Image[font=FangSong]Five high school misfits used to be inseparable. They were the trouble makers, the kids your parents warned you about. They talked back to the teachers, ditched school, smoked in class, and were too cool for prom. Life hit them fast and hard after high school and they all end up going their separate ways. One became a washed up rock star, one slept her way to the top, one is fresh out of a three year prison stint, and another is living in the lap of luxury but at what cost. Fate brings them all back together almost nine years later when Chris Parker the fifth member of their group dies tragically. He'd kept in contact with all of them and now, there finally going to take that road trip they talked about in high school in his honor.

Two weeks Prior

Like always Natasya had been partying she'd been missing for three days. The only reason she was currently passed out in her own bed, was because Vincenzo's men had been out looking for her. When they'd found her she'd been completely unconscious in the park on a bench in nothing but a bra and her underwear. There was no telling where she'd been or who she'd been with.

Her different colored eyes were heavy with drowsiness and sleep. She felt horrible and she had a good idea it had to do with the drink she'd taken from that creepy guy. Not that she could even describe him if she tried. The last three days were a blur to her. She stumbled to the bathroom before sinking to her knees and started violently vomiting. Someone came up behind her holding her hair and rubbing her back gently she knew instantly who it was, Vinny.

Her body tensed, he was nice now but it was simply the calm before the storm. He was pissed, she could feel it in the way he gently rubbed her back. She lend back trying to catch her breath and he tossed her a towel. She didn't even want to know what she looked like. He turned the water in their huge bathroom on and she didn't say a word simply striped down quickly and cleaned herself up. She was quick to clean up, before stepping out doing her make-up and slipping into clothes.

Almost the second she stepped out of the bathroom, he grabbed her roughly pulling her close and slapping her across the face so hard that her head whipped to the side and felt blood from her drip from her nose. He opened his mouth to speak only he was cut off by her cell phone ringing. he released her and moved across the room to the mantle and lend against it lighting a cigarette. She answered, pulling her self together quickly, her father on the other line.

"Nate, there's been an accident." he breathed an imminently she expected her mother or sister to be seriously injured or dead. "Do you remember Christopher Parker?" she raked her hazed memory before her eyes widened. Chris, the leader of there high school clique, the Chris she'd cheated on Spencer with, the only guy her fiancé let her talk to . The last time she'd herd for me was six months back he'd been planning to visit her.

Chris had gotten out of LA, cleaned himself up and was practically a saint. "Yeah." was all she could manage. She'd lost touch with everyone from high school, even Raegan who practically been like a sister to her. She wasn't sure she could bare the thought of loosing Chris.

Present Day

She'd spent the past two weeks getting ready to go back home. She hadn't ben out partying which was odd for Nash, Vinny however seemed to like how depressed she'd become. Instead of going out she stayed in and drank till she passed out. Their hotel room was practically a mini house. Yet, Vincenzo still found something to complain about, cussing in in Italian.

She lend up against the huge window that over looked the city. So many memories hit her. When things were so much simpler and they had no intent of ever settling down. Back then, she was sure if she ever married anyone it would be Spencer. She wondered her old friend all the time. She wondered how incredible beautiful Raegan had become, how much more reckless Victor had gotten, and she wondered how if Spencer's career was still booming, she hadn't heard much about his band in quite a while.

"Il mio amore" (My love) Vinny breathed as he came up behind her his lips moving along her bare neck. "It's time to go." he breathed against her skin and Tasha nodded. She wasn't entirely sure she was going to be able to handle this and as if Vinny could read her mind he handed her a flask and she took a huge swing, never even flinching as the liquor burned her throat.

The drive was long and the only thing she could thing of was how it should have been her who had died. She was worthless, a piece of shit. Chris had been going to different centuries to help the less fortunate, he'd started a charity. Nastasya was honestly pissed that it hadn't been her When they arrived the limo driver opened the door and she slid out first, everyone's eyes on her. It was clear that whoever she was marrying had money simply by the way she was dressed. Not to mention the huge heart shaped diamond, engagement ring that rested on her ring finger.

She took a deep breath as Vinny got out and stood next to her wrapping his arm around her waist. The two headed in together. The music alone killed her, because the song playing had been one of his favorites from high school. They walked up and immediately Chris's mother wrapped his arms around her and Nash had to fight back a flood of tears. There were so many people in the large church, it was clear that Chris had touched a lot of lives. her eyes scanned the church there was no sight of the other. She had to admit she was nerves it had been close to six years since she'd seen any of them.

Spencer had invited way too many people to his party. One of which had been his old friend from high school, Chris. His house was trashed, at it was only midnight, not that it was that great to begin with. Spencer was lend over a table snorting cocaine through a hundred dollar bill. While his current love interest, a fan girl of his Laylani kissed along his neck. As he lend back resting his head against the back of the couch her lips traveled along his skin, but he wasn't paying much attention to her.

"Spence can we talk." Chris's voice practically yelled over the music and Spence rolled his eyes shoving Laylani off of him. He stood up as he followed Chris outside. Once they were outside Chris laid into. "Man what the fuck are you doing, your wasting your damn life." he breathed clearly worried for his friend. That was part of the reason him and Chris didn't really et alone anymore, Chris had turned into some kind of saint trying to save everyone around him.

"Fuck off Chris. You don't like the way I live, you don't have to be a part of it." he spat harshly, irritated with his friend. "Just cause you got some bitch knocked up and you decided it was time to grow up doesn't mean I have to alright." he said cruelly.

Chris shook his head. "Damn it Spencer, your like a brother to me. I can't watch you like this, I won't do it anymore." Chris shook his head and started after his car that was a ways down the street, due to the rest of the cars parked along the street.

"Yeah, well have fun being a little bitch." he called after him, scoffing at his friends attempt to save him from himself. Spencer turned to walk back inside when he heard several gun shoots. He froze instantly. His stomach turned and his heart pounded in his chest. "Chris?!" Spencer yelled before walking and glancing down the side walk to see his friend on the ground."Shit Chris!" he yelled frantically.

He sobered up really quickly, he started screaming at the other outside to call 911, before he took off down the street towards his friend. He dropped to his knees immediately, cradling his friends head in his hand. It was clear that his friend wasn't going to make it and angry tears formed into his eyes. Blood was everywhere, red covered Chris and Chris's blood was all over Spencer's hands.

"I'm fucking sorry Chris. What the fuck?" he breathed. He'd grown up with Chris. they'd been neighbors. They'd fucked each other over, but they'd always had each other's backs.

"I love you Spence." Chris coughed up blood clearly in pain. "Take that trip." he breathed and even as he was taking his last breaths he had a smirk on his face. Spencer didn't have to think twice he knew the trip he was talking about and he nodded. Only moments later Chris took is last breath. It had been a drive by and they'd practically had to rip Spencer from Chris's lifeless body.

Present Day

Spencer was emotionally exhausted, the past two weeks had been hell. He'd wound up in the hospital from alcohol poising, from nearly drinking himself to death after Chris's death. He was hopeless, his sister Viktora was practically babysitting him and when she didn't give him liquor he was a raging nightmare. It was for his own good he knew that, but that didn't mean he liked it. It was the day of the funeral and Spence debated even going, the though of seeing Chris in the casket made him physically ill. He honestly wished it was him.

He felt a painful pressure in his ribs, then another before he opened his eyes to see his sister was kicking him awake. "Get up lazy ass. it's two-thirty, you've got an hour before the funeral." she said and he sighed pulling the blanket over his head. After a moment of sulking her sat up and stood from his double staked mattress on the floor. He didn't want to face reality sober, so he managed to shoot up before he got in the shower and cleaned up.

After he showered. He got dressed it wasn't exactly the most appropriate outfit, but he figure Chris would have laughed. He hated himself for what had happened, even if it hadn't have been his fault he felt like it was. Finally he secured his sunglasses on his face and headed to his motorcycle. Laylani climbed onto the back of his bike, not that he really wanted her to come, but he figured she'd be a good distraction.

Once they got there, he went in, sitting in the back and refusing to talk to anyone, it was bad enough he'd have to face is old friends and bring up the trip they'd all talked about when they'd been just kids who wanted to get out on their own. He doubted any of them would be up for it, they all had their own lives. He didn't care though, that had been Chris's dying wish and if he had to do it alone he would.

Two Weeks Earlier

What had become of her life? Raegan sighed heavily as she rose from her desk. Slowly, she took in everything that she'd gotten over the years. She'd started out with nothing..and now look her. The second highest within the company, living in the big city, and never having to worry about anything. What had happened to her life?

A solid knock on the door caused the woman to look up, in its direction. Her assistant slowly opened the door, a note in her arms. "I'm sorry, Ms Insley. Mr. Maddock is here to see you." Raegan nodded and the girl left and allowed their boss to enter. Raegan's eyes fell to his form. He was a handsome man. One that you could so easily fall for. However, he was not one to give up anything that he already had.

Which brought us to the current problem. Raegan loved Grayson and he said that he returned the feelings. He simply would not leave his wife for her though. She just couldn't understand it. The man locked the door behind him, slowly making his way over to Raegan. She watched his movements, her eyes never leaving him. "Ms. Insley...Raegan...you look most lovely today." His words were covered with honey and the woman allowed herself to find happiness in them.

She knew that he likely would never leave her but that didn't change her feelings for him. He'd been her first friend when she'd first come to New York. She remained silent, watching as he moved to her, gently pushing her against the desk. His hand came up, cupping her cheek. Only a moment later, his lips were upon her own. Together, their lips moved as if in a dance.

His hands roamed her body and she allowed it. She could not deny him that which he wanted. Within moments, they were both unclothed and she was shoved onto the desk as he continued his assault. The phone suddenly rang. The couple broke apart slightly, Grayson speaking. "Ignore it." He breathed against her lips. She smiled at him, placing a light kiss upon his lips. "You know that I can't do that." She said.

She reached over to the phone, picking it up and bringing the receiver up to her ear. She spoke to the other person on the phone, a sudden seriousness coming over her face. Slowly, she put the phone back on the hook. Grayson seemed to take note of her sudden change in mood. "What is it?" He asked her softly. Raegan's eyes suddenly moved to the man, tears slowly filling her eyes. "It's one of my closest friends...he's...dead."

Present Day

The moment that she'd found out about Chris, Raegan had made plans to attend his funeral. She could not imagine missing it for anything. It was tearing her in two. She regretted not speaking to him much since she'd moved. Not that she'd spoken to any of her old friends. She'd simply been far too busy. She was a horrible person.

That morning, Raegan had gotten dressed and had done her hair. Only once she felt that she looked presentable did she head out of the hotel and down to the car that Grayson had rented for her. The door was opened for her and she got in.

Only a moment later did they pull out into the street and heading towards the church. It didn't take long before they'd arrived. The door was opened for her and she slowly got out. She then headed up the steps and entered the building. There were many there already as she had been running a bit late. However, she just made it. She made her way over to an empty seat. Slowly, she removed her sunglasses, turning her eyes to the front.

She'd easily spotted her old friends though she sat closest to Spencer. She missed them all terribly and it broke her heart that Chris's death was what had brought them together once again. She was trying her hardest not to cry. She didn't want to ruin her makeup, after all. Chris would have understood. That thought alone nearly caused her to loose it.

Two Weeks Earlier

He would pay. Pay for getting him sent to jail for the past three years. Stupid fucking asshole. Victor stood, receiving his belongings. A plain shirt, pants, shoes, and his phone. That was all. He simply took his things and then headed down the hall. He made a stop at the bathroom and was quick to change before heading outside and into the open. It felt as if it had been forever since he'd been free. It..felt..wonderful.

A darkly colored car was waiting on him and so Victor went to it, getting in. He sat next to his father in the back seat as their driver took over. "You need to relax, Victor. There will be plenty of time for revenge later on. We need to have a serious talk." The older man said.

Victor couldn't say that he liked the way that his father was speaking. "I got a phone call that was for you a day ago. Some boy by the name of Chris passed away. I remember that you used to be close to a Chris." Chris was dead? How could that be? Victor simply couldn't believe it. He remained silent, looking out the window.

If Chris was gone from the world, what hope was there left? They'd been best friends..the only reason that Chris was still in one piece. His father continued to speak, telling him when the funeral was. Yet, he couldn't hear him. He'd gone numb. His father seemed to take notice of this and had gone silent as well.

The drive to their home seemed to take forever. Though, as the care finally game to a stop, Victor was glad. He was quick to get out of the car, heading quickly inside. He didn't bother finding his mother. He would see her later on in the day. He needed to figure out what he was going to do in the following weeks. He knew that he would have to go to the funeral. There was no way that he would miss it.

Present Day

The morning of the funeral, Victor was up quite early. He'd simply not been able to sleep. He'd finally given up and had gotten ready. Once he was happy with his looks, he headed down the stairs and out the door silently. The man had gotten into his car and headed in the direction of the church.

The drive seemed to take forever and Victor didn't rightfully care for it. He just wanted to be there already. At last, he pulled in and parked. Getting out of the car, the young man slowly made his way up the steps and into the church. He walked through the building until he found a seat, taking it. He ignored everything around him, simply focusing upon the casket that was at the front. It was still unbelievable that his friend was laying within it.

A few moments passed and the door opened a final time when Raegan entered the building. He did not bother trying to get her attention. It was clear that she was preoccupied..as was he as he thought about it. He was trying to hold in the tears. He didn't like showing such emotion and especially in front of so many people. The funeral began, a minister speaking and Victor forced himself to tune into the man's words. Victor ran a hand over the side of his face and slowly began playing with his lip ring as the service continued.

Tasha didn't really look around much, as bad as it sounded she'd completely lost all interest the second the preacher started preaching. Chris would have died, at least the Chris she knew if he knew this was how they were honoring him. He'd have wanted them to have a good time instead the room was stuffy and she felt claustrophobic despite how large the church was. It didn't help that she was more sober then she'd been in a few years and she couldn't focus on a single thing.

She got up, quicker then Vinny could stop her and made her way back up the isle. She spotted all three of her friends but didn't try to get their attention. She continued pushing through the doors to the foray. Her eyes searched for the bathroom, her purse clutched at her side. She spotted the bathroom slipping inside quickly grateful it was empty and as if it was her own house she slipped off her thousand dollar leather and let it slide off her arms and onto the floor. She lend over the sink staring at her reflection. She was honestly beautiful when she was all done up and a part of her couldn't help be jealous of Chris.

Hell he was the lucky one, he'd gotten his ticket to the other side. She tried talking herself out of what she was about to do, but it was no use, she was itching for a hit. She glanced around once more to make sure the bathroom really was empty, before she carelessly dumped the continence
of her purse into the sink. She didn't have much one her, but what she did have as a small baggie of coke, it was enough to get her through the rest of this miserable day.

She cute a few thin lines on the counter, with Vinny's credit card, before bending over and snorting three of the lines. She breathed in deeply, standing upright again and letting her head rock back a bit and her eyes close as she let the drug settle in her body. If she'd never been going to Hell before, she was definitely going to Hell now for snorting cocaine in the bathroom of a church.

She started shoving all her shit back in her pursed and turned on the water on to pretend to be doing something, when really she was just wasting time. She didn't want to go back out there. She was bored as hell out there. She leaned down watching the water for a moment before coming back up and her heart nearly jumped out of her chest when she saw him standing behind her. A cocky smirk on the lips that she remembered all too well. He looked the same only his hair was longer and he was covered in tattoos.

"What the fuck Spence?" she spat spinning around to face him and shoving him hard only he grabbed her and pulled her close, like he was going to kiss her only she was quick to move her hand between their lips making a point to flash her shiny, large, and very expensive engagement ring. "Don't even think about it." she breathed.

Spencer was beyond bored, it didn't help that he was high off his ass and still hungover from the night before, his head was pounding and all he wanted was an out. Raegan had sat near him, still a bit in front of him, but still fairly close he nudged Laylani probably a little two had and gestured for her to hand him her purse. She raised a brow and he nudged her roughly again and she rolled her eyes handing it to him. He dug threw it very childishly looing for something to throw at her to get her attention.

He settled on one of Laylani's lip glosses tossing it in the direction of Reagen only he missed hitting someone else. The man turned around irritated and Spencer lipped an apology as he pointed to Laylani and the guy shot the brunette a dirty look before turning back around. Laylani glared at him and he simply shrugged. He was paying absolutely no attention to the funeral, mostly because he still hadn't come to terms with the fact that one of his best friends was dead, more importantly their were very few who were aware that he'd held Chris while he died and thinking about it made him sick.

His eyes fell on Nastasya as she passed him and he smirked raising a brow slipping out into the isle behind her and following her. She looked like a trailer park princess, not that, that was anything new for her it was why they'd gotten along so well in high school. He waited outside the girl's bathroom for a bit fully intent on ambushing her the second she came out only after a long moment of her not coming out of the bathroom he grew impatient and slipped quietly into the bathroom.

He quietly steeped up behind her and she was clearly surprised to him, she spat something before turning and shoving him only he grabbed her and pulled her close, figuring why not hook up with her. He missed her, that much he'd admit and he assumed she missed him. Only she stopped him by using her hand as a wall between their lips, flashing an engagement ring that probably cost just about as much money as he had left from all his albums.

"Don't even think about it. she breathed and he smirked letting her go and leaning against one of the bathroom stalls as she turned back around and pretended to be fixing her make up. "You just going to stand there and watch me Spence?"[/b] she asked and he shrugged.

"This funeral is bull shit." he finally said. "Chris wouldn't have wanted to go out like this, you know it, Raegan knows it, we all know it." he said honestly holding her eyes through the mirror. It fell silent for a moment and he rolled his eyes, she was clearly acting like she didn't know him. "Were you just going to get fucking married without telling any of us?" he spat. "That ass hole out their doesn't deserve you Nash." he said honestly.

He wasn't sure where he was going with his harsh words, he was just trying to get her to crack. He didn't know whether he fiancé deserved her or not, but he was honestly a little bit jealous. He wasn't jealous because he was in love with her, but they had history together and he cared about her, not that he'd admit that. It was just hard seeing all his friends move on and he hadn't been a part of any of their lives because he'd been so wrapped up in his own.

As the preacher spoke, Raegan tried to pay attention to what was being said. It was clear to her that everyone within the room cared about Chris. Cared about him a fucking lot. None more than her. She'd known Chris for a long time. He'd been the one that had showed her that it was okay not to be like everyone else. That she could be special in her own way. Hell, at one point they'd even dated. She'd cared about him so fucking much. She could still recall his enthusiasm at hearing that she'd finally gotten a job in the fashion industry. He'd seemed so excited for her.

And when she'd confided in him what she'd done to move up within the company, he'd simply told her that she deserved so much better than that. That she'd not needed to sleep with Grayson. Chris had been the only one that she'd even bothered to speak to since moving to the big city. Even though, her calls to him had gotten more infrequent as her relationship with Grayson had continued.

Raegan suddenly forced herself to focus once again. She could hear crying as the preacher continued and she didn't care for it. The sounds only caused her to want to disappear that much quicker. She tried to remain sitting in her seat, the blank look plastered upon her face. However, within a few more minutes the woman suddenly rose. She just couldn't take it. She left the large room, coming to stand in the hall.

She'd seen Tasha leave a bit earlier though had not wanted to follow the other woman. Yet, now, she found that she did want to find her friend. Raegan allowed her eyes to look around, trying to figure out where the woman had gone. That was when she'd noticed the bathroom door. She moved then, slowly opening the door and entering the room. Her eyes landed upon Tasha first and then slowly shifted to Spencer.

Raegan felt as if it had been a lifetime since she'd seen the two that were suddenly standing before her. "What are you two doing in here?" She asked suddenly. She'd not expected to find the man in there as well. It surprised her. However, she moved then, pulling the female into a tight hug. She'd missed her best friend greatly. "I can't believe how long it's been since we've all been together. I've missed you guys." She said before pulling away from the woman and then moving to Spencer.

She did the same, pulling him in close to her. "I..just..hate that it's because.." She couldn't even finish the sentence as she held onto Spencer. A moment later, after having calmed herself once again, she moved away from the man.

Victor wasn't paying much attention to the stiff old man that was currently speaking. This was all dreadfully boring in his opinion. He wasn't quite sure that Chris's death had really hit him yet. Yes..his father had told him the moment he'd picked him up from the prison but he'd had little time to process it fully. However, it was slowly beginning to hit him. He could feel it. Though, he refused to cry. It just simply wasn't in his nature.

He was aware of Raegan suddenly leaving and he couldn't help but wonder why. He remained sitting for some time longer, trying quite hard to listen to what the preacher was saying. He could hear cryings, sobbing around him. Chris had touched many lives while he'd lived. That much was clear. None more than his though. Victor truly didn't know what he would of done without the now deceased man.

He'd been the only thing keeping him sane. Any time that Victor had a idea, Chris had been there to talk him out of it...most of the time. And now..he was gone. He sighed heavily, feeling the watery tears threatening to fall. He was quick to wipe at his eyes and then rose. He couldn't handle this any longer. That much was clear to him.

Victor headed out in the same direction that Raegan had gone. They'd been close once. The girl had been quiet, he recalled, upon first meeting her though she'd quickly warmed up to him. The others in the group...he'd adored them. They'd all been his closest friends. It struck him as odd, now thinking about it, that he'd not spoken to any of them in such a long time.

He entered the hall, seeing no one. Victor furrowed his brow, looking about and listening. Not a moment later he could hear Raegan's voice. He knocked on the bathroom door and then entered, finding his friends all in there. The moment he entered, Raegan's eyes turned to him. She offered him a sad smile. "Victor.." She said softly.

The man nodded to her and then the others that were in the bathroom. "Hey guys. Long time no see." He said, moving closer to the small group. He waited a moment before continuing. "So..what is everyone doing in here? Seems an odd place to get together." His voice was deep and smooth as he spoke, his gaze soon landing on Tasha, as if waiting for an answer from her.

"Don't." Tasha spat. "Don't pretend you know me after all this time Spence, you don't know a God damn thing." she said, but her words weren't meant to be cruel, she just didn't want him assuming he still knew her. She was about to walk away when the door opened again, reveling Raegan.

"What are you two doing in here?" Tasha didn't bother answering and neither did Spencer, Raegan pulled Nash into a hug and she cautiously hugged her back she wasn't used to being touched like that any more. "I can't believe how long it's been since we've all been together. I've missed you guys." Sshe said before turning and Hugging Spencer then and he hugged her back. "I..just..hate that it's because.."

"Don't." Spencer said, almost ordered not wanting her to finish the sentence, because he still didn't want to believe Chris was dead despite he'd been the one to hold him while he died, not that he'd tell any of them that.

The door opened again this time it was Victor. He looked incredible, Natasya couldn't recall him being that gorgeous in high school, then again she'd been so hung up on Spencer, she'd probably never really paid much attention.

"Hey guys. Long time no see." he breathed stepping in towards the rest of them and she felt like a nervous little girl around him and she couldn't understand why, he was Victor Quinn for God Sakes and still she felt like she didn't know him. "So..what is everyone doing in here? Seems an odd place to get together." his vice was deep and smooth like velvet and it honestly didn't even sound like it should be coming from him.

She glanced around to everyone as it fell quite. "Yeah well...out there isn't exactly rainbows and unicorns either." she spat sarcastically always having a bit of a different sense of humor. It fell silent for a short moment again before the blond spoke. "Chris would have loved this. You guys all know that black parade out there, it's not what he would have wanted." she breathed honestly.

Spencer rolled his eyes at Nate's words, she was still Nate whether she tried to hide it or not. They were interrupted by Raegan and he couldn't help but let his eyes run over her. She wasn't that quite girl anymore, she was a beautiful women, he probably would have never recognized her if he'd passed her on the street. Instantly as Raegan hugged him he felt like he was seventeen again. He missed them a lot more then he was willing to admit. He hated that life had gotten in the way to the point that maybe he really didn't know Tasha anymore and it was very clear he didn't know Raegan anymore.

Raegan tried to say why she hated that Christopher's death was the reason they were all gathered but he cut her off before she continued and he didn't mean for his words to come out so harsh, but they had and he couldn't help it, he didn't want to think about it. Spencer hesitated wanting to bring up the road trip, but debating it. He doubted that either of them would be interested. He wasn't talking about a week long road trip, the road trip they'd all planned was supposed to take up the entire summer.

He was about to speak when Victor was the next in the room. "Hey guys. Long time no see. So..what is everyone doing in here? Seems an odd place to get together." Victor asked and Spencer just smirked. He could easily remember a hundred times him, Victor, and Chris had raised hell and he missed those days. The three of them had originally meant to start a band, but other priorities took over. It fell quite and he hesitated about the road trip again turning his gaze to Nastasya as she spoke.

"Yeah well...out there isn't exactly rainbows and unicorns either."she spat sarcastically and he raised a brow. "Chris would have loved this. You guys all know that black parade out there, it's not what he would have wanted." she breathed honestly and Spencer smirked wickedly.

"I'll tell you what Chris did want." Spencer said as simply as if they were putting in an order for fast food. "I was there when Chris was shot, I held him while he died." He said his eyes flicking between all three of his old friends. "He told me to take that road trip...he meant all of us." he sighed running his ringers through his dark hair. "We owe him that much don't you think?"

"Bull shit." Tasha said without a pause, like she was calling him a liar and that pissed Spencer the fuck off his jaw and fists clenched. "I have a life that I can't exactly just up an walk away from for a dream we had when we were kids.."

Raegan was silent as Victor had spoken. Tasha was soon speaking and still the woman remained silent. "Yeah well...out there isn't exactly rainbows and unicorns either. Chris would have loved this. You guys all know that black parade out there, it's not what he would have wanted." The other woman's words rung true, even through the grief that they were all feeling. Raegan glanced over to Spencer, noting his smirk.

She couldn't help but wonder why such a look was on his face. "I'll tell you what Chris did want. I was there when Chris was shot, I held him while he died. He told me to take that road trip...he meant all of us. We owe him that much don't you think?" He said and only a short moment later Tasha was speaking. "Bull shit. I have a life that I can't exactly just up an walk away from for a dream we had when we were kids.."

Raegan looked between the two before speaking up as well. "Spence, Tasha is right. It's not as simple as it used to be." She paused, her eyes falling to the dark haired man. She could easily see that he wanted to follow through with Chris's last wish. She sighed before continuing. "I can probably talk my boss into letting me off.." She said, giving in. She hated thinking that she was letting Chris down..but even more so..letting Spencer down. It was something that she didn't quite understand. They'd never been very close, not like she'd been with Chris.

She knew that Grayson would not want to let her go..he would try to guilt trip her. However, he would give in to her wishes though she would pay for it later. It was worth it. She offered Spencer as best of a smile as she could before she spoke again. "I'll need to know how long we'll be gone." She turned her eyes to Victor and then Tasha. "I know that none of us are close like we used to be, but..honoring Chris in such a way would be amazing."

The woman hoped that the other two decided to join them. It would be wonderful to get to know her friends again. She'd not realized how much that she missed them until she'd gotten into the same room as them. She wondered, though, if any of them felt the same way. Victor suddenly moved slightly, as if he was ready to leave. Though, he remained. Raegan glanced his way, watching him as he spoke.

Victor had remained silent as Tasha had spoken. Only a moment later, Spencer was speaking.

Victor glanced over to Raegan as she spoke up. "Spence, Tasha is right. It's not as simple as it used to be.....I can probably talk my boss into letting me off..I'll need to know how long we'll be gone. I know that none of us are close like we used to be, but..honoring Chris in such a way would be amazing."
Victor wanted to go. He really did. He wanted nothing more than to spend time with the people that had meant so much to him so long ago.

Suddenly, Victor moved a bit, glancing to the door. A moment later, he turned back to the others. "You know..I'm down. There's no reason that we shouldn't do it. Besides..it's all too easy for me to get out of work. Dad won't mind too badly. So, Tasha, that leaves you. You coming or not?" He turned his gaze to the woman, eyeing her carefully. He hadn't allowed himself much time to think over how much they'd all truly changed. Even Tasha. He'd always liked the woman though she'd always been too wrapped up with Spencer to pay attention to any to him when it came to such things. Seeing her now only caused those old feelings to try to resurface.

Victor was quick to push such things down. He saw no point in allowing them to continue. He'd seen the man that she was with. He had no intent upon trying to get between them. He might be part of the mafia, but he had standards. "Come on Tasha. You know you want to. It'll be fun..and we could all use it."
