Name: Louis
Subject Number: 4666
Nickname: Wrath
Age: 8
Side: Fate
Human Appearance: Long black hair, somewhat shaggy and large blue eyes. Wrath is always in cloths too big for him, as if he dresses himself from something someone older wears, or that someone doesn't care enough to get him the right clothes and thinks he'll "grow into them." Bare feet
Super-human Appearance: same as the above
Personality: Hell hath no fury than an upset child.
Louis is a very innocent child on the whole, but very young still. He can be very loving and sweet, but to meet him in a battle is asking for trouble. Think of a child's imagination, the things you watch them do with small cars, and then imagine that for real.
Being somewhat starved for affection, Louis latches onto one person and will follow them through hell and beyond, because all he knows is that, while they are at his side, he is not alone.
Right now, that attachment is for Dr Stephanie Joyce, who works closely with Louis.
Powers: Able to bind himself to anything and change its matter. He cannot change shape without contact with the thing he wishes to use.
Abilities: It's hard to explain Wrath's powers, let alone give them a name. Dr Joyce simply calls them by a number.
e.g 1 - Wrath can bind himself to anything, e.g a car, and become part of it. This is good for hiding but it is also good for attack.
2 - He can change an objects shape without biding with it. He cannot make a flame-thrower out of a teddy bear, but if he has the right pieces he could.
The last one isn't so much an ability as what he is. Innocence. Wrath, when not screaming and fighting, looks completely harmless. It is easy to forget what he is capable of, even if you only saw it moments before.
Weapon: Wrath has no weapons. He is the weapon.
Weaknesses: Louis's weakness is that he is still very young. That doesn't mean that he is able to be fooled by a well placed toy, but someone he cared for, even loved, can talk him down. Also, if he gets too emotional, he can loose control of his powers. Once he has had a "tantrum," and used all his energy, Louis reverts back to his more human side. Depending on how much energy he has used, he could simply faint or fall asleep or just become a calm child again. If he's left to rampage, he can go on and on, but when he finally calms, he can crash
Background: Louis was brought to Fate when he was very young, only a baby and knows only Fate as a life. He doesn't understand when the others talk of being trapped. He's fed and the tests he doesn't understand, but he assumes that, like all children, doctors are there to make him better. It's also so normal for him that he doesn't even protest.
The tests have made Louis what he is, though he only taps into his powers when he becomes emotional. Louis believes that he was born with these powers, not that the doctors have put them in it.
At first, the doctors were pleased with their results, but now Dr Joyce is worried and, though she won't admit it, getting upset. Louis is dying. He doesn't know this, of course, but the doctors do. They've put it down that each time he taps into his powers, he eats into his own life. It doesn't age him, but it's like adrenalin. He keeps tapping into the source and one day he's going to have to pay.
