally got out of the shower, and wrapped her arms around his clean, dry waist.
"Just remember.. " She looked up at him, placing a kiss on his stubbly chin. "I love you no matter what. No matter how many kids we have before we're even married. I'll even help you ward off my parents..." Alixia grinned, and pecked his lips as she disappeared into her closet. "If they even know.." She mumbled, and ran a hand through her hair.
Alixia continued rummaging through her clothes, amidst her thoughts protruding her mind of her parents, sighing she pulled on her maroon skinny jeans, who hated her for running away with her now fiance. Some days she wanted to just call them, but.. it wasn't worth the pain she knew she'd feel. Whether they answer or not, it'd build up inside her until only Aidan could calm her down, maybe.
Outfit
Not really in a clear head, she walked past her fiance with just a black laced bra on, and her skinny jeans. As she sat on the edge of the bed, she began to wonder what her parents might look like now, years later. What would they say to her? She buttoned a fake denim material shirt over a tank, and then pulled on her tan shoes. Walking back into the bathroom, she bit her lip as she popped studs in her ears. "Fuck!" She growled, re-opening her ear piercings.
Alixia then went downstairs, holding on to the rail lightly as she 'bounced' down the steps. "Aidan, baby, I got breakfast! Just meet me at the car!" She shut the door behind her, holding two breakfast burritos she swiped out of the fridge on her way out the door.
"Yeah, I'm awake. Feel free to stop by whenever you have the chance this morning. I might even tag along to the class with you if you don't mind."
Mariah grinned at the text, being notified by an annoying vibration her phone was somehow set to. Feeling flutters in her stomach, her smile widened as she opened the text.
Sooner than later, Mariah ended up at Kat's doorstep, as eager as could possibly be. She nervously toyed with the hem of her shirt, realizing she was in her workout clothes, and almost ditching, but remembered that she was going to teach her class. "Of course!" She mumbled, mentally face-palming herself.
As she stood there waiting for the doorbell, she wondered in her mind what her beautiful girlfriend might be wearing.
Mariah sighed as she thought. "I got attached way too fast... again.." She bit her lip.
Vincent stood silent for a moment after realizing that Kat had actually picked up the phone. He had only tried to call her a couple of times after the big break up, and after a good two weeks of silence he gave up. He tried to give Kat her space, and he managed to give her a couple of months, but with his mind festering in memories of her he needed this phone call. All of this was true until she picked up, suddenly he felt like a twelve year old boy and wanted to hang up the phone. But little pranks like that wouldn't work these days, Kat knew Vinny's phone number too well.
"Bonjour, ma petite dame!" Vine finally said, blurting it out like the old habit it was. He should have thought about what he was going to sat before calling Kat. Vincent shook his head, "Oh," he cleared his throat, "I'm sorr-" Before Vinny could even finish his thought Kat had interrupted saying that she needed to meet him. Not only did Katherine need to meet Vincent, but she needed to meet him today.
"I- Eh, " Vincent started, confused by her urgency after all of the silence. "Of course," he finally said, running a nervous hand through his hair. What could be so important that she needed to see him today after all of the these weeks of solitude? Vincent couldn't help himself, he was too curious not to inquire further.
"But Kat," he cooed, "what is is?"
Aidan readied himself for the day in an absentminded state. He dried and dressed and listened to his beautiful fiancee speak to him as his mind fluttered with other thoughts. Even when Lex strutted past him in that irresistible lacy thing of a bra he was too engulfed in his own thoughts to chase after her.
Before he knew it Lex was already downstairs and headed out the door. Aidan didn't even have time for his morning nap that he usually took while Lex tok her time to get ready. The tall man sighed as he locked the door and met his fiancee in the car. "Do we have to go?" Aidan finally said sheepishly. He knew that there really wasn't any getting out of this, but he could at least try. It wasn't that Aidan disliked the parenthood class, he just didn't... like it. He was also running on fumes and just wanted to sleep at this point.
"Do we have to go?"
Alixia frowned at Aiden, staying silent as she handed him a burrito and started the engine, driving out of the driveway. "Why should I have babies when I have the biggest one right here?" She teased, coming off rather harsh, but not meaning it to be so. She blushed, biting her lip. "Is the burrito edible?" She tried to change the subject off of her comment, and stopped at a red light. Damn, it was going to be a long day.
She sighed, but as she sucked in a breath, she could smell the hospital radiating off of Aidan. "You didn't put on the cologne I got you. Again." She grunted, and kept her eyes on the road, losing her good mood.
As it turned out, making her own smoothie had been a monumentally bad idea. She could never get the mixture right and always tasted more ginger than anything, and she wasn't a fan of ginger's taste. She ended up driving to the nearest juice place and spent some time chatting up with cute barista. She wasn't exactly taken, just pregnant, and nobody could tell that she was yet anyway. After she got her Morning-Go Juice, she had finally found herself at the prenatal class. The whole juice detour might have been procrastination on her part, but obviously she didn't take long enough as she didn't see any of the others around. Even when she was late, she was always early. However, she did recognize one person there.
None other than William Banks had decided to show up and her stomach dropped. She was so not ready to go through couple-ly stretches with a man in a business suit that she barely even knew. It was times like these that she always made herself presentable, even when working out. Looking "undone" was simply not in Addison's playbook. Her eyes scanned him, up and down. His suit was up to date with current style and perfectly fitted to his body, but the man had money so this didn't surprise her. "William." She greeted, with a nod of her head. "I didn't think you'd be coming today. This doesn't seem like you're thing. I hope you don't feel...obligated. I don't even know if I'm keeping it yet, I've got a lot on my plate to deal with this situation." Her stare was cold, unfeeling. She had no desire to make this man her sugar daddy, she made plenty of money on her own.
"I assume you're a busy man too, right?" She added on. Admittedly, she was nervous and scared and this whole situation had shaken her quite a bit. Addison was the queen of disguising her worries, and when she wasn't able to do that at work, she became icy and detached. She knew she couldn't handle this on her own and an abortion, at least for her, didn't feel right. She was a big family person, at least when it came to her parents and sister, and all of these feelings created a lot of conflict in her interests. So for now, her best option was to show no emotion in the face of her child's father. There was no way she'd allow him to see the chaos in her head, that would be showing weakness and that wasn't something Addison ever did.
She glanced down at her watch, wondering when the others would arrive and if William would decide to leave. She cursed herself for not being more careful, she had been so positive that she had taken her birth control the day she conceived that she had trouble wrapping her head around what went wrong. A broken condom, had she really forgotten to take that dumb pill, both? Normally she was so calculated. How could this happen?

Katherine stood to her feet when she heard her doorbell go off, realizing that it was Mariah when she looked out the window. "I'll tell you at the cafe'," she stated before opening the door to see her gorgeous girlfriend standing there. "I'll talk to you later," she added before hanging up the phone.
Katherine slid her phone into her back pocket of her jeans before embracing Mariah into a hug and giving her a soft kiss. She moved out of the way of the door to allow her inside and she sat back down on the couch. "What time does your class start?" she questioned as she reached for her soda and sipped from it. That's when she turned to Mariah, "Oh, would you like something to drink?" she questioned before leaning back against the couch with a sigh.
Everything about this meeting with her ex was starting to overflow her mind with all of the ways this could be handled. Though what she knew for sure was that she wanted Mariah there as well. Get two with the same bullet, she thought.
Cora awoke that morning and looked at the clock it was 5:32 am she couldn't remember a time when she could sleep till seven and awake refreshed so she jumped out of her bed looking at her husband lying in the bed she kissed him on the cheek and walked to the bathroom.
Cora grabbed her towel and walked into the bath tub smelling like fresh flowers and lavender soap with pink and red petals in her tub. Cora stepped into the bath and sat there relaxing staying calm not trying to focus on the bad or the pain. After she took her bath she put on her robe and walked into the kitchen and started to make breakfast as she was making breakfast she took a look at the clock and noticed it was almost 7:30 so she finished up making breakfast leaving a plate for her husband and walking to the closet to change.
Cora was deciding what to wear when she noticed she had gained some weight compared she had been eating a lot more then usual and didn't work out as much so she had gained some weight. As she was standing in front of the mirror she saw her husband at the door she knew he would say sweet things to her about her weight but she didn't want that she wanted the truth so she looked at him with her big eyes and said "Why what did I do to the world I'm fat and ugly and I can't fit any of my clothes. she said whimpering.
Jane got out of her car and looked around for Aiden and Alixa. She decided they might be taking their time. So she grabbed her cell phone and pulled out some pictures. While she was skimming through she found a video that she by accident clicked. She decided to watch it anyway.

“Jane come here.” She walked over to the camera her post bump after giving birth. She looked into the camera holding Cornelia. “Okay so Jane and I would like to announce the birth of our daughter Cornelia May Rodriguez.” She nudged him in the shoulder with her elbow. “Yes and we would love for you all to come to her welcoming into the world party June 17th.” She was so happy that she had a little girl. And she smiled into the camera.

A day before the party the accident happened and he passed away. She hated it. It was so sad and terrible. She realized she was crying in a parking lot. She sat down on a bench and placed her head into her hands letting the tears stream. She missed him so much.
William looked to see that Addison had made it. Finally. When she said his name. He smiled. She sure was beautiful and would make a perfect mother. He wanted to do this he had to make this deal. “Addison, you look ravishing.” He said. He had a goatee and it made him look a bit older then he already was. “I am a busy man Addison but you are carrying my child which makes you the mother of my child so I have time for you.”
He was taught like this, growing up to be polite. And it was very important his family to be. “I don’t feel obligated…but….” He walked over to her closer placing his hands on her arms. “I want to talk after class. I will take you out for a fancy dinner or a lunch anything please do me this?” He asked her. He knew he could win her over he just had to give it time.
He looked at his wife and had a chuckle escape his lips. Then walking over to her and wrapping his arms around her neck and body looking in the mirror to see her face he smiled. “Honey you are pregnant expecting a baby it was bound to happen. Come on eat breakfast and then we have to go to the prenatal class. Hey and you get to see Jane.” Jane was his best friend in the entire world.
He wondered if his wife worried sometimes but she knew he would never cheat. Plus Jane just got over her husband dying. He walked out of the bathroom and waited for his wife in the kitchen. “Okay we have to get going Cora. We will be late.” He quickly walked outside and smoked another cigarette and then walked back into the house pretending like he didn’t leave.
William was acting like a very nice man with high morals and all sorts of things a girl would normally fall for. Addison, being the girl that she was, was more than a little uncomfortable. She may be the mother of his child, but saying it like that made it sound like they were something special; not just a couple of strangers who had a particularly bad case of bad luck. When he complimented her, she almost rolled her eyes. The slightly tighter than usual waist line of her yoga pants was making her feel far less than ravishing. "Thank you, look while you still can. I'll be fat soon enough." Addison said with a pout. She was vain, always had been. She had often joked before getting pregnant that if she ever had kids it would be with a surrogate.
Her demeanor quickly changed and she shifted from foot to foot, suddenly self conscience and awkward. "Even if you don't feel obligated, Will, you hardly know me. You don't have to go to a prenatal class with me. All of the other couples are just that, couples, won't you feel weird?" She obviously wasn't interested in suddenly being boyfriend and girlfriend, they hadn't even gone on a proper date, but she would like to get to know him a little more. Especially if she was going to mother his child.
"I'm sorry if I'm coming off as standoffish, I don't intend for it to be that way. This is just weird for me, you know? I must seem like a completely different person from when we created this little peanut." She teased, trying to make this a little less awkward for herself if he was going to be here. The stress from the pregnancy was making her far more cold than she usually would be, though she was generally cold in tense situations anyway. When she was just having fun she was light hearted and bubbly, loving to joke around: that was the Addison that William would have met.
When William had invited her out to food, she pondered it for a brief moment: wondering where in her day that she had time to do that. She had to write an entire blog post by the evening, go to a doctor's appointment for her baby, and go to her office to pick up some papers to review for her boss before they ran in next week's issue of the magazine. "I can probably do a lunch, but then I have to go to a doctor's appointment for a check up which you're more than welcome to come to. After that though? I'm really busy. I've got a blog to write and a magazine to run for my boss."
"What time does your class start? Oh, would you like something to drink?"
Mariah raised an eyebrow at her curiously. "You've come with me before, and you should I know I'm actually late, so c'mon." Mariah started walking back towards her car when she realized Katherine had went back and sat on the couch.
"Kat, C'mon!" She started her car, and pulled out as her girlfriend ran to her. She sighed as they made their way to the class, noticing a few faces there already.
"My apologies!" Mariah chuckled as she walked up to the door, and unlocked it letting some of her students in. "I was running a little late this morning as you could tell, I'm sure." She laughed nervously, the door shutting behind her. "We'll give everyone a few more minutes to arrive, and then we shall start! Welcome!" She smiled at everyone.

Katherine chuckled a bit when she heard Mariah telling her to come on after she sat down on the couch. She stood to her feet and grabbed her drink before quickly heading out the house and locking her door behind her. She sat in the passenger seat, buckling herself in and glanced out the window. "Did you get any new students in this class recently?" she questioned. Of course she has been before and she had met everyone who was there, but every now and then she would hear about newcomers to the class. She just wanted to know if there was anyone knew who she had to meet.
Though at that moment she realized, that if Mariah handled the information she had to tell her later that day, she would make Katherine come to the classes everyday as well. As much as she loved Mariah, the classes were something she didn't want to do, but knew she would end up doing it anyway just to make her shut up about the fact. Katherine just smiled to herself and looked out the window.
Oddly, she was more worried about the was Vinny was going to take the information more than she was about Mariah. Mainly because Vinny was the father of her child and she wanted him to be in the child's life.
It was safe to say that Vincent was a little distraught about Katherine's vagueness. He hadn't intended much to come of this phone call and now he was going to meet her tonight. Scrambling to come up with something that would make Kat do something worried him even more. Maybe she was dying. People did that sometimes, right? Found out they were dying from some terrible disease and went back and settled on their last lover... What was he thinking? Vinny shook his head as he plopped the phone into his shirt pocket. He was wearing a simple blue button up that had a subtle texture to it and a pair of fitted old jeans and leather oxfords. Though most people in his field wore leather work boots, Vinny still had that fashionable Parisian in him.
The brunette man flopped his short hair around as he walked through his little cottage. His place was made of bricks, leaned slightly to one side, and was extremely small. This little house was more congruent with the tiny apartment living that he had in Paris, but without all of the luxury and glamour. Here it was simple, just a main living area where his kitchen and living room were combined, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. It was quant, but had broad windows that sunshine poured out of.
While pouring himself a cup of coffee Vinny was already finding himself checking the time, wanting to get this conversation over with. Vincent sighed when he realized that it had only been a couple of minutes since Kat hung up on him. It was going to be a long day. With that Vincent decide to busy himself with breakfast, reading, and just generally readying for the day. Soon he would be off tending to sick dogs, talking to horse owners about better living options, and birthing calfs.
Aidan wanted to yell and argue with Lexy about who was the baby in this relationship, but he knew that once they started they wouldn't stop. Bringing up conflict before Lex's precious parental class would only make thing stress and even more annoying. And as much as Aidan adored Jane, he would be far too pissed off to appreciate her. Aidan bit into the burrito, ignoring the nagging tone in Lexy's joke. He nodded his head begrudgingly about the food, it was just fine. Aidan tried to forget about the little comment that Lex made so he looked out the window and ate in silence.
Hearing Lex sigh, Aidan glanced over at her. Then she nagged about the cologne. Aidan knew this wasn't about that fancy designer juice, it was about his smell and the smell of the hospital. Everything was always about the hospital. Aidan rolled his eyes as he shoved the rest of his burrito into his mouth. Chewing quickly and swallowing a large lump Aidan choked down the rest of his food.
Aidan tried to remain civil, but he just couldn't help himself anymore. "Oh, I'm sorry," he started, ready for a good hard rage. Aidan was so tired of working overtime and getting no appreciation from Lexy. He was working for the wedding, for the baby, for her. Aidan knew that Lex had her own career and made good money, but that didn't soften the fact that he was killing himself with extra hours and she stayed at her same old nine to five pace.
"In case you forgot, I try and save lives for a living. I don't have the luxury of calmly working in a clinic and rehabilitating people." Aidan wanted to stop himself, but at this point it was just frustrated word vomit. "I'm in the action all the time, and when I'm not in the action I'm thinking about the pregnant woman I got to hospital just in time, or the man I had to resuscitate , or the little fucking kid who bled out twenty seconds before I got there!" Aidan smacked in his hand against the window, "So excuse me if I forgot to put some cologne on for your parenting class."
Alixia knew as soon as Aidan started, it was the snowball effect and he wouldn't stop until he really just plucked a string in her she didn't need plucked, much less wanted. She stayed silent during the whole car drive, driving the speed limit, her knuckles white on the steering wheel.
As soon as she parked, she opened her door, and looked back at Aidan. Leaving the keys in the ignition, she bit her lip. "Go home. Go home and get some sleep. " She stated simply, and fought back just letting it all out, her eyes moist as she looked at him. "I'll be home tonight. Jane needs help with some stuff. Go home and hibernate. Please."
And with that, she shut her door behind her, and went to the bench where she thought she spotted her surrogate. "Hey honey. Getting any bigger?" She chuckled, as if she was the happiest person in the world.
" No.. I haven't had new students for awhile.." She explained, and refilled her half empty water bottle at the water fountain by the mirrors in the big yoga room.
After checking everything twice, Mariah started busying herself with placing out yoga mats for the class. "What's on your mind?" She questioned her girlfriend, who'd been unlike herself most of the morning.
While Cora was trying to listen to her husband but she couldn't she just knew he was lying trying to get her out of the house she understood why he was doing it but all she could do was nod along and ignore how ignorant he was so she looked at him and nodded he thought she had to eat breakfast "I already ate........... remember how I wake up really early and really hungry come on James think this is a marriage and pregnancy and if we have to do this together you have to start thinking more it is important..................... God just think for once." she said in a bit angry tone that made not scene Cora waited a couple a minutes and said "I'm Sorry baby it's just that I can't control my emotions at the moment and there all over the place," in a sympathetic voice. She looked at the clock next to his head and saw the time for class was going to begin very soon so she grabbed her dress and slipped it on and grabbed her purse and waited int the car for her husband.
Cora called her husband a couple times before he finally came in the car of course he was smoking again he and his filthy habits so she beeped the horn until he finally came and they were on the way driving to the class she saw all the expectant mothers, there were surrogates and one night stands people who couldn't stand each other yet they have sex Cora never understood people she was raised by people that were kind of strict and in her own way would never have the strength to do it on her own she needs support so she looked at her husband and gave him a kiss on the check and stepped out of the car grabbing her bag and walking in the front door.
She wiped her eyes trying to remove of the tears so the couple over there wouldn’t ask about anything and when she noticed the instructor she smiled. “Hi my name’s Jane. I am the surrogate of Aiden and Alixa.”
She said introducing herself to the lady wanting to make sure she did. When she saw Alixa. She came over and gave her a hug. “Yeah I think so maybe two or so more inches. Its really umm going good. Where’s Aiden?” She asked a bit curious.
Then looking closer at her eyes she thought something went down. “Me being nosy again but hunni are you crying? What happened? Did something go down between you and Aiden?” She wanted to know how she could help the girl.
William looked at her with a smile. “In all technicalities it’s not fat-fat its pregnant-fat you are carrying another human being.” He said being one to help his mother always. He always liked to do his best to help and he knew he had to help this woman.
He also knew it was his kid and that he or she was an heir to the Banks industry. He looked at her with a smile. “Don’t worry Addison. I am here for you. And like I said I want to talk after class could we go for lunch sounds good. And if you don’t mind I would love to go to the doctor appointment of course if you want me there? He asked making sure he was wanted and she wanted him there.
“I understand you’re busy and I will try to help as much as I can.” He said winking to her. And thinking about his plan. She was important and very important now. He saw the instructor come and he smiled and walked up to the female. “Hello I am William Banks from the Banks Hotel Industry. Where do you suggest the best seats in the house?” He said shaking her hand firmly.
James smiled at his wife as she continued on. “I did nothing but I totally understand it’s all the “hormones”. “ He said doing air quotes around hormones. He then quickly walked out of there before he got into more trouble.
James came back to see the house empty. His wife must have gotten dressed and already gone to the car. He heard the horn honk and he quickly went there and hopped in the driver’s seat. He drove to the prenatal class and turned to his wife. “Do you think this parenting thing will be hard or easy?” He asked nervously.
“Hi my name’s Jane. I am the surrogate of Aiden and Alixa.”
"Well, hello." Mariah smiled as she straightened herself, and looked over the smiling pregnant woman. "Thanks for coming. I hope you enjoy the class today." She was about to ask her something, but Alixia had wisked her away. Which didn't matter as a new fellow took her attention.
“Hello, I am William Banks from the Banks Hotel Industry. Where do you suggest the best seats in the house?”
Mariah nodded as he spoke. "I'm Mariah, your teacher in the parenting class. " She looked a minute, and shrugged. "I don't think there's honestly a 'best seat'," She did air quotes, " but you're welcome to any spot available." She smiled, then looked back at Katherine with a glimmer in her eye.
Something was off. Very off.
“Yeah I think so maybe two or so more inches. Its really umm going good. Where’s Aiden? Me being nosy again but hunni are you crying? What happened? Did something go down between you and Aiden?”
Alixia was almost shocked at how fast Jane could speak. She bit her lip not wanting to answer. Her and Aidan's marriage was no one else's concern, besides theirs.
"No, Jane. I'm fine. " She yawned, her eyes watering. "I'm just ultra tired. I stayed up doing some heavy duty paperwork on some patients at the Clinic. You know.. I never knew that a man could gain feeling in his leg again by doing regular exercise for a month. Wow." She was telling off Aidan in her head, and sighed as she looked around the room.
"Have you gotten a spot yet?"
