Under the characters tab, there should be an 'add new' button. Click it, and everything from there is pretty much self-explanatory.

This seems to be a very promising roleplay! I would like to reserve a character. It's going to be a Female, her power would be Ice Manipulation (Obviously she's going to be the Goddess of Ice). My FC would be Nishiki from Donten Ni Warau.
