It is in curls and sometimes, Maxi would spike his hair up. He is very fashionable and mostly wears something formal yet casual at the same time. He has a considerable amount of tattoos and diamond studs on both of his ears.

Personality: Maxi is flirtatious and suave. He is debonair and polite towards adults and women. He is sometimes sarcastic but he is compassionate towards others

Maximilliano was walking down the colorless streets of Chroma City, there was no murals/graffiti, just brick walls devoid of color. Seeing the horrific sight of no color made Maxi feel lifeless since he liked to sketch a lot in his sketchpad when he was little. The government allowed sketches since "grey" was deemed to be a dull color just like "Black" and "White". In his childhood, Maxi sketches started from simple doodle to ultra-realistic sketches because he kept teaching himself on how to draw perfectly from the basics of body proportion to intricate details of the human hair and clothing. Anyway, he sat on a bench since all of this reminiscing put a mental strain on himself.

Noticing a girl wearing a sweatshirt next to him. Maxi just quickly took a glance at the slightly colorful tattoo that she has and then turned away quickly. Maxi got out a simple black and grey book and read to himself. However, the girl with the sweatshirt intrigued Maxi, he decided to cut his reading time short and decided to talk to the girl and said to her. "Hey, you relaxing here? or waiting for someone?" Maxi said to girl. He was wondering if she was waiting or relaxing here for a bit. Awaiting for the girl's response, his blue eyes glistened colorlessly under the monochrome influence of the former colorful and vibrant settings.

Lil was slightly surprised at the voice and quickly sat up, looking into the man's bright blue eyes with her own turquoise ones. His eyes were a welcome relief from the dull, monochrome city and they made Lil happy for some reason. Lil gave a small laugh and then noticed her sweatshirt had fallen and quickly pulled it back up to cover the beautiful colors she had painted over her body. However, she kept smiling at the man as if no one had seen the color. She gave him a slight smile with a hint of mischief and said sarcastically, "Who's askin'?"

Maxi didn't respond to Lily's sarcastic remark but he gave a slight smile to let Lily know that it was a little funny for a girl to be sarcastic towards him. Maxi then said to Lily "So, how are you?" in a wondering and questioning tone. There wasn't anything to do but to sit on a colorless bench which implies the message of a slight lifelessness. Maxi didn't want to show her his powers, in his opinion, he felt that he didn't trust her to show it right it away. He rather would show in powers in trapped/dangerous situations but for now, he would just act as a starved artist to Lily.

Lil looked over at the man and smiled. She couldn't explain it, but somehow, she could tell that this man was an artist. He just had that feel to him. "Same old, same old. Ya know how boring it is in this junk of a place," Lil replied and then sighed heavily, but smiled and just sat there, looking at him for a moment before holding out a hand with a soft smile. "The name's Lily, or Lil, whichever ya prefer."

"I know right, I'm just sick and tired of the government taking away all of our basic rights in general." Maxi added in an insightful way. Maxi's eyes were locked Lily's lucid turquoise eyes. Her iris and pupils were deep like the coastal beaches of Aruba or Ibiza. Anyway, Maxi questioned to Lily "So, by the looks of it, you must be an artist, are you?"

Lil smiled up at the man, Maxi. His bright blue eyes were locked onto hers and she couldn't seem to look away. She chuckled at how truthful his statements about rights were and then nodded as he questioned her about being an artist. "Ya must be one yourself." Lil just stared at Maxi for a moment before realizing that it might have been slightly awkward for him. Realizing this, she shook her head and smiled with a slight hint of embarrassment. "I-I don't know. Y-ya just seem like ya would be." Lil laughed again and looked back up at him, staring back into his sky-like eyes.

"Well, I'm more of a starved artist, if you will" Maxi said as he smiled at Lily. Maxi couldn't help but stare into Lily's beautiful eyes. It was turquoise in color and yet he couldn't take his eyes off them. Since he didn't want to look like a creeper, Maxi said to Lil "Sorry, I couldn't help but notice your eyes, they look really pretty like Van Gogh's painting, Starry Night." and then he slightly blushed after saying the flirtatious statement.

Lil smiled and nearly blushed at Maxi's statement. It wasn't that she had never been complimented by a man, it was just that the only compliments she ever heard were much less... gentlemanly. Lil chuckled and bit, flashing him a bright smile. "I've never heard someone say something like that to me." Lil paused for a moment and looked down at her hands before looking up at him with a soft smile. "Thank you." Her eyes twinkled at the kindness of his statement and she replied, "Yours are beautiful too. It ain't every day you see brilliant colors like the ones in your eyes anymore."

She thought for a moment and then looked back up at him with an thoughtful expression. "I know what you're talkin' 'bout." Lil could see how much Maxi obviously hated the government and thought that it was a welcome relief to see someone that felt the exact same way as her.
