I'm thinking I agree with Cryptic. Juane probably wouldn't personally get involved but he could offer a sum of money to Rollins to bring back a worker that is deserting him.

So in the morning when the crew has all of their supplies and is starting the process of setting sail they could try something. I get the feeling Keelhaul might sustain some damage after this altercation XD

Yeah yeah, that would make more sense. Like, maybe I'll do a short post about Rollins hearing of Doe's attempted departure, then he tells Juane, and Juane says he'll give him good money if he brings Doe back. And then as they're getting ready to leave, Rollins' men jumps them?

Honestly, you don't need to do that. You can always have him give that information at the confrontation. And he could even say what he plans to spend it on. ie. time with Doe when he takes her back (which wont be happening)
