Body Type: AB-
Race: Caucasian
Image

Sexuality: Straight
Personality: Axel tends to be a rather go with the flow sort. Very little ever actually bothers him which gives people the idea that he doesn’t care about much of anything which in truth is untrue. He tends to keep his distance from most strangers but most people he knows or considered to be friends would tell you otherwise. That being the case more often then not when hes with friends he is far more social the borders on the ridiculous and dangerous given some of the acts that go on with said friends.
Likes: Video games, swimming, amusement parks, sugar, tinkering with just about anything, and the rain.
Dislikes: Bowling, being alone for too long, and people who are full of themselves.
Fears: Losing a friend.
Location on Earth: USA LA California
Guardian Angel: Ikaros
Crippling Sin: Envy
Bio: Axel was born and raised in a small town off the freeway. Nothing ever happened there and he went through life much like any normal person would. However it was because of this that he came to want more from life. He wanted to become something more than just another person running around in the world. He wanted more than what anyone else had something no one else could have but him. He didn’t know what it was he wanted or how to obtain it but came to the conclusion he would not find it where he was. It was for that reason he left his home and traveled to Los Angeles looking for something to make his life truly exist. He has lived in the city for two year having established himself as a residence of a rather bland apartment and more often than not getting into trouble for attempting to find his life goal. None the less his attempts have been fruitless and he continues to search and survive in the city on his own.

So begins...

A gun shoot rang out through the air echoing down the empty streets, another fallowed only a moment after singing the same song at the last. No one would hear and if they did no one would care, this was normal. It was meant to be easy and quick. A quicker path home after a long and uneventful day, but that was not the case. Down a dark and empty ally way the shadows danced around three bodies. Two lay on the ground in a pool of their own blood, a gun sitting next to one that hadn’t managed a single shot and a bloodied knife in the hand of the other. The third body however remained standing a gun grasped firmly in both hands pointed at the body’s lying dead. His stance was that of someone who had shot a gun before and yet the man had never taken a life, until now. His left side was clearly bleeding and his shirt was torn where the cut lied stained in his blood. The look on his face was of despair and fear as the light was missing from his eyes.

He began to tremble as he looked upon the men’s whose life’s he had taken. Up to this point he had hardly even felt the cut in his side that had continued to bleed. His legs gave out from underneath him as he fell to his knees his hand continuing to tremble. A tiny glimmer of light shoot back into his eyes as the pain in his side came to life and he quickly took his left hand to grasp the bleeding wound on his side. It was burning as his mind came to him. He had nearly died today, but instead there he sat instead. He wasn’t ready to die not yet not when he had so much left to do. His vision was growing blurry and his mind began to race. He was scared as anyone would be scared of the sight leaving his eyes and scared of what fate would await him. Finally confusion filled his mind as he began to wonder why it was it had come to this, why it was he was abandoned to die in a place like this. His eyes slammed shut as the rest of his body hit the floor and the world turned dark and vanished into black. He had passed out from blood loss, still breathing and very much alive.

In the darkness he found himself he saw something. A beacon in the endless dark, it was a person, a girl; he tried to see clearly as she slowly came through clearly. Wings, the first thing he noticed where her wings, next he saw her strange pink hair. In his mind he reached his hand up to her desperately grasping for the only sign of life he had left. He tried to form a word to the girl but nothing came he wanted to scream, in fact he tried to. Try as he might no words would form until the girl finally began to fade away into the black. It was then that words final emerged from his lips in a desperate cry for help. “… Please! I want to live!”

Suddenly, before any reaction could be given between the two, her eyes seemed to daze slightly as she looked up towards the sky; the sun soaking into her skin. She closes her eyes, feeling the warmth envelope her body. "Father?...What is it?..." Ikaros asks, hearing the gentle whispers in her mind from God. Apparently, she had received a human she was to watch over. She knew that every angel allowed to come to the Earth would have a human to guard over while there, but had not expected to receive her human so quickly. Yet, at the same time, it wasn't too surprising...There were many humans on the Earth which needed help, no?...

"Forgive me, but I have no time for you...I will deal with you later..." She lovingly coos, gently brushing past the demon and just barely bumping her shoulder against his as she glided down the streets towards her destination; ignoring the new demon which had aproached. It wasn't long before she came upon an ally. It was dark and moist; the damp smell of garbage potent in the air. It was clear as to why it smelled that way, too, being that many bags of garbage which had been thrown outside the dump instead of inside it, had bust open and spewed their filthy contents onto the ground.

Ikaros slowly lets her eyes drift towards the limp and bloodied bodies on the cement ground; their pools of blood reflecting the pureness of the sky. It was then she saw him...Without a second thought, it seemed, Ikaros knelt down in the pool of blood besides Axel, her long pink hair hanging over his face as she leaned close to him.
"Precious human...It is not your time...I am here to watch over and protect you, by command of the Lord...Now, open your eyes..." She whispers into his ear, the warmth of her breathe tickling at his neck.

Ikaros was only a Power angel, so she did not have the ability to heal. But God did, and so, she quickly went into prayer; entwining her fingers together as she closed her eyes. It wasn't long before the wounds quickly stitched themselves up, miraculously; the feeling of skin pinching back together apparent to him. Warm energy seemed to burst into his heart as he was forced to wake up; feeling healthy and rejuvenated once again. When he awoke, Ikaros opened her eyes, and placed her arms down at her sides. She smiled softly to him, tilting her head slightly. He could see her, of course. Even if she didn't want him too, he could. Because she was his guardian angel....

Her large wings were folded against her back at this point; the shadows slightly covering most of her naked body in the dark alley. She looked mournfully at the two other humans who had met their demise. She was somewhat disappointed of them; feeling bad that they could not have watched the world fall into peace and had been so naive as to make such a decision to end their lives so quickly. But, it was their time...Their time to meet with God and have their eternal fate decided...Hopefully they had come to terms with the Lord...

As though to answer his cry the woman spoke out to him, a smile crossed his face as the dark world once more returned to light blinding for only a moment as he opened his eyes into reality. It was a bit blurry at first but soon he could see clearly one more. First he saw the blood he laid in fallowed by the bodies of the men who he had killed. Finally he looked up to see the girl from his vision siting there waiting for him. He didn’t know what to say he was confused to say the least, confused as to how he was still alive, confused as to how it was possible that this girl saved him, and confused as to why he was saved at all.

He placed his hands down on the puddle of blood and lifted himself up onto his knees. He placed his hand on what was once a wound in his side and looked at the blood stains where the wound that nearly took his life stood. He moved himself over to the wall siting down on the ground his back up against the wall as he tried to catch his breath. He faced the girl still at a loss for words as he looked her over. He looked at her wings just as before, it was the first thing he looked for. His mind once more raced as he tried to contemplate the reality of what sat in front of him, a creature he had thrown to myth and legend, and yet there she was as real as could be.

Axels breath began to slow and his mind calm as he began to think of what to say to the girl. It was so strange and yet it was something he always wanted, something that he didn’t believe to even be possible, and now he had it, a guardian angel as she had put it. He took a breath and began to speak. “Thank you.” His voice was still shaky but the rest of his body had calmed and returned to normal. “You’re… an angel?” he looked down contemplating what he just asked the girl. He shook the thought from his mind as he looked back to her. It didn’t matter what he said any more, it seemed as though his whole life up to this point had just been a lie. All he knew know was what he saw in front of him. He turned back to the men who he had killed and the urge to leave this place overflowed him. He wanted to run from this place he wanted to leave more than anything. Before even she had the chance to reply to his question he pushed himself to his feet and looked down to the gun that remained firmly in his right hand.

Ikaros watched silently as he took his time in setting himself up. The blood and dirt stained his matted clothes, but other than that, he was perfectly well. She also took the time to stand to her feet; blood dripping down her legs from her knees and adding a sort of bright crimson color to her smooth and pale skin. Her wings give a slight twitch as he glances towards them; the feathers looking so delicate and soft. It would make almost anyone want to touch them simply to see how they felt...

She could feel his emotions; his panic and confusion. Not only that, but his relief, as well. They made her cringe slightly, having never felt such emotions before. They felt so...strange. It was as if she were feeling them herself, and the emotions made her fragile heart ache. God had not told her of this directly, but she knew. A human's guardian angel, once chosen, was bonded with that human on a deep and emotional level. In fact, it was well known that many guardian angels, once their human died, were driven insane by the human emotions that rubbed off on them.

Ikaros couldn't help but slightly worry about this fact, but she easily brushed it aside without a second thought. She, of course, was too strong for this. There was no way some petty human emotions could waver her thoughts...Could they?....Ikaros frowns slightly, already feeling the foggy affect of Axel's emotions against her thoughts. She disliked this...no, she loathed this. What was wrong with this human? Was it so hard to comprehend what had happened? Her soft green eyes watch closely as he seems to look down at the gun gripped tightly within his fist. His knuckles were white, from how hard he held it, as if he were afraid to lose it.

Slowly, she steps towards him, the blood underneath her feat making a sickening splosh sound with each step as she seemed neither affected or with much care for the dead bodies now. She presses her body close against his; her bear skin soft and smooth to the touch. It would seem it was almost unrealistic. She wraps her arms around him, and spreads her wings; which spanned out as long as her arms would.
"You have no need for such violent machines....I am here, by the grace of God, and no harm will befall you...You want to leave...Let us leave then..." Ikaros whispers calmly into his ear, gently prying the gun from his hand and dropping it onto the floor. The sound of her voice was so melodic and comforting...

She pushes up off of the bloodied cement ground, flapping her wings hard to lift them up from the street. She easily cloaked herself and her human, making it impossible for others to see them in the air as she glided a far distant away from where the horrid scene had occurred. Landing softly in the grass of a nearby park, she gently release him. The blood seemed to have disappeared from her body, and she was once again pure and clean.

Axels feet landed on the ground, he stumbled a bit but quickly regained his balance. He had flew, it was amazing to him. It was exciting yet terrifying all at the same time. In no mean bad in fact for a moment it was rather fun. He took two steps forward away from her hand held up the hand that had held a gun. He blinked at it calmly and let out a soft sigh. Oddly enough he started to laugh out loud as he dropped it back to his hand. How strange it was the new reality he found himself in. Angels existed, did demons to? What about god and Satan? The fear and confusion had turned into happiness and excitement the memory of the dead men leaving his mind at least for now. In only a matter of minutes his life had changed. He turned around to face her with a light smile as he looked at her. His smile quickly turned into a look of confusion as he finally took into account that the girl chose to not wear anything.

He lifted up his hand and quickly coughed into it as to try to cover up the fact he even noticed. “so uh…an angel hu?” he scratched the back of his head trying to keep his eyes away from her to the bet of his ability. “So there are more of you? And god? And the whole demon thing?” he was getting use to it strangely quickly after all this was in a way what he wanted. “And how’s this whole guardian angel thing work anyway? Do you just fallow me around and pull me out of the way of an oncoming bus or something of the like?” Question and not without reason. He wanted to ask her a great deal more but stopped himself as to not overflow her. he would figure it all out in time anyway, he always did.

Ikaros watched curiously as the human remained silent for a moment, looking at his hand before breaking into histarical laughter. His happiness seemed to overflow to her, as well, because her lips parted into a full smile; showing off perfect white teeth as she allowed herself to laugh with him. The warm and fuzzy feeling in her heart was not only strange, but, for some reason, also funny. She wasn't sure why she was laughing. It seemed to simply flow out of her body as it did his. Needless to say, his laughter caught the attention of a few other humans.

They stared at him with curious and fearful eyes, mumbling and chatting amongst each other. His blood stained clothes caused fearful accusations amongst the humans, and Ikaros quickly noticed. Although, she wasn't fearful of them. They couldn't do much to stop them, and she knew it. Still, she also knew a more private place would be more appropriate. Then she would not have to worry about stray demons coming about and trying to attack her or her human. Letting her soft green eyes gaze towards him, she took notice, also, of his strange behavior as he looked her over.

This led her to read his mind; yes, she could read his mind. Angels could always read the minds of humans. They were simple and easy to read. Her cheeks turned a soft pinkish color as she realized her nakedness, for the first time in her existence. Why did it bother her now? What was this feeling? It made her want to cover herself; hide. Anything to keep his eyes from exploring her body. What was this human doing to her?! What were these feelings?! Snapping her fingers, a layer of metallic clothes covers her body. Although, there was still plenty of bear skin to show off. The metal of the clothes clanked against each other. This was her supposed "armor." Or, at least what she would like to wear if she ever convinced God to allow her to be a soldier.

Clearing her throat slightly, Ikaros finally gathered herself to answer his questions.
"Yes, I am an angel...My name is Ikaros...and I already know you quite well, Axel Flint...There are many angels, and of course there is a God...What kind of silly question is that?... She asks, somewhat offended by his question. Was he simply trying to fake his lack of knowledge? No...She could tell he wasn't...But how could he not know of God? God was the creator of all! These humans...They were very cruel to forget their creator, no?...Giving a soft sigh, she rubs her temple, and allows herself to continue speaking. "There are demons...and Satan is very real...a real threat...

Usually, angels are not allowed to set foot on Earth. God has given rein of Earth to Satan until the end of the world when it is cleansed, but us angels could not stand seeing God's creations be destroyed by their own chaos. So, he allowed us one year to come here and bring peace back as best we can to this land; push Satan back as far as possible until he is allowed full rein once more. Each one of us has been given a human, as well, to whom we are to guard and protect. You are my human, Axel...I can read your thoughts and feel your emotions...

We are bonded on a very deep and emotional level...We are one, you could say...I will be with you always. Or, at least until the year is over. I will protect you to the best of my abilities..."
Ikaros explains all of this with ease to Axel, making sure he fully understood his stand on the situation. "Now...perhaps you have a...what would you call it? Home? A shelter where you live? These humans are staring strangly at you and demons are crawling around more than usual...They know us angels are here, and they are not pleased...It may be safer to return you to your living area...."

Axel listened to every word she spoke to him oblivious to the on looking eyes. A few points caught his attention, a year. A year was all the time they had? So be it, he wasn’t going to stand by and let his once chance at achieving his dream if he only had a year he would make the most of it. The second thing that caught his attention was protecting and the demons. Could they pick him out threw her? Was her presence a threat itself? Just as well if he did run into a demon what would he do? What should he do? Would he run away or stand and fight like he had done with the two men from before? This was different though the men were a normal occurrence in the world but this… this was something else. His mind began to race once more with all the information he was being given, it was a bit much to take in and it was starting to give him a head ache. His final thought as she stopped explaining was that he should sleep on it let his mind relax and absorb what he was told. Just as well he was tired, much more than he had thought.

He looked around at the on looking people as she pointed it out and nodded at her. “I suppose your right.” Without a thought he started walking. The area they found there self’s in was luckily enough close to his home and was a relatively safe neighborhood. He avoid the on looking eyes of the people he passed by. They were like daggers to his heart, he didn’t want to be feared or hated but in a way he deserved it for what he had done, or at least that was what he had thought. After a few minutes of walking they would arrive at a fairly large apartment complex. He went inside and took an elevator to the seventh floor. The halls were empty but the place was well kept to say the least. He placed his hand on the doorknob to room 706, his home. He looked at his hand motionless for a moment before he spoke out to her. “Was I wrong? Those men… was I wrong to take there life’s?” he let out a sigh and pushed open the door.

The apartment was nothing special in any use of the word. There were only two rooms consisting of a bathroom and a bedroom/ kitchen mix. At first glance you would see a bed placed up against the wall with a two person sofa stationed at the base of it facing a television with an assortment of accessories, dvd players and the like. On the far side of them was a kitchen with a set up almost like a bar. A large build in table blocking you from walking straight in with an opening about one person wide to get in, your standard kitchen items, a fridge, microwave, stove, etc. He walked inside inspecting the clothing he still had on. Too much blood to scrub of and it would probably stain, If it already hadn’t.

Ikaros was quickly aware of his spinning thoughts in his mind, for a sharp pain began to stick itself in her head. She cringed and gasped slightly, surprised by the sudden pain. What the hell was it? She wasn't sure, being that she had never had one before, but his headache was easily given to her. She rubs her temple slightly again, biting her lower lip with confusion. She could hear the whispered words of all of his frantic thoughts. How could humans think so hard about so many different things? They were chaotic inside and out, that was for sure...

As he turned on his heels and began walking in one direction, so did she; following close behind him like a shadow as she floated across the land. Her feet didn't even touch the ground. Occasionally, he could hear the ruffling of her feathers as her wings twitched. Her soft green eyes examined him silently, as they moved through the town towards a location; his home, she supposed. She could feel his emotions shift towards fear and depression. He apparently didn't like the looks many of the other humans were giving him...She also knew it wouldn't be long before some humans began sticking their nose in his business when they found the bodies in the ally...But they could do nothing to him...Axel had her, now...

She places a delicate hand on his shoulder; the touch warm and comforting, as if to say "everything will be alright." She did not want him to worry. Not only for the fact that Ikaros felt it was pointless to worry, being that she was there for him, but also for the fact that she didn't like feeling these strange emotions. Every emotion that went through him went through her as well, and it was so different...Out of her entire existence, this was the hardest thing, and the strangest, that she had ever had to go through.

As they moved, though, a sudden sense came over her. She paused for a moment, although then continued her stride next to her human, Axel. A strange, strong and dark aura...It was far off in the mountains of the forest. She takes a moment to look up towards the grassy mountains, her long pink hair moving gently in the breezes. Squinting her eyes slightly, a gentle grin came to her lips. A strong demon, it seemed...Perhaps this one was worth her time...Yes, she had her human to protect now, but that didn't mean Ikaros forgot why she had really wanted to come down to Earth....

Closing her eyes for what only seemed like a split second, easily mistaken for a blink, she reaches her thoughts out to the demon.
"A strong demon you must be, hm?...I see you don't believe us angels have arrived on Earth...But I must tell you, it is true...And we will send all of your kind back where you belong...in Hell...Now, what's a small little fox like you doing all alone? Poor thing...Must be lonely...Perhaps I should put you out of your misery..."
Ikaros purrs gently in the mind of the fox demon; her voice delicate yet soaked with viscous venom.

It wasn't long until Axel and her had arrived at his apartment door, however. Though, as Axel reached for the door to open it, she was confused to see that he had stopped for a moment. But then, his question came. She already knew he was going to ask it before it came from his lips. The poor human..he was feeling guilty....She leans close and places her lips gently on his cheek. A warm and reassuring gesture before she answered his question.
"It is never right to take the life of another...But it does not matter now. Either way, they would have died, whether by your hand or not. God had decided it was their time...Now, dismiss the thought from your mind, Axel..."

Ikaros sweetly says this as they enter the house. Her feet finally touch the ground. She takes a moment to examine her surroundings. So, this was a human's living area? It was very bland to look at...But if it made them happy, that was all that mattered, no? As Axel examined his clothes, she took a moment to walk about and explore. The first thing she took interest in was the microwave; opening and closing the door of it with confusion as she messed with the dials. When it let out a ding, Ikaros let out a yelp of surprise in return and jumped back from the microwave; ready to attack at any moment if needed.

Her answer to him was not what he had wanted to hear. So much so that it bothered him, they died because god said it was there time? What kind of nonsense was that? What was the point in even living if humans only existed to be manipulated by god? The thought sickened him but he didn’t speak out. He wouldn’t accept that as a fact or reality. It was Axel himself who had taken the lives because he chose to pull the trigger; they died because of him no other reason. Or at least that’s what he told himself. He quickly came to the conclusion he would not find answers threw one who serves the lord. It may be her reality but not his.

None the less she was a curious thing. He watched her fiddle with his microwave, his brow raised as she pressed buttons at random. Finally he she jumped back and he let out a sigh before speaking out to her. “Please don’t break anything. I don’t know how things work up where you come from but down here I’d rather not have to but another microwave because my guardian angel choice to break it.” Strange thing to say and something he never thought he would hear. He raised a brow at himself for only a moment before shaking it off. He went up to his dresser and pulled out a change of clothing. “Please just try to relax would you?” he said bluntly as he walked into the bathroom to get changed.

The blood stained clothing was a bit much and was starting to smell. He wanted out of them above all else at the moment, so he did. He looked himself over in the mirror, blood still stained onto his skin. He gave his reflection a frown and the sound of running water filled the room as he turned on his shower and stepped in scrubbing the blood to the best of his ability it mixing in with the water flowing down and washing away.

Ikaros huffs slightly and crosses her arms, blowing a strand of hair from her face. She was somewhat offended by his accusations that she may break his microwave. "You have no need to worry about me breaking any of your silly little toys...It's not like I'm interested in your human possesions..."She states this with a glance towards him; her soft green eyes watching as he walked off to find fresh clothes.

But, even if she wanted to, Ikaros had no time to relax...She could feel the aura of the fox demon drawing closer to her location. It felt as if weight by weight was being added to her shoulders with each step the demon took. A twisted grin crosses her lips as she reaches her thoughts to the demon once more, who seemed to be enraged by the angels' presence.
"So...you're coming to play? That's fine...I thought a scared little fox like you might run, but if you have an early death wish, I am happy to oblige...Perhaps I can cut off one of those little fox tails of yours and bring it back with me to Heaven as a souvenir...."Ikaros chuckles slightly at her own words.

Looking around, however, she realized fighting the demon here would be too dangerous. She did not want Axel to get hurt. So, as Axel changed himself, Ikaros took the moment to silently slip out of the house...She seemed to ooze through and out of the building's wall like a ghost as she floated above the city. Ikaros wasn't too worried about Axel. She could sense his feelings and thoughts, so she would know instantly if he was in trouble. But she had other business to care for...And the human would need time alone to comprehend all of the information she had given him. Perhaps even a little rest, after the predicament he had been in with the two other humans. Humans were fragile, after all....

Her soft wings fluttered against the wind as she soared; her eyes peering down at the Earth below like an eagle searching for it's prey. When suddenly, they locked on to a large fox heading towards the city. Having spotted her prey, she folds her wings back, and dives down to the ground; landing with a large thud in front of the demon fox. Her landing caused multiple sharp rocks and dirt to fly in his direction, as the ground trembled beneath her. Slowly, she stood up straight, and peered down at the demon with cold eyes.
"Ready or not...Here I come..."Ikaros chimes, giving a soft chuckle.

She took a moment to let her eyes travel over his soft silver fur that shimmered against the rays of the sun. It looked so nice...If he wasn't a demon, Ikaros would almost think he was too beautiful to kill...But that did not matter now....

Axel stepped out from his shower renewed and clean from the stains. He got dressed and stepped out into the main room to be met with silence, he was alone. “Where did she run off to?” he spoke out loud to himself. “Maybe I just imagined it… no that can’t be right how did I even get here then?” he thought to himself as he quickly meet it with his hands slapping against his cheek. “No point in second guessing yourself now Axel come on focus.” He dropped his hands with a sigh and turned to the door. “Demons hu?” he spoke aloud to himself. He returned to his dresser and dug threw some clothing to find a second gun hidden underneath his clothing. A gift from his father before he left for the city. Wasn’t the most reassuring thing but a gun saved his life before so must have been some wisdom in it. He took it into his hand and placed it into a holster and stuck it into the rim of his pants covered up by his shirt. With that he turned to the door and head out of his home and back into the city.

He didn’t really know why it was he left. He just wanted to go. His mind had calmed significantly as he had managed to peace together the events that had transpired, at least for the most part, a talent he had when given the time to think. He walked around the city street for a short while as he contemplated what it was he should do. An angle was given to him as a guardian for a year, but what did that mean for him? Was he supposed to be targeted by demons? Or was he supposed to fight them? The one thing she had failed to tell him was why it was him instead of any other poor fellow in the world. The thought of fighting came back to him. Fighting a demon, how does one even go about such things? Before he knew it he was already looking for one, though he didn’t even know what to look for. Everyone around looked so normal how was he even supposed to tell who was a demon or not? He let out a sigh at the thought and found himself walking into a park, not the same one as before.

Axel took a seat on one of the many benches and laid his head back letting out yet another sigh. “What a mess.” He spoke softly to himself. It was hot out but he didn’t really pay it any mind. There wasn’t much he could do about the heat any way except for going into one of the many building but oddly enough he wanted to just sit there for a while. He was tired but had left home any way, “how foolish” he thought to himself. “Leaving on a wild goose chase for something I don’t even fully understand.” He let out another soft sigh as he freed the thought from his mind.

Ikaros places a long, delicate nail against her lower lip, watching curiously as his large fluffy tail swayed from side to side. His sharp pearly white fangs gleamed in a twisted fox grin as a voice resonated from within the demon's soul out to her. At his words, she couldn't help but giggle. It was a giggle like a child's; light and joyful. Her face was glowing with excitement as she was genuinely happy for this situation."Well, if being awake is so much trouble, perhaps I should put you into a permanent sleep...Too bad, though...I think you'd make a great pet, huh?" She asks in a gentle voice, stepping slightly closer to the fox as he made his way around her in a circle; as if waiting for the right moment to pounce.

What a silly little demon. Did he really think he would even get the chance?...Even as they spoke, the fox demon could feel his energy slowly seeping from his body. Ikaros was a power angel, after all, and anyone within her range could be affected by her powers. She could not only give power, but take away power, as well...It was a slow process, but worked, none the less. It started very slowly; only feeling as if his legs were heavy...For now....When, suddenly, she was on him. It was in the blink of an eye; before any notice could be given, she was floating right above him. Her wings were stretched wide, blocking the rays of the sun and casting a dark shadow over him as she dived down to snatch him up by his tail.

Grabbing the fur of his tail and wrapping it around her fist like a rope, she begins to swing him around in the air until finally releasing him to send him flying into the trees. At the fast pace he was flying through the air from her powerful throw, any tree that was hit by him would simply be snapped in half. Her body began to glow a bright light, as she prepared herself for a battle. Pointing towards the demon with a long finger, she yells out to him.
"Bow to the Lord almighty and he may be kind enough to grant you mercy, filthy demon!!" However, at these words, Ikaros suddenly hesitated.

She paused, only for a slight moment. A strange feeling overwhelmed her...Was it guilt? Mercy? For this disgusting creature? She grimaces, giving a soft scoff at the thought. So, already her human, Axel, was rubbing off on her...She couldn't hesitate, even for a second! If she did, it may be her undoing...She couldn't let these strange new emotions hold her back...It wasn't like demons ever felt any mercy or guilt for the people they harmed, anyways...They deserved to be destroyed! All of them! But already, it was too late. She had left herself open for an attack in that moment of hesitation.

Ikaros snaps to attention as the fox charges at her; seeing the blue flames dance off of it's body like a mirage. She knew that flame...The fox flame...But she had no time to reacte to it, and only had a moment to raise her arms in a defensive position as he came at her. Closing her eyes tightly, she prepared her body for the hard impact and the pain that would soon follow after it. However, it did not come, and in it's place was a gentle and familiar voice....

Opening her eyes slightly, Ikaros glances over to see Andrue. She gasps, blinking slightly as he spoke to the demon. As he turned his attention towards her, his statement of her not being outfitted to battle such a demon offended her greatly. She frowned and crossed her arms over her chest; huffing slightly in aggravation.
"I may not be a special archangel like you, but I can fight! I'll prove it! We Power angels may not be meant for fighting, but we can. You shouldn't forget where all your strength comes from! Without us, you wouldn't be any better!"She angrily growls, glaring towards him and then back at the demon.

Lucky for her, at least, she had not been hit with that powerful attack. Even though she had drained some of his strength, he was still able to preform such an attack...It would have really hurt...But that didn't mean anything! Ikaros was determined to fight a demon and come out on top, to prove to God and all the angels that she could be a soldier too! Watching as the demon took on his human form; the sack of empty flesh he called a disguise, she listened carefully to his questions. His mocking words only made her anger flair up even more.

"And where do you think you're going, you silly little fox? I'm not done with you! Besides, God is not like your petty master. He loves all of his creations equally and cares for us all! We do his bidding because he is the almighty and deserves the utmost respect. I am more than glad to be whatever I must be for him...Unlike your master, whom would kill you off in a second for the sheer laugh off it! Poor thing...you crave your masters attention but are too stubborn to say it outright! I pity you...."

Ikaros states this with venom in her voice, trying her best to hurt the demon and provoke a fight. Though, finally, caught her attention on the nearby park. There was no one there, luckily, besides a lonely figure on a bench. Her eyes slightly widen in recognition, as she gasps. What was Axel doing so close? Why had he come here? She had to think of something...Perhaps it WAS better if they did not fight for now...She did not want any harm to come to Axel... "Fine...I have no time for a lowly demon like you, anyways...Besides, us angels aren't here to cause eternal world peace. That is the job of the end of time cleansing; when you demons are destroyed along with Satan, and all that remains are those that are the Lord's children. We are simply here to make it a little less chaotic until then...Farewell, filthy mutt..."Ikaros coos, giving him a playful wink before leaping up into the air.

She flew quickly and with ease out of sight towards her human in the park, and landing gently beside him. Her landing made barely a sound; almost as if it were just a gentle breeze. She looks down at him, her long pink hair flowing in the wind.
"What are you doing here?..." She simply asks out of no where, as if she had just appeared from thin air.

Axel blinked a bit at the sound of her voice but was relatively unfazed by it. “And why does it matter why I’m here? Just taking walk if that’s all right with you?” he said sarcastically. He wanted to ask her what she was doing out here but he felt like he already knew the answer. “You didn’t get hurt out there did you?” he turned his head to face her and looked her over for any sign of injury. “Well you look to be all right.” He let out a light sigh of relief. “You know you shouldn’t run off like that without saying anything you know. I mean what the hell am I supposed to do if you go and get yourself killed?” he wondered what even happened to an angel if she was killed. He shook the thought from his mind, it would be best to not think of such things.

He stood back up onto his feet and shrugged at the girl. “Oh well I suppose I’ve spent enough time wandering around out here.” he started to walk off expecting her to fallow after much like before. “Oh and next time you decide to go demon hunting let me you would you? I’d very much like to see one for myself.” He spoke bluntly. He refused to be left in the dark after gaining the chance to be something more. If he was going to be involved in something like this he’d be damned before he sat on the side lines just watching. After all it was his world being threatened not hers, or at least that’s how he saw it.

Ikaros blinked slightly; surprised by the way Axel spoke to her as if he owned her or something of the sort. In fact, it flustered her, and she stomped her foot against the ground in anger; the ground slightly trembling under her forceful stomp. She was still enraged by the demon, and perhaps that anger was sort of flowing itself into the situation without her meaning it to. It was a mistake an angel wouldn't normally make, but it seemed these new emotions she felt were beginning to take their tole on her."I am not a pet, human! Make no mistake of that...I may go where I please without the permission of a human....And you are not ready to face demons. Bringing you with me on a demon hunt would be too dangerous for you.

If you don't remember, I am your guardian angel. I have no other obligation to you besides the simple fact of protecting you...
Ikaros finishes her words with a huff, turning her gaze away from him. She then heard his soft steps as he began to walk, and, naturally, she followed even though she was still angry. This made Ikaros ashamed; feeling as if she were too attached to this human. Yah, she needed to protect him, but that did not mean she needed to be around him twenty-four seven. So, after he had spoken to her so rudely, why did she follow him?...It didn't matter...Her soft green eyes darted in the direction of the city, sensing the strong aura of the fox demon as he made his rampage around town.

Ikaros scoffs and bites her lower lip. What was she to do?...She had a duty to protect humans, and if this demon was running around in town, she had to rid of it before it harmed anyone...But she couldn't just leave Axel, in case the fox might find him and hurt him, or bring him with her, with the same case of him possibly being hurt. So, what could she possibly do?...Perhaps she could taunt the fox into coming out to play with her, instead...If she could just get Axel to return to safety and leave her to fight him without getting him into trouble...Now, angels did not lie...So lying to him was not an option...But...Ikaros knew she could twist the truth slightly....

"You should have stayed home, you know...The streets are dangerous today...We should return to your living area quickly...It is the safest place for you...I promise I will not leave your side again without notifying you..." Ikaros coos gently; using her soft voice to perhaps persuade the human as she reached her thoughts out to the fox demon once more. Her words were mocking and a slight chuckle came after them. "Little fox, you must be so lonely...poor little foxy must have missed me...What are your plans, my lovely little pet? I have to warn you...if you so much as harm any of the humans here, I will have to punish you...."

Axel stoped walking as he listened to her words. He let out a soft sigh and turned back to her putting his hands into his pockets. “Don’t get me wrong Ikaros, I’m thank full for you truly I am. You’ve saved my life and in a way have already given me more then you know. Even so I’m not a child to be left behind. Your damn right I know it’s dangerous, if it wasn’t it would hardly be an issue demons are even here. I’ve never been one to let others do there fighting for me and I’ll be damned if I start now, angel or no. And I have a name you know I’d appreciate you using it.” he let out another sigh. “Besides the way I see it’s my home that’s in danger not yours, if anything it’s more our fight than yours.” He spoke what he believe to be true sure he might end up dead by attempting something like this but he was fine with it at least he had tried which was a hell of a lot better than being looked up at home all day. “I trust you’re strong enough to protect me and fight a demon any way, and if you’re not at least I’ll be there to do what I can.” He gave her a light smile turning fully to her.

“This link you said we share, how exactly does it work?” He had begun to grow curious how she managed to find him so easily. Just as well he was curious to see if it could work for him to her as well. If he could see into what she thought, or wanted or … anything really. He needed to know more he needed to be able to help her. He knew as he is he wouldn’t be much help in a fight so he wanted to know what he could do to help. Perhaps there link held some source of information or a way for him to aid her, or perhaps her to aid him.

A thought crossed his mind about the Angel. Why was she so eager to leave him behind and go fight? It didn’t really add up to him, weren’t angels supposed to be all peace loving or something? He decided to go ahead and ask since he felt the need to press her a bit more. “Ikaros… aren’t Angels supposed… you know be calmer, or not want to fight?” another thought crossed his mind as he decided to relay it to her as well. “I’m not causing you any chances am I?” he spoke with concern in his voice. He was worried he never wanted to change the poor girl.

Ikaros stopped walking, as well, as soon as Axel did. She watched curiously as he turned towards her and placed his hands in his pockets. She listened silently as he spoke; taking no motion or word to interrupt him. Eventually, her features softened as she realized his feelings. Yes, she knew what he was feeling, but that did not mean she fully understood them until then. But, was it really alright to bring Axel with her? Demons were much too dangerous for humans...It would be irresponsible of her, like bringing a child to a bar. Surely it was wrong. Yet, at the same time, she was actually considering it...

When he asked her about their connection, Ikaros let her soft green eyes look into his. She sighed softly; her wings giving a slight twitch as the many thoughts buzzed through her mind.
"Our connection, like I said, is on a deep emotional and physical level...I can feel what you feel; think what you think. In fact, I can feel your emotions as you feel them. It is easier for us angel's to think what you humans think and feel what you feel simply for the fact that you are easy to read. But...you humans are not developed the way we are in this way...It would be more difficult for you to read our mind's or feel our feelings....You would have to concentrate hard, but it is easier than if you were trying to read the mind of a stranger angel...

Simply focus on me, clear your mind...Clear your thoughts...Let my thoughts flow into yours with ease and you will hear them in your mind....."
She explained it in the best way she could. It was hard to explain something to a human which had never used a mind-reading ability before...She wasn't even sure Axel would be able to pull off such a thing....At his next question, she raised an eye brow. He sure did ask a lot of questions, but she supposed it was normal for a curious human. "Yes...Your emotions and thoughts have changed me....Angels have no human emotions...It is something we've never felt before, so...I have been struggling with it, but it is nothing to worry about...As for angels being calm...well, yes...But your thoughts and emotions changing me has nothing to do with my desire to fight a demon...You see, I am what is known as a Power angel in Heaven.

There are soldier angels as well, called archangels. We Power angels have one use, and one use only, and that is to give power to the soldier angels so that they are stronger in battle. I...have never liked this fact...I have always wanted to be a soldier...I feel if I am able to take down a demon on my own accord, God would see my strength and make me a soldier...But I'm not so sure if this is true...Still, I must try-"
Ikaros cuts her sentence short, her muscles suddenly becoming tense as she looks off towards the distance. She bites her lower lip in anger and scoffs. That stupid little fox...He was purposely trying to toy with the humans now, wasn't he? Did he truly wish to die?

She looks towards Axel, making a last minute decision. What would she do with him? Kitsune demons were quite difficult to face. Their eyes and the sway of their tails could easily manipulate and control a human's mind with illusions. The only thing good against them was a person of faith. Those who were the children of God could not be affected by a Kitsune's illusions. But, she knew Axel was not yet a child of God. He may have believed that angels and God existed, now, but that did not mean he accepted God as his savior. So, what would she do? A human was too vulnerable...When, suddenly, an idea struck her. She quickly grabs onto Axel's arm.
"If you are so desperate to fight a demon, then fine. There is a Kitsune near by, purposely trying to harm humans. I must stop him before he does damage! Unfortunately, his illusions may be too strong for a human with no faith. So, I will have to temporarily blind you...There is no time for demon slayer training now, but I promise, when this is over, I will teach you what you must know to fight demons...I assume you have no objection to this idea..."

Ikaros explains quickly and with ease, placing her hand over his eyes before he can even answer. A bright light shines from the palm of her hand; so bright that it blinds Axel. Suddenly, the world is nothing bot a blot of ink. All he has to use to his advantage is smell, sound, taste and touch. Holding him in her arms, Ikaros spreads her wings to their full length and pushes off into the sky. Soaring through the breezy air, she begins to give Axel the run down of how to defeat a Kitsune.
"Kitsune are tricksters. They cast their illusions and seductions easily on humans. However, when they lose their tails, they lose all power. They also have a magical flame called fox fire, which is blue. It is more hot and dangerous than regular fire.

Landing in front of the demon fox, Ikaros watched as the young women and little girl ran off screaming. She glares towards the kitsune, giving a twisted smile as she placed Axel down beside her. It would be difficult to fight and protect her human at the same time, but she had no second thought in doing it if it made Axel happy. Besides, this Kitsune couldn't possibly defeat her, she knew. She would destroy it and send it straight back to Hell!!

Kumori had been lazily laying on his back, his eyes have lidded as he watched the sky darken, counting down the moments till the sun fell. Suddenly his ears twitched at the ruffling of feathers behind him and he rolled over, sending a lazy look towards the pesky female Angel.

"Seems that you've grown attached little chicken-wings, you keep poppin' into my head and path" He straightened himself and sat up, tilting his head as he finally noticed the human standing at her side, "My, my, Miss Chicken, did you bring me a snack? You shouldn't have..." He purred and took a few steps closer to them on the branch, sitting down gracefully and fluffing his tail around himself.

A fox grin spread across Kumori's face as he peered down at the male human with a hungry look, hiding his surprise that the Angel would have the gale to bring a weak human to the fox demon. If this Angel was supposed to be this lads guardian, she was doing a horrible job at it. Now that Kumori had seen that one thing that she was sworn to protect he would not be making her job easy.

He had two choices now; spend his time annoying this Angel and putting her human into situations that pushed her to the limit, or ignore them and begin his attack on the random humans that scurried about. Both would serve to entertain him, though picking on her human would allow him to see the Angel all flustered. He held back a laugh at the idea of the pink haired chicken red with anger, deciding he liked his new plan very much.

“Ya sure blind no pra-… what?” he spoke quickly as he was ready and excited to see a demon that he didn’t even put time in to full comprehend being blinded but before he know it, a bright light and his vision faded into darkness. His excitement quickly changed to disappointment as his vision left. What was he supposed to do now? How could he fight blind, ya in theory blind peoples other senses were heightened because of this but that would be due to practice and having to live with that every day. This was only temporary and not like he could gain those senses in a matter of moments. There was nothing he could do about it now he would just have to come up with a way to get by, he always did. He restrained himself from yelling at the angel as she did mean well so instead he let out a soft sigh. “Let’s just get this over with. And with that they took off into the sky.

It was so strange to not be able to see the world. Not being able to see what was in front of him. It reminded him of when he was lying in a puddle of blood in the alleyway where he could see nothing but darkness. A thought came to him as the wind blew against his face, Ikaros… she was there when he believed he would die alone. He could see her in the darkness. Could he do so now? He smiled a bit at the idea as he spoke out to himself softly. “Were connected…” Perhaps there was a way he could still fight and help her. He would be damned long before he allowed himself to be a burden on her.

Axel stumbled a bit as he placed his feet on the ground. He didn’t even know it was there until they landed no warning or anything, he needed to try to see into her mind for things like that. He then heard the demons speak and a since of fear came into his mind, the same fear that enters the mind of all humans when they go into battle. It how ever did not show on his face or his person, he stood firmly allowing only Ikaros to know how he truly felt. The moment the demon stopped speaking axel turned his head to his angel. “Ikaros… can you be my eyes?” his lips did not move and no sound escaped his lips as he simply thought the words. She could read them after all. “Allow me to see what you see.” As his mind spoke the words he pulled the gun he had brought with him that was passed to him by his father and pointed it in the direction of the demons voice. “Please… show me how to see into your mind and see you as you see me.”

Ikaros could feel the built up anger from Axel at his temporary blindness, but said nothing of it. She did not mind if he was angry with her, as long as he was safe. If making him temporary blind needed to be done to do that, than so be it. But, she could also sense his fear. She wondered why he was afraid. He knew nothing of the demon or what it was. Maybe that was why he was scared? Not because he actually knew how strong the demon was, but because of the unknown. This slightly bothered Ikaros, being that she could also feel his fear and it affected her just the same. She couldn't let his emotions distract her....

At his thought of her allowing him to see things through her eyes, her soft pink lips cracked into a smile. What a smart idea, for a human. Ikaros could let Axel see things through her eyes, and, being that they were through her eyes and not his humanly eyes, he would not be effected by any sort of illusions or seductions of the sly fox demon. A sort of warm energy passed over her as her vision began to blot into Axel's site. Whatever she could see, he could see. Now, this also would be difficult. If she was not looking in the same direction Axel was, what was in front of her would not be in front of him. It would be difficult to move, even with such a good idea. But, if they did it right, all would go well.

At the fox's statement, Ikaros laughs and points a nail at him.
"Sorry...I must admit, I have a soft side for pretty things. But that doesn't mean I will hesitate when ripping that pretty little tail of yours off!.." Ikaros chuckles, feeling confident. Both were unable to be effected by his illusions in this state. Really, all they had to worry about was his fox fire. As far as she knew, the fight was in the bag. She didn't even reply to the fox's next statement. Although, she was, indeed, still slightly worried Axel would not be able to hold his own in a demon fight. They had little time to prepare and he knew nothing of actual demons. At that moment, Ikaros promised herself that when the fight was over, she would better train and prepare Axel for other demon's.

Pushing her heel off the ground, Ikaros launches towards the fox with the help of her sturdy wings. She was so fast, and, yet again, her mere presence was slowly effecting his power. Stopping right in front of the fox, spinning quickly and sending her heel straight into the fox's jaw, the fox went up into the air. Her eyes peered at the tail as she reached for it. Yet, somehow, Ikaros doubted it would be this easy and the fight would already be over. So, in an attempt to shield herself against any attack he made towards her while she reached for his tail, she folded the tips of her wings together in the front of her body. A soft, yet almost invisible light, was made in front of her like a shield at the touch of her wings.
