What I'm looking for is...

Hello everyone.

I am new here as of today and I am trying to learn about this place. I stumbled upon this site today by accident. I have played online role-playing games with others (sorta like WoW but with more actual roleplay and socialization) for over 20 years.

Does this site help online roleplay gamers meet, find new games to play together, develop roleplay within those games to play and enjoy together, etc? Or is this site not for roleplaying video games at all? Thank you for answering!

Hey there! So this site isn't really for video games as such (although you'll find many of us do enjoy them!), it's more about collaborative storytelling. Have a read of some of our universes and get a feel for what we do, and swing by the Help forum if you have any more questions!

Hello partially-stars! I really want to emphasize that this particular video game I play is an immersive world CENTERED on story-telling, legitimate role-play interactions between individual players as well as player-run clans, armies, governments, subpaths, and etc. TONS of story-writing, live scripted roleplay events, live impromtu roleplay events, poetry contests, story contests, and tons of lore and creative imaginative history that has been written BY THE PLAYERS for over 20 years together as a group effort to create the story of the video-game world and it's events, story-arch, characters, legends, etc...

I am greatly hoping that some of you would be interested in bringing your roleplay and storytelling interests to revitalize this game and it's community with fresh new players to compliment the many aged and experienced players that remain. We are in need of a new generation of players that are looking to ROLEPLAY -- not play graphically pleasing eye candy... I'm talking retro pixel graphics, etc... but TONS of in-character rolelpay!!

Anyone interested? I hope!!
