after Hunger and years of war a new world rose from the ashes. A group of scientists called N.A.B.W.F. have attempted to create the ultimate human. After a year the super human started killing the society. The human was killed and burned but that didn't work. The human died but the radioactive chemical was released in the air causing death, sickness, infertility, still births, but a small handful of children that was born had powers. They were gifted with beauty, strength, stealth, and other rare powers. The N.A.B.W.F. had to kill these children. They are all easily identified by a simple one inch red band around their upper arms. But after years of killing about 13 radioactive children that where deemed EXTREMLY DANGEROUS. Only two children passed through the system One Boy and One Girl.
The Boy had fled when he turned 13 years old and lives in the forest, everyone was told that he had died but no one really knows for sure.
The girl still lives in the city but her mother had been shot and killed when the girl was eight years old, The people are experimented on and tested on in bulidings but yet even that is an unknown topic. You see the humans believe that the government is the kindest most helpful people in the history of earth. NO ONE REBELLS against them. Unless they know the truth.
But the thing is the scientist wonder what would happen if the two radioactives met.
