Okay wow a lot is going on but I'm so glad so many took interest.

So first off, @Ghost Chrismen I'd rather you're character not be a cat. if he shapeshifts then can there be pictures of him in a more human form?

@Nephthys, Sorceres, marlocks, wizards, can pretty much all be sub-species to witches. Yes she can be in the student council but is there a position you have in mind for her?

@Those from the original, I'm glad to see you all again and I hope this one works out because so ar this all seems very interesting.

@MangaGirl, yes I do know that and that sounds great. The description of them as I'd like to call it on the main page is just a general thing and yes you can make twins.

@Everyone, yes there can be more than one of set of twins so long as there isn't like four pairs of twins roaming about bcause that may be a bit odd. Also I'm loving the characters that have so far been created and I'm liking the sound of those to be sent in so the faster the characters are sent in the faster we can start.
