Hello! Here I shall attempt to provide a synopsis of the events of Elemental Battles.

It all started on a normal day, well, normal as a day can be in a world at war. Yet the events of this tale centered around one Avira Wolf, Cerise. She was traveling amongst the treetops one day, drawing within her sketchbook, a favored hobby of hers until she was caught in a trap made by the Dimitrios. She managed to escape but only to have her wing broken in an unfortunate mishap with a piece of rope. Strung up in a tree, her wing was injured and she was trapped! That was when she met the Ausi wolf, Nova. Nova feeling benevolent, helped to free Cerise from her predicament. Without either one of them knowing their destinies had become intertwined.

They spoke a little as they departed ways. That was until the careless actions of a Borak Wolf brought them back together. After that ordeal, they began to develop a friendship as they spoke trying to learn a bit more about each other. Cerise was quite curious about Nova, considering he is an Asui and are a rarity to see at all. Nova too was curious about Cerise, albeit paranoid of her as well, thanks to the conditioning of being a scout for the Ausi. It was during their conversation, that they were interrupted by the fierce and strong Alva, BattleDemon. Their first meeting was tense, as the Alvan Wolf ask them their names. They responded, as Battle assessed them not as a threat to her. She left them alone as she grew disinterested.

Afterwords the two friends departed again. Cerise was called forth by an old friend, Zeph who brought her back to Era, only for her to know of it being assaulted by the Tenneth. As well as discovering the deaths of her step-parents. She ran away and would later cry herself to sleep that night. Meanwhile, tragedy struck BattleDemon as well, when her mother passed, and the title of Alpha would be passed on to her from BrokeFang, her father, after her arranged marriage with her rival, SilverTalon, came to pass. This upsetted the wolf as she ran off to a nearby lake. Nova was enjoying the water as he mistakenly tripped and fell before Battle, who was annoyed by the Ausi's disturbance. Soon their voices and scents drew in Cerise who was intrigued to see BattleDemon again. Battle felt sympathetic when she peered into Cerise's soul and understood her recent losses. She shared with her a vision of her dead parents, to which she got to speak with once more. Afterwards, Cerise felt a friendship form with the Alva. Yet, danger came in the form of her father as he came searching for Battle. Battle told Cerise to feign an injury to fool her father. It worked at first but he became suspicious, to which, Battle worried about the Avira's fate and decided to kill her father to protect her. This confused Cerise, but Battle explained that this was normal tradition and even went on to say that this wolf was not her true father. Nova came soon after worried about Cerise when he saw the old Alva heading their way.

Nova quickly left as the remorseless Battle allowed carrion birds to eat her late father's remains. Cerise, although disgusted, did stick around. The two new friends went off on a small hunting trip that was interrupted by a strange scream. The two wolves followed the strange sounds to a cabin, owned by a mysterious human named Mykeishah. Inside they found cages where one was occupied by the captured Tenneth, Rokunam. BattleDemon and Cerise managed to free Rokunam and escape from the Human and her wolves. Nova returned having been awoken from the strange sounds he's been hearing, and decided to check up on his acquaintances. Battle suggested they get as far away as they can from the Human, and gave them all a rendezvous. Soon the four made their way to a cave, owned by a dear friend of Battle's, the Avira, Hero.

Hero was an old wolf that decided to treat his new friends to a story, a story about an old Alvan prophecy. Meanwhile BattleDemon was summoned away by the Alva to fight against the Dimitrios. Because of a recent raid where they stole food and killed their pups. Battle returned with injuries from the great fight in which the Alva were victorious. Battle convinced her friends that she was fine despite her wounds. They decided to go on a hunting expedition when, SilverTalon came labeling Battle as a traitor. During a small scuffle, he broke Battle's skull mask. Cerise and Rokunam came to their friend's side but Battle commanded them to not attack Talon, after which he left triumphantly. BattleDemon then left her pack in the care of a new chosen Alpha, Oakleaf, after she commanded him to have the Alva leave this territory. It wasn't too long after Cerise was the victim of a pointless attack by a Hemlock. She was brought back to the cave where Battle and Rokunam chased down the Hemlock and dealt with him. Meanwhile, Nova and Hero did their best to help the injured Avira. Hero flew off as Rokunam returned, saying he would run off to find some herbs. Worrying about his friend, Nova decided to bring back some food when he discovered Battle was afflicted by Hemlock poisoning as well.

During her time in unconsciousness, Cerise was greeted by the spirits of great heroes. She was in the land of Atlas, a land where the most wisest and heroic of Wolves meet after their death. She discovered she had the power of Zephryus and was give a potion that would cure both her and Battle's poisoned status. After they drank the potion they felt healthy and invigorated. Battle, during her time straddling the realms of life and death, discovered Hero had die. His spirit told her that she much finish retelling the prophecy he had spoken about earlier. Battle decided to go look for Rokunam who managed to get himself lost while looking for herbs. He was approached by Veodion, an Alvan wolf that works for the Human. He agreed to help Rokunam if he can manage to arrange a chat between him and Battle. Meanwhile, Cerise works on trying to convince Nova to come help, to which he insists that he's just too tired to do so. He convinced Cerise to leave for a moment, to which he used this time to slip away and follow a scent he had picked up. The scent of cod lead him straight to his old friend, Nero, a fellow Ausi. He wanted a report from Nova and as Nova recounted his current events, Nero perked up at the mention of the Alva.

He told Nova that the Ausi and Dimitrios have made a pact. Claiming that the Alva attack was unprovoked as they sought refuge and help from the Ausi. They agreed to help build stone fortifications, so long as they would in turn, kill any Alva they see. Cerise's voice, spooked Nero as Nova convinced him to hit him, in order to make it seem like he was attacked. When Cerise returned she noticed his injury as the Ausi gave the excuse that he fought off a Kamarian. Cerise tried to help him, but Nova snapped at her with harsh words that scared her off. Meanwhile, Battle caught up to Rokunam and Veodion, as she reluctantly agreed to speak with him. He warned her of the alliance between the Ausi and the Dimitrios. It was then more of Mykeishah's wolves appeared to interrupt them. Rokunam and BattleDemon managed to fight them off as Veodion slipped away. On their way back, Battle divulged to Rokunam what Hero said, and that they must continue the prophecy as Battle felt her time was nearly at hand.

During this time Cerise and Nova had an argument as the Ausi became increasingly remote and harsh. Yet, despite his cold logic, Nova had realized that he did care about Cerise, despite them being from different packs. He had apologized and they once again became friends. The two decided to rest when a Kamarian by the name of Mydnyte, challenged Cerise to a fight for the territory and for honor. After their short but intense fight, Mydnyte conceded. After hearing about her temporary living situation, Mydnyte decided to wait around, much to Cerise's chagrin. Later a wolf came stumbling in by the name of Shinobi as he passed out in the cave. Despite being haunted by nightmares over a prison, she decided to be hospitable and placed a blanket over the wolf. This angered, Mydnyte who felt he wasn't being treated fairly. He once again attacked Cerise, but this time Shinobi helped by biting the wolf. When Battle returned she threatened Mydnyte when he then passed out.

This ruckus roused Nova from his sleep. He figured he should leave, but as he saw Battle wandered off, he figured it was his chance to carry out his orders. As he followed her, BattleDemon pounced on Nova and peered into his soul to divulge the truth. She insulted Nova and then ran off as Nova pursued her. Battle came to the home of the Human and realizing this Nova decided to back off and allow the Human to do his dirty work. Battle confronted the Human and spoke with her for a while before leaving back to the cave. Nova decided to speak one last time with Cerise as he said his goodbyes. Later, BattleDemon told Cerise that Nova was nothing more than a spy, when she voiced her concerns over his well-being as a massive storm started to form. Rokunam concurred. This angered and distressed Cerise, as she felt betrayed by Nova. Later on, she and Shinobi would be out hunting when they encountered a strange Hemlock that appeared from out of the woods. He introduced himself as Schemeko as he was extremely surprised and happy over the fact he found a group of diverse wolves.

Meanwhile, the storm began to intensify as water fell down on them like a wall. Cerise led Schemeko and Shinobi to the cave to escape the weather. All the while, Nova had an unpleasant encounter with a group of Kamarians sent by their leader, Kaveh, to find Mydnyte. Nova escaped as he made his way back to Hero's Cave only to be confronted by his so-called friends as he was then chased down by them. He would have died if fate had not intervened and had a tree crash, separating the two. Nova was injured and seeing this, Cerise realized just how much she still cares for Nova even guarding him from Battle who wished to kill him. Hoping to add him to his sick game, Schemeko convinced Cerise to save the Ausi and heal him from his injuries. As they dragged Nova back to the cave they were attacked by the shadow wolves. They were quickly dealt with. As the company attends to Nova's wounds, a nearly dead BattleDemon was discovered by wolves under the control of the evil, Rashid. As one attempted to save the Alva, the other wolf followed the scent of multiple wolves, leading him to Hero's Cave. The Mind-Controlled Tenneth, Erebus, then attacked the group of heroes.

Meanwhile somewhere near the Vulcans. The Kamarian leader, Kaveh, sought out Rashid in order to form an alliance with him. The Kamarian desired more land for his pack, and understood Rashid wanted a war. Kaveh decided to sacrifice his Kamarians to Rashid's brain washing, so long as he can become Rashid's tactician without having to be brain washed. Rashid agreed and an unholy alliance was formed. Back at the cave, Erebus attacked as smoke quickly entered the cave, threatening to choke everyone out. Despite Schemeko's and Mydnyte's best defenses they were forced to evacuate, but not before a blind and disoriented Nova accidentally bit down on Schemeko's shoulder. Outside of the cave, Erebus's plan was going well until a Canicus wolf, by the name of Durandel arrived to help the fledgling group of heroes. A pool of lava formed near Erebus as Durandel charged in and attacked. As the group was separated from the attack, more of Rashid's wolves appeared to assist Erebus. When the tides seemed to have change, Rokunam returned and launched a surprise attack on the wolves, managing to kill one in the process. As the fighting wound down, the issue over Nova's accidental Hemlock poisoning had to be dealt with.

BattleDemon was also badly injured but at the same time she was suffering from amnesia, making attempts to help her difficult as she resisted. Cerise came up with a concoction that helped to relieve, Nova of his current symptoms. The act of saving his life, helped to ease over the tensions they had earlier. Yet, Schemeko, in his need to experiment, convinced Cerise and Company that Nova was not cured and would need to come with him to retrieve an antidote to his particular venom. Although skeptical at first, even Nova was convinced by the silver tonged Hemlock. As they prepared to depart, the injured BattleDemon, sprang back with renewed life and vigor. The infections and even her broken limbs magically repaired themselves, but not without cost. BattleDemon changed into a completely new person, she called herself WarriorDemon, as she spoke alien words from her alien thoughts. It startled them all to say the least. She attacked Schemeko to which Nova helped him during this unprovoked attack. Her sanctimonious speech disturbed and enraged the many wolves around them, as she called them tainted. This succeeded in alienating her as the reborn, WarriorDemon wandered off.

During it all, Rokunam suggested they instead get a cure from the Human, since she cured his bout of Hemlock poisoning. Schemeko naturally argued against this. More strangers began to pour from the forest, one of which barked and caused a testy Rokunam to shoot a fireball at them in annoyance. Of the new faces to appear, WarriorDemon returned with a small pup, Mishaa. And another new face by the name of Artemis also arrived. Then the last to arrive was a strange wolf by the name of Acheron. This rapid increase in sudden activity disturbed Rokunam, to the point that he started a forest fire and went off to defend the cave. The forest fire caused them all to try and escape the raging inferno that was absorbing the entire forest. Thanks to WarriorDemon and the efforts of Rokunam and Durandel, they escaped the forest fire, but a portion of the group would embark on a most, strange adventure.

Separated, WarriorDemon and her group of warrior friends known as the Arms of the Forsaken, led Nova, Cerise, Schemeko, Artemis, and Mishaa to a place deep underground. This group of wolves, were almost mystical in a tribal sense of the word. They were all quite alien compared to the wolves on the surface world. They all seemed similar to WarriorDemon in the most confusing of senses. These other-wordly wolves led them to a vast underground civilization, with strange architecture and furniture. The current group of heroes were of course dumbfounded by this discovery. Warrior then lead them to their gracious host, SkyDancer. In this ancient city of wolves, Cerise and Company where treated like honored guests, given food, water, and medicine. Meanwhile on the surface, Rokunam and Durandel were suddenly assaulted by Rashid's brain washed wolves. They were sent by their master to investigate the source of the fire, and upon seeing them, they felt it a great opportunity to capture more slaves for their master. Rokunam and Durandel where outnumbered and just when all hope seemed lost, out from the blue came their saviors, the silent warrior, Summanus, their old acquaintance Mydnyte, and the Kita,Alina. They helped to fend off the attack as the survivors fled for their lives.

In the aftermath of the battle, Alina possessed the curious ability to break Rashid's control over another wolf's mind. The Aven, Fox, was converted during the midst of the battle to their side. Back underground Cerise and Co. attempted to earn some much needed rest, yet, despite the earlier friendly atmosphere not all was what it seemed. SkyDancer had been planning a rebellion and her true evil intent was shown when she ordered a group of wolves to attack Nova. They released Nova, saying it was a message meant for WarriorDemon. The rest where trapped and where not allowed to leave until after a great feast. Then Cerise and Co. where lead astray by an imposter, WarriorDemon to some great arena. There the real WarriorDemon was forced to fight in some mad game conjured up by SkyDancer. Inside the arena, WarriorDemon faced a great, Kodiak Bear. The Bear beaten WarriorDemon down, as the wolves gave a choice to Cerise. She was to choose either the spirit of WarriorDemon or BattleDemon to be spared from the Bear while the other destroyed. Both options came with their prices, but Cerise chose Battle. After the Bear finished it's business, SkyDancer attacked Cerise, but was saved by the pup, Mishaa. Cerise created a sandstorm in the middle of the arena, to which provided her and her friends an escape. The group escaped to the surface to meet Summanus, Durandel, Alina, Fox, Mydnyte and Rokunam. The group was back together again.

Worried about being followed, Nova and Durandel caused a cave in to slow down their enemies. While they gained a small respite, they were once again antagonized by the forces of Rashid who threatened the lives of the injured and weak to earn their cooperation. Feeling tired and injured they submitted as Cerise, Nova, Battle, Schemeko, Summanus, Durandel, Alina, Mydnyte and Fox where chained. The evil, Kaveh, led this chain gang as he brought his new set of prisoners to a dark cave fashioned into a prison, there they met, Rashid. Of all the trials and tribulations this group faced, none had been worse than Rashid. Arguably, Rashid was the most vile and sadistic of the foes they have all faced up to this point. So much so, once he captured Cerise and Company, he forced them to participate in his gladiatorial style games he dubbed, "Elemental Battles."

As the group of friends fought, some sought to escape while others took to the games in hopes of surviving. Rather than kill each other, they instead worked together to escape. Creating a fire, it distracted Rashid as he could no longer watch his detestable entertainment. While they were surrounded by thick inches of wall, the ground the arena consisted of was a loose, pliable dirt to which they digged through to reach an underground cavern of sorts. There they discovered an underground lake, to which, if one swam through, would lead them to an above ground spring. Nova was the first to go through the underwater system. Worried that he may have abandoned them, Durandel and Mydnyte followed soon after. The rest, however, wouldn't take the risk this escape route presented. The rest took a much more riskier escape route out of the prison, one that required distracting the many wolves and exiting the way they original came in. After Battle and Schemeko lost their foes in the caves, they met up with Summanus, Cerise, and Fox and busted their way out of the prison. They all escaped from Rashid's evil grasp. Days later, some of them returned with a sizable force to capture Rashid and his forces but he had already left. Feeling a sense of defeat, the Company made their separate ways. While they have survived many hardships, the worse has still yet to come...

((Well that about catches us up to the sequel. It took a lot of time and effort to make this synopsis, hope it helps new players learn more about the story!))
