PERSONALITY
✦ Easily Angered ✧ Smart ✦ Childish ✧ Loyal ✦Selena is an interesting little thing... Don't let her looks fool you, this girl might appear to be merely a child but she is really much older then any mortal residing one earth. While most see her as a troublesome little kitten that likes to take on far too much and gets into things way over her head, others can appreciate the knowledge the Goddess has and go to her for words of wisdom. She is one of the oldest Goddesses after all, right next to the sun. When not putting on airs for the people, Selena enjoys letting loose and acting rather childish. Generally Selena is very easy to be around as her upbeat personality and optimistic outlook on things makes her presence enjoyable, however should you anger her beware. Selena's temper is fiery and very hard to put out. Unfortunately she is quick to anger and even the odd off handed comment can send her in a tirade that will make you quake in your boots.

ImageImageLIKES
Donuts - They are probably her ultimate weakness. She loves this human confection.
Sunsets - When night comes, it is Selena's time to shine.
Stars - They are like tiny twinkling moons.
Archery - Selena's special weapon is a bow.
Light - She loves the warmth it gives off.

ImageImageDISLIKES
Frogs - No real reason, she just doesn't like them.
Dogs - The natural enemy of cats.
Baths - It takes a lot to get Selena to take one.
Brussel Sprouts - Another unreasonable dislike.
Bullies - She does not like seeing others in pain.

TALENTS
Eating - Seriously, Selena can eat full grown mortals under the table.
Archery - Being millions of years old gives you plenty of time to practice. It is very rare for her to miss.
Granting Wishes - She can only do this once a year though.
Ability Usage - Selena is very good at what she does.

WEAKNESSES
      Water - Selena can't swim.
Complete Darkness - The moon needs some sort of light source to work.
Her ears - They are very sensitive to sound.
Donuts - These surgery treats will ultimately be her demise.

FEARS
The dark - Only complete darkness, she is okay with a bit of light.
Being alone - Selena hates it.
Drowning - She doesn't know how to swim.

"Don't think I don't know what you wished for."

POWER
Pure Moon/Light Manipulation || Selena can generate and manipulate the moons more benevolent energies. This includes using its light to prevent bad dreams, banishing evil or dark lunar energy, creating divine beings and even healing wounds. She can create, shape and manipulate illusions, causing targets to see, hear, touch, smell and/or taste things which do not actually exist or cause them to perceive things differently from what they truly are. This ability is very limited however and Selena can only use it at night in short bursts.

Light Incarnate || Selena can become the living representation or personification of light along with its concepts of purity and immaculate nature. The kitten is able to use all of the light's powers whether holy, divine or supernatural in a different level. She can convert this light power into an energy and use it as a full source to extend her powers or create something that becomes a weapon. As long as there is light, the power will become more powerful progressively. She becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when she comes in contact with moonlight, possibly unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing the existing powers.

Appearance Augmentation || Also known as shape shifting. Selena can turn into different animals that are often associated with the moon.

Limitations || Her abilities vary in power based on the cycle of the moon. If there is no moon, the only thing Selena can do is shape shift. If it is a full moon she can wield her powers at their full potential. However, they are all light based abilities and Selena needs light in order for them to work. They can also take quite a toll on her body depending on which one she uses and how long she uses it for; some can leave her quite vulnerable after a battle as she'll be too weak to move.

FACE CLAIM
      Nanami Ao

"I am not an object to be sought."

Verivasia's eyes fluttered open, revealing the world around her. With each second that passed, she watched as flakes of white gradually made their way down to the cold, snow-covered terrain. Around her, Savia could hear the bustling of mortals. Cries, laughter, and hushed whispers made their way around the marketplace. "So," She began to murmur, her voice distasteful. "This is where they decided to dump us? Are they planning to freeze us? Hmph. Perhaps... I shouldn't complain. This could be worse. Yuuka, would---"

While looking around, Verisavia quickly realized that she was in fact talking to no one. Oh, she thought. Freezing and separated? Fantastic. Inhaling sharply, she ignored the cold as it pierced her fair skin, bringing about a chill most uncomfortable and stood up. If she'd awaken in the mortal realm, then that surely meant the banishment had been initiated. But the others would have been banished as well, and yet... They were nowhere to be seen. Perhaps because of all the mortals wandering around, shoving, running, and jumping to their heart's content? Savia couldn't go a minute without being pushed around. At this rate, she'd never find anyone. In fact, she wasn't even sure if they were around. It was far too loud and crowded, she'd never be able to navigate, much less spot them... But perhaps something smaller could?

A smile crept on to Verisavia's face as she looked to the sky. Overhead, she'd spotted a small flock of birds. She called out to them with a mere whistle, and only half of the flock bothered paying any mind to her, which was less than satisfying. Frustrated, she whistled again, but this time she made sure to be much louder and more aggressive. The whistle was loud enough to attract attention from a few by-standing mortals, but they quickly went on to their daily business. Though most of the birds ignored her call, a few went out of their way to approach their creator. Savia then went out of her way to stay on the sidelines of the busy market. She felt it might be strange if she was caught talking to birds.

Verisavia held out her arm, and managed a smirk as three birds gingerly landed on it. She tilted her head, as if she were greeting them. She then began to whisper in bird tongue, "ah, hello my lovelies. My sincerest apologies for the sudden request, but would you three mind doing me a quick favor?"

"What's in it for us?" One of the birds asked. The other two started to chirp in agreement, repeating the same question over and over. Rolling her eyes, Verisavia answered with a less-than-satisfactory offer. "What's in it for you? Oh, I'm so terribly sorry I forgot the reward. Maybe you would settle for the chance to continue living? Or is death 'what's in' nowadays?"

Verisavia was bluffing, of course, though they didn't know. The birds quickly shut their mouths, or rather, beaks, only to follow up with, "your request, madam?"

"That's more like it. Now, I'd like you to search the perimeter for eight people in particular. If you find them, do make sure to grab their attention by whatever means necessary and lead them back to me. A simple task, is it not?" Verisavia instructed. "Oh! Do not let me forget. Inform your little pals up in the sky of my task and reward. Do make sure they help." Surely enough, the birds flew up to their flock and it didn't take long until all the birds scattered and began to scan the area. Verisavia hoped the others weren't too far away...

One blue orb peeked out from beneath a half closed lid, the other was squeezed shut to try and prevent sunlight from infiltrating its seal. It seems a Goddess could no longer nap in peace especially when her fellow Gods wanted to banish her for siding with the mortals who had begun to grow distant from their deities only for the other Gods to begin to torture them for their disobedience and laziness. Selena did not agree with these methods though which had led to her and several other Gods to being banished to the planet earth. Even her brother, God of the sun, had betrayed her and cast her aside because of differing opinions. The thought of her sibling made the fur on Selena's ears stand up in irritation and finally she peeled her eyes open only to see a bustling marketplace covered in snow.

"Too cold," Selena shivered and shook off bits of snow that were falling onto her unadorned arms. She was not dressed for this type of weather and goosebumps stood along her skin, doing nothing to keep the Goddess warm. She turned in circles in order to find something that could be used to cover herself up and conveniently found a coat that someone had discarded carelessly among the bustling human feet. She dove for the jacket, brushing off stray bits of dirt and snow and bundling herself up, fighting off the chill that was creeping up her spine. A sneeze made its way out of her nose and Selena jumped, hating this change in weather. She wanted to be back home, wrapped in blankets and nibbling on sweets.

Selena sighed and shook her head, no use fretting over what her supposed friends had done to her, it was time to get to business. She looked around the bustling marketplace, getting shoved this way and that by humans. Standing hardly above four feet tall had its disadvantages and it seems that humans either didn't see her or didn't care.

Selena's ears pricked up at the sound of a twitter. She turned in circles, attempting to find the source of the noise only to look up and see a bird. The Goddess blinked, rubbing her eyes and wondering if she was seeing things, but no, the animal was still there, flying and chirping with a sense of urgency. Immediately Selena knew who sent the animal and she scrambled to get out of the hub and to a less crowded part of the market. No one seemed to pay any mind to the girl with cat ears as she stepped on feet and clambered over crates in order to follow the bird back to whomever sent it.

Finally she gave up on trying to navigate the streets and so Selena jumped, grabbing onto the low edge of a roof and pulling herself up. She ran over houses on rooftops, scanning the snowy terrain in search of a familiar face and spotting it hiding on the edge of the market. "Aha!" Selena jumped down and pushed her way through, being a bit more aggressive with the humans and shoving when they pushed back. "Thank goodness I found you!"

Morengar awoke to find himself lying spread-eagled in the snow, in what appeared to be a woodland area. From his vantage point on the floor, he turned his head left and right, trying to look for any of the gods who were banished to the mortal world along with him. Unsurprisingly, he found none. This position he was in did not afford a good view, and the snow proved to be cold and oddly uncomfortable. He got up slowly, looking around again for any signs of familiar faces. Nothing. He hoped that they had at least all been deposited on the same landmass, otherwise reunion would prove to be a most difficult prospect.

The god of the dead looked down at his body and his hands, and to his surprise they were human instead of the usual shadowy figure. He tentatively lifted a hand up to his face and started patting at his head. Although he had not worn this face for such a long, long time, he still remembered what it looked like, but would the others even recognise him like this? Morengar made a thorough search of his robes, managing to find a few objects. A blank tome with quill and ink, an ornamental knife, and his mask, which he felt greatly relieved to see. Replacing the other items within the folds of his robes, Morengar put on his death mask and covered the rest of his head with the hood of his robes, feeling almost whole again. Now all he had to do was look for the others, or at least find a mortal settlement.

Hearing an alarmed tweet, Morengar looked up just in time to see a small bird flying away. Normally he would have dismissed it as unimportant, but the bird was flying towards a walled town. Was Verisavia there? His first few steps towards the town looked jerky and almost unnatural as he got used to having physical legs again, but instinct helped to take care of things soon enough. Once he reached the gates and saw how busy it was inside, he reluctantly took off his mask and hid it away. There was no point in being conspicuous and attracting the wrong kind of attention.

Venturing deeper into the settlement, pushing past and squeezing through the crowds where appropriate, he came across what he dimly remembered was a marketplace. And a busy one, at that. It was difficult to get a clear view above the heads of the crowd, but as soon as he spotted a familiar-looking figure leap down from a rooftop he made a beeline for that location. To his fortune, he found not only the goddess of the moon, Selena, but also Verisavia herself. "Do not be alarmed," he stated. "I am still Morengar."

Chzo’s eyes snapped open as he regained consciousness. The God of Agony found himself lying on the cold, frozen ground of an alley. As he was on the ground, he couldn't help but smile and let out a spiteful chuckle. They had banished him, the fools. He had sided with the humans, rallied against the other gods with his allies and now... this. What was this, exactly? Chzo stood up, attempting to figure out his situation. He was among humans, he knew that much. He could sense their pain, at least those among him. There was a beggar huddled in the alley for warmth, broken and harried from such a hard life, wearing nothing but rags. Chzo walked up to the man, crouching to stare the crumpled figure in the face.

The man was clearly dying, maybe having a few years left. His face was disfigured with age and disease, cataract-ridden eyes widening in horror at the bone-pale man beside him. The poor wretch attempted to back away, but Chzo's hand clamped onto his shoulder and held him fast, staring him in the eyes. The beggar's pain was a beacon, a feast for a god such as himself. His grip tightened, aged bones creaking under his strength as the man's face contorted with pain. Chzo hadn't been able to lose himself in his work for so long, he just needed a little bit of time with this forgotten soul to recover. The god was about to begin his work when he heard the frantic chirping of a bird. Ignoring the sound, Chzo lifted the man against the wall. He was about to continue when he heard the flap of wings and a sharp peck.

Chzo looked up to see the creature circling above and released the man, letting him fall back into the snow while the god kept his eyes on the creature. Was it her? He assumed the others were around, banished for their rebellion just as he had, but didn't think they would be nearby. A smile crossed his lips, mirthless and full of hate. The gods couldn't have been this foolish. They had to have known the rebellion wouldn't end with the banishment. And yet... The bird departed, circling above him once before heading off. Chzo couldn't help but feel impressed that the creature had the arrogance to dive at him. He followed, weaving his way among the people of the town.

In the throng of people clogging the pathways into the marketplace, Chzo forced his way through the crowd. He didn't see any of his comrades among the chaos. Grappling with the rather off-putting thought that he had been led stray by a bird, he nearly missed the robed figure to his left. Morengar. He always liked the Death God, he had a sense of...finality to him. Chzo drew the hood of his white cloak over his head and made his way over to the group, noting the presence of the Nature and Moon goddesses. Chzo's mad smile returned as he faced Morengar. "I thought you lost, friend.", he said, his voice was sharp, but not hostile. "It is good to see we still have allies." He nodded to the goddesses, his smile fading slightly at the lack of the other gods. "Some of them, at least."

Ashton groaned, rolling over onto his stomach before groaning again, louder, and perhaps more obnoxiously than called for. There was a thwack as Aaron smacked Ashton the hand, not up to hear his brother complaining when he wasn't in much better shape. "You had to confront him, didn't you? Next time, we talk, we don't fight. Just because we're immortal doesn't mean we can't break. We can easily break!" Aaron practically shouts at his brother as he lowers his head again, groaning himself now.

"Yeah, well you didn't have to deal with him holding you down and wailing on your face," Ashton snaps back, agitated from the pain and feeling of ichor all over him. His arm was badly broken, the bones shattered, he had a few ribs broken, and his nose certainly didn't look straight from where he could see it. "You're right, I was too busy trying to pull you out from under him," Aaron mumbled as he finally opened his eyes to look around them, sitting up. He was covered in his own and Ahston's ichor and he shivered at the sticky feeling of the golden blood.

"Where are we?" Ashton asked, still not looking past his broken nose as he reached up to it. He braced himself, then snapped his nose sharply to the right. There was a loud pop, then he groaned again. At least it was set, his arm would take longer to fix up and his ribs would take time too, but at least he was still breathing, or rather, alive since he didn't have to breath and all.

"Human world, banished for life. We need to find the others and figure something out before things get bad," Aaron mutters, clearly not pleased with anything. Ashton looks down at himself and Aaron then states, "Things aren't bad yet?" Aaron rolls his eyes and stands to go help his brother up, allowing Ashton to lean on Aaron as they walk out of looked like an empty barn. Around them, hay was strewn and a few animals stood, making odd noises that neither boy liked.

As the two emerged into the daylight, both blinking and Aaron covering his eyes while Ashton's arm hung limp at his side, Ashton asked, "Question is, how do we find them? They could be in a different country or... what's wrong with that bird?" Ashton nodded towards a bird that seemed to have taken a particular interest in them. Aaron shivered in his thin clothing. There was snow and he was missing the nice warmth of the barn. The two wore what would have passed for a merchant's sons.

It was hard to believe they were riding not too long ago when they went back to see the fight, and Ashton stepped in, nearly getting him and Aaron both killed, again. Aaron smiled up at the bird however. "Verisavia, nobody else can talk to animals like she can," Aaron says with a large grin as he allows the bird to land on his finger. The two watch it for a moment before it flies away.

"What are we waiting for, let's go follow the bird," Ashton mutters as he motions towards the bird with his head. Aaron nods and begins to move quickly before Ashton gasps and slows his pace. They'd heal faster than mortals, but it would still take time.

The two followed the bird, ignoring the odd looks they received from some of the people around them as they walked. The two walked through the market place, stumbling over each other practically. As they walked, they couldn't help but wonder if their father was watching them though the other twin didn't know they had the same thoughts. Aaron pulled into a side alley, breathing deeply, Ashton always was the more physical one.

He set Ashton down for a moment, the twin groaning as he felt his ribs shift. Aaron went to the mouth of the alley and looked out, searching for anyone he might know. He was about to give up and go grab Ashton to find a place to stay when he caught sight of a mass of birds over an alley a block or so down. That must have been Verisavia.

"Come on, we're close," Aaron states as he goes to pick Ashton up again, eliciting a groan in the process. Ashton allowed himself to be led through the market though he did allow his head to loll onto Aaron's shoulder. Aaron practically dragged his brother before the alley where he saw friends, and gods he was more acquaintances with than anything else, gathered.

Aaron allowed Ashton to drop onto a nearby pile of hay that didn't look the cleanest, but figured it was better than the dirt eliciting another groan, though this one over exaggerated and followed by a loud and annoyed Oww. "We're here too, though this idiot is in bad shape," Aaron says with a smile motioning to his brother who was trying to flip himself over with one arm. Aaron wasn't concerned for the pain, Ashton had done tons of stupid and painful things. If he hadn't been stupid and allowed himself to loose his temper he wouldn't be messed up so badly. "I'm not stupid, I just like to pick fights that have a chance to make a difference," Ashton says with a smile and slight wave with his good arm.

"No, you picked a fight with our dad, that's why you're an idiot. You've been beaten by him before, don't go back if you're going to complain after," Aason huffs as he runs a hand through his hair, spreading the ichor. "But... you'd complain too if you were broken like this," Ashton says with a roll of his eyes. Aaron just waves a hand, dismissing his brother's claims.

"Is this it? This is what we have left to keep the mortals alive?" Ashton asks, his happiness at being alive lessening as he looked at the small group. Aaron looked concerned too. There was what, six of them? They were doomed if this was all. Aaron ran a hand of his chin to clear it of the ichor, rubbing his hand on his pant leg as he took a seat by his brother, leaning against the building behind him, trying to work out any way that they might all come out of this, alive and well. Aaron and Ashton were happy to see the others, it meant they weren't entirely alone, but it also meant that they were low on any luck, if only the goddess of luck had joined their plea.

The halls of Wisdom, the epicenter of knowledge was brimming with life. Twelve gods surrounding one god who was sitting upon a large sphere. The little god smirked as he watched his ignorant brethren begin to take action against him and his colleagues. Ze knew that the foolish gods would attack him and his comrades at some point but he wasn't expecting it now. No. He should've expected it. IT was his own fault for not. "You all seem confident," he said as he held his hand, a violet glow surrounding his childlike body,"but don't forget who I am." Large rays of violet shot off into the many gods, knocking them back as he prepared barrier to surround him. He had to act quickly, they were caught off by his sudden attack for now but who knew how long it would take them to reorganize themselves. A defense against the many powers that each god would bring is needed and as he crafted his barrier a familiar presence revealed itself. He turned his up to meet the eyes of his king. The God that had taken the role of being their sovereign was obscured by some type of shroud but a sense of danger told Ze that something terrible was about to happen. He looked around himself and black rodes of dark energy were releasing some kind of dark power. "DAMN!" Pitch, black, darkness surrounded the age old god of Magic and Wisdom, his power restrained by the power of the gods that attacked; giving him no hope to escape from its grasp. It was an ancient form of magic that was made to use for punishing gods that went against the natural order. A surge of dark lighting came from the black sphere electrifying him and knocking him unconscious.

Two multicolored eyes fluttered open, as the child-like god Ze searched his surroundings, absorbing in the information of the place from where he awoke. He was sitting against a crate, some kind of decorated wool was inside that was meant to be shipped off or sold. It was also freezing, with small white flakes of snow falling all around him. He tried getting off the ground but an immense surge of power coursed through him, shaking his body violently as he felt his powers leave. "Agrh." 1... 2... 3... He counted slowly in his head. A golden chain brimming with power was wrapped around his small right arm. He could feel the raw magic of the king of gods restraining his power. He knew what the chain was. The golden chain was an item he had proposed of making eons ago, to reign in a few troublesome gods, but the notion was dismissed. "So you banish me and take my power away." Ze said, his voice venomous with hate, "and give me this thing." He rose his chained right handed and shook it at the sky. With those words said Ze tried to get off of the ground and away from the crate. His legs struggled to keep him up, threatening to give way as he finally began gaining control of his body. It was a challenge but he managed to take a single step before falling.

"Crap, they really did a number on me." Ze looked around the area for any assistance but none of the merchants or travelers seemed to pay him any attention. I'll have to find the others if I want walk, but the question is where are they, and more importantly is how do I contact them.... oh speak of the devil A lone bird flew in sky above him searching for something, he could tell. He knew who was controlling it, Verisavia goddess of nature and a ally of his. Bringing two fingers to his lips, a small high-pitch whistle resounded through out the place, but unlike a ordinary whistle this one was embedded with magic. Howl of the earth - a basic earth magic that brought the attention of any animal that it was directed at. The bird landed on his shoulder, chirping away at him, though he didn't understand the language of animals that well he caught the word 'scary woman' and 'death', and knew that it truly was Verisavia bird. "Go and tell Verisavia that my powers are being restrained and that I am unable to move. Go now." The bird flew off his shoulder but not before chirping some thing that he didn't quite understand. "I hope that bird gets to Verisavia before this cold gets to me." Using his hands to bring himself against the crate, Ze hugged his small kid knees and blew hot air to keep warm. Hopefully they can make it to me. Hopefully.
