[i]Throughout history their have always been men or women who, for whatever reason, have stepped forward and immediatly been raised to positions of leadership. These great people were respected, honored, and feared. Ceasar, Alexander the Great, Joan of Arc, Solomon, Abraham Lincoln. All of these historic names are individuals who were viewed as great influencial leaders of their time. But what is not known is that they were also descendants of an entity who could be called the savior of the universe, whom we only know as "The Noble One"
In Ancient times of which no records survived, the universe was ruled by a tyranical race of beings so powerful that they could create life if they so wished. A civil war broke out between two factions of this race, a group that believed their power gave them the right to rule and control all in entirety, and those that believed they were to be benevolent guides, not tryants. The Nobles were outnumbered, but they made up for this by freeing, and raising, lesser races to fight alongside them for freedom and rightousness. Over time, all but two of these great beings were slain, and as punishment, the last tyrant removed the mind and conciousness of the last noble, and placed him within the body of a lesser being, a human. But unfortunately for the Tyrant, this gave the noble a unique advantage over him, reproduction. Within a few short centuries the Noble had given rise to an entire race of powerful beings who overthrew and slew and imprisoned the tyrant. This race of superior humans spread among the lessers of their kind, and over time, the bloodline dwindled. But every so often, a member of our race comes that holds more of the noble blood in him than others, and is granted greater powers of will and influence.
The Tyrants name was Agorran, and he has been unleashed upon the universe. There is no way to stop him, but one hope to change that remains. Me and My colleagues have been sent back in time to the exact point when the greatest collection of the Noble Ones Genes have become concentrated in a single human being, with the goal of raising this human to leadership of our race, and therefore uniting them against Agorran and bringing us salvation.
Unfortunately, our would be savior is only seventeen.
The best stories do not have just one or two characters, but all sorts of characters. You might not see them that often or know them that well, but the fact that they were there is what makes the story seem real.
After all, Life is full of characters, is it not?
I solemnly swear that there shall never be more than a 48 hour delay to my response to any question or post.
