Not that I know of. Its just the idea of being small that I got from Pikmin, or that reminded me of the idea of being small. Always sounded cool to me. Also, if you've seen the movie 9, it gave me some ideas too. Nothing from those is in here, in a concrete form, just the general idea.

What rules would this roleplay have in terms of posting length and the like, and what role would you most want filled?

What kind of pictures would you like and would you like an example of my writing before I submit a character, or would you like me to PM you my character sheet before I submit it to the roleplay?

Also, is there any age limits/ranges you'd like?

The Basement dwellers, I'm assuming, are the most savage of the three main Tribes (given their fighting type). Is this true? And I'm assuming they don't have any sort of technology for them specifically - it's kind of Native American sounding to me, since the Basement dwellers seem to fight with animal bones and the like.

What other physical aspects do they have? IE, since they're a different race, do they have a wider arrange of hair colors/eye colors/skin colors?

Finally, will there be more to this than the fighting between the three tribes?

Ahahaha, hello there. I thought i filled in rules, but it didnt really show up. Basically, a paragraph would be nice, but any length past a sentence or two is nice. Pictures are kind of hard to use, since they don't really look exactly human. If you do find something, you can add it if you want. Don't worry about writing skill, I can see by your post that you have a grasp on the English language, and thats all I'm really worrying about for now. If we have a problem with someone going off on wierd tangents and ruining the experience in general, we can always fix those problems. I doubt you will be a problem :>
Age limits won't matter. You can be a child if you join the extras, and you can even be an old creature. (unless you're a newcomer, they technically don't have any age, as they are born fully grown) The Dark Tribe is the most savage, as the environment they grow in has trained them to be hardy and take what they can. I meant for all of them to seem slightly Native American, but in different ways. For example, the Tile Tribe can be seen as the Huron, a fishing group that relies on the coasts and its resources. The Chew tribe meant to seem like a farming nation.
As for appearance, think of a white human body shape, slightly tapered at the ends maybe. Now you can basically colour it however you want, give it whatever hair and attributes you wish. There is a limit though, they still need eyes and ears and hands and the like, and adding tails or wings seems too far.
This RPG is going to change to whatever we change it to. If some people decide that they want to make an alliance, sure. If people want to hunt mice or whatever, sure. Anything is possible. If someone wants to go into a living room, then I will create the place. People can add new tribes or problems to shake things up. Someone could suddenly say they found a new room, or a secret, and we'll run with it. I want this to feel very open and loose.

Also - education - I'm assuming given the atmosphere that the children and others are taught the basics or what is needed for the tribe, and the different tribes have different ways of doing things/teaching/basic skills they all need. Obviously they have the concept of math and making sure they have enough food but they probably wouldn't be able to tell you what geometry is? Same with the other basic things we're taught. I'm sure they have high priorities than, say, grammar or essays, such as economics (...what we call it here, sewing/cooking/housey things).

You're absolutely right. They probably don't know anything advanced, since they've never met their creators, the humans. Children are taught by parents and mentors, and newcomers are assigned to mentors as well. Think of it as an actual Native American set up. Numbers can be realized, because thats a useful skill that can easily be invented, and numbers are universal. One, two, etc.

But yes, most education and life is based on survival. Sometimes, it may involve sports, during times where nobody has to worry about survival, like the Chew tribe. Their economic system varies. It can be bartering, but this bartering can also involve favours or deals. And the other kind of economics is important too, especially for those which need to make food and clothing from animals. Cooking not as important, because as you've probably already guessed, they're pretty hardy. They eat decaying food and fungus for example. :> If you want a picture for your person, it can be an actual human, but then just say what you'd like to add or change. You can also leave it to look perfectly human.

@pappything, bro you should make some bigger entries. It should be about a paragraph long. Also, we should still wait until we get more people, since a fight against non-existant enemies isn't very fun. Especially with one sentence posts. Try to make an introductory post, in which your character wakes up, and that could show some aspects of his life.

One question mark is enough. We get that he's surprised.

The end mark - no matter what it is - stays inside the quotation marks. "This is correct," while "this is not".

Italizing rather than SHOUTING LIKE THIS gets your point across a lot better.

Also, you cannot have OWN a run. Thus, there should not be a " ' " in runs. It is not possessive. It is not showing ownership nor a contraction.

And just as a rule of thumb, it's generally disrespectful to post before the God Mod says you can. Just because he has posted doesn't mean you can.
