Water Class

Zafina smiled at Avery swifty sitting next to her. ''Yes, Indeed we did, but I have transformed to my true form. That is probably why you couldn't realise it was me.'' She smiled then her attention went to Avery's injuries and the smile went. ''Do you want healed? I can do that. Easy as pie. If you don't mind that it.'' She asked politely. Then she heard a distictive drop of keys, it was Rathius. She knew that sound since he always seemed to drop them. She then turned to Avery. ''One second, I will be back in one.'' She then bent the air to her will and it collected under her feet and she glided out of the room and took the keys from the ground outside the class room then swiftly glided back into the room and sat onto the seat next to Avery again and smiled at her. ''Sorry about that. So what you say? You want healed? then you will be as good as new!'' She smiled cheerfully.

Avery blinked at Zafina. True form? This confused Avery, though she'd been confused quite often lately. Hmm.. She was good, drifting on the wind. It was really cool. Avery made no comment though and when she returned, Avery dipped her head forwards a little, bangs dropping in front of her lemony colored eyes.

She nodded shortly. "Will it hurt?" She asked slowly, though held our her bruised and banged arm. She didn't want to go to the doctors, they frightened her terribly, but Zafina was no doctor as far as Avery knew so she figured it would be fine. She winced a little, nearly cringing she clamped her eyes shut as if too hide from the so-called about-to-happen-pain. Her jaw clenched and she froze, opening an eye slightly as if too peak at Zafina. Interest? No. Fear? Yes.

Zafina shaked her head with a small smile. ''Not at all! It will be cold, that all. And don't get frightened!'' She bluntly said as the silver that ran through her hair moved like water. It was alive, silver liquid that was alive, unusual if you think about it and within the many locks of silver was sprouting flowers that were dark blue and in the center they glowed a light blue continously. Suddenly the silver vines wrapped around all Avery's limbs and one of them had a sharp end and attached itself onto the back of her neck, this looked rather scary but infact as sound as it attached itself to her it soothed the pain. Then Zafina stood infront of Avery with her hands together like she was praying and she shone a white light around her and without her mouth moving she spoke in a echoed voice. ''I hope you are not frightened from my hair, honestly it took me a while to get used to it!'' A echoed laugh went through Avery's ears then suddenly no pain, no briuses. Nothing. As Zafina said, you will be as good as new. Zafina stopped praying her healing charms into Avery and stopped glowing. She then smiled at Avery as she carefully removed the attached vine in the back of her neck then the others followed and returned to her hair. The flowers that grew in Zafina's hair somewhat bloomed alitte. Zafina then returned to the seat next to Avery and looked to her. ''How do you feel? Better?'' She asked politly.

Avery's eyes where still locked shut for a good long moment before she flinched as the cold, wettish vine attached to the back of her neck and she cringed a little. She felt nothing, as Zafina said, honestly. Her head wriggled a little and she instantly reached in back of her head too feel her neck was extremely cold.

It took Avery a moment before she realized she was rubbing the back of her neck with her arm. Her head tipped forwards slowly, her chin tucking into her neck as she looked at her arm, bending it and moving it around slowly. Her head slowly turned to the neck once more and she sighed softly, gasping with wide eyes.

Avery blinked at Zafina, her eyes flickering. Her arms wriggled and she grinned, turning to Zafina. "Thanks! Yeah, it feels perfect and there's no bruising at all! Thank you so much!" She said, grinning wide at Zafina.

Zafina smiled cheerfully with a small tilt of her head. ''No need to thank, you needed to be healed. I now hope you will not do the same in future.'' She giggled then went into her pocket and looked at Rathius's key for a moment and thought to herself ''Wonder what he really is hiding...'' She then put them into her pocket again and smiled at Avery. ''So, what sign are you?'' She asked in interest.

Zafina then smiled at Avery then looked at the classroom door then back to her, she scratched her head as she talked. ''I appologize but I must cut this short, I have somethings to do.'' She then pushed the chair she sat in out form the desk and stood up and neatly put it back in its place and she smiled at Avery. ''You better not get hurt again, but if you do. You can count on me to heal you, or Serenity.'' She giggled then headed out of the door thinking to herself. ''Rathius is back, I feel him....but something is different. Anyways. I am not going to give him his keys back. I got some searching to do for myself.'' She then started to walk to Rathius's house.

It took Rathius only a minute to wash the bitter taste that tainted his tongue when he noticed Zafina spending less time around him and more time around Isaac. His mind in constant battle over whether he found her a hindrance or a friend.
Although his mind was stricken by this sudden loss he shook it off to deal with more pressing issues, like his missing vial and it’s retrieval from Zafina. Rathius had realised Zafina would be nothing more than his greatest ally or greatest enemy it was destiny creating a fork in the road two predestined paths that lead to two different outcomes one dark, one dark. The road was unavoidable other than Rathius’s death.

This idea lead Rathius to using Zafina’s blood to create a weapon to defeat her, although Rathius’s scientists found no way of killing her they had found one method to leave her paralysed. When Rathius heard of his scientists discovery a strange and unfamiliar feeling crept over him of unease mixed with what Rathius could only assume to be jealously. He wasn’t accustomed to this emotion as normally he had everything he wanted.
