I like the plot for the role-play. I'm going to make a human that wants to leave.

I've been playing with the power to manifest fears in another RP and was wondering if I could also use it here? It would be a reason to not want to stay in the Seelie world. I'm just checking my options. :)

I'm most definitely intrigued, but I was wondering if you had any requirements for the skill level of participants. Also, did you have any guidelines of the physical aspects of the Fey? Or will they, and their world, be left entirely up to our imaginations? I'm fine with either, but I'll need to know before I can submit my character (who will, as you've probably guessed, be one of the Seelie people)

Maziken: Manifest fears? As in plant them into others minds? Why would it stop him from staying? Rather interested in that idea.

Snowfall: the humans wont even know they have abilities or what the abilities are when they get to Ilvescape. Fey will have abilities that are developed according to how long they have been there. You see? Physically they can look like anything you want. Everyone develops differently. Also the world is very much up to imagination, it is a beautiful world though I mean it has to make humans want to stay there. So let your imagination go wild and use the picture a little as a guideline to how the world has been formed.

Can't wait to see these characters.

The time period is modern day england but there is no technology in Ilvescape because its a magic based world.

oh and I think Ilvescape is a great and epic name :D I always have trouble thinking up of fantasy names but that one is nice ^_^

[edit. again] last question. what kind of animals can be found in the Seelie world? could they be animals we find in our own world today, or maybe bigger? or are there totally different species of animals? do they have powers?

Harta there are a lot of characters in this RP at the moment, so for now I've only accepted my favourite of yours. Maybe when we need a boost I'll accept the other.

There would be the same animals cos obviously some would have wandered in, but also a lot of different ones. Just make them up as you go along. Although they wouldn't have powers.

I'm really sorry, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to pull out of this roleplay. I'm not going to be able to keep up, things have gotten really big really fast (though I'm pleased for you, Waste), and I have a lot on my metaphorical plate at the moment, including two literate, absorbing roleplays, one of which I'm GM-ing... Also, I'm off till Monday, and by then I suspect you'll be well into things. Good luck, though! I might drop in from time to time just to read, because it looks to be a brilliant roleplay and I would love to see how it turns out.
