The Roleplay is actually about a Nation in the Multivverse but I will accept other Nations for which so dealings can be done in this roleplay than in the Multiverse.
Well, Noxize, players are allowed to wing it within terms of the RP. This is a Nation with Military and police forces so I will be willing to allow characters in for any propose. You could even say it is the Multiverse of the Cybran Nation. I am currently writing up a wiki for both here and for players in the multiverse to view and use. I have exams coming up soon so I'm going to end up possibly not being able to post for a while. I will try.
Like I said in the first few lines of the post; Yes, it can happen and I will allow a war or two but planetary bombing is only allowed by the Cybran Navy on testing grounds.

The Cybran Navy is the Navy that is joined to the Cybran Nation. I will let Planetary bombing if there is a good reason.
