Description of Appearance: Lil is a small woman and stands at only about 5'2. She had natural dark brown hair with undertones of various blondes and turquoise eyes. Her hair is naturally wavy, but she usually either straightens or curls it and she always has numerous feathers and beads in her hair. As expected, she has quite a few tattoos, though not as many as a normal tattoo artist would. Instead, she typically has the rest of her body covered in various henna tattoos that she designs. Lil has three ear piercings in each ear and a belly button piercing as well. She spends hours each day carefully picking out every article of clothing, every accessory, and doing her hair and makeup.
Personality: While Lil may not be the nicest person on Earth, she isn't a mean and horrible person. She loved to be sarcastic and joke around with everyone including people who she does not know.
Likes: Color, tattoos, henna, other forms of art, music, ukulele, spicy food, beauty (clothing, makeup, hair, etc.), warm weather
Dislikes: Gray, sour food, people seeing her when she's not ready, silence, cold weather

History: When Lil was little, she lived in a small city in Hawaii with her father and her twin sister, Rose. The two of them had been dropped at their father's doorstep as babies, so they knew close to nothing of their mother. Rose was essentially Lil's best friend for her entire life. In school, the two of them where always the popular ones since everyone loved ‘the twins’. While Lil was the one that taught Rose all about fashion and beauty and showed Rose how beautiful she really was, Rose was actually the one that went on to be a beautician. Lil used to always paint her body in different, intricate designs. Rose recognized this and how beautiful Lil’s designs were, so on their 18th birthday, Rose took both of them to get matching tattoos of hibiscus flowers to remember both each other and their Hawaiian heritage if they were ever apart. When they both got a bit older, Rose and Lil kissed their father and the year-round warmth of Hawaii goodbye and set out for Chroma City where they could live out their dream of being artists. This is where Lil decided that henna was better suited for her because henna can be done differently every few months while tattooing is permanent. She still does tattooing on customers, but they mostly come for her intricate henna designs. Rose still lives close to Lil and they see each other often.
Powers: Has the power to control a person's emotions and general body functions through her work and her work does not have to be in detail. For example, if she did a broken line on your arm, your arm would snap. If she is tattooing, this arm will stay broken and lose all functionality until the tattoo is removed. However, since she does mostly henna tattoos, her work is only temporary.
