After what felt like an eternity of waiting, Alex kinda gave up and opted for the less desirable option: ask someone. Once again the small collective of students seemed to double in size as he approached, and so the simple task of speaking became insurmountable. In a short span of time filled with a lot of half finished sentences, stutters, and stalls, Alex succeeded only in getting lost following the migrating herd. The new plan of action was simply to continue to follow the flow and hope he found something helpful.

The plan wasn't going well, with a seemingly endless span of hallways at every turn, all becoming cluttered with swarms of gossipy teens, none of which oddly even batted an eye at Alex. Oh, and then there was the big freaking wolf going down the halls. That was weird, to say the least. No, actually the weird thing was that no one seemed to mind. That has to be a student, right? It has to be.... It's a student, right? No one is screaming or calling animal cotrol, so it's gotta be some kinda shape shifter..... But what if it's not? How would anyone know? What if that's a wild wolf, and everyone thinks it's a student. Is this normal? What the heck is normal? How is anyone suppose to know? ......And where the heck am I now?

Somehow finding himself in the cafeteria, Alex tried piecing together the pieces of how exactly he wound up here. In the midst of his bewilderment, his right foot hooked on his left heel. In other words, he tripped over his own two feet. Face-first into the ground (again), the corner of his sunglasses chipped on impact. Above him he could hear a couple of witness snickering, which made everything that much worse. Graceful intro, check.... Sighing deeply at the embarrassment, he slowly began to push himself up. This was all just looking more and more like a bad idea, and Alex was beginning to regret walking through the entrance gates.

Mercifully, Sara -did- seem mostly unaware of the cause of his discomfort, even if she does suddenly grimace down at her mug.

"Either the Joe's gone off or the milk has..." And she promptly dumps out the rest of the cup into the sink.

"Yeah. Kind of a big transition from being homeschooled, but my aunt, Cyclops, and J- er, Jeremy... they told me I'd be much better of here."

Sara -did- hear the catch in his voice. But it was unavoidable. Grey had been a huge part of the Institute, and her loss was going to be felt in pretty much everything for a long, long while. Flashing an understanding smile, she shrugs and nods.

"They're probably right. This is a good place to get a grip. Especially if you've got some super-whamadyne ability that drives you freakin batty."

She probably didn't know the half of it, looking at the occasional pained grimace that strutted across Evan's face, but she doesn't pry if he doesn't bring it up, just watching him with that slightly off-putting stare.

"For a school, s'not too shabby. Been here for years and - "

That's when someone faceplants just outside the kitchen in the cafeteria proper. The noise of impact makes even Laughlin wince, and the accompanying sneers and jeers earn a hardening of her face and shoulders. Stepping through the threshold, she unleashes that silent ire on the gigglers, who presumably duck their heads and move quickly about their business. The unforeseen advantages of being an -adult- in a building full of teenagers. She wasn't a teacher, but she did not look like someone easily pushed.

Alex's complete Invisible Man wardrobe is unique, to say the least, especially in summer. An old hand, Sara can either guess he wore it out of embarrassment or necessity for whatever power he had - like Rogue and her gloves. Without knowing what might set off the clearly nervous kid, Laughlin doesn't touch him to help him up. But that doesn't mean she cant be friendly, if only to keep her from chasing down the hecklers and tormenting them.

"You alright?"

Jessie Liles and Bobby

As Jessie was walking besides Bobby, she looked back up at him and sighed. Bobby looked back at Jessie and smiled, Bobby looked at Kitty and smiled at her. Bobby took the two girls down a long hallway and took a right, he opened a big, brown oak wood door, and said, '' Jessie, you go in. Me and Kitty will wait here.'' Jessie looked at them and walked in. Jessie walked in to see a bald, white man sitting in a wheelchair behind a desk. Jessie swallowed hard and said, '' My name is Jessie Liles, and I'm having a hard time shifting back into my human form. Can you help, Professor?'' Professor X looked up and said, '' Ah, Jessie. I've been expecting you. Not in this form, but I guess this will do.'' He took a deep breath and moved over to Jessie, she took a deep breath and stood perfectly still.

Professor X examined her and said, '' Jessie, all you need to do is concentrate hard enough on what you want to do. He looked down at her and placed his right hand on her head, Jessie took a deep breath and began to concentrate. Jessie stayed still and didn't say a thing for two minutes. Finally after two more minutes of pure silence, she opened her eyes and looked around. Jessie looked at the Professor and saw that she was a little taller than him, she looked at her hands and smiled when she saw flesh and fingers instead of fur and paws. Jessie quickly looked at him again and said, '' Thank you very much Professor X.'' Charles looked at her and gave her a kind smile, he motioned her to sit down, then he looked back at her and said, '' Now, we must discuss a few things.'' Jessie swallowed hard and listened to him as he began to go over the rules of the mansion, when and how she would use her powers, and how and when she couldn't use her powers. And lastly, that girls and boys were permitted access into each others rooms, but an hour before curfew, they would have to go back to their own rooms for the night. Professor X looked at Jessie and said, '' Jessie, do you understand these rules and know that none of them can be broken or ignored?'' Jessie looked at Charles and said, '' Yes professor. I will follow all of them. Thank you very much for your time.'' She gave him a kind smile and walked out of the room. Jessie looked at Kitty and Bobby and said, '' Thanks Bobby. So, what do you guys want to do now?

It was such an experience for all of the students, the influx of new students and the fresh wave of eagerness and excitement for a new school year and new possibilities. It was a happy atmosphere...well, as happy as you could get in a school built for mutants. People were eyeing one another skeptically, some even had the courage or maybe heart to smile at others. However, it meant nothing to Rogue as she stormed down the stairs, dark hair billowing behind her like a curtain of the darkest chocolate. Her eyes were determined and if some of the students didn't already know her, some of the males would want to approach her. The off-the shoulder top she wore exposed a creamy, sloping shoulder and the very evident fire in her eyes blazed with an intensity that either made your blood boil or had you cowering in fear. The smarter people cowered in fear.

Just as Rogue was about to turn another corner, a large hand - that must have belonged to a smart owner - grabbed hold of her black sleeve-covered arm and pulled her back. Her whipped around, the instinct the bring her other fist to a face halted only by the familiar hazel eyes of her mentor and father-figure.

"Ya look like you're lookin' for trouble, kid," he said lightly, raising an eyebrow at her clenched hand. Rogue relaxed her hand in response, but the hardness in her eyes did not waver.

"Just lookin' fer Mr. Summers, sugah," she replied sweetly and tried walking away, but Logan tightened his grip on her arm slightly. She tossed him a glare over her shoulders before facing him, trying to calm herself. After touching Pyro two months ago, she could still feel his mutation buzzing just beneath her skin, the warmth obviously getting to Logan because he gave her a look. She had held on to John a little too long.

"Like I said, lookin' for trouble." Rogue rolled her eyes, eyeing the older man pensively. "Darlin', aren't you supposed to be greetin' people? Ya know, being welcomin'?" She smiled tightly.

"Yeah, cuz everyone wants to shake hands with the girl whose skin could kill them," she sneered. "Logan, I'm not starting nothin', but Mr. Summers has been avoidin' me for about a week now. And danger room sessions start -

"Calm down, kid." Rogue hadn't even realized it, but her skin had heated up even more and it was affecting the adamantium in Logan's skeleton. She shot him an apologetic look. Logan sighed. "Scooter's been dealin' with a lot. Let him alone."

"But -

"Rogue, perhaps it is better you come speak to me," she heard the Professor speak in her head and sighed in defeat, any of her protests dying on her tongue.

"I gotta go, Logan." Logan gave her some type of advice, which only proved that he was losing the gruffness of the Wolverine and was adapting to the institute a little too well. That only meant that he would want to leave sooner or later. She frowned at the thought, but smiled when she bid him adieu. Rogue hurried down the hall and painted a smile on her face when she saw Bobby, Kitty, and some new girl. "Hey, y'all. Have either of you seen Mr. Summers?" Of course, she knew that she was about to talk to the Professor, but there was no harm in asking. She glanced at the new girl, giving her a small smile that hopefully reached her eyes. "And hello, sugah. I'm Rogue." She didn't, however, extend her hand towards the girl. Her hands were bare, the gloves forgotten as she had just gotten out the shower almost thirty minutes ago. Besides, she didn't want the poor, unfamiliar girl's first experience here to be the one who experienced the Rogue.

Clara looked at the academy as it loomed over her and her brother as they stood in front of it, gazing up. She slung her bag over her shoulder and stepped into the building. Her hand was holding a scrap of paper with her room number scribbled in it. This was a very exciting thing for the both of them. Having to live with powers, hiding them from everyone was hard. Nathan was the only one she could trust and relate to, and now there were more people like them. To be honest, she was also really nervous, and she could tell Nathan noticed. The both found a staircase, and alighted the steps one by one, and ended up in a long hallway. Turning to her brother, she shrugged a little. "I guess I'll go find my room, we can meet up later?" She flashed him a reassuring smile before taking off down the hallway.

"LB75, LB75..." she mumbled as her eyes darted to each room number. Clara finally found her room and opened the door, walking in. There were two beds in there, and one already seemed to be occupied, though she wasn't here. Dropping her bag down on the other bed, she left the room to explore the academy. Trailing back downstairs, she mentally noted that she should find her brother in a couple minutes. She found it odd that she hadn't seen anyone around yet.

Image

Nathan paid the cab fair as his sister got out, staring up at the academy. He turned as the cab left, standing next to Clara. "Wow, it's so... big." Big seemed like a pathetic word to describe the beautiful building. His sister nodded in agreement as they both stepped inside. He clutched a small paper identical to Clara, save for the room number written on it. After they went upstairs, he looked at his sister closely. She looked anxious, and he was feeling the same. They climbed up a staircase, his hand sliding along the smooth wooden banister. At the top, they reached a hallway. "I guess I'll go find my room, we can meet up later?" As she smiled at him, he slowly nodded and smiled back. "Alright, I'll see you later... Be careful!" he called out after her.

He found his room rather quickly, it was two doors down from where he was standing. SF04. He put his bag down on his bed, glancing at the other one, seeing it was occupied. He wondered who his roomate was for a brief moment. He sat down on this bed, looking for a moment of peace before he got up again and went downstairs. He didn't see his sister around, so he decided to explore the academy. It was quite confusing with all the hallways and doors and rooms. He found his way to a large room with walls lined with books. There were some cozy leather chairs and tables lying around. He went to a far shelf, running his hands over the countless volumes.

James laughed at Alex's comment, "Nah im no X-Man, I can barely keep my powers going for more than a few minutes." He felt kind of embarrassed at that fact, James didn't like not having control of his powers, especially since most of the people here were using them so easily. James was always trying to practice his powers but sometimes wished they would just disappear, life would be so much easier, just being normal. When he used his powers uncontrollably he felt like a monster, that would stop at nothing to do harm.

James looked at Alex, she seemed like she was easy to get on with, so James felt like he could trust her and anyway she was a mutant like him so why not. She seemed as lost as he was in this place, she mentioned about some place to get registered, James hadn't been registered in either, he took it that he was already, seeing as the professor brought him here himself. "I've got no idea where that is. Maybe if we went into the mansion we could ask someone. James hopped of the ledge and grabbed her wrist playfully, "Come on lets go." he said excitedly and jokingly pulled her along to the front door of the mansion.

Jessie Liles

Jessie smiled as she looked at Bobby and Kitty, she was chatting with them for a while as they were in the hall. Jessie looked around and smiled as she looked at all the new students arriving, some were her age, others were older or younger. She smiled at a little nine year old girl that walked by her and walked through the wall, Jessie blinked and smiled as she figured anyone could use their powers freely, yet responsabley. Jessie sighed and looked back at Bobby and Kitty. She was about to say something when she heard someone say, '' Hey, y'all. Have either of you seen Mr. Summers?" Of course, she knew that she was about to talk to the Professor, but there was no harm in asking. She glanced at the new girl, giving her a small smile that hopefully reached her eyes. Jessie looked at Rogue and said, '' It's such a pleasure to meet you miss Rogue. I've heard lots about you, you're amazing. And the name's Jessie Liles, by the way.'' Jessie looked at Rogue and gave her a friendly and sweet smile. Jessie looked at Bobby and saw that he gave Rogue a look that seemed a little odd for them being only friends. Jessie only shrugged and brushed it off.

Bobby Drake

Bobby looked at Rogue as he heard her say, '' Hey, y'all. Have either of you seen Mr. Summers?'' Bobby looked at her and gave her a sweet smile, he then said, '' Morning Rogue. And no, I haven't see Scot all day.'' He looked over at Jessie and Kitty and smiled. He looked back at Rogue when he heard her say, '' And hello, sugah. I'm Rogue.'' He looked at Jessie and her, he smiled as he heard her talk with Rogue.

"Nah im no X-Man, I can barely keep my powers going for more than a few minutes." James said with a light laugh.

"I've got no idea where that is. Maybe if we went into the mansion we could ask someone.” Alex shrugged.

“That is probably a good idea.” She chuckled, smiling, and kept rocking back and forth on her heels.

"Come on lets go." He said as he grabbed her wrist softly. Alex looked down at her wrist, and the tops of her cheeks turned a deep shade of red. She let out a little squeak as James began pulling her behind her as he ran to the entrance of the building. The redness in her face spread to consume the entirety of her cheeks.

“Discúlpeme!” Alex shouted instinctively as they shoved their way past people, her cheeks still a light shade of pink. She ran along with James, trying not the look too embarrassed.

Everything was fine for about two minutes of running. That was until Alex tripped over her untied shoelace. With a small yelp, Alex lurched forward, crashing into James’s back. Her arms wrapped around his shoulders. She was frozen in embarrassment, blushing deeply again.

''Morning Rogue. And no, I haven't see Scot all day." Bobby's response was the first that registered in Rogue's mind and she smiled at him gently. She almost forgot that she was supposed to care that nobody had seen Scott.

Despite the fact that many would question the nature of the relationship and the fact that some of that was probably being fed to Kitty, Rogue could only feel a swell of happiness and pride in having Bobby as a friend. When Scott questioned her leadership abilities, it was Bobby that came to her defense. When Logan left her all alone in this mansion and she didn't know a soul, Bobby greeted her first. She would always be grateful for the shoulder to cry on that he offered. She noticed, from the corner of her eye, the new girl staring at them quizzically and her attention returned to the girl as she spoke.

'' It's such a pleasure to meet you miss Rogue. I've heard lots about you, you're amazing. And the name's Jessie Liles, by the way.' Rogue found herself chuckling as Jessie spoke. There was this wide-eyed eagerness and complete honesty in the girl's body language and voice that was...refreshing. The smile on her face, not like the one she greeted them with before, was wide and genuine.

"Amazin', huh sugah? That's a first," she replied with a grin. "I'ma keep that in mind when I'm the one in charge of danger room sessions, alright?" Rogue eyed the door behind them for a second before sighing. Might as well get this over with. "Look, I gotta talk to Professor Xavier. I'll see y'all soon." Just as she reached the door, she glanced back at Bobby and Kitty. "And try to show her a little fun, why don't y'all? At least show her a decent game of pool before I beat ya at it again, ya hear?" With one more smile, Rogue entered the office and closed the doors behind her. Charles Xavier turned his wheelchair around to meet her, a pensive expression on her face. She smiled shyly. "Hi, Professor."

Jessie Liles

Jessie smiled at Rogue as she and Bobby talked. She brought her attention back to Rouge when she heard her say, "Amazin', huh sugah? That's a first, I'ma keep that in mind when I'm the one in charge of danger room sessions, alright?" Jessie saw Rogue look at the room they just came from. Jessie smiled at Rogie again and said, '' Yep. You're an X-Men, that means you have talent and all that greatness!'' Jessie said that with a little blush as she felt a little enbaressed by saying that. Jessie saw Rogue look back at them and say " Look, I gotta talk to Professor Xavier. I'll see y'all soon." Jessie nodded and said, '' It was apleasure to meet you, Rogue. See you later, maybe.'' Jessie saw her walk to the door and stop right at the door's entrance.

Jessie and the others hear her say, "And try to show her a little fun, why don't y'all? At least show her a decent game of pool before I beat ya at it again, ya hear?" Jessie smiled and laughed softly at that remark. Jessie looked at Bobby and said, '' If Rogue can beat you, I bet I can.'' Jessie said in a playful voice as she waved good bye to Rogue. Jessie looked back at Bobby and Kitty and said, '' It's getting a little late. I kind of want to see the rest of the mansion, so you guys go and have fun, I'll meet up with you guys later at around twelve, okay? Bye!'' Jessie said with a kind smile and a wave as sh ran off for some adventure.

Jessie was skipping down the hall, she was full of energy and excitement. Jessie slowed her skipping to a steady walk and she continued her walk. She took a couple of turns and came to the main stairs. She walked down them, she sighed and she heard her stomach growl. Jessie looked around and sighed, she needed to eats something before her stomach began to make noises. Jessie looked through a couple of doors until she looked into the kitchen. Jessie walked in and saw two people, one was a white, middle aged woman, and the other was a half black, boy, that was around her age. Jessie blushed as she made eye contact with him, she gave him a flirty smile and opened the fridge. She grabbed an apple and took it, she grabbed a cup and filled it with water, she walked over to the table and started to eat it. She didn't feel like interupting their conversation, so she gave them space.

Bobby Drake

Bobby smiled as he heard what Rogue said.''And try to show her a little fun, why don't y'all? At least show her a decent game of pool before I beat ya at it again, ya hear?" He smirked and said, '' I only let you win. Let's see who wins next time. It will be teams. Two on two.'' He said in a playful and sarcastic tone. Bobby looked as he saw Rogue leave, he turned to Jessie and smiled. He then heard her say, [b]'' If Rogue can beat you, I bet I can.'' Bobby laughed and nodded. He looked at Kitty and gave her a playful wink. He looked back at Jessie when he heard her say, '' It's getting a little late. I kind of want to see the rest of the mansion, so you guys go and have fun, I'll meet up with you guys later at around twelve, okay? Bye!'' Bobby waved and said, '' Alright. See you then!'' Bobby waved and looked back at Kitty, he then said, '' So, what do you want to do now?''

Rogue slid into the nearest chair after as soon as Xavier gave her permission. For a moment, she felt subconscious, fidling with the long sleeves of her shirt and constantly making sure that her hair covered her bare shoulder. Professor X just continued to stare at her, a slow smile appearing on his face that made Rogue bite her lower lip in curiosity.

"You're nervous," he commented and Rogue could feel the blush creeping onto her face, the warmth spreading to her cheeks. "Your thoughts are everywhere." Xavier chuckled. "You think you're in trouble. Why?" Rogue shrugged, bringing up her left foot to rest on the chair she was occupying and wrapping her arms around said leg.

"You interrupted Logan trying to give me advice, Professor." Wheels, she could hear Logan in her head and inwardly chuckled before remembering that she was in the room with a telepath. The smile never left Xavier's face. "Once you stop the Wolverine from givin' you advice, that's how you know you're 'bout to get it." Xavier chuckled, pure mirth dancing in his eyes.

"I see. Well, you're not in trouble at all, dear." Rogue's shoulders relaxed. "But I do have a request." Rogue perked up, tilting her head curiously.

"Anything."

"Be a teenager." Rogue was lost then and was about to inquire what he was talking about when Professor X put a hand up, silencing her before she could even make a noise. "I know you think you have a responsibility to your team and to the newer students, Rogue. But you are still just a teenager."

"Professor - " The beginning of her protest fell on deaf ears as the Professor's hand rose again. Rogue huffed in response and slouched in her seat, pouting slightly. Logan would laugh if he saw her expression. She probably looked like a petulant child on time-out.

"Go greet people. In fact, your roommate is roaming the halls as we speak searching for her brother. I am sure you could help her. I have already informed Logan that he is in charge of the first session, but you...for today, are to be...normal." Rogue snorted unattractively.

"Professor, normal is bein' able to shake your roommate's hands or huggin' your friends without havin' 'em make sure your hair is in the way of your face touchin' theirs," she retorted before taking it back, biting her lower lip. Xavier's eyes softened in response.

"Rogue -"

"It's fine," she said quickly. "You're right. I'll go help her and then maybe make myself a sandwich or somethin'. See if Logan still wants to see that Avengers movie." Professor Xavier only nodded in response, allowing Rogue to slip in just as quickly as she came. Before she could get too far down the hall, he was in her head. "Your powers...they manifested mentally, Rogue. You should be aware of that. As extensive as the mental and emotional training we have to do will be in order for you to gain control of it, you will. You are stronger than you think." Knowing that Rogue didn't like too many people in her head - she had enough as it is - he told her where her roommate, Clara, was and where her brother's room was.

It didn't take Rogue long to find a lightly-tanned girl where the Professor said she would be. The girl's hazel eyes revealed how lost she must have felt and Rogue approached her shyly. When she neared the girl, she gave a short wave and a smile. Be normal, he says.

"Hi, sugah. You're Clara, right? I'm Rogue, I'm supposed to be your roommate. Lookin' for somethin'...or someone? I can help ya out if ya want."

Spyke listened to Sara, grateful she ignored his slip up. The comment about powers made him feel a bit edgy, but maybe that was her unnerving stare's work. He quickly dismissed the comment, just happy to have someone telling him about the school. At least, she was, before some kid wearing a ski mask, gloves, and other attire that covered him head to toe, stumbled in the hallway, getting a face full of floor. Evan couldn't stop the slight smirk that washed over his face. Did the guy need walking lessons?

He could almost hear his Aunt scolding him. "Evan Daniels! Making fun of people is not the way to make friends even if you're only trying to be funny." Yes, ma'am....

Sara was obviously more mature than him, for she had gone to help the guy. He noticed she steered away from helping him up- or touching him at all for that matter. He didn't blame her. The guy was covered head to toe, so you had to wonder what his power was, although it couldn't be any worse than being able to accidentally impale someone with a hug. He felt kind of bad for the guy, but he assumed Sara could handle it.

Spyke opened the fridge to put the milk back in but something hidden on the back of the shelf caught his eye. It was a whole case of beer. He raised an eyebrow, curiously. What kind of school kept beer in the refrigerator? Then he remembered Storm telling him about some of the teachers (Well, one in particular) with drinking habits. Evan knew he was under-aged, but it was just there and... No. Sara would probably kill him and he expected death at her hands would be pretty painful. And, then, she'd tell Storm. If Storm heard rumors of her nephew drinking, death would be even worse at her hands then at Sara's.

He was only joking- he really wouldn't take a beer. He was already clumsy enough without being drunk, but he couldn't help but wonder if Ski-Mask-Guy had found the stash too. He tried to hide his grin at that as he shoved the milk back in it's place. He turned to Sara and Ski-Mask-Guy.

"So, dude, what's your name?" he asked.

But, before he could even get an answer, a pretty girl walked in. They made eye contact for a little and she gave him a smile, more than friendly, he wasn't sure. But, a girl waltzes in, what was any teenage guy to do? He totally blew Sara and Ski-Mask off, leaning against the fridge as she opened it with a sheepish smile on his face. "Well, hello there." Evan knew he had the same chances with her as he did the Queen of England, but what could he say? He was a flirt with any girl. Ladies out of his league? Even better.

(Sorry it's so short. I figured I just better say something and a little is better than nothing.)

Jessie Liles

As Jessie opened the fridge door, she heard a guy's voice say, '' Well, hello there.'' Jessie flinched and she almost hit her head on the fridge. Jessie calmed herself, and took a deep breath, she backed out of the fridge and saw the guy she had only just made eye contact with standing next to her. Jessie slowly smiled as figured out the guy was talking to her, usually cute guys never talked to her, and since this guy was, she took the chance to talk. Jessie sighed and said, '' Hi, my name is Jessie, Jessie Liles. And you are?'' She said as she stretched out her hand for a hand shake. Jessie didn't know what else to do, since she was nervous, she just hoped this guy didn't have a girl friend, and if he did, this would be the second, cute guy that she lost in the first hour of her stay. Jessie sat down at the table and looked at the guy, she noticed that there were some holes in his shirt, she figured he had a power melt down like she just had. But what kind of powers could do that? She was kind of curious, but she didn't want to ask.

( Sorry that this is so small. It's just that I have like ten RPs to post in, and it's my turn in most of them. I'll try to do better on my next one).

Evan was almost shocked that the girl spoke back to him, seeing as most pretty ladies didn't bother to have a conversation with him, Mutant or not. He quickly brought himself back under control so he didn't impale anyone. With a smug look and a quirky smirk planted on his face, he tried not to seem to uneasy about shaking the girl's hand. He could almost imagine a spike coming out of his palm, but, luckily enough, it didn't happen. "Well, quite nice to meet you, Miss Liles." he said in his sweet, sort of socially awkward way. "The name's Evan Daniels, but my friends call me Spyke."

As she sat down, he leaned against the closed fridge to face her. He peered over at Ski-Mask-Guy and Sara, but he couldn't tell if they were even listening to his pathetic attempt to flirt. In fact, with his luck, Jessie's boyfriend would walk in at any moment and punch him so hard he'd land on the moon.

But, being the careless guy he was, Spyke didn't see a hulk-sized boyfriend anywhere in sight so he wasn't about to just give up. "So," he said, jokingly, "you come here often?" He gave a stupid eyebrow wiggle that could even make Wolverine laugh (even if it was laughing at Evan's stupidity).

He had no earthly idea if the other two in the room were paying any attention, but if they were, they probably were laughing at him too. But, wasn't that Spyke's job? He was comic relief boy. Making people laugh was his sacred duty in life.

(Okay, this one is even shorter but I figured I should post anyway. I'm dead tired right now, so I might add more later.)

Jessie Liles

Jessie was happily eating the apple that she had taken out of the fridge when she heard the boy say "Well, quite nice to meet you, Miss Liles." Jessie smiled and nodded. She took a drink of the water she had taken too and took a sip and put it back down on the table. "The name's Evan Daniels, but my friends call me Spyke." Jessie looked at Spyke and said, '' Well, it's nice to meet you, Spyke. My friends call me Jess.'' She smiled sweetly, she was just hoping her didn't have a girl friend too, or she would strike out again.

"So," he said in a joking tone, "you come here often?" Jessie looked back at him just in time to see him give her an eyebrow wiggle. Jessie smiled and said, '' Nice to see you have a sense of humor, Spyke.'' She took a deep breath and said, '' Since we have like two hours until the first meeting, would you happen to like to go skate-boadring with me? Only if you want? I don't know how many others like skateboarding besides me.'' After she said that, she was done with her apple, Jessie looked around and saw the trash, she took aim and through the apple core, it went flying through the air and fell into the trash. Jessie smiled and stood up, she looked at Spyke and waited for a reply.
