Blade City: The King and the Pentacle

Here is a list of all the notable characters in this story whom will all be important people I will be playing when they are needed.

Leon Walker-
The current King, he leads the fiercest gang in the City, the Bloody Lions. His men are all blood thirsty killers who would have either been executed or left to rot on death row in a real prison, but he has a secret group he called the Lion's Fangs, made up of the most cunning and vicious men he could find. The Fangs do his dirty work, assassinating people who get in his way and generally killing whenever Leon tells them to. He is actually a great king, but many people have died under his rule, and many more will die to keep him in his position if he has his way.
Rumors have it that he is in the City because he killed his brother and tried to make it look like suicide so that he would inherit his entire family fortune instead of having it divided.

Zero-
No one knows his real name, or why he is even in the City, only that he is an old man who has seen many things and has many skills. Chiefly among them, his unmatched ability to forge what have been called the Zero Blades, pieces of metal, often swords, he has crafted and given to those individuals who have earned his respect. There is an unwritten law among the City that any who wish to be King must wield a Zero Blade.

Alyssa 'Alice' Malice-
Once she was no more than a prisoner in the City, placed there for nearly killing her lover, but since then she has risen up and now leads an all female gang known as the Twin-Face Serpents. She carries a shard of a Zero Blade which she has forged into a dagger, and which she took from a man she fell in love with after entering the City. She is a beautiful, scary woman twice scorn and out for blood.

Lee-
A Chinese man who claims he was locked away for a crime he didn't commit, he leads a gang called the Rising Sun, which has claimed the southeast district of the City for themselves. None of his men wield weapons that are outright lethal, and he teaches them all to defend themselves with no weapons at all just in case. He wants only what he feel he has earned, and to protect his men. He bares a scar across his face proudly, having earned it fighting along side a man he now owes his life too.

Richard Armstrong-
No one really knows why he is in Blade City, and he doesn't talk about it. Some say that he killed his wife, others that he burned down his neighbors house while they were still inside. For all the rumors, however, he is a gentleman who prides himself on his gang, the Guild of Blades. He carries a Zero Blade, a cane sword, and uses it to defend his territory and the people who follow him. His goal is to become the King and change the way things work in the City, to bring peace and stop all the violence.

Alright, I think this is as many people as we're going to get, so at some point tonight the roleplay will officially begin. I'll still allow people to join, as I'm still expecting 2 others to show up >_> They should be able to join in whenever, as the plot isn't going to be very restrictive in that sense, not for a while anyway.

Eheheh.....I apologize for the messy post. It's tricky writing for two characters in one scene when you only want one point of view. I think I made it work....no.

My class has, as well, been a terror. Plus we got new carpet (loooots of it) and all the moving and having to unplug loooots of stuff meant no wireless for a few days. @_@

Good to hear you guys didn't abandon ship ^_^ Sorry about the classes and moving and such, hope everything goes well with it all. I'll read your post, Lovely, and then see if I can squeeze in some conversation in my next post.

Also, I was thinking that, as a way to add a little more plot in what's going on with Nyx, she and Assassin Will could have run into each other once or twice. Which reminds me...I didn't mention it on here I don't think, but when Will is working for Leon he wears a mask that covers the lower part of his face along with a hat, so only his eyes are ever really seen.
