The "Capitol" if it could be called that, of what remained of Denathor. The center hub of just about anything from trade and religion, to crimes and political agreements. It was here that you went to find someone, or to lose yourself from society all together. Every faction had an embassy, and every criminal enterprise had a hide out, all were welcome if you have the coin. Even for all its rustic luster, the Capitol was the safest place from the wasteland.

The Treaty Inn has stood in the Capitol since its founding, a place where any and all seeking adventure can enter and sign up with a faction or the local guard. In this day in age, a rogue group of bounty hunters has made their presence known and taken up recruiting from the inn. For anyone new to the Capitol, this would be the first place to stop.

The Inn door opens and the silhouette of of an 8 foot man in a suit of spiked armor stands observing the inn, as he walks in and shuts the door behind him breaking it in the process the towns people can see him clearly. He is not a Man in a hulking suit of armor, but a dragon born, whose red scales were blood red and his eyes shun like flames, a dragon of a man with intensity and purpose.

HellHound: I am looking for a bounty, my flames urge to consume injustice.

The Inn door, that was so rudely left open by Hellhound, has another silhouette in it. This one a hulking beast of a man. As he walks into the light it is revealed to be a Kri man. His sharp blue eyes have a puzzled look as if looking for something.

Torr: Has anybody seen a bunny rabbit run in here. Torr was chasing it but lost it. Torr needs to find it, it looked so fluffy and soft, Torr really want to hug it.

Mildly impressed yet very confused Hellhound observes the Kri man and immediately comes to a conclusion...This Man will die soon, a needless, preventable death at his own hands, he will end up running into a blade looking for his marbles.

There is a bounty hunter recruiter in the private room. Otherwise we got drinks at the bar, and if you find yourself a seat, Tilly will help you to some food"
