Are the underground bases of Otaka and Scarlet Ammo in the same building/connect or are they in completely different buildings?

They are completly diffrent buildings the 'Otaka .Co' building is on the other side of town from the 'Scarlet AMMO .Co' building :) but they just have the same map for underground because the goverment own both so hence they built both the same :) sorry if I confused you ^^;

Well no and yes. Some of the members of the 'Scarlet AMM0 .Co' before they became assasins had bad experiances or hold grudges against the 'Otaka .Co' society so hence they hate them. The 'S.A .Co' and 'Otaka .Co' sees themselves as rivals but they both work for the goverment to there not REAL rivals that you would have to shoot down on the spot...do you understand now? Cause I kinda suck at explainations ^^; ehehee...
