Appearance: Victor wears a dirt colored tattered short hooded cloak, under it he wears a typical tee along with dirt colored Utility pants fitted to hold ammo and small knives, as well as he wears brown combat boots. Facially hes very unpleasant to look at sense parts of his face are heavily scarred from cuts and burns and one of his ears is completely missing. He's got a fairly large build one that you would see on a football player. e.

Personality He spends little time with people being used to scavenging on his own as well as living on his own. Though the times he can be seen around others was at taverns all over the wasted lands. In conversations hes awkward to say the least, and his sense of humor is dark. He's gained a lot of negative popularity sense hes been known to get drunk and cause trouble around quiet areas. While drunk one evening once he broke into someones house and trashed a room before being beaten senseless by the owner and left outside.

Equipment and Abilities Weapon wise he carries a few small knives that he trained him self to throw well, as well as he has a Remington 700 VLS hunting rifle that he modified to shoot a higher caliber as well as its fitted with a scope. He hates being in the front of combat, and trained him self to use his sniper very well so he would never have to be. He can also drink anyone that he has met under the table, and has won many bets in that regard. His years of having to scavenge to survive even before the blasts has given him keen eye for things when he isn't drunk. Though outside of combat, scavenging and drinking he isn't much help.

Background Victor was always the odd kid, never really knowing what to say in situations and when he did talk it was usually something so dark that everyone went silent and stared at him in disbelief. They eventually just grew to ignore everything he said and he hated school with a passion always wanting some new life to live, because of this at around age 15 he ran away from home making it far enough away and settling himself alone in a city where he was able to survive the next 2 years before the war started. Part of him had wished for something like this to happen though he would never admit that. Even though he did want it to happen he was one of the unlucky few to be on the surface when it all went down. He was able to make enough shelter that the radiation didn't get through but he ended up surviving a napalm strike which caused his sever burns on his face. Shrapnel caused the rest of the scaring. After it was finally done he emerged from his home that was almost completely destroyed and immediately took to surviving on his own, and that's what hes been doing ever sense.
