She realized now that her parents weren't her entire life, but they where half of her family. Even if they weren't so important right now, it hurt that she was missing half of her, but it was better than all of her. She sighed, shifting her head onto the side. Avery slithered onto her bed, blinking at the broken window near her bed. She slunk under the blanket, frowning some more she hid herself beneath the sheets. Her hair flicked a little from the light breezes and she curled tighter. Her eyes shut slowly but opened again.
She slowly slid over to the window, out of her covers and she peered out. She sighed and her gaze flickered to silvery pale and she simply stared out the window. Her lights where broken, all smashed so she just stared out slowly, watching the lights shift as she shifted her gazes. It hurt but she sighed softly, sniffing a little and tipping her head to the side once more. She didn't look down or around, though and simply gazed forwards.
