I will be adding more teachers. I just didn't want to overdo it with the profiles, so I may just make another thread with the teacher profiles instead of posting them as NPC characters. :)

Wait, so will the students be separated by grade? Or what? I know that grade probably won't matter on the electives, but how about other classes like history for instance?

Ok, I hate to do this, but it may help you guys anyway. Classes just started for me and I've found that with being a full-time college student and having work you guys are moving just a bit fast for me; especially since I like to read ALL posts and I fear if I stayed on I would just fall behind and slow you guys down if your character is interacting with mine.

Bottom line, I think I'll be dropping out of this rp. So sorry, though I do think that in the long run it will help you guys out. Hope you keep with it and have fun!

Wait! If you really don't have time, just read the posts that your tagged in. At the moment some people aren't doing a good job of it, but I assume they'll get better as time progresses.

But if you really are busy, I don't have anything to say. After all, I'm only a freshman in high-school.

What's with that sudden tendency to drop off characters? At least the number of the characters is now easier to grasp.

Have to admit I also think this is a bit confusing at the moment. Especially the homerooms. Maybe we should sort out who are in the same homeroom? Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the students who has the same homeroom be in the same grade?
Don't worry, I don't bite...

I quit because it was overly confusing, too many characters, and I had nothing to post about after my first post because my twins were "invisible" apparently. This rp has a great foundation, I had much higher expectations.

No offense to anyone, I just wasn't interested after I realized how chaotic it was going to be. Too many chickens with their heads cut off for me.

It has been a while ever since I've been so excited to see new posts in a role play. Before anyone else quits, let's think of a way to organize this.

This idea might be silly, but I really like this story and its characters and I can't wait to see their interaction and their relationship development, so here it is:

Since there's so much confusion, maybe we should start from the beginning. I know, it's doesn't sound reasonable, as we've already done more than thirty posts. However, I can't really think of a better idea to stop the character reduction. And, before we start all over again, we should discuss stuff.

I guess the schedules are the most confusing things here, so here's another idea:
Remove the different schedules. I feel bad for suggesting this, as you, RPGNerdette took the time to construct them, but I think it would be easier if people were separated only in grades. If everyone from the same grade are also in the same class, with the same schedule, things might get much easier(There might be other classes from the same grade, but if at least the main characters have classes together, that would be great). Or if the different schedules are really, really important, let's at least not mix the different grades. Let's not do that at all. Each grade for themselves.

Also, maybe you should reduce the teachers. Each grade might have a homeroom teacher that teaches them most of the subjects.

Also, let's not focus much on what class the characters have (unless it's important for the plot and for showing the character's academic and athletic skills, or a situation where someone had forgotten their homework, or panics during a test). Instead, let's focus more on their free time, their recess, lunch breaks, times outside of going from class to class.

In other words, let's focus more on the main characters and the stuff going on with them, instead of the complexity of the scedules, classes and teachers.

Those are only suggestions. If you guys see flaws in them, please, don't express them in anger.

I have to agree with Admire, it would be a lot better to get rid of the schedules cause then it's confusing on what class you have with what person and if all grades are mixed or not. It would be better to just have on main schedule that everyone follows and the only difference is that it's separated by grade, though it would be understandable to have maybe the Electives class being a mixed one. Though it is kinda a relief now that we have less characters, before it was just really cramped.

I agree with AdmireAtStuff too. I feel like this is a little too complicated. Not trying to be mean, but I feel like RPGNerdette really do need to exercise a little more guidance and directing as the GM. Stepping back and just watching the RP is probably one of the largest reason why this RP is going so haywire. I understand that she doesn't want to completely control everyone's actions and such, but she does need to set some guidelines and such to the story because that way, it keeps everyone from spreading into different directions and later scrambling to get back to the center.

I feel like we got off to a bad start, so let's regroup and sort of "patch it up."

I might remake a character if this gets under control. Only one this time. I wasn't trying to sound rude, I just was a little irritated because not many roleplays survive and the chaos of perhaps losing another got to me.

I suggest we start all over again, without the schedule and grade complication, more opportunities for the characters to be in interesting situations, more action outside the classes, create different relationships, etc. I suggest a reboot. A remake. Here. Starting a new beginning. No numbers of schedules. No grade mixing. (at least not in the regular classes where you study lessons, but maybe it's fine for gym, sports and clubs)

Let's turn this story into the awesome romantic slice of life it's meant to be, with high school students, each of them getting closer to find out why is the life so wonderful, by going trough the horrible parts too!

I agree with this.
Also one thing about elective classes. Should we decide when they are? I mean if one character has theater at Monday and the next one has it Wednesday and third one has it Thursday it will become a mess. And same thing goes with sports. Then everyone would know what lesson they really have and this don't get confusing again.

I don't want to quit this rp. I want to make it work! ^-^

What Admire said. But I think that all characters should have the same schedule, regardless of grade. That way, characters that have the same elective and gym classes can interact.

Hey, Sorry. My cousin is Wraith and I accidentally posted my reasoning under her name. :/ I always forget She sometimes uses my computer when she comes over to see me.

So anything written by Wraith was meant to be from me. My apologies for any confusion it led to. I'm going to have to make her start logging out when she comes to visit.
