It's more that I don't realise not everyone knows it. I've known it for forever, but I've never met someone I've not had to explain it to when I say it. XD

It's certainly not just an American thing, seeing as I'm British.

In terms of the meeting place, I was thinking the old archive building by the castle (as gamer and byte have written) which is old libray style inside, with racks and racks of books and scrolls. Not dusty and unkempt because the queen likes to gander in the knowledge of yesterday year, so she has her librarians bring a set out of the archives every few months to be re-read for any information that can be used for the further development of the dying nation
So tall teak shelve brimming with thick volumes of hard back books.
There are tables in the middle, again of teak, heavy, with lamps and maps set across the middle. But there are only a few tables, like 5 at most. it's not a study area, if you get me.

Also in terms of the knights; other than nora, alherii, amity and william, I've not thought of a large organisation of the knights
I feel that that's what will evolve throughout the RP and that this is just the beginning.

I also reckon we'd have a few elders, who are just people who came up with the idea and spread the word in the gutters and alleyways to see who would step forward to offer their services
