Ah Awesome a SAO like Roleplay! ^_^

Few Questions however:

1. Highest level in the game?

2. May I also make two characters? They won't be related, they might be friends however. One will definitely be a Wizard, Ironically I may go against the odds and try and make him a battle-mage ;p

The other will be a Plainswalker or a Marauder.

3. Can mythical creatures be pets? Also what are the limits to said pets. (Height, Weight, Abilities, do they have skills as well? Can they level? Do they die perm? etc etc)

4. Must I include a full in-depth description of my character's history? Or just that of previously before he got trapped in the game. (Obviously if they are BTesters they must have an extensive history based on the week.

This sounds like a great idea for a role play but i also have some questions:

1. Are there any sort of playable races in the game?

2. Are you pretty much stuck in the game or are you free to leave it by leaving the computer on with the game playing?

3. What sort of combat does the game have? I.e. Wow style where you click something and not just let them beat each with you being the sepector or something else?

4. Any sort of netural safe haven where fighting is not allowed?

5. How badly has the world been affected? (Just wondering and its not too important to answer)

1.The highest level in the game is 80 (I may increase/decrease it) yet progression is very slow and I'll tell you how I come up with levels before accepting your character and granting him a level if you choose to be someone who's been there already.

2.You can make two character but I want you to be active and not get overwhelmed, I know some people tend to make/join a few rps at once and it just gets to be too much.

3.Pet creatures must be small if you want them, like dragon types are gonna be more like wyverns (the smallest types of dragons, wolves, You can make mythical creatures but even then if you want a different pet, it'll take a higher level. HOWEVER, I may allow you to get a bigger pet or even one thats ridable for another skill usage so that'll take two abilities.

4.You must go indepth with your character history and character history is mostly your in-game character before and after he got trapped. So i can see how much levels you really would earn/how far your character would get so to speak. I am rolling 1d6 for every week you've been there and for those less then 1 week it'll be counted basically by the day and then in addition after reading your profile I'll add some levels or decrease them depending on what your character did. I mean if you basically crafted most of the time or stayed in town then, how did you get all those levels? (for example of course)

Questions are good and I have no problem answering them.

1. Humans are currently the only playable race HOWEVER I may just allow.. Beast/Human/Elf... the thing about me is that with races I tend to like to add racial stats since no race is ever the same and that just adds more calculations which some people dislike.

2. You're stuck in the game basically, your mind and senses are among it which is why you can die. Life on the game of course can relate to that off it. Having in-game housing and such which you have to pay for.

3. Combat wise its a free-style combat, holding your weapon how you want to, and game AI helps you with it yet it doesn't make you invulnerable of course. Also your stats also may limit what you can do. Abilities are basically what your character was designed for in your image.

4. Safety zones are towns, some areas inside the dungeons may resemble camps which are more like stopping points but even then are quite small.

5.This game has been affected drastically becoming so corrupted to where you, yourself must survive in this game and are unable to die... Although i didn't say this last night, you have 30 seconds to stay dead before you die permanently, anyone can ressurect you if they choose to.

I have been looking for a SAO-type RP for a while so I think I might join but I have a question; Are Clerics limited to using a bow? Because whenever I imagine a Cleric, I always have them wielding a mace.

No they aren't, when i mentioned the bow - It was mainly to say that they wouldn't use a bow like a bow wielding plainswalker would so to speak.

More questions! Since well I like being knowledgeable before jumping into something.

1. About the past, do we have to start at the year 2026 if said person doesn't hear anything of the game until the a few years later?

2. Just to be sure, we have almost complete freedom with skills? And well I don't mean giving everyone super god killing attacks or giving one class a completely unrelated attack (i.e. Knight a sneaking thing).

3. How does armor and such come in? Like are there different armor types (which I assume you know about) and are certain weapons have different advantages compared to others or are both up to the player choice?

1. Thats fine, just be sure to give an explanation of when you found the game, what you did before, why you're here now. Remember character history and background are different subjects.

2.Yes you have complete freedom to make your character unique. Just don't go off your class Like if you're a knight, you wouldn't have sneaking. Perhaps you want a Paladin type - you could go minor or medium healing but it wouldn't compare to something like a cleric's heal or it'd take a lot more SP. Just stay true to the classes criteria. I will allow a Dark Knight type because of the knight's skill tree. This may be the best for those of you who want Magical fighters (if you play any FF - Red Mages, Dark Knights, Paladins).

3. Armor types, I guess I'll incorporate that, just due to the fact that It'll make things a little easier to show but I'm not going to make Armor and Weapons that'll get to wild and it's hard to track at least on site like this + I don't want to go too indepth because I don't know whos going to join and who's staying because sometimes RPG has a bad tendancy to where people join and sometimes leave without a word...I don't want this and if we get more or so then I may add 3 armor pieces and throw some things in. I'll get back to you before going on about items. Weaponry is dependant on the character, If your character wields a Sword/lance/axe/shield etc then fine by me but Granted be reasonable although in some games clerics where medium armor/light armor but granted its all your choice. I don't want to see a cleric/Wizard wielding a two handed item like a warrior... staffs are ok... Weapon effects don't worry about them, I mean if you know how the weapon works then good. I mean its obvious you wouldn't use a two handed sword like a Great Axe or a Scythe like a Polearm. I mean the way you wield weapons are different.

4.I know you didn't ask about this and I may be repeating myself but stats really only come in when fighting other characters and PVP, this includes NPC's attackings. I wont be calculating these, you can and make the fight interesting and don't make yourself OP against it too lol. Also Dungeons is where I will be doing a bit of actual GMing, so thats where it'll get a little more fun too.

Again I have no problem helping people out or answering questions so no worries.

I may actually let you purchase things with gold so to speak..

Like additional skills, Levels (maybe - you get levels pretty quickly depending if you're in on the Dungeons or not), and unlockable features towards the games. Like riding the captains ship, may have a fee.

If you guys have any ideas you want to do as side plots for this RP feel free to speak up but remember I want to keep it on this storyline. Although it is a rp based in a game, I don't want us to go too off track.
