TylTyler stepped off the boat wearing a bright red blazer and matching duel disk. The sun reflected off it Tyler had just scored the highest in his class for the entry exam but since he was from a poor family who couldn't afford a private school he was stuck in the lowest rank Slifer Red. Tyler walked along the path enjoying the sunshine. He walked to his dorm in the Slifer dorm which was essentially a tool shed. Tyler sighed he was used to a shack like this he had grown up in one most of his life. once he put his things awayay he decided to go look for a duel.

Sonny was in her room brushing her long red hair adnd opened a package from her dad contiaing four new custom cards for her harpie deck harpie princes, harpies's throne room , harpie king and omni being harpie. when she finished she added the cards to her deck and was ready to try them out.

Erica hopped off the boat, only the trip over a rock that hadn't gone out of the way for her clumsy personality. As soon as she landed on the ground, her hand immediately went to her butt, rubbing it for the sake of getting rid of the pain. "Ouuuchh..... This time luck wasn't exactly in my favour..." After a few minutes of staring at the boat, Erica rose up from her awkward position, taking the time for her eyes to absorb her surroundings. With another hop, her bag placed itself perfectly on he bag, and with her left hand she made a minor adjustment to the strap. "First I will have to find my supposedly dorm." The remainder of teh road Erica would be reciting the words 'Ra Yellow' in a soft whispering voice.

Everyone that would stare at her would think that she was just a random passenger, though if they'd took their time looking more closely they would spot a duel card in her hand. It was her most precious card, her favourite. 'Gambler of Legend' it was called, it reminded Erica of her older brother that was the only one that truly supported her thoughts about a luck based deck. "Thanks for helping me set it up. Without your knowledge I would be walking around with a minor kindergarten deck." When her dorm was in sight, she stored the card back in her deck, cautiously opening the door as she did so. "Wow... You'd think they'd make these dorms less expensive looking." Glad she was safe from any duel greedy people, Erica hopped on one of the beds, unpacking her bag to search for the duel disk she should've wore a long time ago.

She took one last glare at her deck, storing them into the duel disk as she nodded to her own approval. Once more she strapped the bag on her back, once more glaring at the dorm as she opened the door to leave. "Perhaps I could see what this island has in store for me, after all. This is a place for duelling." With an excited expression, Erica walked along the road, hoping to find some duels starting already. Or maybe even getting into one herself.

Tyler saw a ra student in the distance he looked at his disk and aproached "excuse me would you be up for a duel I've been ictching for since we got off the boat" Tyler said He knew the best way for hi to reach his goal of getting to obelisk blue would be to challege students of higher ranks. He had a feeling dueling her would be a good start and besides he wanted to try out his newest card he ad gotten from a friend who desgined cards

Lightning stretched just before he got off the boat, making sure his Slifer coat fit him nicely.
The boat ride had been smooth sailing, mostly beacuse Lighting was asleep almost the whole time. He dueled maybe once, before slumber called him. He had his hand in his pocket, witch was touching his Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, his most hard-won card. It had taken him forever to find it, and even longet to beat it's original owner

The island itself looked pretty cool, and Lightning vowed to see what all awaited him here.

He looked around, scanning the other duelists. He would play it cool for now, and see if anyone challenged HIM. Beacuse that was how cool people did it.

There wasn't much going on for now, aside form the occasional running back and forth, students we just arrived and were making their way to their respective dorms. Quite peaceful nonetheless, most would be having a gigantic urge to duel, and so did Erica, but it was more of an 'I'd like to duel, but I don't mind watching one either.' urge, rather then 'Yeah I want to duel and win everything!' urge. "Boorrrriiinngg.... It's as if everyone is taking their good time to unpack and assemble their decks to their fullest potential." Well, the quiet nature kept on until a boy approached her, challenging her to a duel. And quite bluntly at that. "It is quite rude the challenge someone to a duel without introducing yourself first. Well, I accept your challenge."

With a slight expression of excitement Erica grabbed her deck, shuffling it as she started up her duel disk. Erica gave on more glare at the boy in front of her, he seemed fairly dedicated to winning. Perhaps he would, perhaps he wouldn't, for Erica duelling was more then just winning a match. The duel itself should be a challenge, a one sided duel would be boring if you had like five in a row. Hence, why she wanted to assemble a gamble deck. "Well good luck, and have some fun while you're at it, right?" Erica teasingly winked at the boy, drawing her first five cards.

Tyler smiled and drew his hand(5 cards ) i'll start by summoning silent magician lv4 (atk 1000. def 1000) every time you draw a card my magician gains 500 attack points and when it gets to 3500 attack I can sacrice it in order to summon silent magician levl 8 then I set two face dwons and end my turn" (2 face downs three cards in hand)

snny approached the docks to see what students would be arriving when she saw one slifer student who seemed to be scaning the wod for a duel a perfect chance to try hernew cards "ey there she said appraoching hm "hey my names sonny wanna duel" she asked

Erica drew her first card, giving the silent magician 500 attack points. "Alright, first I summon Sasuke Samurai #4(ATK/1200 DEF/1200), in attack mode. This card allows me to flip a coin, and call head or tails. If I call it right the monster I attacked is immediately destroyed." She paused, looking through her five cards in her hand. "Then I place one card face down."(One monster, two spell/trap cards face down, three cards in her hand.) "Now I will attack with my Sasuke Samurai #4, with his special ability. And I call head!" A holographic coin flipped in the air, after a few seconds it landed on the ground revealing Heads. (Here is the result of random.org I am new to yu-gi-oh RPs so slap me if I am doing it wrong.) "Destroy his Silent Magician lv4. And with that I end my turn."

"tyler grimaced as his monster was destroyed "lets see how you like insects" Tyler said drawing a card "I summon ultimate insect level (one atk 0, def0) and that ends my turn" Tyler said as a small like creature appeared on te field

Lightining smiled, glad he got asked so quickly. "The names Lightning, and I accept your duel."

He said this while activating his dueldisk, sliding the deck in, drawing his 5 cards.

Erica watched as her opponent seemed to hate the fact that she just destroyed his monster. The only thing the boy seemed to be doing was summon a zero attack, zero defence monster. "You really have to do better then that. My monster has more attack points then your puny little insect." She had to admit that although nothing but a holographic image, the insect made a shiver crawl up Erica's spine. "Alright, my turn!" She drew her card, This one will get in handy later. "Alright, Sasuke Samurai #4, attack his ultimate insect! And with that I end my turn."

"ladies first" Sonnny said drawing her hand "I'll start by summoning harpie lady in attack mode" atk 1300, def 1400) and set one card face down and end my turn (4 cards in hand)

Lighting examined the cards in his hand. "Very well then. I draw." I'll summon Luster Dragon in attack mode (attk: 1900/ def 1600) I'll attack your harpie, then place one card face down and end my turn" (4 in hand)

"I activate waboku negating your attack" now that its my turn my insect grows into ultimate insect level 3 and all your monsters lose 300 attack point" tyler said as he played another insect that still looked like a worm but much larger (1400 atk, 900 def) "and that ends my turn"

"I'll activate trap hole destroying your dragon" Sonny said darwaing "alright one of my nw cards" she said "I send two harpies to the graveyard in order to summon harpie princess (atk 2700 ,2500)


(custom card in order to summon this monster send two winged beasts from your hand to the graveyard you can sacrifice this in order to special summon one harpies pet dragon from your hand deck or graveyard oh and I will have to leave soon for a couple hours so I'contnue then but I can post for a bit longer)

Her opponent finally seemed to be getting a comeback with his waboku. "Good move, now it will be my turn.", Even if Sasuke Samurai would have his attack lowered. He forgets about my monsters special ability. Erica drew her card, now five in total. "Okay, Sasuke Samurai #4. Attack his ultimate insect with your special ability. I call Heads!" Once more the holographic coin flipped, this time on the tail side. (Result) Erica watched as her monster got slaughter by the what was once a weaker insect, losing 500 life points. "Alright, then I place one monster face down." I hope you like surprises." Erica kept on smiling, glad that this first duel was actually quite challenging.

Jonathan jumped off of the boat. Looking around he could see people battling already.
They could at least let them unpack. He started walking towards the dorms. He took off his 'Ra Yellow' jacket and swung it over one arm, hoping to blend in a little bit.

He sat down on his bed and started unpacking. He finally finished and went for a walk. He had his duel disk with him just incase and had put on the card. His favourite card. 'Change of Heart'. Jade gave it to me before she...
Jonathan leaned down on the banister separating him and the sea.
"My deck is mostly to do with spells so I need to be careful against someone who duels like me..."

Tyler drew another card "alright ultimate insect time to level up again" tyler said s he sent the womr to the grave yard and broght out a cross between a spider and a beetle (2300atk 1300 def)
"now your monsters 500 attack points. tahnks to my ultimate insect level 5" Tyler sad wit a smile "now it attacs your face down and I end my turn"

"As expected." Lighting said, drawing a card. "I'll summon Solar Flare Dragon in Attack Mode" (attack 1500/def 1000) I'll end my turn. The effect of Solar Flare Dragon Knocks 500 Life points off."

Solar Flare Dragon: Cannont be attacked if there is another PYRO monster on the field. This Card deals 500 life points at every end of your (meaning mine) turn

Sonny drew a card and placed another harpie on the field "I summon cyber harpie (1800 atk 1300 def) "now cyber harpie attack his dragon"

Erica slightly shivered from the image of the beast. As if the smaller insects weren't enough already, this kid had to have a whole deck filled with enormous insects, and ugly ones at that. "Before I start, you just attacked my Dice Jar. This forces us both to roll one six sided die. Whoever rolls highest gets to inflict damage on their opponent's life points, 500 x the amount that the winner has rolled. But that's not all, if one would roll a six, that person gets to inflict a total of 6000 points damage to their opponent." It was a risky move, but that was the whole point of Erica's fun. "Do note that if we end up rolling the same number, we will have to roll again." As Erica finished her explaining, two dice materialized on the field, and Erica rolled hers. The die stopped at a six, and Erica jumped for joy, it was a rare event she would get to roll a six with a die. (Result Yeah I literally widened my eyes with surprise when I saw I rolled six. O_O) "Let's see if luck grants you a second chance and lets you roll a six as well."

Erica grinned, continuing her turn after the boy had rolled his die. "And as a final move, I summon Gambler of Legend, in attack mode. And with that I end my turn."(One monster, two spell trap cards.)

"Trap Card. Mirror Force. All of your monsters in attack bite the dust. I draw." I summon Lord of D in Attack Mode (attack: 1200, Defense: 1100. Nrxt I activate the spell card: The flute of summoning Dragon.

(okay, at this point, my power had cut off, s I had to redo the randomizer. I just struck out the cards I already had, and redid the randomizer. Sorry._)

This spell card allows me to special summon two dragons from my han, provided Lord Of D. Is on the Field. I special summon Hours the Black Flame Dargon lv. 6 (Attack:2300 Defense:1600),and Red Eyes Black Dragon (Attack: 2400 Def: 2000)

I'll attack with both Horus and Red Red eyes. I end my turn. Solar Flare Dragon's effect activates again
