Full Name:
Zaria Tegan King.

Nicknames:
Zari or Z.

Age:
17.

Gender:
Female.

Sexual Orientation:
Straight

Brief Description:
Zaria stands at 5'2" and weighs about 107 lbs. She has shoulder length pink hair. It's natural color is brown. She has hazel eyes and pale skin. She has a small frame and usually wears jeans, converses, a t-shirt and hoodie. She's usually seen with a smile on her face and wears minimal makeup.

Personality:
Z is possibly that annoying voice in your head telling you random stuff you don't care about. She's a bubbly girl, outgoing and usually willing to take on anything. To most people she's an average happy go lucky girl, obsessed with music, fashion, and drama. But the truth is she really doesn't like drama. It annoys her, almost as much as people who don't talk do. Being used to always moving and talking, she can't see how anybody can stand to just sit their and hide in a shell. She can be blunt and will definitely tell you if she doesn't like you. However, she won't get involved with a fight if she can help it.

The other side of Zaria is a nervous girl, concerned about what's happening to her. Lately, she's been stealing little things from stores and even a snack or two from the cafeteria. She can't stop stealing. She's also been toying with matches while her parents aren't home. She isn't insane, but she's sure that she's descending into madness. When she breaks down, everything just becomes a whirlpool of blind actions and emotions.

Not so Skills:
  • Strength.
  • Claustrophobia.
  • Small concentration/attention span.
  • "A bull in a china shop..."
  • She doesn't handle pressure well.
  • Bees.

    Secrets:
    • Zaria's main secret is from this summer, when she went to a party and somebody screwed up her drink. While she was out of it, she did some things she was not so proud of... Luckily, she isn't pregnant, but she knows her family and friends would kill her if they found out.
    • She also has a major crush on Beck, but has a feeling he doesn't like her. As any teen is, she's a bit on guard about who she likes and doesn't want anybody to know.
    • Third, Z is well, mentally unstable. She's not sure exactly what's wrong with her, but knows that she can't handle pressure at all and is having more frequent break downs. She knows that if this got out, she would be seen as an insane weirdo.
    • She is a kleptomaniac and is likely developing pyromania.

History:
The short, pink haired girl grew up as a single child. She always wanted a sibling, which is possibly why she's so social. Her mom stayed at home with her while she was growing up. Her dad worked during the days and came home for dinner and to sleep. He'd leave again, and the cycle would repeat. Zaria found ways to entertain herself at home, and eventually found friends in almost every kid she spoke with. Happy, it wasn't until late elementary school that she realized how much she hated the little cliques that had begun to form over the years.

Determined not to fall into the populars, the outcasts, the nerds, etc. she decided to remain neutral in the popularity and social wars of teenage life. This is probably for the best, as she needed to focus on pulling her grades up. But soon she was having a panic attack every time she took a test. She would have to be subconsciously chewing on gum or something to calm her down. This was when she began understanding how she can't handle pressure well.

In high school, she continued on with life as a teenage girl. She dyed her hair late sophomore year and has been keeping it that way ever since. Over the past summer, she went to a party with her friends. Somebody messed up her drink without her knowing. She woke up with hardly any memory of what had happened and a guy lying next to her. Terrified, she's kept away from parties ever since and is very protective of her food and drink.

Other:
She claims to be allergic to idiots. Her theme song would probably be Monster by Paramore.

Zaria groaned. She would be late for class on the third day of school as a senior. One would think she'd know her way around by now, but she was lost. The pink haired girl sighed, when she felt her phone vibrate. She took it from her back pocket and looked at it. There was one message, from somebody called A, and a reply asking if it was a joke. Just as she was about to reply, another text came. Sorry to disappoint, honey, but no, this is no joke, and no amount of drugs is gonna' change that. Whoops, almost let something slip there - A

The small girl froze in her tracks. Could this girl possibly know about the party? She looked around, but just as she did somebody ran into her. She stumbled forward, nearly tackling a Spanish boy going the other way. She stood up and looked at the boy, lost for words. "I'm so sorry, I just... People..." she wasn't sure how to explain and was clearly stressed. Anxious, she brushed some hair behind her left ear.

She took a deep breath, trying to compose herself before she started hyperventilating. Oh great, Zaria thought. This A person probably knows about that too... "I just- are you ok?" she asked.

"Hn?"

The Spanish boy let out a small grunt as he felt a large wave of air and then a thump. Glancing over his shoulder, his hair flew in front of his eyes, and then turning his whole body to face her, he brushed his long hair away from his eyes and looked down at her.

"I'm fine," he said softly, crouching down a bit to get in eye contact with her, and to his eyesight, her hair was bubblegum pink. Blinking his pure white eyes to confirm this fact, he wasn't exactly sure if he could see right with these things. They made his pupils and irises appear white (though, the pupil is a misty gray), and so he wasn't sure if it was just the contact or he was becoming colorblind or whatnot.

"Question is though, are you alright? You appear a bit shaken, or stressed out." Antonio had almost a concerned expression; despite the fact of not even knowing her, he generally cared about other's safety and emotions. He was just weird like that.

"Oh, also, my name is Antonio. Feel free to call me Toni." Leaning his body and head forward slightly to get a better and clearer look at her, he noted she was quite tiny.

Groaning when he heard his phone vibrating and playing the Spanish guitars, he flipped it open and glanced over the recent text from A. "BTW, don't get any funny ideas about calling the C-O-P-S. I bet they are just dying to hear your secrets just as much as the rest of this town, and we don't want anyone to get in trouble, do we? I'm sure they would just love to know that there's a murderer in the school. xxx - A"

The boy felt himself go pale. Was she referring to him? He murdered a child once, but that was because he was suffering. Or was she referring to someone else? Gulping rather hard, he shook it off and rose his phone to Zaria's face. "Don't you find this crap ridiculous? It's utterly ignorant. Did you get these texts too? It's like blackmail. Or chain mail, something like that."

Antonio sighed, his long hair dangling next to his high cheeks loosely. "Whoever is doing this, I really hope they'd stop."

Gazing down at the text, he decided to text back briefly, and quite sarcastic.

Fun. -Toni Feliciano

Zaria looked up at Antonio. "I'm fine, I just..." Her phone vibrated and she snatched it off of the floor, looking at the new message. She sighed with relief, happy that wasn't her. She put held onto her phone and was about to stand up when Toni's phone was in her face. She jumped back a bit, then looked at him. She didn't notice his reaction to this text, as she was freaked out enough.

"It's crap, but I don;t want to test it." Zaria stood up, wondering who else in school had gotten these texts. "Oh, my name is Zaria by the way. Or whatever variation of that you want to call me." She looked up at him, dismayed that everybody in this school was probably taller than her.

She looked at A's reply for Toni. "Nice job," she remarked. She sighed and looked around. She really needed to get to class. "Uggh, I gotta go. I don't remember where everything is and I think I have a quiz..." She bit her tongue, feeling stressed again. The pink haired girl gave a weak smile to Toni. "I just don't want to fail my last year and if I did my parents would kill me. Not literally, but they would be mad." She paused then and looked at him.

"You probably think I'm crazy, right?" Zaria asked him. Being social could be good, but being too open was another thing. Maybe that's how this A person knew about her. She noted that Antonio had long hair for a boy and a couple of lip piercings. She couldn't help but judge him as some sort of antisocial, emo kid. But he was still talking to her wasn't he?

Zaria nodded and went on her way. Great, simply magnificent, she'd probably scared Toni away. She was having a bad day as it was. She didn't need any more crap in her life, she didn't want to be crying in her bedroom for hours on end because of nothing. Her phone vibrated and she quickly turned into the bathroom to answer it. What did you do this Summer? Another failed attempt to hook up with Beck? How many things did you set alight this time? - A

Her heart skipped a beat. "No," she mumbled. She looked around the bathroom, opening all of the stall doors to make sure nobody was there. She glared at her phone. Why was A doing this to them? What the heck do you want? she texted back, then left the bathroom and headed to class.

She sat down in her Chemistry class and tried to pay attention, but how could she when there was somebody out there who knew everything? Zaria didn't like or want drama in her life, she never had.

Zaria ignored her phone as she sat in class and looked at her lab partner Danielle. "Wait, which one is the water?" she asked her. Her partner sighed and pointed to the only test tube that had something in it. "Right... Hey, what's for lunch today?" Danielle shrugged and went back to her part of the lab. Z sighed and poured the water into a beaker. She put what she thought was salt in it, but it was actually sodium.

"Ahhh!" she jumped back as the water sparked and hissed at her. A small flame danced on top of the water before sizzling out. Her teacher and partner both glared at her, to which she could only smile back as innocently as possible. She wasn't known for being the most graceful person anyway. "Sorry. I'll clean it up." She got to work cleaning.

After the terror that was science, Zaria walked to her next class, glancing at the message. She was relieved that A didn't want anything form her right now, but that didn't mean she should let her guard down. She looked around cautiously, wondering who else had gotten these texts. She couldn't help but wonder if Beck had gotten one. Of course, she wasn't sure what he had to hide. He was always a nice guy, not to mention insanely cute.

Zaria looked at her phone again. Her mouth fell open. A party? Tonight? And she had to be there, cause a scene, or else... She shuddered and put her head on the desk, covering her face with her arms. Could this day get any worse? She couldn't go to that party, not after what had happened last summer. And causing a scene wasn't exactly what she wanted to do either.

Frustrated, she ignored her teacher completely and tried to think of a way to get out of this. Maybe she could go, disguise herself as somebody else and make a scene. But would A know it was her? Zaria was pretty sure her hair stood out, but if she had a wig. Oh, this was hopeless. She got up at the end of class and lingered by the door in the hallway. Any chance I can get out of this? she texted, not realizing that it was going to the rest of the contacts as well.

She continued on to her fourth period, fingering through her hair nervously. She couldn't focus now. How could she? Groaning, Zaria sat down in her fourth period and hoped for the best.

Any chance I can get out of this?
A grinned. It was from Zaria. Of course she wouldn't want to head to the party.
What do you think? xxxx - A

Time: LUNCH
A left the classroom and a groan escaped her lips. That had been the boringest class ever. She made her way down the stairs, into the cafeteria, and nodded to someone in the corner. She got her food without a word, which was surprisingly tasty -- unlike the disgusting food she had always heard her friends complain about in their schools. She slipped a fry in her mouth, only eating three before feeling guilty and pushing the tray away from her. She glanced aound the cafeteria, but couldn't see if any of her 'contacts' were there, the crowds in the way.

Zaria groaned at A's reply. There had to be some sort of legal loophole for this right? But what would bring politics and that sort of crap into it do other than screw everything else up more? Exasperated, Zaria left class and headed to lunch.

She grabbed an apple and a bottle of water, her appetite lost from the day's events. She looked around at all of the other students here. Which one was A? Was it possible for such a cold, heartless person to even exist? Annoyed, she walked right past the pay line, and hoped the lunch lady hadn't seen her. She wasn't exactly planning on paying for her lunch anyway. Stealing things just made her all tingly inside, it gave her an adrenaline rush instead of terror like her breakdowns brought. It was fun and something daring, something somebody like her should do.

The short teen saw two familiar faces at a table and quickly joined them. It was the laws of nature after all- safety in numbers. "Hey, hey! Does somebody wanna buy me a balloon?" she asked, setting her food on the table. She pulled out her chair and sat down, almost missing the seat.

"Yeah," Christopher said, racking his mind for a cover for the text. "Mother's sick," he said, pretend shrugging it off, the smile remaining on his face. He knew it was his best feature, the one thing that seemed to intrest people, other than his blue eyes, and he would be sure to use it again tonight. "Yeah I think I am," he wondered if he should go so far as to try to get her to go with him. That could help to cause a scene.

"But, I don't know if I should. I mean, I have no one to go with." Christopher said, keeping eye contact. That was good, right?

He turned to the other girl, recognizing her from passings in the hallways. "A balloon?"

Madison thought about it for a minute, it would be easier to create a scene if she had someone to use in it. But he seemed like a nice guy, and if 'A' wasn't texting him too then using him would just make her a terrible person. Maybe an apology afterwards would help. "You should definitely go! We could go together, if you want." Madison said with a smile. She still hadn't decided if he would be a part of her 'scene' but there was still plenty of time to figure that out later.

She looked up as Zaria sat down. "Depends, whats the balloon for?" Mads asked as she threw her bag over the back of her chair.

From A:
Listen up, my bitches. I've got a challenge for you to protect your secret...well, one of them. It's pretty simple, really. All of you better be going to that party tonight -- I'm sure you all know which one I'm talking about ;) -- Because that's where the first 'task' is. All you have to do is create a scene, and your secrets will be safe. Anyone who doesn't, one of your secrets is getting out xx Don't even bother asking what I get out of this. Look on the bright side, maybe you'll know who the rest of the people getting these pretty little messages are. :* - A

Thomas read this message over and over again, on his way to lunch. Great. Now I have to go. He reached for his headphones when a group of people surrounded him, already blabbering about their summer. Are they honestly all talking to me? Apparently they were. Thomas raised his eyebrows, nodding subconsciously, not actually listening to any of them. The group asked him to sit with them, but he declined, stating he was going to go down the street and grab a bite. He hadn't actually planned on doing this, but he just wanted an excuse to get away from these people.

Finally tearing away from the group, he slid his headphones on, turning up the music, his face blank as he walked out of the side doors of the school. He scanned the messages once more, eyeing a new text from someone he guessed had also gotten the threat. Any chance I can get out of this? Then 'A' responded. What the hell kind of scene could she be talking about. What does she want with me?

Suddenly, Thomas had, what he thought was, a brilliant idea. He memorized the number of the person who responded to the group message and opened a new text, sending one to the person. Who are you?

Christopher smiled to Madison. He really hoped she was also getting the texts, that she also needed to create a scene, but he couldn't just come out and ask her, for all he knew that would be against the rules, and that would also bring up the question of what his secret was, he couldn't handle that. "Yes, we should go together." He replied, an earnest look to his face. "When does it start?" He added on, forgetting the details.

"To make me happier and then I can suck in the helium and have a high pitched squeaky voice," Zaria replied quickly, opening her water bottle and taking a gulp. "I heard there was-er, is a... party tonight. Are you two going?" She really hoped that they were. But if they weren't, are they too were A's subjects, then was she really safe at all?

Zaria took a bite of her apple and looked at them anxiously. She still had to figure out what sort of a scene to cause. How extreme or mild should it be? There was just the challenge of actually getting herself to go too.

"Oh then I'll totally get you a balloon! But I call half of the helium." She said and laughed. Right, the party. "Yeah we're both going. You are too right?" she said. If all of 'A's acquaintances were creating scenes, it might be harder to come up with something original. It would be a whole lot easier to figure out who else got the messages though, and 'A' would have to be there to see who did the task and who didn't, right? "Uh, I don't really know, I'm guessing probably around dark." Madison said to Christopher, then added quickly, "I bet something exciting will happen." There was no way to openly ask if the others were getting 'A's texts, but maybe the hint at a scene could get them to say something about it.

A slight shock went through him as Madison spoke, confirming that she was getting the texts. "I agree," he said, following her lead. "Probably during the middle, between a few people." That was his way of asking her to form a scene with him. He would need her help, and he assumed she would need his, and, the more people working together, the less original ideas that need to be thought of.

He waited for her reply, beginning to think of the different possibilities of scenes they could cause that would be of an adequate level for 'A'.

Madison nodded slowly. She hoped she had understood his meaning correctly and wasn't reading into things that weren't there. "Any ideas on what might go down?" She asked looking at Christopher hopefully. She had no idea what he had in mind, but she hadn't really come up with a plan for herself yet. Maybe if they got a chance to talk about it in private without the coded messages.. No, nothing seemed private anymore. 'A' didn't just know about things that happened in school, she knew about everything. What if 'A' was listening to them discussing the scene right then and there? Would they get in trouble for working together? Madison pushed the idea out of her mind, there had been no rules about the scene, just that there had to be one.

A looked up and saw Zaria, Madison and Christopher sitting at the table across from her. Huh, what a coincidence. She tried to blend in as much as possible, looking down at her phone just as another text sent through.

I'm going to find you---AL

A glanced over at the table where Zaria, Madison and Christopher sat again. They hadn't noticed her, though she didn't expect them to. With her brown hair and sports jacket, she blended right in with everyone else. She quickly typed in with her nimble fingers;

Good luck, honey. How will that change things, anyway? Will you hire another plumber to paralyse me, too? xxx - A

Zaria smiled at Madison's comment. She tried not to choke on her apple as she and Christopher spoke about interesting things happening at the party tonight. Were they trying to make themselves obvious, or was this just a cruel joke? Z continued on with her meal, if you could call it that. She looked around the cafeteria, oblivious to anybody watching her. She wondered if paranoia was gripping anybody else.

Bon fire. The words came to her suddenly, and she knew she had to do something involving fire. What though was the question. Maybe she could throw a bottle of alcohol into it, light a torch of some sort and charge somebody. She smiled to herself and took another bite of her apple.

"Anything's possible, isn't it?" Zaria replied to Madison after a few moments. She herself was curious as to what the others would do fro their fifteen minutes of fame. Of course, the fame came only to save them from the truth.

Christopher gave a nod to Madison, keeping on his smile and turned to Zaria, listening intently to her words and taking them all in. "Yeah. And I'm guess many things will happen, all different." Christopher turned his gaze back to Madison, confirming even further of his plans for them to do something together. "BUt I feel they will all need planning." Chris grabbed a fry from his tray and ate it. "Lots of planning.

He knew they would need something big; something that equated to two peoples need of the scene, just to make sure they couldn't get in trouble. And A didn't set any rules, so it would have to be serious.
