I'd wait until after a bit longer. I mean Freeze and Iron Man just found him, well, Freeze found a wall, but oh well. Anyways, I think it might take a blow to Bat's self esteem if everyone just found him outright. Maybe find Lizard? It'd be cool if heroes and villains formed a team.

haha yeah I think it'd be more likely that Bats and Iron man find Joker. Maybe around the time he's either convincing lizard to work for him or almsot getting eated by him lolol

What about spiderman though, like spiders he has the ability to feel vibrations in the ground and air to locate things. better than thermal? I think so.

Spiderman's spider sense would making it difficult for Batman to effectively sneak up on Spidey but it wouldn't do much the other way around. The best it would do if he way trying to locate Batman is let him know if he was close and that's only if Batman made an aggressive move towards him. Remember, Spiderman's spider sense doesn't kick in unless there's imminent danger. So someone could still sneak right past Spidey if they were stealthy enough.

Spiderman's spider sense is only activated when he is in danger, and nothing else. Or at least from what I think I know. I'm moreso a Iron Man fan than anyone else :D
