Think like most vampires but having a elemental, mental, powers. It usually depends on what class they are. Pure bloods being the most powerful ones while Level E are the weakest and are blood crazy hungry. I'm thinking of using a pure blood who plans out attacks and often watches the hunters from afar. Monitoring their strengths and weakness.

He'd be a Lelouch/Kaname/Sebastian.

It is fine to be a reaper and I would prefer them to be unkind vampires but I suppose one nice one would be okay.
