Setting
*The tunnels are crumbled and most of the homes are built into or out of trains. Radiated water drips down in some parts and is collected in buckets. The air is slightly foggy from the dirt and dust floating around. It smells of sweat and sewage as well as the slight hint of cooking rat. Ghouls can be seen roaming around, socializing with one another*
Metro City is the largest, and only, settlement of the Ghouls. It lies underneath the city like a labyrinth with it's twists and turns. The closer to the center you get, the denser the population is. Their are also some shops and such here that usually cater to other ghouls, but will sell to travelers as long as they don't insult them. There is not one leader, but rather a council of hooded figures that live in the Mayakovskaya train station. The station itself is blocked to everybody by built walls made of scrap metal. The only time the doors open is when the council has an important matter to discuss with the Ghoul community. Travelers are welcomed with open arms as long as they do not attack or insult any members of the community.
