Are werewolves made by breeding or by biting? Do they ONLY change to wolf during a full moon or whenever they want?

The werewolve gene can be transferred by either method. They can also change how often they want.

Neat! I'm glad to hear it! I've posted my Substitute Teacher character and I'll update him as we go along.

So, when can we start? How rigid is the plot? Or is it total sandbox?

Bridgeport has been a mostly sandbox experience, as long as your character doesn't nuke the city pretty much anything is in limit!
