Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Duo Maxwell on Fri Sep 02, 2005 11:06 am

The year is 197, the end of the Gundam Wars. Since then, Duo Maxwell has strayed away from everyone he knew and cared for to find the purpose in his life, and why he felt that the battle wasnt over yet. Durning his travels he has been beaten brutaly, put into multiple prisons, and sent to the near brink of death, its been 4 years since the war, and he has returned home with a lil suprised stored away under a building that no one knows about. soon after his arrival he opened up a bar in northern america called the Maxwell Slam. The bar it self, seemed to just pop up out of nowhere over night, and it has become a nesting ground for all kinds of people. Although he is home, he still searches for his purpose, sure he will find it sooner or later..
Soldiers, Factionist's, even upper class, come to the Maxwell Slam, and drink to your hearts content. With the proper payment of course, and or a tab. COME ANYWAY!

He walked in with a dark half-face mask over his eyes. Closing the door behind him he walked through the new smelling place, through the ruby red carpet, to the bar. Pulling a stool out just enough for him to sit on he threw his trenchcoat vent over the back of it. The masked man leaned onto the bar and raised his hand politely for service.
"Bartender, I'll have your specialty.. Infact make that a double."
"Is than an unfair advantage?"
"Yes"
"But im worth it ;D"

Suprised at the quickness of his serving he put a full 93 credits on the bar. Pulling the glass closer to him he smirked and looked up from the glass at Duo. "Keep the change" Leaning back slightly on the chair he picked the glass up and tipped it some. Taking in the alcohol like air. In a continuous action of 'downing' the drink he tipped it almost vertical. After finishing the drink he let out a loud exhausted sigh and slammed the glass onto the table. Not asking for another one yet he looked to his right then to his left. He reached into his pocket for a ciggerette and took out a box of bensons' from his trenchcoat inside pocket. With the lid on the box opened he tapped the bottom of it and snatched the cig from there. Putting the box back he took out a Zippo lighter in place. He flipped the Zippo open and brought the cig closer to his lips. Keeping a loose grip on it he caved his hands around it and lighted up with the zippo. Flipping the lid back onto the lighter it completed an engraved cross which he put back into his pocket. He sucked in the smoke as he took a breath of air from his mouth. Holding it for a few seconds he forced it out of his lungs and out into the air."Want a smoke?"
He looked up at Duo and smiled putting his hand on the bar.
"The estate is good, as always my good friend."

He takes another drag from the ciggerette and flicks some of the ash off into the ashtray. Looking around in his pocket he takes out a opened brown envolope, like a jiffy bag.
"Not so good things happen, but thats life, have a look at this"
He hands him the envolope over the bar, keeping it address way down. Sliding it over to his side he exhales the last of the smoke in his lungs. Pulling another soothing stream of smoke he blows it out of his nose and grins. Just taking his ciggerette out of his mouth and letting it rest in the ashtray.

He walks up to the door slowly opening it quietly, and strolls inside. Just through the door he starts looking around, taking notice of the decor, and keeps walking over to the bar, takes up a stool and sits. He wavers his fingers to motion for the bartender.

"Hmm, what do you have on tap?"

He takes the envelope, looking indside he sees a peice of paper and takes it out. Reading it he grins.

"Well now, this is an interesting order."

He goes to his back room, and fidgets around for a few minuets, falling over cluttered items, and comes back with the envelope sealed, setting it back to him.

"very good milliardo, a pleasure doing business with you."
Noticing Hichinaro, he gets out another glass and welcomes him
"Welcome to the Maxwell Slam! what can i do ya for"

Looking down on the envolope he slides it over the glossy table and into his oposite pocket. Nodding a little he picked up his ciggerette again and took a finishing drag, since he took so long in the back. Blowing out the thick smoke he butted out the cig. Not re-lighting it he sat there with a palm top computer. Playing a tetris like game for a minute before he's ready for another drink.
"Always"

He put the palm top down on the bar and slid it over to the bartender, in an offering mannor to use. He took the glass and slowly sipped the drink from it. Putting it back on the bar he looks around the new bar and takes in the air.
"Take a break, play tetris."
Looking around the room a bit more having the pictures on the walls and the glasses shine in his eyes he commented.
"A nice bar you've perfected here, good job."

Leaving the drink as it is he took the palmtop back into his breast pocket. Leaning over the bar he took out a mini-umbrella and put it in the corner of his lips. Chewing on the end a bit making the green umbrella twirl.
"I'll finish that drink a little later, think you can throw me a packet of crisps?"

He walks in letting the door close by itself, takes a look around seeing all the new faces. A little too scared to talk to anyone at the moment he just takes a seat at the bar.

"Thinks: God I wish I could talk to someone...."

The smell of cigarettes fills his lungs.

"Co... Could I just get a Irn Bru bartender??"
