Personal History: In the hystory of Hell, the Shade demon is known to be one of the most savage, feral, and wild breeds, Shadenz takes offense to this steriotype. While what has been said of the Shade is true Shadenz is an exeption. He is clever, insitefull, and is determend to make that point. He left the hive mind of the Shade and tried to find his place in hell, but was tuned away most of his life. After some time he had gotten a position in researching, and soon became a high ranked member of demon society. He still has some Shade demon instincts though so every one tends to watch him closely. Hearing of the games has given him a chanch on a new branch of research: Humans.

Ripley

She started laughing for no apparent reason then she held her hand out, "I want to be your friend because you're interesting and pretty much like me, in a less extreme way. So will you be my friend?"
Ripley knew that if Lyela shook hands with her then Ripley could drink her blood and form the bond then use her for the Hell Games. No emotions, no second thoughts, that's how a demon works and in particular, Ripley. She didn't need to try and act all nice or try to buy the girl's trust she was honest because if Lyela didn't please her then she would just dispose of her. No emotions, no second thoughts, just a contract and a fun time in Hell.

Simona Benette

She was ready to give a swing of her pan but then she stopped when the very beautiful creature stood before her, she had never seen anything like it. For some reason she wasn't afraid and she wanted to pet it so she put the pan down but instead of taking slow cautious steps she jumped onto the demon and hugged him hard.
"Shadenz!!!!!! Are you a dragon! Are you here because you are my dragon, because I'm a witch and you are my dragon?" Sim was so happy that tears started trickling down her face, "A friend, I finally have a friend!"

Simona Benette

She was a bit disappointed that Shadenz wasn't a demon and fir a minute she frown but then she thought that a shadow demon was just as good as a dragon. And even better, Shadenz had come all the way from Hell because Sim was more compatible with him and he wanted to be friends with her. She understood the whole games thing and thought that maybe it was her chance to prove her power as a witch.
"If you need me I'll help you!" she pounded her fist on her chest, "I solemnly swear on the word of my witch powers that I will help you and I will become the best player in this game!"
She giggled and snickered before hugging Shadenz again, his fur was so soft that she felt like she was holding only a cloud (even though she had no idea what a cloud felt like).

Ripley

Ripley was very disappointed in Lyela, she stood up and spread her wings then went to the window, she had been nothing but honest with the girl she had done nothing but tell her what was deep inside her dark heart (something she didn't do often) and the girl dared to ask what was in it for her?
"If you need more than friendship when someone asks to be your friend than you are not even human, you are not a demon either because even demons make friends and ask for no more than their friendship. If you want something more than fuck you because I thought that we were a like in a way and I wanted to know more about you because you are interesting!"
Ripley turned and frowned with pity at Lyela, "Truth is to be your friend I have to drink a sip of your blood and then we will be bonded, it'll only hurt a little but I wouldn't drink the blood of whoever I cross in the street! For once I thought that maybe I could actually get a friend."
Ripley was being way too honest, she had never spoken like this before but she felt hurt, really hurt. Her chest was burning and her face was also blushing. What was this feeling? She was embarrassed about having spoken like that but why did her heart throb so much?

Ripley

What was that? Why had Ripley gone all soft inside? What the hell just happened? In any case, she was happy no one but Lyela saw that because or else her respect level would have gone way down. She folded her wings on her back and slightly giggled at what Lyela just said.
"Don't worry, I was born knowing that I had to be a bitch to get respect," she spoke so casually and was almost enjoying this, she wasn't holding back on what humans called their 'feelings', "Well, for the bonding to be finished I just need some blood so if you don't mind I just need your wrist."

Simona Benette

Sim took a little while to detach herself from Shadenz, she went on and off, letting go a little but then just sticking right back on but finally she let him go.
"Some blood sure thing, just sit there," she indicated the small table and pushed Shadenz a little toward it then she went behind the kitchen counter, "One drink of blood coming right up."
She took a knife and slit a little higher than her wrist and when the cup had a decent amount of blood in it she compressed her wound and started talking, "I have never had any friends over . . . I've never had any friends! Because people don't believe that I am a witch, they say I just make it up, but I don't listen to them . . ." And she went on and on.

Ripley

"Alright," she but through Lyela's flesh needing to go in deep so that she could get enough blood, but instead of drinking as much as she usually would she just took a few sips then pulled away hard so she wouldn't be tempted to drink more.
It was the first time she had ever pulled back from drinking so much blood that the other would faint or fall into a coma, she had never held back on anything except her 'emotions'. Ripley was a little lost about what was happening to her . . .

Simona Benette

"WOW! It's so much better than my potion!" she ran her fingers over the healing wound and then smiled at Shadenz, "Yeah me too, I don't like having scars all over or people with scar."
Sim sat sown on the chair in front of Shadenz and started to test out her new potion she had put in a small bowl. She took a spoon and put it in the potion then it happened, the spoon became a butterfly that fluttered around Sim but didn't go near Shadenz. Sim opened the window letting it out then she went back to sitting at the table and looked at Shadenz.
"Oh!" she suddenly screamed, "I never introduced myself! I'm Simona Benette but you can call me Sim!"

Simona Benette

She sipped at her tea making a very loud noise in the process then she listened attentively to Shadenz even though she was all bubbly and excited inside just wishing she could bounce around and dance with joy. But she held back on that thought and listened quietly with a smile.
When Shadenz was finished, Sim had also finished her tea and then said, "Sure thing! I won't bother you too much okay," then she thought about something, "So, if you're a demon than what are your powers?"

Ripley

"No, I personally don't like to eat human food, but thank you for the offer."
Ripley looked at Lyela and then sighed, "Well, now I'll just tell you the pros and cons of the bonding, when ever you call my name I come, but whenever I call your name you come no matter where I am."
Ripley opened her wings then jumped on the window sill to fly out, "See you tomorrow!"

Ripley

Ripley returned to the gates of Hell, Sonime and Sonima were no longer there so of course Ripley knew that they were out bonding to a human. She was a bit tired to she went to the lava river and on her way she was half smiling which got many demons to stare at her in awe. Why was Ripley happy like this, she had felt joy before, but only when she would kill or blow up but right now she felt a soft and gentle joy brushing slightly against her heart.
So she smile stupidly until she reached the river and lied down next to it with it's warmth she would never forget she was born from she started to close her eyes to get some rest before she was called back to work.

Simona Benette

When Shadenz vanished into the shadow she giggle and yawned with a grin, "That was awesome," she put the tea cups in the dishwasher and went up to her room to get in her pajamas and closer her eyes who she had almost forgotten were so eager to rest. She was actually very tired so when she was on her back with her head resting on her soft pillow she was already half knocked out.
"Good night Shadenz, I love you," she said before she was out for the rest of the night.

Ripley

He grinned with Lyela's question, "You don't need to ask twice. Fight!"
Ripley always loved how her blood would rush during a fight now she wondered if Lyela was the same, or just a bit excited when it came to fights. Did she eat her prey after like Ripley did or would she just kill them and leave them to rot? She was so curious and she just followed behind Lyela with utter excitement.

Simona Benette

She was used to all the comments but instead of getting angry she would just laugh and giggle with the kids who would dire down their laughter because they realized that Simona was unaffected. To her they were uncultured people, they knew nothing of the world and didn't even try knowing more so they weren't worth her time.

"I apologize for not finding you sooner Simona, the sun is poison to me so I've had to cower in the shadows like a frightened rat."

Simona heard Shadenz voice and suddenly everything went better and she started to talk out loud causing everyone to think she was even more of a psycho case than before, "Shadenz! You're back that's so awesome! When are you?"

Ripley

She spread her wings ready to follow Lyela once she started up her motor and she cracked her knuckles. That was one of her very bad habits, when she heard the word fight or was about to engage in a battle, she would always crack her knuckles.
"I don't hang around the human world at all usually but know I am eager to see what the fights are like!" she was smirking and internally laughing.
This is going to be fun! She thought to herself.

Simona Benette

Oh right, sorry, but I was just really happy! Sim thought in her mind and tried connecting with Shadenz, it was a bit harder than she had anticipated. I missed you and I was wondering when you were going to come, believe me you're the best thing that has ever happened to me! So yes, I guess you could say that your disappearance was an inconvenience to me.
She felt a little stupid saying and she was blushing a little but she was glad that Shadenz was with her. The principal announced that the fire alarm had gone off because someone had pulled on one and he was asking if the culprit would come to his office earlier (of course no one would come since it had been Shadenz). Now we had to follow the teachers back into the building but the second everyone took a step forward they all lost their balance and fell face first on the floor except for Simona. Sim had to hold back her laugher but it was just too good to see all of the student that rottened her life to the core fall on their faces and realize that all of their shoes laces had been tied together.
Did you do this, Shadenz? Asked Simona.

Ripley

"Yeah! Who wants to go against the ruthless Lyela! Get your heart torn out and roasted in a fire pit so that I can eat it!" Ripley was a little too enthusiastic but she was just loving the idea. It was too bad no other human that the one she bonded with could now hear her.
Ripley was in need of a little killing, she hadn't done anything ever since she had left Hell and in the human world there wasn't much to eat because one rule reined in Hell: Do not disturb the balance of life in the human world. That rule meant that no demon can kill a human to eat them but a demon can eat a human if he or she is already dead. Ripley was in need of flesh! Preferably newly killed.

Simona Benette

Simona laughed when Shadenz said he had to familiarize himself with the human world and that humans were so predictable, There's nothing to familiarize with, the world changes everyday so it's impossible to get used to it. Wars, love, hatred, happiness . . . it's endless and it's what makes the world so unpredictable. Humans make it unpredictable.
Simona followed her teacher back to the classroom while so classmates pulled her hair and accused her for the shoes accident just earlier. Simona ignored them because she was used to them always accusing her for things that had logic reason behind them but they were too dull to even consider them. Someone always needed someone else to blame and Simona was that someone.

"Simona, how long have the other humans treated you with such contempt?"

Simona was quiet for a little while then when she sat at her table in the back of the class she quietly whispered, "Forever."

Ripley didn't quite understand why Lyela had laughed and she understood even less why the man walked away grumbling, if he wanted a fight why didn't they fight? Ripley really didn't understand humans.

Ever heard of boxing? Lyela asked.

Ripley looked at Lyela who was removing her jacket, "What's boxing?"

Simona giggled at Shadenz's question, even she didn't really know why she never became angry or hateful to her it was just natural.
I understand that you have lived through a lot, and 400 years is definitely more than myself, it I was you I too, would probably become 'cruel' as you say, but right now I just can't. I have a promise to keep with a very important person that I am going to go see after school, if you want and are interested in knowing more about me you can come along. It was the first time Simona proposed explaining her life to anyone and she was shaking with fear but a part of her was glad she said it. Maybe she could finally unlock a different part of her mind and become a better witch.

Ripley

"Sport . . . um . . . I'm not really sure i understand but I sure do know the word fight!" Ripley cracked her knuckles and followed behind Lyela and the two men.
She flapped her wings gently so that she could barely levitate over the floor. Then she saw the ring, it was a bit odd, there were rubber band like ropes around it and it was square shaped. Ripley didn't know that boxing required a precise location to do the fighting, maybe that's what 'sport' meant: a fight with the need of a precise location and each 'sport' required a different location.
Well that's interesting. Ripley was starting to think that humans had a lot of imagination for these kind of things. We should have one of these in Hell.

Simona Benette

Simona perfectly understood Shadenz's precaution so she added nothing more to the discussion and during the rest of the day she just listened in class and did what she usually did, make new potions or read old books. Then the day was over and her favorite part was coming up. She waited at the bus stop but this time her classmates didn't come to bother her, they stood very far away as a matter of fact. Simona didn't pay much attention to it though.
She sat in the bus until the last stop and then walked the rest of the way until the reached the gates of the psychological institute. Most people wouldn't say long in front of it or they would say that only crazy people were in there, but to Simona it was the only place she was understood and the only place she felt safe and at home. Even though her perv of a father worked in there, she was still safe because he couldn't do anything to her. She was a witch after all.

Ripley

She didn't understand why Lyela had just blown him a kiss, she was going to kill him after all! Humans are so odd.
Then a bell rang and it started, Ripley understood what it really was, "I get it! It's a fist fight to the end! Get him Lyela! Wring his neck! Punch his nose in and bake him for lunch!"
She was getting a little carried away but at least it was something to watch. She had heard stories about humans being very violent creatures when they wanted. Not powerful, but violent.
At least it'll save me from the bother to train her before the games. The GAMES!
No one yet knew when the games were going to start after all they would be called at the last minute, well Ripley didn't have to worry, she was sure she had the strongest human.

Simona Bennet

"You ready, or rather, are you there, Shadenz?" Sim asked, she wasn't sure if Shadenz even want to go into a mental institute even if he was a demon.
This was a pretty personal part of her life and it held all of her family in it even if she wasn't really linked to them by blood, but it was the only place she felt like she could be herself and actually practice her sorcery with her mother.
