I've read through everything that you've posted so far and I'm quite interested. However, the character creation guide seems to be missing, unless you are still writing on it or maybe I'm not looking hard enough? =P

Either way, I'd love to make a character and enroll in a RP that I hope to be a new experience for me; I've played in many High Fantasy and Steampunk RP's before, but never in one that has both elements. =)

Sorry it took me a bit to put it all together- the coding was a bit harder than I thought it would be. So it was a slow and tedious process.

Glad you find it interesting. c: There should be more fantasy in it than steampunk- the technology is more so than the actual politics or culture. But hopefully it will be a fun conglomeration of both. Anyway if you have any questions- do let me know. c: I'll be happy to help.

Hm, I have a question that I need answered before I am finished with my character; Are there any sort of "monsters" in Aeon and if they do exist, would certain hostile monsters be hunted by professional hunters? By monsters, I mean like Goblins, mindless orcs, giant spiders/creatures, trolls etc.

If this is not the case, I can quickly change the occupation of my character and some details about his background and then I am ready to send in the application.

EDIT: I would still like an answer to the question, however, the answer is no longer required for me to complete my character; I've taken a turn on what I'd like his occupation to be and etc.

I will send in the application as soon as I've covered all the details and spell checked it just in case. I'm really tired though so I hope you can forgive me if I fall asleep before being able to wrap this up. =P

Well I hope the characters will be interesting as well Modesty- as I honestly will not be allowing Mary Sues or Gary Stus.

That being said I have finally uploaded Desken- sorry I got busy this afternoon and couldn't finish fleshing it out. He should be a nice template if you are confused as to what I mean about a few things.

Also there are no monsters in this world- as this is a civilized world and mankind has cleared them out. That being said there are hostile humans- though war is over there are still skirmishes and battles everywhere. There is also hostile wildlife but away from more populated areas. And there actually maybe monsters but you are looking at those in the Endless Sands and the Far Woods- as they are not naturally made but created by the Immortals or you know- other- things and/or people.

Sorry I wasn't there to be prompt. Life and all. But I'm interested to see your character.

Sorry guys for the delay in looking over characters- my fault for making the profiles as extensive as they are. I also managed to sprain my calf last night playing a game (aka being a goof), and sort of just wallowed on the couch like a poor poor person.

Anyway today I shall get to them- and approve the ones on I like, and maybe send PMs (if I haven't already) over the ones that I want tweaked. Please don't at all feel insulted or upset if I don't accept your character- probably has nothing to do with you but just the feel of your character in this world.

Well now that our applications exceed the current slots (yes I could leave it open to a larger group but I seriously don't like those in narrative Rps as it is much like herding cats)- I'll be going over these a bit more thoroughly. I'm even expecting one more skeleton.

Sorry that took a bit- as I said my fault for making them so descriptive and then having to read previous posts by all of you. I'll be sending out a mass PM once I get the first post up to let you know to go ahead and start. c: While this RP won't be turned based (as that slows things down immensely) just don't leave your fellow RPers in the dust. Though I'm sure all of you know how to RP- but I was just letting you know that if you are waiting on someone for quite sometime- then don't.

Alright everyone is PMed, and we are good to go. c: I failed to mention in said PM to make sure you post in Arc I: Clash of Souls, but I figure you guys can figure that out. Seeing as this RP is more narrative I'll avoid using places in the RP but more so just divide them up by arcs and start new places with just a narrator post. Each Arc should end at the revelation of something large- but in between the set up and that revelation there will be adventure (and any other plotting you guys care to do to flesh out your character/scenery you just have to let me know).

Anyway. Can't wait to read your responses! c:

I'm also currently working on an OOC thread that you can post whatever your heart comes up with for this world as to implement it permanently into the RP. Maybe because I'm lazy- maybe because I want the world to feel more like yours. Probably a combination of both. c:

When I get that up- I'll let you guys know and then you can post inventions, lore, people, places, etc. in there that may be important to your character or things that you have thought about since then. I know Leli and I discussed the mechanics of steam-powered rifles.... so fun things like that.
