Personality: Aurora is the definition of a calculator, she is entirely strategic when it comes to conflict. She's toughened up since she joined the Moor program, but is still borderline useless in a fight. She's much better at stealth and human relations. Aurora is nearly always smiling and tends to forgive and forget. Her goals are to have a good time, but get the work done right. Aurora knows that she is not a typical Moor, and many humans assume she is one of them, but she can only hope that her mental capacity more than makes up for her shortcomings.
History: Sylvia was born to a high class family that cared for not much other than appearance. Her father was a lawyer that thought he was above the law itself. The family had never been concerned about the Moorden school, as no one in the Carters' history had anyone been selected. Therefore, having a third child had not caused much concern among the Carters. However, the arrival of the letter caused a large stir and ended with Syl being seized from her family. They didn't fight it, instead they disowned the girl and refused to acknowledge her existence at all.
Once Syl had arrived at what would be her new home, it didn't take her long to notice that all of the other students, including those in her own age group were stronger than she was. She was assigned extra physical practice to catch up with the other students, but it was clear with her high intellect and reasoning abilities that she would be a calculator. Other than her continued Physical lessons, Syl had an average workload. She was able to complete most tasks above expectations, but was sure to leave plenty of time for social visits. Despite leaving her home at a young age, she was instilled with having friends.
Aurora was just recently assigned her permanent partner and she isn't entirely sure what to think.
