For this type of slice of life roleplay, relationships whether good, bad, romantic or neutral are extremely crucial. If you do not have a relationship sheet posted, you will not be allowed to post. Sorry but I've seen that be very effective so I am establishing the same rule. Since there aren't really that many characters, you must have at least half of the relationships sheet filled out before posting in the roleplay.

Denzel have been friends with Sienna ever since he enrolled at Spence since he was introduced to the current King's Bee clique. He's usually the one, well the only one, that tells Sienna whenever she's right or wrong. He also tells her to calm down and not take things a little too seriously. Denzel cares about Sienna though and that will never change between them.

Cam and Denzel definitely walk around the same group of people so of course they are friends. But they have many, many sarcastic back and forth battles with each other, in front of just about everyone and if you're not within their clique, you would not know what was happening. They've hardly been serious whenever their around each other and their back and forth battles is only playful.

Denzel likes the person has become ever since moving to New York. His life in Detroit was a bit rough so being in the richest part of New York, really means something to him. He is the current reigning King Bee but is taking a different approach on the title. Many people may not like it but that's just something they'll have to deal with.

It is no doubt that Jackson and Denzel are friends. They been friends for quite some time now and have even started playing tennis a little bit regularly. Denzel has introduced Jackson to some of his friends and vice versa but Denzel and Jackson have partied a lot together, too. Jackson knows how to get the party started and Denzel loves going out with him.

Luckily, Denzel and Jeremy have a very healthy friendship. Denzel is very truthful with Jeremy about certain aspects that he does or within his life and he does not hold back with his words. While they are friends, in front of their parents, they have to pretend that they are not really friends at all due to the political rival between their stepfathers. Denzel's stepfather does not want him to even look at 'that boy' as he calls him often.

Jem and Sienna may fly in similar circles, but it has always been pretty clear that she is a ringleader and Jem just another act in the show. So when they ran into each other and started hanging out the summer before Senior year, it was a surprise to Jem. He was finally over the hurt of Iris vanishing, and Sienna seemed to appear right when he was ready to move on. They spent much of the summer together, talking and laughing and getting along better than Jem had expected. And then feelings started to worm their way into his heart. But now summer is over and Sienna is back to the top of the ladder while he rests a few rungs down. Part of him wants to take a chance and ask her on a date or something, but the majority of him is terrified she'll laugh at him.

In another world, Cam and Jem would probably never even be so much as acquaintances. But at Spence they have mutual friends, go to the same parties, etc. He knows Cam thinks his people-pleasing is bologna, but to be honest he thinks maybe she should think about other people a bit more.

Iris and Jem moved to New York around the same time, and both of them came in as fish out of water with accents that stuck out like sore thumbs. They got pushed together for every project it seemed, and naturally became friends. Truth be told, Iris was Jem's first real crush. A beautiful girl who spoke like he did, ate the same foods as him, and had a secret love for SciFi? Jem never stood a chance. They drifted a bit in high school as she made other friends and he spent too much of his time trying to get people to like him- but they stilled talked occasionally, still smiled in the hallways. Just enough for Jem to hold on to a middle school crush. He never got the nerve up to talk to her about it, and then she vanished. And now that he's moved on, has feelings for someone else, she reappears.

Eucho is a fun, vivacious person and she and Jem tend to get along pretty well. He knows that she tends to be a source of all information at Spence, and truth be told it is something he values in his friend although it is not the reason he's friensd with her. Jem likes to know what is going on around school- it helps him feel safe, and ensures that no one is talking bad about him behind his back.

Jem's friendship with Denzel is probably the healthiest one he has, because Denzel is the one who pulls him back down to earth when he's stretching himself every which way to make others happy. Denzel is straightforward and level-headed, and that is something Jem desperately needs in his life. He's lucky to have a friend like Denzel, and knows it. Their parents, on the other hand, don't know it. Their step-dads' are political rivals, and truth be told Jem has been told several times not to associate with 'That Wellington Boy.' What his step-dad doesn't know can't hurt him.

Jackson and Jem became friends through mutual friendships with Denzel, and that seems to suit the two of them just fine. They get along well, and have a joking nickname put on them by their peers: "Double J". The nickname probably happened in the first place because they can often both be found hanging out with Denzel.

Much like Denzel, Christian is a friend that Jem can't exactly bring around his house very often- at least not when his step-dad is home (his mom doesn't mind). The Rozarios tend to be snubbed by upper society, and Jem's step-dad is one of those people too interested in his own image to bother swimming against the tide on that one. At first, Jem sort of awkwardly avoided Christian too because of an off-hand comment his step-dad had made. After Christian went out of his way to be friends with Jem despite this, Jeremy couldn't deny how much he likes the guy. These days they are pretty good friends.

Sienna and Camille go way back- to the point where Sienna is practically family to the girl, and one of the few non blood family people who she'd let call her Jojo. They've known each other since grade school and have been thick as thieves for longer than a lot of the people at Spence have even lived in New York. They help temper each other out, and even if they aren't constantly together they are constantly there for one another, no questions asked. Sienna is the only person that Cam could tolerate other students calling her a 'minion' for.

Iris and Cam met in ballet classes when Iris first moved to the big city. After that it seemed like they were constantly running into each other somewhere or another, so it is only natural that they became friends. Iris became part of why Cam looked forward to dance class, she enjoyed hanging out with her after class. Both of them ended up taking lessons with Natasha when they started high school, but of course for Camille that turned into more. Iris walked in on Natasha and Cam kissing and when Cam went after her to beg her not to tell anyone, they had a bit of a fight. It sort of hung over their friendship like a tension until the day Iris disappeared. Cam missed her, but part of her was secretly happy that she couldn't spill her secrets wherever she was. By now Cam has gotten over Natasha and is happy to have Iris back- so long as she has a good explanation for going MIA.

Much like Sienna, Christian is a friend that Cam has had for a long time- her mother and his father have worked together and float in similar music spheres, although her mother tends to be less looked down upon because she's skilled at navigating social situations. Christian and Cam get along very well, she would go so far as to call him one of her best friends. And, of course, they've hooked up a few times. One of those times, when both of them were careless, resulted in Cam becoming pregnant. She had an abortion before anyone could tell, but felt that Christian deserved to know about it. Now, it is a secret between the two of them. It doesn't seem to have really affected their friendship that much, surprisingly.

Jem was Iris' first real friend when she moved to New York, they were always pushed together in class since no one wanted to be with the Southern bumkins and Iris didn't really give him a choice in being her friend or not. It might have been because she had such a big crush on him when they were younger or maybe it was because she was just desperate for a friend in this city. Even after getting to high school when she started getting close with Cam and Sienna and drifting away from him. She couldn't help but see him as her first real connection. He was dorky, and high strung, not to mention tried way too hard to get people to like him when she thought he was fine just the way he was. Thick Southern accent and all. Before leaving she had finally faced this point and was close to asking him about them or... something. She hadn't gotten that far but before she could. Everything changed she wanted to do didn't seem like it mattered anymore. With being back, part of her wishes they could just pick up where they started and move on. An idea only thought about more by the blonde since Jem has seemingly forgiven her already and has already started being there for her again.

Sienna's depression was already worsening before Iris left; she was missing days of school for "migraines" and not wanting to be bothered from time to time. However, once Iris left, all of the hopelessness that was in her head felt even more intense, heightened by the idea that she couldn't even keep one of her best friends around. It hurt and she's just as angry about being abandoned with no explanation as she is concerned for Iris' well-being. But, it being Sienna, she won't make her friend's return as smooth as the blonde would like, even if she herself would like to let bygones be bygones. She did miss her, after all.

Sienna can be very...thorough (read: ruthless) when it comes to manipulating others, and if that means playing the little sister who absolutely adores Eunho, then so be it. Eunho can provide her the information, dramatics, and maybe even spread a few vicious rumors depending on the day of the week it is, and how Sienna is feeling. The fact that Eunho can be such a darling source of entertainment and light is a plus that Sienna can't deny. She cannot say that she does not like Eunho for the girl's vivacity is catching, making it quite easy for Sienna to want to appease the girl's desire to be the big sister that provides for Sienna when the queen bee needs her. Besides, it's not like Eunho gets nothing from the deal she never knew she signed up for. Sienna makes sure to pay the girl and her art special attention, she invites Eunho to more private times with the girls on occasion, and there's always a gift or two waiting on stand-by should Sienna be particularly pleased with whatever Eunho happened to do for her. Never let it be said that Sienna doesn't take care of what's hers, including those she's using.

Ok, so Sienna has had her crown at Spence for two years now. Does that make her a bit condescending when comparing herself to Denzel and pointing out that this is his first year at it? Absolutely. Is she going to stop? Probably not, and it's probably a good thing since that's kind of what their relationship is. Best friends since they had been introduced during that first year at Spence, Denzel's someone Sienna cherishes and she has respect for him. But where she is colder, he is warmer - where she is harder, he can be softer with a firm enough hand to remind her that he did earn the role of King Bee. They don't agree on everything, but she does care about him a lot.

To be quite honest, Sienna does not dislike Christian. She wouldn't even go as far as to say that she's hating as to hate him and his..."free" predilections would be to hate and judge her own best friend, and that's something she won't do. However, it's not difficult to assume that they have an abundantly negative relationship when Sienna acts occasionally dismissive of his casual displays of affection, even his sometimes playful arm around her shoulders. The Arnaults, charming though they may be, have often sneered down at the Rozarios for the eccentricities. Surprisingly enough, a part of their silent judgement attributed to a few scattered hook-ups dating back to sophomore year between Sienna and Christian, and to this day - she has not breathed a word of their sordid affair to anyone. It doesn't stop him from teasing her about it, much to her chagrin. After all, no matter how she wants to act, she obviously didn't have a horrible time since video games and waffle vs pancake debates were involved, right?

Queens don't waste their time on paupers, but...well...can she really resist when they're this cute? At the same time, can her worst critic - herself - let her try to be happy just once?

Jeremy didn't come from old money, well not originally, and Christian likes that about him. It's why he went out of his way to befriend the guy, even with Jeremy clearly didn't want much to do with him. The two of them get along well, even if Jem is a bit of a people-pleaser, Christian is happy to sit back and let him do whatever makes him happy.
