When his head was pulled down to the she-demon, his pupils narrowed into thin slits. He ignored the pain that was brought from her hand on his neck, the icy touch burning his skin like he had touched dry ice. Oh how he would long to reach his claws into her eye sockets and rip her damn blue eyes from their place. He barred his fangs at her when she directed her attention to the Angel, disliking how she so easily dismissed him. He may not be classified as a demon no longer, but he was still the Fox King.
At the word 'pet', Kumori let loose a hiss of anger. He was no pet, especially to this Angel. He would have leapt forward at her, had she not created a sink hole straight to hell between them. He glared at it, then at her, trying to decide what she was trying to accomplish. Did she think it would be so easy to simply force him back to hell? He was not going to simple
follow her, and Sukana could not defeat him! He smirked at her, his teeth glimmering in the light of the fox fire that glowed from his eyes.
Just as he was about to leap across the hole and rip her throat out, the Angel grasped his hand. He blanked, freezing up instantly. Kumori was not used to touching and if he did make contact with another being it was out of anger, not....protection or caring. He almost ripped his hand from her grasp, but...well he let it be for now.
As she spoke, he rolled his eyes at her words. Yes, yes, he had chosen to renounced Satan, yadda yadda yadda. This Angel surely liked to repeat herself. It was when her voice took on an almost demonic tone that his ears perked and he glanced at her, surprise written all over his face. So Angels could get dirty as well? Interesting. He looked back towards Sukana as the little Angel at his side let loose a ferocious power onto the area, the air around them seeming to have a mind of its own as it whipped by. He narrowed his eyes, his claws elongating as he prepared for Sukana's attack.
Kumori's brows raised as the demon backed off, unable to hold her form during the Angels bombardment. He held back a grin, happy that the Angel at least was of some use to him. Maybe he had choosen right after all, see as the demon seemed practically weak compared to the girl at his side.
When she stepped forward to plant a kiss on his cheek, his head reared back at the burning icy touch of her lips. He hissed at her once more, ears pinned back and tail puffed out. Oh, that was it. Kumori shot his clawed hands out to grab her, missing by a hair of an inch as she leapt into the pit. He almost leapt after her, but the tug of the Angels hand around his stopped him. He glared down into the pit as it pieced itself back together, a few seconds later resembling just another part of the road.
Kumori gritted his teeth and ripped his hand from the Angels, pushing his hair back from his forehead with frustration. He scrubbed his face, then slowly turned around to look at the Angel. Yes, right, okay...he needed to figure out what had just happened. He was no longer a demon, maybe not even a King, and he had banded wit this little chicken.
"Well. This is all your doing, chicken wings. What next?" He finally spoke, his voice laced with accusation. He knew it was not entirely her fault, he had chosen it willingly, but Kumori was not one for plans and this situation seemed to need one.
