Adelric knows that Sebastian is a reasonable young man from a respectable family. He thinks of Sebastian almost as a little brother, and tries to take care of him in his own special ways.

Adelric believes that he has taken enough from Leon Jacobson. The low-level Nazi has refused to kill many of the prisoners from within the concentration camp who deserved to meet the devil in Hell. He has his eyes on the boy, and is ready to put a gun to his head if needs be.

"He should be happy that I am keeping him alive. Damned Revolution, as if it would get anywhere- we need him for information."
The two men have never been on very good terms. Adelric supposes that Jean-Luc is just generally jealous of Adelric’s fame and fortune and thus tries to act up. But Adelric himself knows that Jean-Luc’s name is pretty highup in the lists heading to the gassing- and Adelric is one of the few reasons why Jean-Luc hasn’t met his demise yet.

Adelric thinks that Rachel is, to an extent, 'cute'. But not in terms of her looks- her personality is what intrigues Adelric the most. He cares not for the names she calls him, nor the insults that she likes to throw his way. He will make the girl spit whatever secrets he holds, or he will make her regret she ever dared to go against Adelric's wishes through...various means.

Perhaps she hasn't exactly understood the full extent of her predicament yet, but truly, she even fantasizes over this man's death. The man who killed her brother. She is determined to make him suffer in every way possible, to turn onto him ten times the damage he has done to others. And she's determined to do so little by little, whether it is to drive him crazy with her snarky comments or sarcastic insults, Rachel is not going to let him get away with murder.

A typical American, Rachel could be said to even be in a relationship with herself. She is confident of her abilities and her pride is not to be underestimated. That being said, she does not believe that she deserves to be in such a place, and thus is not afraid to voice it, nor is she afraid to voice her distaste for the guards.
