"This is a pen. It's probably the most important thing in your life. No pen means no test. No test means no graduation. No graduation means no job. No job means no money. No money means you starve. And if you starve, then you die. So take care of your pen."
Name: Ayase Kaminaga
"Call me Aya if you want."
Age: 24
"I'm really only 16. At heart."
Gender: Female
"Do I really need to prove it? What do you want, a receipt or something? Perhaps my DNA map would convince you."
Type: Researcher (Journalist)
"I also buy donuts, if you're selling them."
Theme Song: Hacking to the Gate - Kanako Ito
Personality:Ayase is almost unpredictable: She seems slightly outgoing, cheerful and even sarcastic around others but in an instant, she may look deep and reserved, almost emo. She might seem friendly and chatty while in the presence of others but later on, you’ll notice that she is into something deep and out-of this world.
As a journalist, she is very resourceful and persevering; going to such extremes just to get a nice story on paper. She isn’t very sassy as she doesn’t mind getting dirty every time she has to take a photo of something. She can be a little careless though, always jumping in first without any planning. Her adaptive trait allows her to manage but she has often found herself in several, sticky situations already.
Appearance:Ayase is a young brunette with her hair tucked in a ponytail. She is slender and has C-cups. She is around 5'8' in height and weighs around 99lbs.
History:Ayase always had an eye for catching controversial and weird stuff happening around the place. Sometimes, people would start gossiping near her and she would immediately start engaging in a conversation with them, surprising them that she has already uncovered several facts about it so far. Due to this, her parents suggested that she take up journalism, to which she agreed.
She managed to finish it and got employed as a writer for a newspaper in the city. When October rolled in, they were tasked to find a nice scoop that they could include as part of their Halloween feature. She asked around until her mother suggested that she can investigate the truth behind the Fujioka Galar. The promise of adventure definitely appealed to her, so she chose to the site herself to see things with her own eyes.
Other Information:

- She has a habit of putting things in her mouth (ballpen, pencils) and pacing around if she's deep in thought.

Roleplay Sample:"Pretty remote place, this hotel is." Ayase muttered as she stood face to face with the abandoned Fujioka Galar. She surveyed the entire hotel from a worm's eye view, taking note of the windows and balconies, just in case. "Hmph. It's a pretty fine establishment. The view from the rooftop is supposedly very good." She criticized the building some more before heading inside.
Inside, she walked through piles of dust, taking pictures of all the other things that remained intact. Then she caught sight of the elevator. She opened it with her hands to reveal the carcass of a man inside. "The scary thing about this is..." She flipped the carcass over with her foot and saw a goliath beetle crawl out. "Ugghh..." She quickly jerked her foot off, getting as far away from the elevator as she can.
